Dear Sir/Mam, I have approached the Micromax service centre for my A350 as it has display problem. Service centre told it needs to be sent to Company for repairing as parts are not available. After waiting for 3 weeks I called the service centre and they told it is taking time and please wait for couple of weeks. Later I received call from service centre that phone cannot be repaired and they will replace with another new phone . After waiting for 2 more weeks I called service centre and they said they have not received the handset and they are not aware of the ETA. Later on I called Micromax call centre and they told me to wait for next 15 days and they were not aware of the replacement things. I wrote and email to them regarding the same but not getting any ETA on when the phone will be repaired or anything about replacement. It's been 8 weeks since I gave the phone to service centre on 10th August against JOB sheet No. - N[protected]. Due to a long time unavailability of phone i am loosing my contacts & business.. Pls do the needful

WARINING???????? it is totaly fake site don't trust it yaha se apka account no. puchha jata h aur atm ki detail kriypa kar ke na bataye nahi to dhoke se apke account se paise nikal liye jate hai. this is not safe...

I wrote and email to them regarding the same but not getting any ETA on when the phone will be repaired or anything about replacement. Its been 8 weeks since I gave the phone to service center on 4th August with docket number W[protected].

8th June 15. When I connect data on my mobile is heat always battary down within 45minite. What I will do pls suggestsuggest, I suggest from customer care they told tot me no problem. I have save call record. Pls change my mobile give me new. otherwise I will go to consumer court very soon.

Hello, I have Micromax phone model A310(nitro). I have given it to authorized service center based in ahmedabad city on 20/08/2015. At time of deposit of phone service center's person said that it will take a week for repairing of phone. I have called in service center but they simply said it will take further 20-30 days. Its now more than a month since i have sent my phone in repairing What kind of service is this?? Micromax don't even provide treking system so that I can get updated information for my phone.. This is really dumb service ever. My job sheet no. Is W[protected] Give my phone back as soon as possible.

My complaint no is :N[protected] I m from faridabad .I submitted my phone in sec 16 faridabad service center on 18.09.1994 . i have micromax fire2 n it wsnt working at ol suddenly .When i reached there they said we would fix it in 1 hr . then they said that it is out of warrenty but i purchased it 4 months ago n it is in warrenty den dey said rs 1100 charges lgege n 2 days . but its 15 days n they havent stared repairing it . Sir i visited approx 30 times to resolve my complain, bur who is sitting manoj arora bluffing every time and giving assurance that you will get a new hand set very soon, again again he repeat the same statement but not clearing the date, one day he shouted and returning my handset without repairing stating that your warranty now expire, sir still my set with customer care moradabad . my date of purchase[protected]. job sheet no N[protected] Dated[protected]. job sheet no N[protected] Dated[protected], major problem is short circuit resulting battery swelling, my 02 battery spoiled, 02 more jobsheet no. which i do not remember but you can retrieved. my set model A121(B) IMEI/ESN No. [protected]/[protected]. sir his behavior such a mood that he will going to hit me . using abusing words with agitating body language, which around 20 people have seen including his service manager mr. piyush who luckily presence. sir he will spoil the hole faith on micromax company to the customer, please shift to some other place or give written warning not to repeat in future with any customer. i also want a written apology letter by him which he hurt me. i am waiting by company to call me with replacing a new handset.

Dear Team, My Name is Jince Joseph, I Brought Micromax Handset Acc .Q335(Grey) on 05/08/2015 From one shop in Ettumanoor in kottayam District . And from first week on wards its having huge problems like Hang/Number which are saving can not be display/Battery Charging problem Etc... And i had given for repair on 18/08/15, And the service center people told me it will clear with in 40 Days . But Now its 43 Days are over and i approached them for my Handset then they told me to wait again for a couple of Days . I would like to know I had taken the handset to give it to Service Center or Not for Life time . I Really bad About the service which is doing by Kottayam service center people . If we try to contact there Phone Number[protected], Mob- [protected] they are not picking up a single call at all. Actually its your Responsibilty to Clear My problem as Early as Possible .

