Sir i had visted your service centre on 04/08/2015 at Dealer Name: First Mobile Address: Indira Tower, Near Car Parking, Misra Raja Ji Ka Rasta, Behind Raisar Plaza, Indira Bazar, Jaipur – 302001. Contact Number: [protected] Email ID: [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com my cell micromax 2 months old havimg a lot of problem for the first month of purchase its 3g is not working, camea problem (first flash come then shoot picture) unable to click pics in night and battery problem. i told about all the problems so they told your cell will be forward to delhi i said ok. no problem but after 23 days on 27/08/2015 they called me and tell that your phoneisok you can collect it now from our service centre. Iwent there but when i check the cell the same problems are occuring so they offer me anorhter job sheet and told to repair it as quickly as possible. I asked them how many days it will take now they didn't reply me. Then i asked where it woulg go no rply i asked soo many times but they didn't answer. I am too feed up of the service you provided'. Thenn i call your delhi costumer care no. and complainr them about this and asked for complaint no. they say " sir what you will do of complaint no. we will solve the problem as soon as possile " but i said i want complaint no. At last after 5 mins of argument they gave me complaint no. MMX[protected] i don't know wheateher it is correct or not. Iam too fed up of what happen to me so i am complaining in CONSUMER FORUM about what happen to me because the behavior i handled form your side is tooo worst old job sheet no is W[protected] and new job sheet no. is W[protected] i experianced a lot of problem feed up of srvice never tell anyone to purchase micromax product ...

      [protected] order no. of snapdeal I have ordered 2 times Micromax Phones but got Bad service from The same company. I have to face so many problems due to their response. I have decided to take this complaint in Consumer Court and i am sure that i will win this case but before it i want to give a chance to micromax to compensate me very fairly and get this matter resolved here only.         Battery and speaker are not working after 1 month and customer care are arguing that mobile seal are broken but i have get mobile as it is.mobile bears wuarantee of 6 months and doesnt contain any condition of seal.they are not repairing mobiles and demands rupees.

          my job sheet number is N[protected] dt 22/8/15 . when we call your help line no [protected] today morning and ask the status of this job sheet he told me you go in service center and collect the battery but when we go in service center your service center told me your battery are not received yet in this case what we can do . your service center every time interested in create new job sheet my problem is still pending till date my phone is dead from 14/8/15 i am also spend money 200 in call your help line number and mentally & physically haresment due to your micromax company .

          I purchased P480 tab in august 2015 month. The battery is draining immediately after full of charge. This problem starts on first day itself. I am not satisfied this product. It is ideal now and waste of my money. So that your co. reputation has come down. I request you please replace the tab immediately. Kindly reply me.

            My cellphone micromax q 371 has not been working properly since i have bought it. My phone leave its network every now and then and if somebody calls me they got voice response that my phone is switched off and i have to restart it in every 10-15 mins for smooth functiong of phone. I have complained it for six times in which 3 times they have took it and sent to delhi for better repair but every time they fails to repair it. Service center is not also cooperating. Customer care always mislead by giving baseless suggestions i bought my phone on 1st march 2015 but since from then my phone is with service center for 3-4 months. My complain no is e[protected], e[protected], e[protected], e[protected] ref no. Mmh[protected]. Now again they are asking me to give my phone to service center. I want micromax to replace this phone.                 28 aug 2015 .i got replace my yureka phone.after replacing i was so distrubed wid new replaced phone.i cant recieve any call.when i call yureka service center .regularly they give another option for settings.i had never face dis problem during any phone.all time my phone is not rechable..daily i mail to micromax.company said this is due to network problem.but i cant send my sms.no recieve no sending.i m totally fed up from micromax response.MR SUSHANT AND MR AMIT give solution but this is ever never worked.

                    To the Concerned person, "I am writing to express my frustration with a recent experience I had with the micromax customer support.I purchase Micromax Knight A350 in Nov'14.Past 8 months the handset had a problem with the Display touch so I submitted the phone to my nearest micromax customer care center at Borivali.(Bhagwati Mobile) on 20.07.2015.The customer care personnel said that the phone will be sent to the Repair center and it will take 30 days time.I followed up with the customer care at [protected] on 20.08.2015, they said the phone has been dispatched to the gallery and u can collect the same.Further I enquired the same the gallery person said that it will take more 20 days as the phone is not properly repaired & gave me the new jobsheet no and said that we have returned it back to the Customer care center. I am very much dis-satisfied and frustrated with the kind of service given by Micromax customer care center.I am a loyal customer of micromax but i am very pissed off with the kind of treatment which i have experienced.I am extremely disheartened that i could not got the proper service on incident like this. I would request to either repair my phone or else replace it with the new phone.You cannot keep awaiting customer for so long as its almost 45 days I Have registerd my complaint.                       I have submitted my mobile Micromax Canvas Knight A350, which is in warranty, to Satguru Communication, Noida on[protected] with the following details Jobsheet No. N[protected] First of all they did not give me a stand-by, if they were about to keep my phone that long. It has been a month, still there is no satisfactory reply either from service center or Micrmax Call Center. Service center guys are saying that the mobile has been sent to "Company" on 12/08/2015 and Parts are not available yet. Micromax Call center guys are saying that my complaint will take 20 days since i first called them on 17/08/2015, again on 24/08/2015 and then on 29/08/2015 and then today 01/09/2015. I always get the same reply "Be pateint, your phone will be repaired and will be sent in 20 days", god knows when these so called "20 Days" will get over. These is a serious problem in the customer handling i felt in micromax.

