Sub:-ir responseibility of micromax care dear sir/madam i am sudipan pal.S/o hansa gopal pal resident of vill-bolara, p.O-makarkole, p.S-onda dist-bankura pin-722144(w.B).I have purchase a mobile phone of micromax canvas nitro 2 (e311) of imei no of [protected]/[protected] and date of purches 18/06/2015.Due to some problems i have many time contacted micromax care of (m/s joy guru enterprise natun ganj, natun bazardurga mela .Near dharmashalabankura 722101 tel no-[protected] mob-[protected]) i have the micromax phone above mationed and due to some techicial problems of the phone i have submitted it to above mention micromax care . They give me a jobsheet.Jobsheet no of e[protected] on the ate of 03/09/2015 the above mationed micromax care collected the mobile against the jobsheet no the same date of jobsheet no.They called me servel times but could not repair my phone”s problems.Not only that they harrsed me every time when everi want to collected it back from the micromax care.As many days past they don”t even repair my phone and also doesnot give it back to me. Thay why i against the particular micromax care and company. I am including the xerox copy(true copy) of the original purshies bill, and micromax care jobsheet copy.     My Micromax canvas 2 plus (A110) blasted while charging. The phone was kept on charging for only 45 minutes and in that time span the phone exploded. I can also confirm that I was using original Micomax charger and battery and other parts.The battery and the back panel have burnt completely which also gives a lot of foul smell.The SIM card also is completely burnt. I have been using this phone from last 18 months. I would expect a refund from Micromax company for providing with such faulty piece which would have also caused damage to the physical parts of my body. This is a very serious issue of such faulty piece and i would advice Micromax to test their product properly before giving it to end users. M_IMEI No:[protected] S_IMEI No:[protected]

      I was purchase a new doodle 3. And its starts to hang and automatically restarts within 6 months of purchase. I was complaint with this problem with nearest service center of micromax in baramati.and handset submitted on 3 aug 2015. Then they said that we are solw that within one month but that take 1and half mouth. When we are collet replacement handset we got same problem with new replacement handset. So then service center persons says that not I am responsible for problem and he said again we are sending the handset to main branch. I have no more options to take any decisions. Please let me tel when actually problem shall be solw and when I got my handset back.

          My name Ramasubbaiah Ramisetty, I'm from guntur (andhrapradesh), Im working in retail company as a customer service assistant, for my monthly salary 8, 000 rupees only, I bought a mobile name is micromax knight a350, at date of[protected], now I got touch problem and screen responds very slow, from the first day of mobile I got bad impression on this mobile because of its over heating problem, also on that time mobile responds very slowly, the micromax company said that it is 2gb ram and 1.7ghz octacore processer but it working like 512 mb ram like mobiles, so I'm very disappointed because I got this mobile by my two months salary, now I given mobile for touch problem in the date 03/10/2015 at micromax customer care at Guntur, 12/3 arandalpet the telephone number is[protected], The job sheet number is (N[protected]) they simply said that mobile got board complaint so it will resolved after 2months time, I'm shocked for that words coming from micromax care, I dont have another mobile to continue for my daily use, I don't have money to buy new mobile, that mobile also got with lend some money from my friend, please suggest me what to now, because this is second time I got problem with this mobile, the micromax done very worst mobile is knight a350 because I bought mobile from Hyderabad, the first of mobille I got over heat on back side panel, on that I got very angry on this mobile

            I'm pulak mondal i live in kolkata, i had deposite my handset in micromax service centre on 17/08/15 . 50 days gone recently i ask them when they will give me back my smartphone, i just socked to listen her answer, they tell me what they've no any information about my smartphone.               Sir i ve purchased micromax tab p480 white colour with ten days tab get switched off i ve submited to care center solapur on 27 aug 2015 after long period they give m blue colour tab i ve paid more many for white colour now i totally get harassed b coz they are saying that one month required to replace two two month we ve to wait to get my tab i totally get harassed mentally

