Batao mai kya karu . Or mujhe ye bhi batao ki us tuch ki garnti hai ki nahi.

    Hi Team, I writing this email with great disappointment. I bought the Micro max television 32 b200hd inch from KR Puram Bangalore dealer on[protected] and the 2 day audio speaker went off. Keeping the warranty they replaced the TV. Now 2- 9-2015 this TV went off. Exactly 1 year 2 month completed. Called help desk of Micro max and here's the funny thing. The service man came and checked the TV and said the display is gone and we need to pay 13000 rs to correct it. To my knowledge the new TV in the market cost the same. A product where we paid around 16000 didn't even work for 1 year. We trusted this brand and though they are bringing some revolution. However i never had a guess the revolution they made is on the lifetime of the product. As a consumer very disappointed and feeling like made a very wrong decision of buying this product. Will never recommend this any one. Somebody please help, if this is the trend. A new tv cost 13000 and it will only work for 1 year. So for ever year i need to buy a new tv. If this is case where is the longevity on the product. Definitely it is nothing like anything. Because no money no tv, nothing is remaining like anything.

        I bought a micromax canvas knight A350 on 26/11/2014 from a good shop in calicut and in 05/2015 its power button does not work... i approched micromax authorised service centre in calicut 0n 16/07/2015...they take 2 week time to examine it and said that the phone has to replace...they sent it to head office on 05/08/2015 ...but i didnt get new phone yet... what a poor service by micromax...they give me a number[protected].and said that no response from head office yet...i hate micromax now...i will publish all these thing in social media and approach consumer court if it is not get within 2 days...my ime no: [protected]. what a poor perfomance from you...almost 2 month time to replace a phone...but you will give a new phone within 2 days... my no;[protected] / [protected] vimith kerala e mail: sakkir.[protected]@gmail.com

        NO RESPONSE FROM MICROMAX AUTHORITIES...2 MONTH TIME TO REPAIR A PHONE...WHAT A POOR SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY...ASHAME OF MICROMAX

          I have purchased a micromax Q380 through snapdeal on 27.05.2015. But the mobile is not working well due to the display - touch screen is not functioning. Hence I hand over the mobile at Pondicherry Service center on 16.07.2015 through my son Dhivagar. After lapse of more than 35 days the pondicheerry service center has sent the mobile to their head office. I contact the head office, they told me the mobile will be handed over to me within 5 days. I have also sent mail more than 5 time to the customer care center. They have simply sent a computer generated acknowledgement. But no more progress. The mobile is not got repaired till date. Job sheet No.S[protected] dated 16.07.2015. IMEI No.[protected] ESN No.[protected]. Main complaint Ticket id No.44663 dt.19.08.2015, id No.46760 dt.21.08.2015, id No.50661 dt.24.8.2015, id No.53443 dt.26.8.2015. Please arrange for me new mobile.

            I brought Micromax Unite 2 8gb Mobile from Mobile Care, Changanasserry, Kottayam, at 7th January 2015, and from 08 August 2015 it seems charging complaint.I gave it to the service centre at Kottayam 10 august 2015 and they saying It has no spare parts.What is the meaning of this action?If it has no waarenty, inform me Job sheet no.3146

              I have submitted my device canvas a350 at annand communication pathankot (punjab) which is a authorised micromax service centre due to some batery problm at 7 july 2015 they told me they repair my i warrenty device in 2-3 days .I follow them for a month they dont tell me sitiuation of my device after 1 month ago they told me my device is dead and they send it to chandigarh they give me company no.                 I am shailendra from ghazaibad . i bought micromax phone whose IMEI/ESN NO. [protected]/[protected], item name A104(W&GLD), Model Code: SERMOB0518 . After few month There was a problem in detecting its display touch screen not working. then i gave my mobile to get repair to micromax service zone tele centre 92 ambedkar road near kalkagarhi chowk ghaziabad, uttar prades pin code 201001, contact no -[protected]. It seems they are not bothered at all for repairing of the mobile and every time informing that it will be repaired very soon. It has been over a month since I gave my mobile..

