Sir, I am a resident of Silchar, Cachar, Assam. I purchased a micromax hand set bearing model number A177 on 2nd of Decembar 2014, after using for two only my hand set started showing various hardware related problems. Hence, I submitted my hand set with micromax customer care registered by the name R.K. Traders on March 2014. The customer care eventually sent my mobile set for further inspection to Guwahati centre. Now its being six months already and there is no proper explaination for such a delay, by the mean time my mobile set came thrice, but every time there was certain complain in it. Last time when I visited i.e, on 21st August 2015, they assured me of replacement of my set due to some technical default but still now there is no proper explaination on behalf of the company. Today i.e, 9th Oct 2015, I again visited them but still they do not have any clue about my hand set. Its being very harassing for multiple visits and having no information at all. So I request to you to please take necesary action. So that I can have my hand set back as soon as possible. Hoping to hear from you shortly. Your Faithfully Deep Sekhar Das

    I am facing problem in my handset since i have purchased the mobile i have sended my handset to the sercive centre 3times but i am not able to understand what the problem is service centre is unable to workout my problem..i am having scren problem, touch problem, software problem, mobile getting heat in 5 mins..i am not interested in taking my old phone please help me to replace my handset to the new one..why would i suffer for the company i am lots of problem against 4months phone...company says company will reapir the handset and provide me but i will not take the damage goods becoz i am purchased new phone that also in hard cash so why will i suffer for the company...

    no result yet..micromax service centre is saying that parts are not avaliable since the model came in market so how cum i got my cellphone repaired twice while i was facing the same problem..what can i do now i want my cellphone replaceplent..

        10 days ago my mobile display become scrtchy type automatically. when i took my phone to service center they said that water entered into my mobile and that to without checking my mobile, and demanded 1000 rupee for display replacement. And now i am on last day of my warranty period of my mobile. Please help me..

        I have purchased a data card of micromax in first week of july 2015 but after 3-4 days, , data card could not function at all and i contact to service centre, he says that software problem is refelcting and it to be send to company for replacement but i have not got data card till date and worker of service centre make alway excuse that it wil be provided 4-5 days but they have not provided till date, q so please guide to us that how to get my data card
        Micromax kodambakam highroad service center very bad service there don't know how to response to customer..
        i given my phone for service 1st time camera problem after received am facing software problem, monthly 2 times am going to service center and there changing compliant receiving time some time there receive till 6.30 r 7, sometimes till 6 based on employee convenient timing they running that service center... i made a mistake to brought micromax mobile.

            My headphone is no working well . so that i m went micromax care centre in ranchi . service are too late . i went 08.09.2015 headphone get it service centre & my job card issue same day and tell about me 10 days from recover or repair or replacement your headphones but 1 month is going on but no response service centre for me . i went 18.09.2015, 19.09.2015, 22.09.2015, 23.09.2015 etc &many days going but service centre employee is not response for me . telling about this subject your headphone is different come .

              This is regarding my phone canvas nitro the phone was given to the service centre for the repair of flickering problem the phone was returned within three days saying the problem has been rectified but in reality the phone had become more problematic now it was given again to the same service centre in gulabh bagh, delhi. till date the phone is with them and as per service centre employee it will still take 15-20 days for the repair which means a total of 25 days which is almost a month, they say it has gone to there headquarters now.. They don't provide any spare phone which is their moral responsibility afer all its because of their device the other person is suffering. if we have to look for a spare phone then why to buy a micromax.                 My mobile eg111 switch off not on problem on 30/08/2015, for it i contact nearest service center in kharagpur west bengal.In that center take 10 days but not solved, again say send it head office for repair but after 15 days again pass said that take more 15 days .Can i know in micromax in mobile repair take 45 days or more, i buy micromax for that??

