I had bought a micromex mobile set after 2 months its mice was stop working and i went to the service centre they submit my phone and said after 7-10 days you can collect ur phone but now more then two months passed and they continuously saying that we didn't have its mice and it will take more 7-10 day to rectify i am completely fed up with all this. And they easily said that i[censored] had a problem you can go to the consumer Court . please solve my issue.

    Actually my was not getting on so went to the micromax service centre panjim goa they said that they need to replace one part and they demanded 750 rs to remove password. immediately i contacted costumer care at micromax and they said to remove password they charge not more than 150 rs. i told them that my phone is under warranty so please replace that part and i will pay you 150rs they refused and gave me my cellphone back in the same condition as i have given to them. and its was rude behaviour. please kindly look in to this matter.

          I have purchased Micromax LED last month in Chandigarh for my Uncle. Its being one month and LED TV is not working its speakers not working properly volume issues, TV functions not working properly. Instead a guy for demo came and said to use external speakers and also informed my uncle the functions given in manual or TV box will not work. I have used LED TV for Micromax 1st time and this is what in response i have been facing. I have taken this for my old aged Uncle, but he is facing trouble, which is not bearable to me, Micromax people ask for service charges and money from him. Why the hell he should pay money for hardly 1 month LED. Attached is the copy of the bill for your reference.
          hi...i raised a complaint about my micromax TV screen blacked out suddenly, but there has been no support from their customer service end, the technician numbers which they provided are not valid, switched off or doesn't answer, after a week of follow up(every other day) they finally set a call back call and contact the technician, who for no reason cancelled the complaint ticket by saying "BILL NOT AVAILABLE", he was least bothered about the problem.Again when contacted the customer care they say the technician has closed stating "Customer not answering", havent seen such a pathetic customer service.If they counld arrange for any technician i would have not wasted my time on the phone calls to their stupid customer service department.if have a choice i would rate a "ZERO" to this MICROMAX SERVICE

              I installed a app move to " sd card " from play store to change internal storage. And when i selected move apps to sd card in that app, it showed a highlighted line that - "this device does not enable user's moving apps to the sd card. Usually, it's because of the manufacture removes the function of moving apps to sd from android, or an sd card is not inserted ". I have inserted sd card, now there is only one option left. The tab memory is not that much. That's why i wanted to use sd card for better storage.

              Its the worst TAB that I had ever used... No proper service and the customer care people think that they are the bosses. One day my tab stopped suddenly and when we took it to customer care they were so arrogant and said it would take one month and after one month when we called them the said it would take some more time and then finally we got a call that it was ready and when we saw the tab.. The screen guard was completely bubbled and my internal memory has been reduced to only 2gb. I want a damn reply

              probably the worst tab ever !! i bought this micromax canvas p666 and it had software issues in the beginning. i have to get my tab to customer service with in a day i bought a tab and had to use my warrenty card. which is worthless. Customer supprt is the worst place and the employee they hired were among most rude people i have ever met. Suggestion ... "Never BUY it..."

              I regret buying Micromax Canvas tab P666.

                Sir, This is for information that I had given my set micromax model no. X258 in your service center at AVJ Communication Hudson Lane GTB nagar on dated 8 Aug. 2015 becous it has some technical issue. When I go there to take phone, they told me that it is warranty has been finished while its purchasing date is 10 sep. 2014. So its expairy date is 10 sep. 2015. So how you can told me that it is expired.while I had given you my phone in under warranty. Kindly do the need full & short out my problem ASAP.

                  Hi, My name is manish.Recently I had a problem regarding the display blankof my MICROMAX MOBILE spark q380. So I handed it over to the service center here in sriganganagar rajsthanfor repair on 12/7/2015. The JOB SHEET NO is: w[protected]. They informed that it has to be repaired in two weeks. Now the problem here is, They do not received my phone call and I have gone to the service centre more than 4 times, they are saying that your phone is dispatched from Head office. I do not know how much time is needed to repair the mobile. Please consider this complaint and do the needful. Else i have to go to the condumer court n complaint against your company... My no.                         I had given my phone (Model No.SERMOB0271) for service to your Service center, Aarjay Associates, Door No.35/1454, 1st Floor, Kocheneth Building, Janatha Junction, Palarivattom, Kochi - 682025 on 04/03/2015. The first time when I went their they said Battery complaint, second time said board complaint, third time intimated, parts not available...etc.. every time they have their on excuses.. Me and my representative went their around 15 times in this 6 months. I have given the phone to service in the warranty period, and 6 months over. Now the warranty expired. Still the phone not repaired. At last they have given one phone number, name is Anoop and the mobile number is [protected]. But this person neither pick the call nor call back till date. Micro-max is a good company, have a good will, customers trust you. But this type of service center looses the Company's Good will and customers trust. I request you to take an initiative steps to resolve this problem on priority. Scan copy of the Job sheet attached for your reference.

                          I bought micromax q371 on 1st march 2105 but in some days it started creating problem. problem is very rare, whenever somebody calls me they got voice msg that my phone is switched off, initially i thought its a problem of my network then i insert SIM of other network but problem remains the same. Then i approached to service center they took my phone and updated the software and not even give any proof of complaint. but the problem again remain the same then again i approached them this time they gave me complain no. (E[protected]) and return my phone after 25 days, they claim that they have sent it to delhi. But again the phone has not repaired. again i approached service center again they took my phone and sent it to delhi this time complain no. is E[protected] BUT AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM. i approached them two more time and still no solution. followings are the two complain nos. E[protected] E[protected]. since after so many complains they are unable to repair it. service center associates started directing me to call customer care n all still my phone is in service center current complain no. is E[protected][protected]. I dont know why micromax is not providing me the new phone. oveall my phone is in service center for 4-5 months in these 6 months. i want to draw the kind attention of micromax higher authority to take note of it. regards Ashok Kumar [protected], [protected]

                            But there is response from there side and they also not aware what is the status of the mobile, I am facing not of problem because of that as my lot of work on mobile

                                People behaviour and servicing knowledge of micromax mobile phone.


