Given the phone on 17th september. Got a message thrice requesting me to collect the phone telling that its repaired. I went thrice, all the three times they said issue is not resolved and everytime i go they ask me to comeback after 15 days. My device is under warranty I don think that the phone will be set right though its under warrenty. Its a new phone.Kindly Refund.       I noticed touchpad issue in month of July which was random in nature in beginning and within a week it became frequent and I was having hard time using phone as I was unable to access anything. Then i visited nearest service center and they collected phone and promised to give back in 10 days, then they promised 30 days and after having lot of verbal fight they gave my device after 45 days saying it's ready and working in condition, again in 24 hours noticed same issue, visited service center who did software update and returned phone again next day have to visit service center as software update didn't solved the problem. Now they collected phone again and asked to wait for another 1 month, as they are not able fix issue they tried to replace part 3-4 times. According to them this model have lot of issues as they are getting many complaints from users using this model. Have asked for replacement or refund but not getting answer and service center people behave so rude that they don't know being in customer service business how to handle situation and client. Please help on this matter it's been more than 2 months my phone is in service center and don't know how much more time they will take to resolve my issue.

        Sir aapke yha meerut me ganga plaza par Jo micromax centre hai wha ke employees na to think tarike se bat karte hai aur na hi thik se kisi bat ka response dete hai .customer ko surf aur surf pareshan karte hai .m aapse request karts hu ki Aap unke khilaf sakht se sakht kadam uthaie.taki hum jaise aam micromax customer pareshan na ho .aur aapki company ka naam kharab na ho.agar Aap koi action nhi lete hai to majburan muje court se hi nyay Lena padega.mai aapke mobile set aur aapke c care centre se but dukhi hu.acchi service provide Karie taking Aam Aadmi pareshan na ho.muje consumer court Jane ke liye mujbur mat kijie .sir plz help me.. as possible...

          Dear sir, Iam j.krishnamurthy, i was the one of customer of our micromax brand I was brought one mobile on18/06/2015 at BIGC (visakhapatnam, butchirajupalem nad x roads).my handset was very over heat and battery automatically dropped approximately 50% within 10 mints. I was given it 4 times to customer care service center in vizianagaram fro resolving my problem. They told me like your mobile sent to main branch, please come after 15 days for one time. Yesterday I was taken my mobile and refuel it till battery is full. After 5 mints it will convert very over heat and battery down up to 62% with out using of sim card.immediately I was going to service center and showing my mobile to concern person he told like tomorrow you will come and I Will give a another battery, after using of that battery day after tomorrow I will replace the mother board.             Once upon a time I was feeling proud that our Indian company Micromax is going to raise...but I realized fact why customer and people hate to purchase their phones...this Micromax is not at all releasing software updates .now I am using yureka plus and they have promise me that there would be weekly updates of software for my handset of yureka plus ...but still even one time also I didn't get that and whenever I am trying to updates system software it is simply saying that your system is up to date and make me fool every time I am trying!what to do with that..?that chairman is going to spend his time with unnecessary thing, I think so...!!! I am requesting Micromax chairman to concentrate on this issue and there are such more customers like me...everybody needs a wife off course but compared to that achievement is important...please keep this note in your mind sir... This unprofessional approach from such reputed company is very disheartening.

                  I had purchased micromax handset on 21.10.2014 for rs 11500 which get stopped working after 4 days then i visited to service centre then after few days i got handset
                  again handset stopped working again i visited micromax service centre.
                  still i am wandering to micromax service centre but not getting proper handset
                  service centre canged my handset but still same problem i am facing with this handset also.
                  i am fed up due to visiting sevrel times to service centre i had purchased handset for my comfort but it was become a hell for me

                    I have given my micromax mobile for service to the M/S SRI PERUMAL COMMUNICATIONS, MADURAI-625001 on 01/08/2015 the job sheet no 18729255.
                    On 22 nd of August 2015 I received a call from them to send the mobile to head office to repair / Replace the mobile under warranty with in 20 days. I accepted. Still now I have not received the mobile. When can I get the mobile? What could I say when my friends ask about the mobile. Can I spread Indian company is BAD. I wait for your replay.

