I purchased a Micromax tab P410i 25/9/2014 . Till the today it get serviced 5 times. Every time service center give back it to me after 1 month. 3 time its IMEI number get changed when i asked the reason they told me it is replaced set. Recently on 13/8/2015 submit it service center and collect back on 18/9/2015. At service center i check it its working but due to low battery got switch off. after charging it sufficient time and after lots of try it switches on but now its touch not working this time. I again submit it to center same day. its warranty end on 25/9/15. in last 12 months i used it hardly 7-8 months and 4-5 months it was at service center. Every time collected data i lost and re collect every time. Due to bad service and worst quality of product i not only wast my time and money but feel cheated so please suggest me what should i do now? I get frustrated with this and dont want to continue any more.

    I had purchased micromax A 350 online in November 2014. The phone suddenly wouldn't charge one fine day in July 2015. I took it Micromax service centre at Dadar, near Cambridge show room near Dadar Plaza. After a long wait, I was ushered in when my phone was quickly passed on behind the counter. After a 10 minute wait, the phone was given back to me opened and a damaged part near the charging area was shown saying it was tampered with and the product was not under warranty. How I would have tampered a product that couldn't even be opened is beyond my imagination. I was given a quote of 1200 and the product was taken away from me. I was given a job sheet. After a month of waiting and no communication from their side I started making repeated visits every time to be only told that I would have to come only when I got a call. Finally the call came and on going there I realised it was not charging. I came back again. After a week I was called saying it was working fine and I could collect it. The phone was at zero charge. I refused to collect it unless I saw it charging. After one hour of waiting, the phone was handed over to me with a 4 percent charge which was very odd. on returning home I realised it had got completely drained and didn't charge at all . I took it back. They claimed it was fine when it was working. The person - in charge Prashant was very rude and said he would refund my money If I was not happy and snatched my phone and gave it behind the counter claiming that he would remove the part that he had put. I was given the money back and my phone was given back without out even closing it properly. Although my phone is under warranty, these people have damaged it. Let me know what I can do. Who will repair my phone?

      I was submit my mobile in micromax care since 2sept. 2015 for auto-rotate function problem in a warranty.
      one day micromax care call me on my cell.
      since 14sept. 2015, centre said to me my mobile headset is repaired.
      But I saw my mobile headset is same condition problem.

          My phone Micromax A-99 is in micromax service center from last 3 months. I have went many a times there. But I never got my phone. When I got it was almost after 1 and half month and that too without repairing it. My phone's display was not working and I gave it again as per their statement that company will replace the phone. now it is more than 2months. I am attaching the Job sheet from Micromax service center. and m having battery of the phone as well. Please look into this as it is ridiculous, M a working professional and I can't go to service center daily to fight with the guys present there. I really need a immediate response, and I will never suggest any of my colleagues or any one in my family to buy Micromax Phones because this kind of service is not acceptable. I need compensation this is not going to work like this. Please I am fed up, so, resolve my complaint whatever is best please do it

            Product name and model: Micromax MMX440W wifi Modem Purchased From: Chanel 5 (shop no 3 & 4, R.K.Plaza, Sai chowk, Pimpri, Pimpri- Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra 411017) Date of purchase: 11 September 2014 Warranty Covered: 1 year from the date of purchase Problem faced: Product is dead Product Submitted at the Service Centre on: 25 July 2015 Service Centre where the product was submitted: Reliable Enterprises Service Centre Address: Shop No. 10, A Wing, Jai Ganesh Vision, Akurdi, Near Fame Multiplex, Pune - 411035 Response from Service center after 2 months: Device activation date is 6 months before the date of purchase and a computer generated job sheet ID cannot be generated. Also it is not covered under warranty. Complaints and Allegations against Micromax company: Micromax is bluffing to escape giving me a replacement of my device. They have altered the device's IMEI number and caused physical damage. Also they are not ready to give me a replacement even though the product is covered under warranty terms and submitted within the warranty period. Communicated with the company regarding the issue: Yes. Both telephonic and through email Resolution: Requested for a replacement but not met.

              Dear Concern Myself VIKAS MISHRA, had bought a TAB- canvas from CROMA- Surat on dt 30/08/2015. But there was late charging / tab heating & soon discharging problem from first day. On dated 9/9/2015 I gave my TAB to you customer care- KK ENTERPRISES –SURAT for repairing which send to company- delhi for repairing with returning commitment 15 days. I contacted on 18/09/2015 to your delhi customer care for status. They told me that your Tab is in under repairing process, will return in 15 days.(complain no. MMX [protected]) Today on 22/09/2015 I again called to you delhi customer care to know the status, they again replied me to return in 15 day. Now this is not acceptable to me that from 8th to 22nd Sept your answer is only to return in 15 days. Can you confirm me that when this 15 days will be finished & I will get back my TAB in OK condition????? My jobsheet no is –W[protected] Pls pay your attention on the said matter. Revert me the status & return my TAB in OK condition.
              I am not from Croma and I cant provide a solution. But why did you give it for repair just because it is overheating. You could have used it as iron box and taken double benefit. Anyway I will be including your tab in my prayers.

                  Hi, My mobile Micromax canvas knight A350 which is under warranty has encountered with touch pad issue and I have submitted it in the service center on 11/Jun/15 and they have given me a Job sheet number: S[protected]. The service center has forwarded my handset to Micromax company for resolving the issue. After keeping my handset for more than 2 months with them they are returning me some other handset which is used by someone earlier. I have checked the handset then and there itself and noticed that front camera and back camera is not working at all and they have changed the memory configuration from 25 GB to 10 GB, so I have rejected to take that handset. Then the service center associates told me they are returning that handset to Company again and asking me to follow up with the company directly. There is no response from the customer care for my emails and phone calls. I am bearing this mental torture from many days, and I cannot bear it any more. I want a solution for this problem and hope this complaint will show a solution for the problem. Regards.