                                I gone to micromax service centre named Anannaya Infotel 44 Shyamapally Jadavpur (Near sulekha more, opposite Lokenath Mandir) Kolkata - 700032 West Bengal for servicing/repairing my mobile phone ( Make : Micromax, Model : A110) on 14.09.2015. Many people are waiting at the service centre for repairing/servicing their micromax make mobile phone. Each and everyone complaining for their behaviour and servicing knowledge of micromax mobile phone. Some of the persons came several times for repairing/servicing the same phone. People are cheated at this service centre.
                                Myself and other people's strong request is that the shop is closed immediately as they are not at all at par with other service centre and micromax may loose their customer.

                                  Sir/madam I purchaased a micromax cg666 cdma gsm mobile from snapdeal.com on 26 feb 2015. everything of the handset was ok except some key were malfunctioning from the new condition. so i gave it to burdwan service centre (b.c.road, kalitala, pin-713101, west bengal), on 18th, july, 2015. they delivered me most prob.25th july. when i asked them to check at the time of delivery, there was no charge in battery. after come back to home i found that my handset was exchanged, IMEI NO. was totally different from my original handset. and the set was faulty, i bring the matter to the notice of service centre, they denied, and told that it may be possible to exchange of inner parts with some other but handset is yours. anyhow they told that battery is damaged so we will make arrange to give uou new battery as it is within 1 year warranty( though my original handset’s battery was totally ok & new condition). they make a requisition for battery on 05/08/15 and deliver me on 04/09/15. and also changed my IMEI NO. TO my orginal imei. but after receiving the new battery same problem persist. battery can't hold charge (when switch is off), with in few hours it automatically discharged. and cdma & gsm shows full tower but incoming and outgoing call can't be done through cdma, but when same sim is installed in other handset at same time it properly works. I went to burdwan service centre again on 12/09/15 (Saturday), they (a lady) told that due to link failure your handset can’t be accepted today. I told that madam “ I am a employee of state bank of india, today is our holiday (2nd Saturday) so it is very difficult to me to make time again within a week. “ she replied, ”this is your problem, what can we do for it?” today (15/09/15) I leave office 15minutes early to reach service centre within 5:30p.m. I tried so many times to this no-[protected] to know about the link (internet) condition but most of the time the number was busy, finally a lady received at 5:11 p.m . I asked her madam I am on the way (in bike) from my office to your service centre (15km). would you please accept my handset if 5 to 10 minutes late. She replied very rudely, her behavior was very rough . I did not go service centre because it will be 5:35p.m to 5:40. Very bitter experience with micromax service centre, burdwan. There is also Samsung service centre at burdwan, their behavior is gentle, polite, customer friendly. Please suggest what should I do? If I take a leave from office & same problem occure (link failure) then my problem will not be solved. i have no faith in burdwan service centre. previously i did contact with you ([protected]@micromaxinfo.com) regarding the matter when my handset was exchanged. i was advised from your end to co-operate with service centre. and this is the result of co-operation. should i sent my handset to you? if the handset can be repaired then please repair it otherwise keep it at your end i don't refund any money. i am very disappointed. please advise to which address should i send it? kindly don't advice to give it to burdwan centre, because they don't receive handset after 5:30pm, and deliver within 6:00pm. as i am an employee of state bank of india it is impossible for me to reach at service centre within stipulated time except holiday for this worst quality of service.                                     My mobile make micromax model no. 177 canvass juice had got display problem some three months back and I checked the mobile through the above service centre and received the job sheet no.[protected]. After one month they sent the sms on my mobile no. that your mobile has been repaired and collect the same.When I went for collection of my mobile they told me that your mobile is not under warrant .I then showed them warrant card of the mobile and they gave me assurance that your mobile will be sent to Delhi for repairs. After some 20 days I again visited to the service centre for my mobile but they told me that your mobile will not be repaired. When I pressed them for the repairs of the mobiel they told me we will send it back to the Delhi service centre under ref. no. N[protected]. Kindly if my mobile will not be repaired, give me replacement of my mobile other wise I will lodge complaint against the Micromax company in the consumer court.

                                      Micromax is the worst mobile company I hv ever seen. And their service centers r even worst. They hv inexperienced engineers as they make ur mobile even more problematic instead of rectifying it. Their service center in Jhajjar, Haryana took my micromax nitro 310 for rectifying battery problem ( jobsheet no. N[protected] they kept it wid them for 3 months but couldn't rectify it. Then after their stupid excuse nd a long errelevant conversation they agreed for my demand of replacing d mobile which they fulfilled after 2 more months nd given me an even worst trash box which hv more problems than d previous. The company, their employees nd their service centers all r vry vry non cooperative. This cmpny is making fool of public nd selling just dustbins in form of mobiles. I request u all to not go for micromax. This cmpny is jst stealing our money.

I have given my phone just to repair the charging point on 20 / 8 / 15 now its been almost a month and still they are saying that the phone is not been repaired and ll take more time its harrasing me a lot please make sure with they that i can get my phone back within 2 or 3 days