                      My cell phone Micromax A94 has been in service center twice and for 3months of duration. It's in warranty period and it's touch is dysfunctional... Led has black screen all the time. Camera is not working on either side. Charger jack is loose. I am really disappointed with the service of micromax and is built. I had to keep the phone i the service center for three months now in its warranty period. I am without phone right now and fully frustrated. I want a replacement within 5 days of time. Or else I shall go to consumer forum ask for refund. Please do the needful at the earliest . I am waiting for a reply.

                        My name is Amit Kumar Pandey, I have Micromax canvas 2 A110 since 2 years. This phone is ultimate, thanku for the lovely phone. From last few days there is some software problem in this same phone and i m not abke to use the phone. I tried to call customer care approx 100 time but every time you charge me for the call and after 10 second call automatically got disconnected and i was really pissed of that time because i want to fix my phone as soon as possible. If that time i have money then surly i go for the new phone (other brand) but due to some reason i do not have the enough fund to buy new phone. And now i will never suggest any one to go for the Micromax. In your service centers they keep the phone for 10 to 12 days for the simple software update so i did not allowed to do that. So i have to take my phone to the local mobile shop and they charge me 500 rs for the software issue.                           I had purchased micromax mobile model noE455 canvas nitro 4g but after 15 days only mobile was not working properly it automatically get restart and get switched of several times a day i had visited the micromax. World address -teleport. 27/1 ashok nagar. Jail road from which i have purchased my mobile they dosent give me proper response and send me to service centre at service centre they updated my mobile. And return the mobile saying that now mobile is ok and doesn't provide me the job card but same problem still persist i had visited the store and several times but no one is giving me the proper response and solution to the problem it has not been even a month and ph is getting the problem i want to get my set replaced my no [protected]

                            I hv purchased a micromax mobile model a 350 before 6 months. Bt after using for four months my handset hv some prblm in software. For tht I submitted my mobile with micromax service centre in gurgaon named shree sai telecom. They promised me to repair or replacement of the set within 20 days.                                 Dear Sir,

                                I bought mobile around 5-9-15 but in my Mobile CDMA Internet and network is not there. I have visited Micromax Service Centre They said it takes 30 days for repair or solve my problem. I want to comlaint if my mobile is defective then 1) why Quality Checking is not done before handover to customer 2) If mobile is defective then why customer is wait for 30 days? Why Micromax Co is not providing New Mobile with proper checking.

                                It is totally customer harassment and wasting the time of customer.

                                  Sir, I deposit my smartphone micromaxQ380(spark) to Mobile Service Point named service center in Kanpur U.P. for repair on 27/08/2015. it was dead when deposited and after 10days I got back and found new problem it's speakers both front and back are in very bad condition and service center employees had keep saying that I will get it soon. Also when I deposit my sppark 4th time on 16/09/2015 they said it will take maximum 10days now they again extending the time limit . I have my CA exams in november2015and I had to watch classes on my mobile since exams are very close so kindly provide it to me as soon as possible.

                                    There customer care centre respond with a standard reply and do not provide any information. There grievance also mention the same e-mail id that means you have no option to approach if not satisfied. Its a third class company as far as services are concerned. Jobsheet no. They have taken the time up to 7 days to repair the same . After continuous follow-up for 3 months and 10 day . They handed over the mobile to me with same issue . They are telling they need some more time to resolve the issue . Again I have returned the mobile to them . Now the situation is forcing me to take legal action against Micromax Attaching the Job sheet and Bill for reference . 1. I don’t want any clarification from you, Just need a new mobile within 2 days from this email dated . 2. In case I am not getting any response, I will never intimate you again, I will just take necessity action against you . Even I know the legal, Pl. consider this as a warning email .                                         I, amit sharma have purchased a micromax phone i. E micromax canvas spark q380 on 2 aug, 2015. After few days it has some problem. So i show the phone to micromax care of palwal, haryana. But they are unable to solve the problem. They said to me phone will go to the company for repair for 15 days.

                                        But still i did not get my phone. Whenever i call to the mocromax company for my phone or micromax care they said after 15 days you will get your phone. But still after approx 1 month i did not get my phone. They are annoying me.
                                        Now i dont understand what to do.
