I was submit my mobile in micromax care since 2sept. 2015 for auto-rotate function problem in a warranty.
one day micromax care call me on my cell.
since 14sept. 2015, centre said to me my mobile headset is repaired.
But I saw my mobile headset is same condition problem....

Its been 21 days handset is still or handset is not repaired.
No body in micromax knows what is happening and there is no clarity when will the issue resolved. They are just raising job sheet and complain no as mentioned.

I took a mob micromax canvas fire 4 4 months ago. On 12th September 2015 i had raised a complaint saying speaker and receiver not working.. i went to Micromax are in Jayanagar 3rd block, Bangalore. they gave me a job sheet saying it will take 1 week to 15 days.
