I first submitted my handset to
Micromax on 26th June 2015 as there was problem with handset (sensor was not working). A few days back (on 28th July) i got the handset back stating the issue is resolved only to reoccur the very next day. I submitted back my handset at Service Centre (SP - SARA SALES & SERVICES (
MICROMAX), Chinchwad, Pune and am still waiting for my handset to be delivered with issue resolved. Is there anyone able enough at
MicroMax to deal with technical issues ?

I confirm a replacement handset is delivered to me today and I expect and assume this won't be a headache as was the earlier one. I would like to thank you for your support 'coz unless I raised my issue on social forum, my request was landing on deaf ears.
Also, if this one malfunctions, I am sure gonna throw this in the dustbin rather than approaching Service centre one more time.
Sorry, but no more Micromax products in future as I had enough of your service representatives.
