I have purchased micromax A350 in the month of january then suddenly phone has stopped charging suddenly.then I submitted the phone at service centre in Lajpat Nagar on 31st august having job sheet no.: L3-N[protected] and they said they will return it back after 15 days but they gave me call after 26 days ..then got my phone back and mentioned problem was solved but Its back was totally damaged when I enquired they said Its because of courier and we will change it...when I went back home I have noticed its volume up button was nt working + It was not charging+ battery was draining down even when It is attached with charger+power off button is also not working..I was shocked to see all these and went back to the service centre..then they checked and found it correct that company itself done all that damage to my phone which is under warranty..
they submitted my phone again and provided with job sheet no:n[protected] and assured tht they will return it back after 15 days..but today its been 30 days already and still they are saying they will return it back after 8/10/2015..Its been 3 months ..and I have not got my phone back like I have submitted to the service centre...
only One thing I want to say If you can't repair your own phone atleast don't damage also..
I don't know why micromax want its reputation to b drawn down..
don't play with people sentiments as well as money U don't kow how some people buy your phone..Please returm My phone..:-(:-(;-(:-(

    I bought a mobile No. A350from Dashing Mobile World Amala city on 29 th Aug 2014.for Rs 19200/- 2. Just after few months it started hanging at times. 3. ON 15 th April 2015 the set became non functional. 4 I approached service centre on 16 th April 2015. The service centre prepared a job card only on 22 nd April and asked me to come after afortninght. 5. i visited number of times and followed over phone alsobut till 23 rd June 2015, there was no response. 6 As a last resort i handed over the papers to my advocate and asked him to serve a notice. 7.The set which was lying unattended for more than 2 months, was casually repaired immediately and was delivered to me. 8 It again develoed problems, was again delivered back to me saying that it has been repaired. THe set very next day aagin deveoped problem and was again handed over to their service centre on 24 th Aug 2015 vide N[protected]. it more than a month, they have assured that they will be replacing the set but till date has not done so. Feeling aggrieved i am taking the issue with you for onward taking with the co. A. batra ambala City

      I bought A Micromax A092 Red phone from Flipkart on 23/02/2015. Not even the sixth month has passed but the phone started showing problem. While using the phone it started showing the message " battery overheated phone will shut down".And hence the phone use to hang up. I took my phone to the nearest service centre in Kolkata but they said it was a battery issue. But the warranty of the battery was for six month and the warranty period has just expired. So I had to buy a micromax A 092 battery from them on 21/09/15. Not even a week and the phone has stopped working completely. I have been trying to get through the customer care support, but unfortunately there is no response. Currently my handset is under warranty period of 1 year. But I am utterly disappointed with this phone and also with Micromax. Such kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude from a renowned company is not expected. Is it my fault that I trusted buying a micromax product? I just want full refund of my hard earned money against this product. Please take necessary action and let me know at the earliest.         I, Tarun Gupta, having Micromax Unite 2 (A106 Black) handset, stop working and I found, Micromax have their Customer Care Centre at Hudson Lane, Kingsway camp, Delhi 110009 (M/s. AVJ Communications). That Vide Job Sheet No. "N[protected]" dated 22.08.2015, I conveyed by the represented that I hand set will be repaired and delivered back to me within 7days but after the expiry of 7 days when I reach there to get the same back I was informd that It will take another 7 days the same episode repeated till yet. last on 26.09.2015 when I again visited the Micromax Center they started shouting on me (Mr. Himanshu) and told me never come here again.

        After so many request and personal visit, Micromax failed to deliver the handset till yet.

          I have deposited my mobile model no A120 with in aurangabad service center on date 24 aug 2015 and from the date till date i have visited service center several times and also intimated to your service center executive are not giving positive response and are very rude behavior . But there no positive outcome till date now it is beyond my tolerance if i not getting my mobile replace with a new one within five days, them i will be forced to go the consumer forum . A waiting for replacement .

