Micromax one of Fraud Company.. Who making people fool. I Submit my phone on 23 July 2015 in my local amritsar service center. And Now From last two months i am waiting for may phone but they people making me fool. If i ask from my local service center they people tell us we are not responsible for your phone if we have sent your phone to our customer service center and when i am calling in Customer Care..then they people always tell give a 15 days again and again...But still i did not get my phone. If they people will not respond me now. THEN I WILL GIVE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT. JOB: N[protected] [protected], [protected] [protected]@outlook.com, Amritsar, Punjab DON'T BUY MICROMAX PHONE's

    I brought mobile phone micromax a 290 (canvas knight cameo) on 1st may 2015. due to some reason my phone fails. i reached micromax care on 20/07/2015. They told me that we give your phone after 40 days in a working condition but now in 10/09/2015 they does not given my phone yet. They tells we call you when your phone will come from head office. I have to go out of bhopal but i cannot go without my phone. kindly request you to take action about this.

      Dear sir,

      I have purchased a new micromax canvas nitro a311 from flipkart.com by cash on delivery at 20th may 2015. After dated 08th sep 2015, my mobile touchpad has no work properly so i go to customer care at vastrapur but they told me that your mobile toupad is out of service due to water damage at that time i don't know what is major problem because of i don't know problem related to mobile equipment. At that time i had no any handset to use it and i had so more work from company and customer care don't give any sufficient answer. If touchpad is damage to water, this is out of service at that time when water is connected to ic but they talk to all customer is very badly wrong answer. I had not any proof which are able to this problem.

        I ordered flip cover for micromax canvas xpress 2, They sent me a cover which does not have any hole for camera, it is just a cover without any holes, and cover is very big, there is no any company name also

        They send me a 10 rupees road side cover, i paid 200 please guys dont buy anything from this site. all the products are used and damaged products.

            Respected Sir Myself Shri Ashok Dua is customer of your Company. I had purchased Micromax Canvas from your Company from Kurukshetra. But its Touch Screen Dos't work with in one month. when I had reached the company customer care Aditya Communication, Mohan Nagar Kurukshetra.               I purchased micromax canvas fire 2 model no- a104 in 01-oct-2014. After completion of 3 month i had lots of problem in battery, screen sensor and mobile was not operated well. But when i went to micromax care berhampur, Odisha, they just updated my mobile software. i went so many times bur they did not solve that problem permanently. when i went to care, they just said me that i[censored] have any problems, than we will send to delhi for mother board. But till now i have problems. my mobole IMEI/ESN NO. [protected]/[protected] and model code is- SERMOB0519. So please pay attention on my problems and solve my issue as soon as possible, for which kind of your attention i shall oblige you. my contact no.- [protected]

                  I purchased my mobile in 01-oct-2014, after 3 days i had lots of problems but when i went to care, they just updated my mobile software. i had major problems in battery, screen sensor problems and mobile was not operated well. i went to Micromax care, berhampur, ganjam, odisha many times but they did not solve my problems permanently. My IMEI/ESN NO.[protected]/[protected] and my model code is SERMOB0519.. so plz pay attention kindly and solve my issue as soon as possible.

                    Dear sir/ Maam

                    I would like to inform you that I have a micromax phone model A-102 which is under warranty.
                    since last one or two month back my phone is not working properly and visit the your kalkaji customer care service station on dtd 11/8/15. They said motherboard have some fault and its take 20-25 days, they will send to L-2 level. We had submitted our phone their. After one week i got call from service center that your phone is ok pl come and take. We took the phone on 18/8/15

                    That day it work but battery discharged very soon. we had changed the charger but not working properly.
                    next day i gone to shop from where i brought this mobile, think that may be some software problem. But he said pl go to service center again and told them this is not working.

                    I visited again service station on 8/9/15 and told my phone problem

                    1. it switch off every within 5-8 mins
                    2. automatically download any thing. I have a small kids pl understand what type of photos loaded. I had showed this to customer care executive too..
                    3. Sometime touch screen will not work

                    customer executive seen and said that motherboard not working again and power does not switch on and this will go to L-3. I donot know what is L-2 and L-3 level
                    I just know that I am facing lots of problem and my work is suffering.

                    I request him pl issue me new phone. He said pl talk to customer care and mail them for new mobile because this mobile will not work. he kept the mob. in his locker and said when we get any information from service center head then we will repair your phone.

                    Sir it is request you pl do my favour and issue the new phone otherwise keep the phone in your locker

                          Dear Sir, My mobile had touch-key problem. I went to customer care. They told the accidental problem in my mobile and took RS-1500 .on that time my mobile was in warranty.I took my mobile and the next day same problem was continuing .The customer care sent my mobile on the same problem to the Micromax company . They assured that you took your mobile within 25 days but they did not give my mobile.They gave the 15 days more .after 15 days they did not give my mobile. What is the cause behind it ?                             I am very much unsatisfied with the micromax canvas phone quality . I bought it last year through Amazon, last month i have given it to the service center still i Have same problem phone is not charging it has problem in its jack, You are requested for needful urgently .

                                I purchased Micromax A300 on Jan-2015.After usage of 4Months I faced problem of Flickering. I have reached to service center at Malleswaram Bangalore (SRI SAI TELE COMMUNICATION) on 3-July-2015. they have taken my mobile for servicing & given 30days service period. After 30days I reached to collect my Mobile but service center replied still not yet serviced they required another 10days for service. After 10days he have been called 3-4times for service center no reply for them. I went to service center directly to enquire of my Mobile .Still they need time for service I reached service center all time in my Office hours (which effective for My Work). Since from 2 months I do not have mobile to usage. Service center not provide any Backup mobile for usage. I have borrowed mobile for usage from my Friend. Now he asking to return back. No I don’t any mobile to usage. So I mentally depressed from this. So kindly help to get my mobile serviced or new Mobile replacement

                                  I have micromax a120 ..first time i got black line on screen, went to customercare they resolved however created very new problem.. now my screen is not working it's fluctuating rapidly and touch is not working.. pathetic service and rediculous behavior of the employees first submitted to customer care on may second time on july .. Imei# [protected] Please change the set or let me know how to change it!!

                                        Sir/Madam, I was facing multiple issues in my Micromax A120 mobile but visiting the service centre several times (ABC Communications, Ramesh Nagar, Delhi) proved useless as issues remains unsolved till date. More problems were added in my mobile each time I got it back from the Service Centre. I filed a complaint case in the court of Mediation Centre and some Mr. Vipul (legal team member) called offering me Micromax Nitro A311 as replacement to my mobile. I deposited my mobile as requested by Mr Vipul with M/s ABC Communications, Ramesh Nagar, Delhi and he told me that I will get the replacement within 3 days. But on 17/8/2015 Mr Vipul backed out from his words and refused to give any replacement. I am facing cheating and fraud from their service centre and Mr Vipul (legal team member).I am without any mobile virtually from the last 5 month. Kindly help me. I am totally fed up and want refund from the company.
