It is 09.09.2015 and 10.09.2015 When i again visited the service
center in HISAR (Haryana) Global communication for getting my phone X1i xtra, but as usual they again refused to
provide warranty since imei no.is not matching with the record, then i
called customer care service at [protected] .they talked to them and
customer care executive asked me to submit the phone to them, but as
soon as i disconnected the line, they asked me original box of the
phone .which i destroyed.i am really frustrated with the phone now and
ur service.whenever i call ur customer care it took 10 minutes to talk
to them and i waited 3 hrs at ur service center, in total i visted 5
times regarding this phone.whenever i call customer care, they assure
to have solution and asked me to call them from service center.after
wasting 5 whole days, i have lost all faith in ur brand.if there is
solution, call me otherwise dont. behaviour of all staff is disgusting
as well. as far as solution is concered, i want replacement of the
handset now.
i was never expecting such service from micromax, it is worst and i am
planning to move cosumer forum to get my issue resorted.