            Dear Sir/Madam; I've buy a Micromax Canvas Spark on April 29. This handset has a serious problem that it gets hanged oftentimes nd once it gets hanged it switcheoff. When it restarts its CPU &Processor temperature increases tremendously. And all the saved contacts dumped. Actually I'd raised the same complain before a month ago. Your team called me nd told me that you are going to pay me my money back. But after that there was no response from your side. I'm so much harassed to use such faulty device. Its very annoying to use this. Your After Sale Service is worst. I'm looking forward towards your TRUSTED nd positive reply. Thank you Hrishikesh Ingawale

                  I am facing many problems regarding the services of Micromax. Within 6 month of Micromax canvas knight A350 purchase, battery of my handset was bulged in one night due to handset charging issue. I asked to replace the battery but they denied and charged me for battery and told that there is no defect in charging of handset. After 15-20 days I faced again charging issue, and submitted my phone 1 month ago[protected] with Job sheet no.: N041112 / 0815 / 18785367 to Noida service center and still I did not got any positive response by Micromax. From the day of submission they are replying same every time that it will take 15-20 days. When i complained the same on mmx toll free no. they given me complain no. MMX[protected] and promises, it will be reached to me within 5 days but still i am waiting for my handset. One of my friends have already faced same issue with same model of handset and received new handset of lower configuration in lieu of defective handset after 3 month of delay and too much conversation. I am too much bother about same. So please help me to get my Handset/replaced with Equal configuration handset as soon as possible, because it has been already delayed abnormally.

                  i am still waiting for positive response from micromax.
                  the concern person of Micromax provided old hand set in replacement, i denied the handset and now micrmax is not taking care of the matter.
                  i am too much frustrated by service of MMX.may of my friends suggested me not to by the handset but i brought due to configuration but now, how i can use the configuration when from last 2 month handset is with MMX.
                  very bad service by MMX.

                    Dear Sir, Please go through the following email communication trails between me and Micromax company which are self explanatory to narrate about the problem I am experiencing. I purchased a Micromax handset (A350) from Narela, Delhi in Nov'14 and gifted to my cousin, Mr. Atul living in Badarpur, Delhi. The handset started creating problem after two months. We submitted the handset to MIcromax Customer service center at Faridabad to resolve the issue and later it was sent to Micromax company. The company took 4 months to return the handset but without resolving any problem in the handset. We again submitted it at same service center on 3rd Aug and this time, it took 50 days to return the handset with lesser storage capacity (16 gb) than that of original (32 gb). Then I sent my cousin to Micromax Head Office at Gurgaon to demand the refund of handset. Initially they refused him to meet any official but after creating hue & cry at gate, one official named Mr. Maninder Singh, Sr. Executive, came out to receive him in the office. He convinced Atul that the company did not have refund policy but they were ready to replace the handset with new one as required. Mr. Maninder informed they would dispatch the new handset by next day and provide the docket number without fail. After getting assurance, my cousin left the office and we waited for docket number on very next day. Now they are not ready to pick up the phone, let alone the docket number. We have been terribly harassed so far and now want justice. We do not want to forfeit our hard earned money by being duped this way. Frequent switching off problem On 9th of April, I sent my cousin, Mr. Atul to visit M/s Simran Communication, Shop no. B1, Fruit Garden, Rly Road, NIT Fazridabad - 121001 and he met Mr. Sumit there. Mr. Atul narrated him all the problems in my mobile. First, he tried to resolve the problem by formatting the mobile software but the problems could not be resolved. Then he informed Atul that the handset needed to be sent to Micromax company to resolve the problems. Atul allowed him and handed over my mobile with following details 1. Jobsheet: 09/04/2015 2. Job number: N[protected] 3. Model No.: A350 Night (32 GB) (Gold Colour) 4. Mobile IMEI / ESN no.: [protected], [protected] Mr. Sumit informed him that the handset would be returned within 15 days after proper repairing. We waited for 15 days and called the service center for the same. They informed it would take another seven days to come. Every time we called them, we got the same answer that the handset would take another 7 days. One, month passed, two months passed, three months passed and finally four month passed and we kept waiting for handset to be returned. Meanwhile we called rigorously to Micromax company at [protected]. Every time we got the answer that it was in process and would be returned within next seven days . We also strongly followed up to M/s Simran communication for the same but in vain. To our annoyance, they (Simran) stopped responding at one time as they had no answer. Having felt deceived, we visited the service center 4 times without any outcome. On 1st August, I was informed that the handset had come from company and I rushed to collect it from Simran communication. After using the mobile for 24 hours, I again encountered the same problems in the mobile and this handset had 16 GB instead of 32 GB storage. I was really fed up with this kind of service from Micromax. I again visited the Simran communication and explained the problem. He informed me that I would get Micromax A300 Gold model this time as A350 Night was a failed model everywhere in the market. I said ok and asked for the timeline. I was given 15 days time after preparing following jobsheet 1. Jobsheet: 03/08/2015 2. Job number: N[protected] 3. Model No.: A350 Night (32 GB) (Black Colour) 4. Mobile IMEI / ESN no.: [protected], [protected] I waited for 15 days and called to center. As expected, I got a negative answer. Then I called Micromax care at [protected] many times but received no firm response. I registered the complaint with Micromax with complaint number MMX[protected] dated 07/08/2015. I kept following to Micromax care on 17th, 18th, 20th, 21st, 26th August'15. I again registered the 2nd complaint through Ms. Tanu (Micromax customer care employee) with number MMX[protected]. After harassing continuously for 4 to 5 months, the company has finally offered me to collect my repaired / replaced mobile on 1st Sep, 2015. Again, the model is not Micromax Gold as promised to me earlier. I have been informed about the same model with different IMEI / ESN No. This is very shocking to me. This is the kind of after sales service from reknowned company like Micromax. Your careless attitude and services left me without the use of mobile for 5 months continuously although I had purchased this mobile with my hard earned money from you with great expectations. I am sorry, I can not accept the handset unless I am compensated for my valuable time that I lost so far and huge mental agony and harassment that I incurred during the course of last 5 months. So here, I demand that 1. Refund of Rs. 14300.00 + Rs. 4000.00 (total Rs. 18300.00) to be given back to me which I paid for purchase of Micromax mobile and the 4 day's time that I spent to visit the service center during the course of 5 months. OR 2. My old handset to be replaced byMicromax E471 Canvas Knight 2 - 32 GBbecause the model A350 Knight model has been failed twice since I purchased it and I can not take risk with it anymore. If my demand is not met within 15 day's time, I will drag you into the court and use the legal way unless and until I get appropriate justice. This email communication may follow a legal notice after 15 days if my demand is not met. I still hope the company like Micromax can not be so careless and deceptive and would look into the matter in a positive way to meet my demand.                       Sir, Few months back, I bought a brand new micromax phone model Nitro 2 E311 from my nearby micromax store..Till then the USB that was provided with the model is not working that is it does not allows the sharing of pictures and graphics. Moreover the camera which is 5 MP Front n 13 MP Back gives blurred image everytime a picture is captured.I request you either to replace the model with anew one or tell me the solution to the problem. I tried to contact the dealer but he said to contact online . I hope u will not force me to knock the doors of consumer court.. Waiting for your reply at its earliest.

