My name is Sumit Singh and am purchase micromax canvas tablet date..08:07:2015 after after few days my tablet is automatic restart reboot and charging battry backup empty problum than am going to micromax service center to solve my problum after one day am going to take my tablet then am seen my tablet is phisical damage and custmer care worker told me they not accept my tablet and he is not to solve my problum and not to send my tablet compny and he also use abouse laungauge thats way am lock my complent directly compny and my tablet also under custedy to service center...

    I am looking help complaint Board, and this is last option for me because i am really dis-satisfied from micromax services. If i didn't give my mobile ASAP i will tray to Knock the gate of consumer court. Because this type of worst service i didn't seen in my life.

    Now i am sharing my whole story:

    On 27 May, 2015 i was purchase a cellphone Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 8GB ROM White from snap deal. within a month i got issue in the cell phone with screen freeze. After consulting with Micromax customer care i submit my cell to service center. they are saying sir you will receive your cell in a week. after a week when i visit service center again they are saying it will take one more week. When i asked service center's executive "why you people are taking too more time to return back my cell. Got answer that sir you purchase your cell online because of that you are facing this issue.

    After 3 weeks i receive my cell. My new handset condition it too much bad. Backcover was changed. handset is in white and they people provide me black back cover. when i switched on my cell phone its again not working. And executive say sir you need to submit your cell again. It will take 15 days for it. Again i my cell to service center. after 15 day when i visit your center its again saying will take 15 days. Its over 1.5 months. i am too much frusted from the service. Now when i called those people always got answer sir give us only 15 days more.

    Why they people are doing like this with customers. My job sheet number is N[protected] Please help me to get my cell.

        Hello sir, I bought micromax A350 on 03/10/2014. After 9 months it faced a problem with its micro usb port not functioning.The first service time taken about 25 days to rectify that problem.Today in its 11 th month the next complaint is showing that its side keys are not working.Now it is given in service centre and minimum 21 days will take for servicing.While I was at sevice centre another A350 came there with the same problem.The costomer care guy told that this model faces this problem.As the same problem is facing majority of this model please take proper action to resolve it.Paid maintenance charge is around 7000 ruppees.So we cannot do maintin this phone after Warranty period.Hoping for kind attention, Thanking ypu, SOBHAN.M.A

          Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring this to your notice that, I had given my micromax phone for repair at your service center in Santacruz on 26june, and still to date i have not received back, whenever i contact them, they always have an reply, saying spare part not received. Please inform me that if this kind of service micromax will provide than how could people trust them, i have nearly about 20 friends who are using micromax phones, i will not have faith in micromax if this kind of services are there.             Sir, i given my micromax canvas fire a104 handset for repair in - m/s shri laxmi enterprises a-54(ff), gulab bagh opp metro piller no. -750 uttam nagar delhi -110059 tin-[protected] tel[protected] in this service center 50 days before but they don't give my mobile to me repaired, they said that they take 30 days but now 50 days gone still they do not repaired my mobile. so i request u to take an action immediately on my issue otherwise and take a strict action on this service center kindly help me to replace my handset with new one immediately now... my no is [protected]

              I akshay sharma have submitted my mobile micromax unite 2 a106 to m/s perfect solutions e-3 lower ground floor kalkaji new delhi 19, contact [protected],[protected] on[protected], mobile have some restarts or software issue and they said after 25 days i may back my phone but yesterday i called them they said need more 15 days or more to solve that issue. As i heared from everywhere micromax have very poor services. I have just one phone wihout that i am having communicate probles with my family. I just need my mobile back with no any problem. My phone was on warranty period when i gave it to repair. Service center didnt mention any return date or even when called them they have nothing to say fix date.                 This is very unfortunate that I am writing this mail but I am very very frustrated and annoyed with the services which I got from you people. Actually i have taken one Micromax Mobile from one of your retailers. After taking the mobile it works fine for first month. After that it got problem of Mick so I hand it over to one of your service canter IN N.IT FARIDABAD NEAR FRUIT GARDEN. This time they people said that we have to send it to micromax office and it will take approx 20-25 days to repair. pls help consumer forum you said jagoo grakh jagoo soo please help from this type of companies

                    I have submitted the default mobile set on 22/5/15 and i was being told that phone will be repaired or new mobile will be given. Till date neither of the option is being given. Reasons best known to Micromax management . Pls find details below : Model - A350 Complaint submitted on 22/05/15 Simple question is if Micromax cannot give the service than why to go for such fancy adds on tv. Even govt is closing eye.                       I did purchase Micromax Canvas Juice 2 (IMEI – [protected] / [protected]) on 16th August 2015 (Sunday) from Poorvika Mobiles, Mathikere branch Bangalore. The very next day the mobile was getting hanged / stucked and I took the handset to Poorvika Mobiles, they did factory reset and returned the handset back to me. I was stikk facing the same issue for next 3 days and then I took the handest to the nearest service station (Malleshwaram – Sri Sai Telecommunication) on Friday 21st August asking for replacement, they mentioned that their branch does not have the returns process and hence guided me to visit Chandra Layout Micromax Service Centre, I did visit Chandra layout on 22nd August (Saturday) but the service centre was closed and hence revisited the centre on 24th August (Monday) but the manager over their refused to replace the handset and did a software update and returned the handset back. The handset was still not working properly, the speaker of the mobile is completely not functional and I hence revisited the service centre in Malleshwaram, they confirmed that there is some montherboard issue and will take appox 1 month to get the mobile repaired. I am completely dis-satified with Mircomax service and would like to escalate this to the highest possible person. I would like a replacement or return my money, Job Sheet number is S[protected]