                          I have purchased Micromax Canvas juice A177. After 6 months the handset volume was reduced drastically. After few months, I have taken my handset to service center. The have returned my handset after 1 week but problem was not resolved. They told me to use the mobile for 1 week to confirm the issue. The problem was increased and handset started switching off automatically. After 1 week, I have again submitted my mobile to service center. They told that they have to submit the handset to head office and may be we have to change the mother board, if required. Finally I received my handset after 3 weeks and I am surprised that I problem is still persisting. When I told the it is not working properly they told it is repaired to the maximum extend and i have to use the mobile as it is. Actually no service was done by micromax or problem is such that they cannot resolve. Now Micromax is just wasting my time and now 11 month is over and my mobile is now idle at the home. If I go to service center they will keep my mobile for 1 month and returned. And later they will tell warranty is over. I received call from micromax regarding the service quality, I informed the issue. They assured that they will get back to me. But no response. I have lost my money and faith from micromax now.

                          I purchased micromax A 120 last year. After exactly i year an usual problem developed. When the phone is in switch off position it was charged and when switch on it charging was interrupted. I visited the local service centre and discussed about the problem. The technician opened and suggested that their is problem in mother board which is to be changed for that the phone to be sent to company . I asked what will be the return time, then the answer was not less than 1 month. The second problem was the screen was becoming black from the top for that no reply towards the service station . Only suggestion the phone to be sent to company without that no solution. From that day onwards their is no faith over micromax phone. It was not technically proven since the reply was to the change the mother board. Secondly service provider reply is not satisfactory to satisfy the customer technically.

                            I am waiting since last 2 months, from micromax company they are very irresponsible, last 2 months onwards my mobile is in service center only, even appsdaily insurance company people also not respond properly,

                            I am suffering with the micromax company and at the same time apps daily insurance company,

                            So please consider my request and do the favor for me as early as possible

                            I am unable to buy another mobile. . .

                                I have given my phone on 27 july 2015. they told me that after 3 weeks you can collect your phone . Three weeks are over and i reached to service center When i asked about my phone then they said i didnt make call to you then why u came here. They were saying your phone is still in the service center and i dont know about your phone. And and didnot get back my phone yet.

                                  I have purchased Micromax A104 on AUG 6TH 2014.The display of handset was not working, since it was coming under warranty period i had given for free service on July 11th 2015 at your authorized service center at Calicut.The deliverable date was after two weeks but at the end of 2nd week they called me and told that display is not available and they had discussed with the authorities and assured that they will rectify the issue and deliver it within next two weeks.But they again failed.When I went to collect my phone on 25th Aug 2015 they told that they were going to send the handset for servicing but they are not sure that they could solve it. buy that time the warranty period was completed. around 45 days my phone was in service center.i dont know whether micromax was trying to fool their customers by servicing their phone after the expiry of warranty period.The job sheet and purchase bill is attached with this mail. Since it was taking a long time for servicing i asked them to return the phone. they canclled the job sheet and return it.so since it was extreme situation thats why i am sending a direct complaint, because i had lost trust on your service center. IS THEIR ANY SOLUTION FOR THIS? anticipating your positive response

                                    With due respect i want to say that i bought a new cell phone in 16.7.2015 but the cell phone have technical problem it don't show the contact number but that time i was going to tour when i come back i want to service center ( m/S GOPAL telecom) in 24.7.2015.but no body listen to me. they called me three time then they update the software on phone (job sheet no-N[protected] but it useless.because technical problem no solve. then today the service center deposit my cell phone (job sheet number-N[protected]) and said that i will be return after one month.respected sir, i purchased new cell phone in only 17 days. i need the cell phone so, please DUE my cell phone. because the employees of your service center not listen to me and the speak abuse ward .

                                      I first submitted my handset to Micromax on 26th June 2015 as there was problem with handset (sensor was not working). A few days back (on 28th July) i got the handset back stating the issue is resolved only to reoccur the very next day. I submitted back my handset at Service Centre (SP - SARA SALES & SERVICES (MICROMAX), Chinchwad, Pune and am still waiting for my handset to be delivered with issue resolved. I would like to thank you for your support 'coz unless I raised my issue on social forum, my request was landing on deaf ears. Also, if this one malfunctions, I am sure gonna throw this in the dustbin rather than approaching Service centre one more time. Sorry, but no more Micromax products in future as I had enough of your service representatives.

                                      I confirm a replacement handset is delivered to me today and I expect and assume this won't be a headache as was the earlier one. I would like to thank you for your support 'coz unless I raised my issue on social forum, my request was landing on deaf ears.

                                        I'm Gandhi . My son G.Karthick has given my mobile(micromax a350) for service in a service centre in Coimbatore .the service centre had told that the mobile will be returned within 10 days.But even after 20 days they didnt return the handset .so I called them but their reply was too poor .They told to wait for another ten days.Again we waited for ten more days but there was no reply from the service centre.so I called micromax customer care and filed a complained . Mr.ravikumar promised that the handset will be returned within a week. But still they was no reply even after 10 days and so we kept on calling the customer care and enquired the status of the device.whenever we called their reply was to wait for 20 more days . I can't wait anymore believing that the device would be repaired.i need a replacement of my device as soon as possible.Almost 2 months are past please provide a replacement for my device. I gave my mobile to xplus communication, Coimbatore .my job sheet no. Is s[protected]