                But i could not get any solution .No any backup mobile provide for me

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Micromax canvas Silver 5 (Q450) vide IMEI NO [protected] dated 05 Sept 2015, through Vasundhra Infocom, Indore, after 10-15 days the phone having network problem then I was approach to your customer care service Ayushi Enterprises, Indore on 22nd Sept, 15 to resolve the issue but they told me that for this particular model company person will come to my home and he will resolve the problem vide no SER[protected] dtd 22ND Sep 2015 & after 10days nobody has attended the complaint again I went to retailer shop on 30th Sept 2015 and he has promised me that your problem will be shorted out in this time and given Mr. Rajendra (Ayushi Enterprise) mobile no again I went to Service Center this time he has submitted complaint from his email ID and confirmed me that within 2-3 days person will come to at my home but after 2-3 days I had called up him and he has given new customer care no i.e.[protected]. I have called on this no by 3rd Sept 2015 customer care executive told me that I have to change new company nano sim with old cut sim then I have changed new sim by 07th sept 15 but still my mobile having network problem then again I have call on above no now they are saying that please send mobile screen shot and imei no on above email id. Please not that I am not satisfied with your product & care service even they not response properly. It is very difficult to connect them over telephone. You are requested to kindly look in to the matter & arrange to replace the phone at the earliest otherwise I will go with consumer court and updated all above things on social network websites.                       I have the call the micromax CC many times no:[protected] but it says this number don't exist. I have brought Micromax Express 2 from Filpkart on 18-Aug-2015. Now the display has some problem and shown to nearby Micromax Service center in Mangalore M/S Mobile World, D.No-5.5-279/38 Upper Ground Floor Empire Mall Mg Road Kodialbail, Mangaluru - 575003. after one week they call back saying your mobile is ready but when i went there they told mobile cannot be service here and you should call the Micromax Customer Care Number by registering the compliant. When I received the Mobile from the service center it was fully dead (Not Working). I asked why is not working they replied we don't know but it was working when I given to them. So I call the Micromax CC but no response. Please help in this matter.

                        Ref. Mobile phone model S301, Purchased from M/S CELL MALL, Trichy. Through Invoice No 1006136 dtd: 02/10/2015. with in four day after purchase it is not working properly, I submitted the mobile phone to the service center Sri Balaji electronics, Trichy. The checked it and told me that the mobile is not in condition so we sent mail for approval, and after getting approval new mobile will be given you, But now when we approached them (08/10/2015, at 12.30 Pm they replied me The approval request is rejected, Hence I request you to register my compliant and take action to get me new Mobile phone, Thanking you,

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Micromax canvas nitro A311 vide IMEI NO [protected] ON 21ST JAN, 15 through Flipkart(WS Retail Services pvt ltd)& start using in May, 15.From the very begining the phone was Auto switch off problem at the time of calling(restart) & Hang problem. I was approch to your care service NETSOL ASSOCIATES, Rehabari, Guwahati on 17th Aug, 15 to resolve the issue vide job no[protected] dtd 17th Aug, 15 & after several request/reminder they have return back the phone on 8th sept, 15 with resolved the issue as per them they have changed the PCB to ractify the problem. But I am very sorry to say that the problem was not resolved & some more new problem mentioned below were found. 1.Phone has been restart freequently while calling. 2.while calling phone was disconnect & satteing menu automettacally dispalyed. 3.Vedeo was not properly working. 4.while calling unable to listen but call was not disconnect. 5.while calling phone was disconnect with massage like "Radio Off". 6.getting hot. Again I have went on 14th sept, 15 to them for the problem & thay have taken the phone with new job no[protected] & return back the phone on 17th sept, 15 without any ractification.again on 5th oct, 15 i have approch to them with same problem again they have open new job sheet vide no[protected]. Please note they have supposed to provide me one standby handset but inspite of waiting almoat 2 hrs they not provided any hand set for use which i have incurred huge monetary loos. Please not that I am not satisfiede with your product & care service even they not response properly.It is very difficult to connect them over telephone.                               Hi, My name is Shilpa Shah, i have Canvas Spark purchased from Snapdeal on 6th may 2015, IMEI no. [protected]. JOB SHEET no "W[protected]" This mail is regarding worst service experience being faced from authorised Micromax service center in Ghatkopar that is Jai Ganesh mobile point to the customer. I gave my mobile for the second time as the app itself were getting downloaded automatically. People in service center were giving the false suggestion just to delete apps and doing factory setting reset etc. which indeed didn't worked out.W previously my mobile phone was take for almost more then 32 days in the first service time. This time the told to give me in 20 days and when called on there phone no they don't even bothered to pick up the call even the phone no are cutted down on the JOB SHEET "W[protected]" after this 20 days when going to get cell from the service center. that person told that it would take more 7 days and allotted me with new job sheet no. that is "W[protected]"and by same calling on customer care phone no they told me about more 20 days inshort my phone was taken for more then 52 days + more which will start from today in 6 months. i wanted to claim for DOA policy which on first service which they didnt allowed me to do so. expecting a quick "REPLY" and ""HELP" from Micromax.                                 I had submitted my A117 mobile for repairs to Micromax Authorize dealer Cell 'Q' Communications Pvt. Ltd, in Bhandup(W), Mumbai on the 24 of June 2015, for the replacement of the circuit which the service centre said was burnt n they said had to be send to the company and to come back after 15 days. when i went to the centre after 15 days they said the set is not yet come from the company. After that I have been visiting the center almost every week it has been the same reply. I just got feed up and send a mail to the micromax company on 24th August 2015, and i received their complaint ticket id no 49966, saying that their micromax care team will get in touch with me. After that no reply from them. Again i send another mail to them on the 8th sept., their reply was the same the team will get in touch with me. then on the 9th Sept. they send me a mail saying that the set is ready, I should go and collect it from the service centre. When I went there they showed me a set which was completely damaged on the side casing of the mobile n the touch screen of that set was not working. When I complained this was not my set as mine was a new piece. They said they will send it back to the company and get the set fixed after that till date no news from the company even after sending them mails nor any news from the service centre when i call them regularly, they only say the set is not yet come from the company. Sir can you look into the matter and see if you can help me in anyway. The service center gave me a new job sheet no *W[protected]* Thanking you, Judith.

