I would like to inform you first of all that a lady receptionist always been anger and giving irresponsible answer when i ask about my Micromax mobile repair status, I'll be forced to write a complaint causes specially for that lady in consumer forum in the next time.
I have a Micromax mobile which were purchased from Amazon seller pvt ltd, my mobile is on under warranty, i went to ask for repair she said mother board to be replace i said ok, now i'm continuously follow up on dated 25/08/2015 to till now & trying to know about the status about the repair but till i'm getting messy response from the service centre & specially from that lady, i don't know her name because who dare to ask her name,
i'm sure you can understand what i'm telling you, I hopefully request you that immediately revert me through mail or call then i'll think what will i do against your service centre & also informed you that i'm also a part of a service centre ( LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd ) as an owner,
i haven't desire to make you feel worn with the reference because i'm also a human & can understand with the delay services but if someone who behave like animal or try to treat like that then i'll be forced to do abnormal things with own my actual blood,
