1st i mention the handest of my micromax canvas knight has touch screen problems, it some time very laggy.& don't delay i go to s/c near at barrackpore, kol-700122 on-11/08/2015. it seems one month past, but they don't take any action to resolve the problems, they don't listen the customer, just say please stay more 6/7 days. it will delivered soon

    They are giving worst service. Even the phone is in guarantee. The phone was given on 22/August/2015 but there was no response from them till now.Every time I went there they always have same wording it will be repaired tomorrow. Please take a legal action against them

      Sir mene[protected] ko meri tab micromax p350 battery change ke liye di thi, jisake liye me kafi baar phone kar chuka hu.Kaafi baar service centre jaa chuka hu.Yaha tak ki micromax ke customer care pe bhi complain ki. Jiske complain n0.[protected] he. Fir abhi tak na unhone tab di na hi battery change ki.Aur baar bulaya aur lene gaya to kaha aapki tab death ho gayi tab mene kaha mene aapko chaalu haalat me di thi aur aapne check bhi ki tab kaha wapas dhekhenge.Par abhi tak koi jawab nahi.         I have purchased micromax canvas spark on 28 August in flash sale. And then open it on 7 Sep. But when I open it after an hour it gets switch off.. now the phone is not getting switch on... the phone is defective... is snapdeal selling such default phone in flash sale..

        The Service Center person repair the phone... but after 15 days its again get dead.. And not working..Snap deal is selling defective handset... they don't have any value for customer money..

          We have deposited a micromax mobile set whose screen was damaged due to accident on 10 july 2015 at its service centre namely M/S Ru Enterprises situated at 138-G M G Marg Civil Lines Allahabad UP pin-211001 which was registered with following details-IMEI/ESN No-[protected]/[protected] Model code-SERMOB0462 PROBLEM REPORTED-4911 Disply Touch Screen not working.The repairing centre issued a receipt of the same. but till today, the repaired handset have not been delivered to us.We have visited so many times but each time get reply that it will be delivered after a weak.Lastly on september 5, 2015-they admitted that it is too late due to late coming of parts-and they promised to deliver the set at our residence on same day in evening. But it is not delivered even today. They also not attend teleponic call at no[protected] which has been provided at receipt given to us.It is an astonishing example of worst customer service

            My phone micromax canvas fire2 touch has been stopped after 5 months and care refuse my warranty period due to some minor dent on phone body, even no crack or no damage due to these minor dent in phone .Micromax company just making the money and not thinking about customer/user.I'm never going to buy this tag name company, and also suggest to others for buy other brand not this money thing company.

              Hi i have purchase micromax a93 about 4-5 months before and it now giving lots of problems. I also reset my phone many times but problem remains same It hangs daily and to fix it i have to daily remove and insert its battery, sometimes this i do 2-3 times a day. I am not happy with the phone, i tried to sell it but no body want to purchase it. After 2 months it battery problem. service center in karol bag sent to the main branch, tried to repair, but it was still not functioning correctly. now its been 20days they have my malfunctioning handset. they say, they will replace it with a new model, but still no reply. Nothing has progressed on ground. i have spoken to customer care so many times, visited the service center in the city i live. but all i am told is to wait

                        I bought a Micromax a 300 few months back after few months use it started hanging for hours, but I ignored it as it was not happening that frequently but later went so frequent . I reported this to Gaya(Bihar) service centre, they took my phone for one day updated the software nothing changed they then took my phone and sent it to Delhi saying that it will be replaced after 32 days long period they again the same phone was handed to me and the same problem occurred within two days o[censored]se. When I reported this to the service executive he told me that it will again go Delhi and will take around 30 days . What the f this is.. I seriously regret on my decision of purchasing a Micromax.                           Dear Micromax Service Team I've purchased a Micromax DCQ 380 mobile on 29 April 2015 by name Sakshi Sharma. My complain is my mobile oftentimes gets switched off. Always I do any task regarding to the mobile it automatically gets restarts. And when it restarts all the contacts dumps... I'm so tired n offensive to use this mobile. Its processors temperature also gets increased often. In a day minimum 15-20 times it gets restarts automatically while performing task on this handset. Please provide me the proper solution.                             I purchaed micromax canvas nitro on 11 march 2015, after 1 month i noticed the problem of touch, gave to customer care at hoshiarpur on 15 may 2015, after 15 day when i went then problem of blank display came, then new jobsheet(N[protected]) was made, i got my mobile back after 2 monthss on 6 august 2015, i noticed the same problem of touch and in addition to that problem of volume down key came. I talked to your senior official DEEPA then, she told me to make new jobsheet(N[protected]) and deposit the mobile again and she PROMISED me that with 15 working days mobile will be repaired, if not then new mobile will be arranged. On 28 august 2015 i contacted your senior official DEEPA again, and she aid you will get new mobile till evening, but till today i haven't got any new mobile nor any call regarding that. My IMEI no.- [protected]/ [protected], you can check your details that three jobsheets have been made till now and the mobile is with you from more than 4 months. I have got the worst experience from micromax, now i won't recommend any of my friend or family member to purchase mobile of MICROMAX. I have contacted customer care more than 50 times, now only option left with me is consumer court, and i have to go there now.

                                    I submitted my handset A350 under warranty at the Future Communications Chandigarh (authourised service centre of micromax) for repair on 22 Jun 15 of which job sheet no. is N[protected]. The service center people told me that the phone has major problem and it will be sent to the company and I will get my phone back within one month. After one month, when I approach to the service center, they told me that the phone is still with the company and suggested me to directly contact to the customer care on[protected]. Subsequently, I contacted customer care on 30 Jul 15 and the executive told me to wait for next 10 days. On 04 Aug 14, I got a call from the company that my phone is not repairable and so it will be replaced with A300. I gave my concurrence on the same. But still after 10 days, When I did not got any confirmation from the company, I again email the company and again they told me to wait for next 10 days. Subsequently, follow-up with the service centre and company via various methods via phone calls and emails but it couldnot give any fruitful result. This Company is a big cheater and filled with full of liars. Now, My handset is laying with the company for more than 02 months and still nobody is ready to let me know till when I will get my handset back. Every time company people make me fool just saying to wait for some more days. I don't have any other phone and having great difficulty in my day to day work. Pls help in the issue.

                                      His is to inform you that my mobile's battery is draining very very fast and becomes zero instantly after it reaches around 80 %. And it also restarts automatically while on call. I have get it checked four times at your service center in Jhajjar (Haryana) but the problem is still pertaining. They have already changed my battery three times but the problem didn't resolved. And micromax customer care executive and he told me that if my problem is not resolved at one service center, I should go to the other one. It seems like you people want me to wander here and there with your this trash box like phone. You people have already kept this phone for months and now want me to visit another service centre where they will again keep this phone for months. If you people have to keep this phone for days more than I keep it then why shouldn't only you people keep it forever. And if this service centre can't fix your phones' problems then why you r bearing this useless service center. And if you people r making me go here and there keep visiting your service centers then why should I not go to consumer court. I don't understand that whether you people want this company to be a brand or make its image like some Chinese phone company. after all, micromax customer care senior executive told me for replacement of my micromax nitro A310 in 7 days. But i received a sink (Damage) phone by replacement after 27 days.