                                  Sir, My name is Narayan, I am from Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Recently I have gone through very bad experience from Micromax service centre. Service centre behaves very badly with customers. Comparing to other mobile companies, Micromax not having any control on their service centres, in fact they don’t have any procedure for update the complaint status. People like me always prefer to buy Indian make brands but companies like micromax changing the peoples mind, due to their non-co-operative services. Anybody should take strong action on this. My detail experience is as below.
                                  I have purchased Micromax Tab Canvas P480 from EBay in July 2015, After 1 month from purchasing it’s started to getting hanged. Every time I proceed to restart the device, but after one more month the device was automatically powered off and not gets started. I had call with customer care & he has provided 4-5 service centre addresses within my city. When I visited their out of 5 only one is working for micromax named M/s Shree Enterprises which is almost 25km far from my house. I have shown the concern; the representative told me that it is water damage and not in warranty claim, you need to repair it on charges of Rs. 1500/-, will get ready by 4-5 days. I tried to ask exactly what is water damage? but they are unable convince me. Since there is only one service centre in my city I have no choice and I have submitted the tab for repairing. Job card No. W[protected] dated 14/09/15.
                                  After 5 days when I visited at service centre, they told me still problem is not resolved, damaged spare part is called from company and still not received. Same answer received next 6 to 7 times and this cycle continued up to next 20 days. Every time different persons talking with me and committing that will give tab after 2 days. They are also saying that they will call me after resolving the problem but never called, even when I trying to call no one can lift the. Since I am service man in private company, every time I am taking half day leave and traveling 25km to visit the service centre, I have spent almost Rs. 700/- in transportation. 2 times the service centre was closed in working day without any intimation and reason was non availability of Power. Due to this I was very irritated. One day on dated 07/10/15, I lose my patience and I was shouted on them, if you not resolved the problem then I will raise the police complaint. This time they taken seriously and repaired my tab within half hour.
                                  I understood that there was very minor problem and they are unnecessary charging me Rs. 1500/- even it is in warranty period. I ask them to return me the damaged spare part because I am paying for replaced part then they told me that damaged part was return back to company for research. I don’t understand how micromax doing research by taking cost from end users pocket. This is very disgusting, service center behave very badly with customers, Micromax not having control on service centers, in fact no working procedure seen at service centers. People like me prefer to buy Indian make brands companies but companies like micromax changing the peoples mind on Indian brands. Anybody should take strong action on this.

                                    Hi, I had a problem with my Micromax cameo knight mobile charger port. It's just 9 month old. so my mobile is under warrenty periord. I had submited my mobile 20 days ago at micromax serviec center, MARATHALLI, banglore, But still there is no response till now. I dont think there is any need of so many days for this small prob. so please help me in getting my moble back and reply me as soon as possible.

                                        I ordered Micromax A106 from Flipkart on[protected] and it was delivered to me on[protected], so my warranty period is going to be ended by 18th of this month. My mobile is showing number of problems namely i cannot download any images via Opera, i cannot share the images on Whats App, i cannot set the recorder as it shows downloading failed please try again later and camera failed and so on. So i went to Micromax Customer Care in Laxminagar on[protected]saturday) and they informed me that the software has been corrupted and after formating my mobile they told me that your mobile is good to use now. The WI-FI was not working so i was unable to download my whatsapp and didnt confirmed with what they stated. I m really very frustrated by the service as i m a working woman i dont get time to visit the service centres again and again and to accept the false promises made by you. Please expedite my case as my mobile warranty period will get over by[protected].