                    In this regard it is submitted from utmost grief that I Karuna resident of narela had brought a micromax phone xpress 2 around 3 days ago.But sadden to say that the phone does not start and if start last long for only 5 min. Also the phone start hanging frequently and automatically switch off many a times creating panic. When I approached the shop where I brought that phone the shop kepper refused to replace the same instead they make excuses as per the laws 7 days replacement may be provides to the customers by the shop kepper if has a tin no.                       I am Smita from Jaipur I bought micromax A107 aprox 1.5 month ago I faced problem of display and when I take it in service center new sanganer road on 18th aug and in service center they said it will repair within 5-7 days and you can collect it, after 7 days I contact there but didn't get positive response. even they treat badly. they were passing time, sometime they said part didn't receive from company and they passed 18 days and when I went today 4 sep then they said phone we have sent in company and in company will take 15-20 days more. and when i said I want my phone in any condition then they said you can collect it in 7-10 days then they misbehave with me. when Iforced them then they said phone didn't dispatch yet we will send it and in company it will take 15-20 days more. and misbehaved me too much. I just annoyed with them.I think I did mistake to buy micromax set and just really very very bother now . my total work arrange from cell I did I just want my cell anyhow. I made a big loss and don't want to do more loss.

                          I purchased Bolt online. Few months later it started giving problem and when i went to micromax service center in Chas, Bokaro Steel City they took the handset and then they changed the broken Screen with duplicate screen saying the screen is of Original Micromax and now they are not putting the Warrenty seal as well and later saying that handset is also broken from inside. They are fooling customers and after buying the product we are abide to use This service center. The service is very very poor and worse in the market. I am really suffering with this kind of Dodge with Micromax and will never buy of suggest to any one to buy the same.

                            Dear sir / mam I would like to inform you first of all that a lady receptionist always been anger and giving irresponsible answer when i ask about my Micromax mobile repair status, I'll be forced to write a complaint causes specially for that lady in consumer forum in the next time.                                 Sir/Mam, There was a problem in detecting sim card in my mobile phone Canvas Gold A300, so I have given the phone which is under warrent for service on 07/2015 at chennai. The job sheet number is S[protected]. It is going to be one and half months since i have given. But when i give the mobile for service, they promissed me that within 15 days they will clear the problem. When I contacted them after 15 days they said it is under process. If you want you can check with the head and they gave the customer care number. I called the customer care after 5 days and asked for the mobile status. They replied it is under process, it will take another 15 days. I said the service is very poor and already you are taken enough time and again asking for more days. I again called after 15 days and asked for the status, they replied the same. I was so tensed and registered a complaint in the customer care itself. I called again today I mean after 15 days, the reply is the same. It should not be appreciated so I am here for a help and I hope you do. Please help me out. I will be waiting to hear you back.                                   HI, I got a very pathetic experience from Micro max service centre kolkata (M/S Sun Infosolutions ).I am order a new battery of mobile model no ( A121)on 31st July 2015 and they say time of 10 days maximum you got the battery. i follow up again and again they again same exuce 3-5 days, 3-5 days . Then fianlly after 35 days i not get mobile battery to my end still they not resolve the problem.and not proper respond by this executive. My Job Sheet No is -E[protected]

                                    We give our micromax canvas mobile due to power switch problem in thrissur micromax service center in 22/6/2015.We dont get our mobile after 3 months.We enquirers about it they told us it send in to delhi & take time.What is this? if one can walk delhi on this time period.No other mobile companies not take this much of time for repairing a mobile.

                                      I submitted my micromax a - 120 mobile for servicing at your service center sec - 22 noida on 22nd july'15 (*job sheet no. N[protected] . The service center person confirmed that i will get it in maximum 20 days i. E. Around 11th aug'15.

                                      I didn't got my problem resolved i called service center and micromax care then i got assurance that the problem will be resolved in next 15 days i. E. Upto 31st aug'15. I called again on 22nd aug then on 26th aug'15 micromax customer care senior personnel rahul pathak confirmed me that problem will be resolved and i will get my handset on or upto 31st aug'15.

                                      I again called on 1st sept'15 on customer care, employee named neha checked for availability of rahul pathak he was unavailable, then she assured and arranged call back, i waited for 24 hours then again i called on 2nd sept'15, employee named tarun checked for availability of rahul pathak he was again unavailable now again he arranged for call back.

                                      Now, come to the point micromax people arranged for callback 4 times but i never received any call from them. Its been 41 days my problem is not resolved.

                                      By such behavior of micromax support and service center i have no choice but to take legal action against micromax. I am going to sue company in consumer court for such a highly non - professional behavior.

                                        I brought the mobile tab in micromax on 8/7/2015 . it not switch on so went to micromax service center in chennai (ambattur) on 10/8/2015. then i call on that day itself to micromax customer care. they told it will be in hand within 20 days. i am in warranty period why these peoples foolish all the indians. still now i didnt get it. they simply saying wait for another 15 days. they are giving extra 45 days warranty for my mobile. because still with company. please band this company in india