                Dear Concern With reference to my trail mails regarding Micromax Spark Q380(purchased in last week of August) which was dead after 8 to 10 days after it's purchase & when asked about replacement at it's service center, they replied that company only has 7 day return policy so they can't replace.From 2nd Sept'15 to present day i.e.6th Oct'15, i am continuously contacting & mailing them to return my mobile as early as possible but i am totally glad to see this pathetic condition of "Micromax" brand which is making it's customer total fool. In terms of service, micromax has poor quality(from 2nd Sept to till date, customer care is only having one answer "ma'am your mobile will take 20 days & now 34 days have passed & again when i'v called them today they are again having the same answer). I have already complained about this issue & i got the complain No. :MMX[protected].I thought that this may help in solving my problem at the earliest, but this was just a concept to fool the customer. I am not at all understanding that what is the problem with the company, why is the company not returning my mobile Micromax Spark Q380. On 30th Sept'15 i received a call from the company that my mobile is ready & it will be dispatched today(30th Sept'15) & within 4 or 5 days i will be getting a call or message from the service centre for collection but today when i'v called at service centre, the reply that i got was " your phone is still in repair deptt. of the company & is not completed yet". Service centre is helpless. They just act as a messenger. Answer that i got from customer care today was"it will take 20days more". What the hell is this i am not understanding' My mobile details are listed below: Details of identification(Service centre) Model No.- Canvas Spark Q380 My Job Sheet No.- N[protected] Service Centre: M/S, Satguru communication Sec-27, Noida, 201301 From the past one month i am facing problem in my work & this i am already telling to the company but there has not been any concrete answer given from the company's end about the return of my mobile. From the past 34 days i'v mailed & contacted them for my mobile to be given back as soon as possible but now i'v lost my patience & as a reason i am writing here that may be this complain can help me in getting my mobile back. Hope to seek a positive response.

                  I got a problem (Power does not switched on) in my Micromax doodle -3 mobile, and submit my handset to Customer service center (M/S Trisha Enterprises), Maansarovar complex, bhopal . They gave me a date (03/10/2015) to repair my handset. But on 12/09/2015 and 15/09/2015, i got messages from Micromax, that my handset has been repaired and collect it from service center. When i reached at customer care center, there i got a reply from service center manager that ...Micromax wale to bina repair kiye set wapas bhej dete hai, or unko hame hi repair karna padta hai. Then manager gave me the same date 03/10/2015 for contact again. I again contact to service center on 03/10/2015 and they give me same reply that your handset not repaired and please contact us again 08/10/2015. I am very surprise that the huge company given this type of services and not think about customer mind. Customer is as direct advertisement of any company product. Please help me to resolve my issue

They said that every cellphone micromax canvas a 104 always has the same problem...And they said that they have no solution...

                      Hi, I have ordered Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 from flip kart on 29 May 2015 and received on 5th June. On 29 Sep. 2015 Loud speaker of the mobile is not working properly, rest of the function of the mobile are working fine. I went to M/S SATGURU COMMUNICATION, SHOP NO #1, VEERWATI PALACE, BHOJA MARKET, SEC-27, NOIDA- 201301, TIN NO - [protected]. CONTACT NO: 0120-64. to resolve my phone speaker issue. they kept the phone, give me the battery of the phone and told me that we will inform you once the phone problem will resolve. I have not received any call from the center. On 1st Oct 2015 I had made a call to the service center and tell them the Job sheet no. They replied that problem of the phone has been resolved come and collect the phone. I forgot to take the battery of the phone and went to the center. at reaching service center they hand over my phone and take the Job sheet from me. I request them to switch ON the phone and show me that speaker problem is resolved. But they replied me that they don't have any spare battery to check the phone. I have no option except believing that my problem has been resolved . I took the phone and come to my office. Here I switch ON the phone by inserting the battery and found that phone is lock with unknown pattern . I don't know the pattern and when I tried to select the option of FORGOT password a name of Tarun Kumar is showing to me also what's Up icon is showing on the screen. so I called to the SATGURU COMMUNICATION and asked them to help me out to know the unlock pattern of the mobile from Tarun Kumar. But they told me it’s not possible come to our center then we will check . When I reached the service center and asked who is Tarun Kumar, then the person who hand over the phone to me told me that Tarun is the person who install the Apps on the phone . I asked them to unlock the pattern they told me it will take 15 min to unlock it. I was waiting to complete their 15 min . After spending more than 1 hours they give me the phone. I was surprised when I switched ON the phone, as the loud speaker of the phone still not working. I asked him why it’s not working. He took the phone and again take inside the repairing room . After an hour he bring the phone now the speaker of the phone is working. it’s the time to close the service center so i took the phone and come to my office. on the way, I realized that 1. some of the function of the phone are not as before and found that they had changed the VERSION OR KERNAL of the phone to A310, due to which most of the thing have been change. 2. Also I was surprised while I found that internal memory of the phone was changed from 16 GB to 8 GM. On 3rd Oct. 2015 I Report the SAME issue to MICROMAX SERVICES CENTER (HO[protected]Mr. Arpit Kumar) suggest me to go to the service center again and report to them. Again i went to Satguru Communication, now Mr. Sonu Kumar (executive of that service center) told me that it was happen by mistake and kept the phone again. I agree that by mistake KARNAL OR software version can be installed wrong . But how internal memory of the phone can be changed from 16 GB to 8 GB? It was done intentionally. If i was not aware about these things, then was easily cheated by that service center. We are going to service center with a believe that now our device is in safe hand and we will get the result as per our satisfaction . But Did i got the same ?                       They provided me the job sheet on 29 sep 2015 (JOB SHEET NO:- N[protected]). on 3 oct 2015 when they again submit my phone and provided me the same job sheet print out copy as provided on 29th sep 2015.
                      On 6 Sep i had received a call from micromax service center, that we are sending your phone for repairing to the company and you will get the phone in 5 days. But till now i have not got any call from the service center.