                            Sir, I had given my mobile phone for repair for charging related problem at micromax service centre virar in the warranty period on 22/8/15. they told that they send the mobile to company for repairing and required 45 days . After 33 days i visited the service center they told that the phone is get ready i came to home in boisar observed that the phone is not repaired . the warranty period of my phone ends on 30/8/15. after that on 26/8/15 i once again visited service center they told me that your warranty is over. so i requst you repair my phone.

                                I had submited my Micromax mobile on 3rd Sept'2015 against job card no- E[protected] at Guwahati service center (Netsel Associates), but They are not able to resolve my complain till date(26th Sept'2015). They said that parts are ordered and its on the way. They asked me to collect the mobile after 7 days of submission, but i had visited their office thrice after interval of 7 days each. But every time they are repeating the same version and not able to resolve my complain. I get really harassed by their activity every time. I don't understand what type of service center you are providing for public. Is it the way you are harassing people. Finally I want replacement of my mobile with a new one immediately and that to without any condition. Hope you would resolve my problem immediately. I cannot wait any more.                                   Hi, its more than one month I am taking regular follow-ups with micromax guys, but I didn’t get any resolution, this is very humble request tell me micromax company provide us 1 year warranty out of which from last two month handset is laying with them. If this type of Pathetic service is providing by them then I think one year is very short period for you to fulfill your company declaration with their customer.                                     I Had bought the Q380 Micromax Canvas Spark in Snapdeal Flash sale some time in may. However after two months the phone stopped functioning. I had given the phone to a Micromax service center here in Bhubaneswar. They returned me the product after about 2 months more without the issue being resolved. My phone is still not functional and i demand its replacement with a functioning product ASAP. PROBLEM: After powering on the phone, only the startup screen (with micromax and android logo) appears. Nothing else happens or boos after that.