                        Dear Sir/Mam, I am to share that I purchased Micromax Mobile Hand set Model no - "A-350" on dated 22/Nov/2014. Warranty was applicable up to 1 year ie: 21/Nov/2015. There was some technical problem in touch, it was not working properly. I was to submitted at Service Center- Besttech Services, Sohna Chowek, Gurgaon (Haryana) by dated - 01/July/2015.They told me to wait at leat 15 day but they return me on dated - 30/July/2015 but the problem was still exist in that and no solution was there. The bad thing in this was, they broken my camera and got it return me handset without this information. I had to submit it again over there as problem wass still there by dated - 01/Aug/2015 andd they told me to get it replaced and provide new hand -set. Sir/Mam, only I called today on - [protected] approx at 6:33 Pm and still they are telling same ie: need to wait more 15-20 days which is utter impossible at from my side. I had already purchased Samsung set. I need solution or want back my mony. Sir/ Mam, I am waiting today for the same but no calls/ no information I found from them side. I can't tolrate more for the solution and having a very bad feeling as well as exeprience of this compnay. If I will not solution with in a week, I will surly louge the complain against this bad sales aftter service. you are requested to arrange the solution asap. I will be thankful for you.                               I hav purchased micromax phone model e313 through flipkart. There was promotional scheme stating "get 500 mb per month valid for two. Months on vodafone offer will ve activated in 48 hours on first vodafone sim inserted in micromax phone" so i bought a fresh vodafone sim "[protected]". Its been almost 10 days that i haven't got any benefit. I had contacted flip kart, micromax, and vodafone regarding this. .
                              No help regarding this has been provided.

                                HI Team, This is very unfortunate that I am writing this mail but I am very very frustrated and annoyed with the services which I got from you people. Actually i have taken one Micromax A121 Mobile on[protected] from one of your retailers, IMEI no is [protected]. After taking the mobile it works fine for first 5-6 month. After that it got problem of Mick so I hand it over to one of your service canter M/S SHREE SAI TELECOM (GURGAON). This time they people said that we have to send it to micromax office and it will take approx 20-25 days to repair. I got it back after 22 days on Saturday they have given me new handset with IMEI no [protected] & [protected]. I was very happy that i got a problem in my mobile so micromax changed it but it was just a 5 minutes happiness Because when i insert my sim into the mobile I came to know that it has network problem. My all happiness went into vain. Again I went to the same service canter I told them the problem again they said it will take 20-25 days. I was very very frustrated. But still I said OK but please send it on priority because I am facing to much problem now without a mobile. They said it ok it will get repaired soon. But this was all fake. After 22 days I received a call from service canter that it will take more 10-15 days. Now I lost my petions I implore my hands to him and said buddy I required it so badly as it is approx more than 2 months you have taken my mobile. But he said it will take more 10-15 days. Still I said OK. But it has crossed all the limits when again today only I received a call from the service canter that now it will take more 15 days. Now I don't know what to do. I am writing this mail after loosing all the hope from micromax people who are involved in repairing the handset. I just want to ask one question that big empire, the big name in the mobile industry like MICROMAX doesn't have efficient engineer who can repair the mobile fast. Or you do this with all the customers ? I am literally shocked and frustrated I will never ever recommend anyone to take micromax mobiles. You have lost my faith. One more thing I want either my mobile back or my money back within 7 days else I will take you people into court now.                                     Sir Good Morning... I wish to state that i bought a micromax mobile named canvas turbo mini in march 18 2014... In february 2015 it gets technically bad. So i submit it to a comapny they give my mobile after 1 month a fresh piece but in 10 days it stopped working so i again give i to the company they returned me a fresh piece after 2 months but after 3 days the fresh piece also got some problem now i have submit it to the company for 3rd time and 20 days are past from submiitng please help me out sir i m getting a lot of problem from 4 months

                                      I deposited my (micromax canvas spark q380 8 GB) in service center situated in M/s ARYAN MOBILE KRISNAI, BH GANESH CINEMA, B G ROD, GUNA PIN CODE 473001, claiming the problem for TOUCH and DISPLAY.This was deposited under jobsheet no N[protected].

                                      I am writing to inform you that. My mobile phone that I have purchased in you store. On 6-may-2015 bought a (micromax canvas spark q380 8 GB) row brand new phone.
                                      However upon after 2 mouth o[censored]sing it. Problems Started to appear .the Display Touch screen not working.

                                      Naturally I returned the mobile phone for replacement of display touch screen as on[protected] in your customer services store .one of your staff told me that within 10 days. After 10 day I call your customer services he told me after 15 days. After 15 days again I call again he told me after 15 days.

                                      However 1 month and 10 days passed without he receiving any replacement, I am very upset for your poor services

From the very moment i started using the phone its showed some signs of defects. I registered my complaint on[protected] regarding replacement or cash back of money. Yourservice team is not showing ample interest in solving my problem. Kindly replace my phone with a new one or if possible refund my money back as soon as possible.
