Just before 2 day i went to Customer Care Center Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to Solve my problem of Canvas A110,
in my Device the issue is Logo of Canvas Only on Screen then after no any other Process,
lady Executive said me to leave Device for one day, come next Day Problem Will resolve.
i called her next day to get updates about my Device she said me to give 1-2 Days may be Problem in Device have to open the device.
after one day she called me and said to get Device it will not be resolve, because Problem in the circuit and its Cost is 4500Rs or more !!
so i told her dont do any thing i will get back it from Center,
when i went to Receive it she asked 100Rs . i paid her.
after i came to home i search on internet About this Issue on -http://forum.xda-developers.com/
i got solution and i did as per on forums written, and its done..
after that Very much Disappointed from your Executive and their behavior.
if they don't want to do then they have to told me but this kind of wrong information are given by them really bad experience.
i almost found new Phone and will buy it very soon, but before that i want to try my self and its Resolve !!
so please Tell your Customer Service Center Don't Do this kind of services, and don't give them wrong information . they dont care about Customer,