                        I have purchased Micromax YU smartphone (Model AO 5510) from amazon.in on 22 January 2015. This phone is having a problem of restarting during calls (Almost all calls) resulting in frustration. I have contacted all possible Customer care support of Micromax ([protected]@micromaxinfo.com), YU Support ([protected]@yuplaygod.com) and many other support forums. I have also reported this issue on the facebook page of Miromax Smartphone. I got some reply from YU Support and they asked me some details about the product and the owner (Sumit Garg). I have send all those details 3 times but they stopped responding. It is a torture that an indian company is doing to its customer. I request you to please look into the issue and help me to resolve this problem. I can provide the Email Communications held with the support team if asked. Thank You.

                          Sir in my micromax mobile a350 has some problem like charging, battery backup, headphone jack..
                          I deposit my mobile in micromax service centre ( m / s the mobile care, delhi b36, guru nanak pura, opp.V3s mall, near maharaja bequett, tin no - [protected]) on dated 18 / 08 / 2015.
                          First of all he is demanding money 1700 for charging jack problem, but my phone is in the warrenty period.
                          They told come after 15 days your phone will be ready, when i go after 20 days they replied please come next week, when again i go on next week they replid please come after 4 days your phone will defnetely ready, again when i go they replied, sir please come after 6 days.
                          Sir i am not able to understand actually whats going on..
                          Sir please help me without mobile i am sufring from lots of problem.

                            It is my very worst experience in Micromax Mobile. On 5th Jun'15 I have purchased Micromax E311 with lots of hope that a good phone I have bring. But unfortunately it disappoint me as other user, today(15th Sep'15) I have deposit my mobile to Netsol associates (Micromax authorize Service Center- guwahati, Assam) vied Job card #[protected]. Problem found within 3 month as... 1. Display problem- showing patch at all corner. 2. Ear speaker volume very low. As per service center it will take around 20 days to get it repair, which also a embarrassing communication Micromax make. But after 20 days. They are not responding and not also bother to answer where my hand set is. Customer service center also not picking phone, after my first conversation... First they collect all the detials form customer and then they just block calls from that no. It's really a pathetic experiance with Micromax. Suggest all people not to purchase Micromax product...                               This complaint is about the service center who took my phone for about a month ago as wifi is not functioning and after a month they provided me a used a phone by stating that this phone is exchange of my phone which was a brand new. I bought that only a month ago from the day when i gave that phone to service center. So, kindly look into the issue because i haven't accepted the phone which was given as a exchange on behalf of my phone. I request you to provide me a refund or my phone which i have given on same condition. i am attaching the job sheet of service center for reference.

                                This is Mr. Sumit Kumar From Rewari Haryana.
                                I brought Micromax P480 TAB Dated on 01/05/2015 from M/s PARTH ENTERPRISES, Shop no-312, Model town Rewari Haryana with bill and everything. After 3 month started getting charging problems. I went to PARTH ENTERPRISES but they directed me to go to MICROMAX authorised service station in District center.
                                I went there and they kept the phone with them and told me to come after 10
                                days, I got a call after 10 days but answer me your TAB send to kannal main
                                Service center, then call after one day Karnal service center they told me your TAB send to Delhi Service Center.Now more than ONE Month have passed but Service center is not willing to get my TAB repaired and handover it to me. This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of Micromax is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture.I therefore pray that the company may be ordered to replace the tab set and pay Rs. 7000/-for inconvenience and harassment caused to me otherwise
                                i need to get the product re-placed

                                  Description - my mobile is facing problems such as
                                  1 power key not working.
                                  2 shutting down without any command.
                                  3 display is interrupted.
                                  All these within the warranty period
                                  4 now it is given to service centre for about 1 month and not been repaired and returned

                                  I demand full return of money or lend a new product

                                      Its been 21 days handset is still or handset is not repaired.
                                      No body in micromax knows what is happening and there is no clarity when will the issue resolved. They are just raising job sheet and complain no as mentioned.

                                        I took a mob micromax canvas fire 4 4 months ago. On 12th September 2015 i had raised a complaint saying speaker and receiver not working.. i went to Micromax are in Jayanagar 3rd block, Bangalore. they gave me a job sheet saying it will take 1 week to 15 days. They said there is a short in sub PCB and took 1 week to give the mobile back. i got the mob back on18th september. later i went home and tried to charge. but it was not charging. inspected the mobile properly and saw that outer frame was broken. Again next i registered one more complaint in the same service center with the below job sheet number. The mobile damaged after servicing and after solving one problem, a new problem occurred which is not acceptable. there is no Q-check done for the mobiles. The representatives blamed me saying i have damaged the mobile. they do not respond properly. when there is mistake from the company side why should the customer be blamed??? for each and every small problem, they take 10 days to get it sorted out. they tell they have to get the part from delhi. with such huge trusting customers, cant micromax setup a service centre with all facilities? why should the customer be blamed for the company's bad servicing? i guess the Q-check person is not good enough to do proper Q check. why should we accept a damaged mobile after servicing? i need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Does the company accept a damaged mobile for claiming warranty? no. In the same way even we cannot accept a mobile which is damaged after servicing. There is no proper CARE taken in micromax CARE while servicing. please look into this issue. i need a refund/replacement or proper repairing to be done for the issue. Job sheet number :[protected]