I have bought one Micro max mobile phone last year. Model no is A120. I am facing so many issue while using this phone and not getting support from service center. Already deposited this phone 2-3 time in past but problem not resolved permanently. Now again deposited on 19th sept with 3-4 issues but in job sheet only one issue is mentioned. Why touch issue is coming again after some part replacement ? Part replaced or not please share the part name? Why service center team are not mentioning all the issues in job sheet even after highlighting? and they are clearly telling a lie. the same case i highlighted and proof given to Miss /Mrs. Priti at customer care on 22.09.15 around 11:50 am and she has discussed at service center. If battery is OK as per service center than why sometimes battery goes down from 60% to 4% or 10% and after some times suddenly charging % is visible on phone why it is happening? Phone sensor is not working properly it is also shown last time but no improvement? Sometimes Phone vibration and sound is also not OK highlighted last time at service center but not resolved last time? Cosmetic of phone was not OK after repairing my phone when I discussed than service center guy said we don't have guaranty of cosmetic than why in job sheet value is mentioned for cosmetic correction when phone is out of warranty? If service center help desk no. Is provided on net and given to customer as well on Job sheet than why they are not picking customer call in front of customer like me? So many excuses are available? I have take 9-10 leaves from office specially for discussing issues and submission of phone but no proper feedback and support. cost of leave days is 3.5 times of this phone value who will pay? Updated software is also not available at service centre - they called /time given but not updated the software? Wasted my times...

Hi, I had given my Micromax A105 handset on 27th July 2015 to Serivce center- Meerut (Micromax Official Care Center) for one Display part replace (Hardly would have taken 7 days even if the part is not present at Service Center). The Jobsheet No for my complaint is N[protected]. It has been 62 days and still the mobile is with Micromax Care Center. I have been escalating and mailing to Micromax at [email][protected]@micromaxinfo.com[/email] and they are simply regretting, apologizing and saying that this has been taken as a high priority issue but not conveying the exact status of the handset. The Ticket ID for the same is 58159 and 80332. Also when escalating higher I got same reply to wait for 7 to 10 days. All those days are over still haven't got any status information for my Handset. I have given my phone for repairing to them on 21/09/15. i am calling to them on their number [protected] and[protected] but they are not responding at all. They have put my number in DND List. i have written email also but as expected no reply from them. i wanted to know the status of my product but they are so irresponsible .

Sir, there was problem in my phone so i took my phone to the customer care in ganesh chandra avenue kolkta.. on 8th of august 2015. they took my phone and said that i will get my phone within a week. my phone is in guarantee period. so i gave it to them n my job sheet no is[protected]. its been more than one and half month, but i didn't get my phone every time i call them they say that the phone has been sent to the head office. n now from last 3-4 days they r not even picking my call. once i went to the center, they took my job sheet n keep me awaited for 2 hr then they said the job sheet has been misplaced. then after 2 hrs they said sir ur phone has been sent to the head office..! n since last 2 days i have called then more then 15 times but they are not picking up my call..!

Dear Sir/Madem I brought Micromax Mobile Model No Unite3 IMEI No [protected] on 02 Jul 15 but after 20 days used the was not working. after that i gone to Micromax Service Centre Rani Ka Bag Amritsar on 02 Sep 15 the deposit the phone for repairing after that 22 days kept in service center. the service center messege warrant password (MWP) is 1121. On 22 Sep 15 Service Centre call to me your phone is ready for collect i collect the phone and checked but presently mob phone not on service. Service center said that this phone again send to company for change of motherboard. I souk and very harassed after one month deposit in service centre but not repaired. I am working in Dimapur that period i am on leave at amritsar so i again don't deposit the phone in service centre . Therefore I requested to this phone replaced not to be repaired by your company, because i am very harassed from this phone. Please your order placed in dimapur service centre. I will deposit the phone to micromax Service Center Dimapur. Thanking you

Dear sir, I am really disappointed & surprised that Micromax a Indian leading company service center making fool & cheating to your customers. I have a Micromax Canvas A300 Gold Mobile which network is not coming properly some time come & come time signal lost ( A picture is attached). I was well known that its has RF cable connector problem. But when I went to Micromax service center (Venus Enterprises ) at Rohini, Sector-16 they estimate me Rs. 1700/- and said you get mobile next day. When I ask what is problem they could not have word what a problem on this because it has no problem (The jobsheet copy is attached). On other day I went Micromax service center they return my mobile with a bill Rs. 1700/- When I ask what a problem they could not give answer but when I forcefully ask they speak its has back camera problem. Its is really a joking that how back camera has a problem & conflict network signal. My back camera was working good at that time when I present this at service center ( A bill copy is also attached). I know they did nothing, they make me fool & cheated me Rs. 1700/- Now if Micromax is honest company, please refund my money asap. I advise you please stop making fool to your customers because today most customers are well known about mobile hardware... Regards. Mahipal Singh

I hv purchased a mmx a-104 (canvas fire) from my local dealer, approx 11 mount ago. From 11 months it was running properly. But, 10th september my phone was not working. I visited my nearby service centre at 11 th september. That time they said it takes to repair maximum 10-11 days. But now service centre says it will takes minimum 30 days...