                      One another fraud fact that i came to my knowledge that another job sheet has been issued by the service center on 6th oct 2015 and i have no update about that job sheet.
                      I had called to Micromax customer Care (HO[protected] many times, hardly i get connected to them and each time i had to tell them the whole case, they provided me the complaint no. that's it . Today complaint no is MMX[protected] Mr. Virendra).

                      I request Micromax Company managment to look into the service issue, and give good support to the customer.

                      Keenly waiting for your reverts.

                      can anybody tell me where to apply as micromax service center deceived and cheated me, and i am very helpless as neither the customer care persons are responding nor getting response from Micromax customer Care (HO[protected] . On 6th Oct 2015 service center people told me we are sending your phone to the company and you will get the same with in 5 day. But till now i have not received any update from the service center.
                      initially There was just a little bit problem with the phone that sometimes speaker of the phone is not working . After giving it to Micromax service center, they had change the software version of the phone from A 311 to A 310, and also internal memory of the phone from 16 GB to 8 GB . when i raise a complaint about that they keep the phone and till now i have no update about that.
                      Please someone help me to come out from this problem .

                      apology for the delay in response . After too many complaint and continuously follow up with Micromax service center, i got a repaired phone in lieu of my problematic phone .
                      well thanks to consumer complaints site and its all relative person who help me to get a replacement of for my problematic phone.

                      Overall experience with micromax product and its services after purchasing its product is very very bad . I suggest not to purchase Micromax product if you not want to take tension and feel like robbed by your own mistake.

                          I had purchased micromax canvas gold model no. A300 from jalna dist. jalna of maharashtra state, india on 22/10/2014 from S.K. Watch co.whose bill no. is 1829, but the mobile was hanged and its power does not switch on. During the warrenty period i had given mobile to your service center at M/S Shree Enterprises Osmanpura, Aurangabad on 24/07/2015 for replacement / service. The service center had assured me to give mobile with in 30-45 days. But till today it is neither given nor replaced.The job no. is W[protected] . in such circumstances i have no option to lodge this complain. you are kindly requested to give me assurance to resolve the problem along with time period and replace the mobile. if i will not get the instrument with in the period of 15 days, i have to go for consumer forum/ Court.                                 I bought a A114 .before 15 months. Now it suddenly hanged. But it shows display. I went to ur Authorized service center . They told that Mother board was failure. It takes the cost around rs.4000.I shocked. I bought it rs.9800.How it would be failure.?. Even though I used my mobile v. careful.So pls give me the extension of my warranty and change the spare one.

Its 2 months now and I have no clues on the status of my TAB. Need serious help.

                                    This complaint is regarding the non-responding behavior of the company regarding my query which i had posted on the company's query portal approximately one month back. The query was made by me on 24th July, 2015 regarding the repairing of the mobile (model 300 of the Micro Max Company). The company gave me the time limit of one month in order to return the mobile after getting it repaired. I had filed the query when more than a month was passed but no reply was received by me from the side of the company. Later on 24th September, 2015 the company gave me the substitute mobile (model A 350), but i returned back the same to them, saying that I want my own mobile model back. The company took back the mobile and again gave me the time limit of a period of ten days. When I went to inquire about it after ten days, i.e. on 5th September, 2015 still no reply has been received from the side of the company.

                                      i know that person is so faltu my mobile also harm on that care and charge minimum amount rs.250 for only check what happen to mobile while i have warrenty period
                                      company must call them and give advice not to charge higher amount and not to cheat wit customer .specificaly that person who said am the owner
                                      yes bro the communication system of that care is not so good for any inquire we have to go there center it's very time consuming
                                      ya bro thats type of problem happen with me.and cheat me

                                        Dear sir I have given my phone A120 (bought on 10/3/15 under warranty )to service centre (Al mobile Zone Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh Complain ID No MMX[protected] on 10/07/2015. Since then my phone is in service centre an whenever i call to customer care I always get the response that u will get your phone within 15 days but till now I did not get my phone . it s about to 3 month and result is nothing . Things are not going in proper way in your esteemed organization and customer are loosing faith in your esteemed organization due to worst customer service .
