Sir, i purchase micromax yu yureka device, after 10 days device is ded,
I called him many time on his number[protected] around 12 days, and i mailed him on [protected]@yuplaygod.com mail id.
After 15 days they give me refurnished device.
When i got it i see that device is also ded or not working.

Sir i very tired i spent 700 rs on call.
Please do some action.

    Dear all,

    Please pay attention to this dealer. This dealer has been ditching customers on faces. He has shifted offices multiple times sand simultaneously delaying matters. Below is a timeline of delay

    22 aug 2015 - dealer shifted to new place from existing office. Visited new place and handset handed over to check issues
    28 aug 2015 - dealer asked to collect handset on monday i. E. . 31st aug 2015
    31 aug 2015 - dealer went missing from new office. Security guard said dealer has shifted office. Dealer called and asked to handover handset as found fishy that he is running away with handsets.
    Met dealer and he said he cannot give handsets till friday i. E. 4 sept 2015
    11 & 14 sept 2015 - dealer is delaying the matter and not giving any concrete response. He has total said go and compliant but i cannot do any thing the handset is sent to micromax and they will only contact you.

    Please provide urgent attention to this matter and the dealer is total ignorant and rude to resolve these issues

      I had given my mobile phone micromax canvas 4 to your ballabgarh service center. Two viruse entered into my mobile name monkey test& time service.They said that there is software problem but my problem was not resolved. My problem was not solved And they had taken 200rs for that also.If you will not take action it then i will take against micromax.

        I want to complain about Micromax Mobile service center, 45 days back I have given my Micromax A350 Knight phone for repairing, there was a touch screen problem and the phone was under warranty however they take my phone for repairing and told me that u will get your phone after 25 days but now 45 days passed away (w[protected]) up until now they have not called me and however I am trying to reach them they are told me your phone is in company. After 25 days they are told me your phone has no touch problem but main board problem but still it is in company.

          I bought a micromax A290 on 07.3.2015. after a month a problem of not charging found. Customer Care of Micromax was contacted. After a period of 15 days the cell was returned. After a month the same problem was again found. The cell remained ded for more than one month. In the month of June the problem was solved by the customer care of Faizabad. But now the same problem again found. I think there was any manufacturing defects that is creating charging problem after 2-3 months periodically. It shows that after the guarantee period we have to make more expense to resolve this problem every after 2-3 months. It is causing great inconvenience to me. Now, I wish to change my cell immediately otherwise I've to go to consumer court for creating a lot of inconvenience of different type and professional loss. S.K. GUPTA ALL INDIA RADIO FAIZABAD MOB.             This is with ref to my earlier complaint and in regard to it received a call from Head Office that your handset will be replaced with A315 and will be sent to service centre but when I went there yesterday they were not aware of any such information and after waiting there for 1/2 hour was told to go back.My job card no is[protected] dt 7/9/2015.and the handset model A290 is with Mobile Zone service centre Ludhiana.I hope that the Head Office will look into the matter and do the needful.

              Again my phone has stopped working, your service centre has decided to send it again to your head office.This is utter nonsense within 1 year my phone has gone faulty thrice. No way i am going to aacept repairs this time as this peice itself is faulty which goes down again & again. I want new replacement for the same. If you people dont give mw new replacement, this time i am goin to file a complaint in consumer court & tarnish your image on social media. My jobsheet no : 19003309 dated 05/09/2015 This is the last warning for this fraud company, please dont test my patience give me new phone or i will drag you to the court. Regard's Sudeep

                I own a smart phone A350 model whose display is not working. The model code is SERMOB0431. Its display touch screen in not working. I gave it to the micromax service center at Lajpat Nagar Part 2, New Delhi. The jobsheet number is N[protected]. it has been 36 Days and i have still not received my phone back. I gave it for repair on 8/8/2015. This is the worst customer care i have ever faced. Please respond else i will file a complaint with the consumer forum. Find attached a photo of the service center receipt.

                  My phone a 350 is lying in gurgaon service center from 3rd august 2015 with complaint sheet number - n[protected]. I talked in customer care many times but nobody responds properly from customer care team. Any shubam and amit always told to give phone in 15 days but they misbehave every time and disconnect phone. If i'lll not get my phone, i will move to consumer court.

                    Compliant: 1. 20th Aug 2015 onwards I can view black line on the panel. So I have raised a call on 24th Aug 2015 with compliant ID: AN[protected] 2. 25th Aug 2015 a technician came and taken the photo & picture of the TV. His name is Srikanth mobile number : [protected] 3. Srikanth asked me to mail the invoice to Vijay (Service centre) at Hyderabad at Hyderabad.[protected]@gmail.com, Vijay mobile number is [protected] 4. I was informed my LED will be replaced, I have not received any communication in this regard 5. Whenever I call the Support call centre, very politely they say you problem will be resolved. 6. When spoke to support call centre supervisor Anil Kumar, he informed the letter is at H.O and re-placement may take 30 days. Please wait. Next stage: Comptel is no more the service centre at Hyderabad CMR is the new service centre : 5. Another Compliant ID is created AN[protected] on 11 Sep 2015 without my consent 6. 11 Sep 2015 RAJENDER REDDY mobile [protected] visited my home and said it is damage and I will not be given any replacement. With all truthfulness I explained there is no physical damage, It is product damage. 7. Rajender Reddy sent a report to CC stating it is TFT damage. 8. Rajender reddy said he is not supposed to share the observation report with client only oral information will be given, I explained him that his report is wrong, but seem to be adamant. 9. When I call the Customer care they informed that Panel damage is reported. My Concern: Why another complaint ID is created without my consent I want to challenge the report made by Rajender reddy Moreover I am losing trust on Micromax

                      Hi There I had purchased Micromax A092 from Snapdeal. I had a problem with the phones charging jack so decided to place it for service as it was in guarantee period.I am from Srinagar so the Authorized Service center namely "M/S Mobile Solutions Gf Land Mark Complex, Karan Nagar Chowk, Srinagar ".My receipt no is 1418 with them.I t has been a month since I have placed the phone for service but i am not getting satisfactory answers.I know their are delays but a time frame is a right to every customer. And to be honest enough its a pathetic service from your end as they are representing you people.

I Submit my phone on 27 July 2015 in my local JAMSHEDPUR service center(M/S MARK SERVICES). And Now From last two months i am waiting for may phone but they people making me fool. If i ask from my local service center they people tell us we are not responsible for your phone if we have sent your phone to our customer service center and when i am calling in Customer Care..then they people always tell give a 15 days again and again...But still i did not get my phone. If they people will not respond me now. THEN I WILL GIVE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.

                            I have bought mobile in june ... i didnt even use my mobile for one month ... it showed problem. my mobile model is MICROMAX CANVAS FIRE 4. I spent 7000 for it. its of no use till now. I have already given to Micromax service center they return to us with same problem again and again. i have again given to them. They said they will replace and give. Please help me with this.

                                I k.p.s.s.prasad taken mobile from a shop on 08/06/2014. I have saved all applications, contacts everything on that mobile. And I had lost my mobile on 5th sep.2015. I have a right to select choose any mobile, I didn't have any right to block mobile. My mobile is- micromax a106 mobile. My dual sim imei no's is-- [protected] [protected]. Just I need my stolen mobile to be blocked. Can any one help me? I had also gone to micromax showroom where I live (baddi, himachal). But customer care said that mobile is not blocked. Give me idea to proceed issue.

                                  Hi Micromax, Please me informed that I had submitted my phone first time on 14 July 2015 in your service center. First Job Sheet No: N[protected]. Problem. Not charge in Switch on mode. we have received a call from Deepa from gurgoan that the part is not available and your phone would be replace. it was very bad experience for me about mixromax. customer care told me that your phone has been repair and they are returning my phone after 1 month. Once I have checked my phone the problem is not solve its still remain. i have submitted my phone again of 19 Aug 2015. Job sheet no: N[protected]. customer care told me that your phone has gone for replace on 20 Aug 2015 and it will take 20 days and i can't wait. i am waiting last 2 months. i am very frustrating from your service and wrong commitment. please solve my problem as soon as possible. Please be informed that I have received my phone today and message received from Micromax for repair not replace. Mail received from Neha from Micromax: " We would like to inform that replacement of same model A190 (without box & accessories) against your device is dispatched via DTDC courier services bearing docket no. V[protected]dispatch details will reflect on the website after 24-48 Hours)." you can check below trail mail. but the problem is still same my phone is not charging and i have again submitted the phone to service center 3rd time and register the complain MMX[protected]. i am not understating that how can you dispatch the phone to customer without solution. Again you are playing with customer feeling and do wrong commitment with customer and don't close below ticket and also don't close this job sheet no: N[protected] You force to customer to go customer court. We are facing very bad experience from Micromax and customer satisfactions is ZERO. I want my phone with 3 to 4 day either repair or replace but phone would be in right condition. iqbal [protected]

                                    Hi, My name is Srinivasa Rao Chillara, Recently I had a problem regarding the touch pad of my A065 MICROMAX MOBILE BOLT . So I handed it over to the service center here in vijayawada for repair on 30/7/2015. The JOB SHEET NO is: S[protected] They informed that it has to be repaired by the Head Office, so it will take a month or so for the mobile to be returned. Now the problem here is, I have received a message from the head office stating that MY MOBILE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND WAS SENT BACK TO THE SERVICE CENTER IN VIJAYAWADA ON 29/8/2015. SO WHEN I APPROACHED THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE HERE IN VIJAYAWADA, I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT AT ALL RECTIFIED AND APART FROM THAT THE HANDSET GOT HUNG. THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL RECTIFY IT BY 1/10/2015. BUT YET IT WAS NOT RECTIFIED AND I HAVE BEEN TO THE SERVICE CENTER MORE THAN 5TIMES, BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE. Please consider this complaint and do the needful. Else your company will definitely loose the customers and sales. Thank you

                                      Mere mob me touch prob thi.. Maine apna mob 27 june ko service center me submit kiya tha.. Vnha us service center ke head ne or ek sir ne mujhe commit kiya tha ki vo mujhe set replace krke denge kyu ki ye model ki manufacturing bnd ho chuki h isliye unhone mujhe 1 month ka time diya bt 2 n half mnths ho chuke h n ynha servicr center ke head mujhe galat information de de kr 1 mnth ke baad se 10 days 5 days kr ke aage talte jaa rae h hmesha mujh ko ye bola jata h ki mob vnha se dispatch ho gya h or mujhe koi b responce ni mil ra h service center wale b koi responce ni de rae h or ab jo head h bhupendra kirar [protected] ye call pick nii kr rae h plz meri prob solve kre !! I dun have cell phone to use !! :(

                                        I purchased mobile canvas fire 2 from company authorized during warranty period touch screen of mobile was not working. I deposited the handset in company authorized service center. But they are saying that touch screen is not available and will take 10days. After 10 days, i went there but they said come after one week. I went there again after one week they said come after 20 days. I think the person who purchased micromax mobile must also purchased a standby handset. Micromax phone are like china mobile phone use & Throw. They deposit set in service center as inventory and they give priority to those customers who paid cash immediately. dear friends if you are looking for purchase of a phone please do not buy micromax mobile because they not provide proper service to customers.
