Please provide as much information as possible...I bought my cell MICROMAX ELANZA 2 A121on last October 2014 and from that time onwards I m getting problem of hanging badly and also it gets switch off at any time.. I have taken it to the service centre 3-4 times then also I am facing the same problem... so I want it to be change as soon as possible.. I hate it now

    Bought Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 on Flipcart order date: 31st mar 2015 order no. OD[protected] seller :WS retail When i inserted the second sim it was not working' Sent it to the service centre. They checked and said there is physical damage to the sim chip which is not covered in warranty. I fail to understand that the phone back cover has been opened just the second time to insert the sim then how has it got damaged. why dosent the company take the responsibilty and repair the defective part which may have been from before and not got noticed because it was not in use. The charger too does not work properly and it is only 5 months and well within gurantee period

      I have purchased a new Micromax Canvas E455 4G phone on 29/08/2015.The new brand phone having lot of problems such as Charging, Net connectivity and etc.etc. The net operating system has always on on the phone even the net connection position is in Off. I approach the service centre of Jabalpur and they inform me that there is no service for this mobile. How can I replace my handset so as the inconvenience shall be resolved.         Dear sir, recently on dated jun03, 15 i had purchased one mobile set model micromax Q-380 from online shopping snapdeal.as per micromax warranty period is one year for mobile & 6 month for battery. phone battery has failed within 2 month & i went to micromax service centre(perfect solution, kalka ji) & they refused to replace battery under warranty . they told me that you have overcharged battery, due to this battery has expanded.They don''t accept their manufacturing fault & charged me 1260rs for this in built battery replacement.kindly help me on above .             Made the following complaints with ticket id- 42472, 54330, 58069, 62465 regarding repair of my mobile as per details given below : 1. Model : Micromax Fire-2 ; A104 (W & Gld) 2. Problem : Touchscreen not responsive 3. Deposited on : 03/08/2015 4. Service Centre name : M/S Surajits Mobile Care, 1st Floor, HGB Road, Melarmath, Agartala, Tripura 5. Acknowledgement No. : E[protected] ( Receipt copy attached.) It seems they are not bothered at all for repairing of the mobile and every time informing that it will be repaired very soon. It has been over a month since I gave my mobile for repairing and its still not been repaired. Today on[protected], I once again inquired about the phone from the local service center and it was informed that it is still in the company at Delhi. I am afraid whether I will ever get return of the mobile phone. I think once they sell a mobile they are not at all bothered about customer service. Mailing my concern to their end also seems totally useless.

              Sir, I give my phone to micromax service center sonipat Haryana 2nd time first time they give my phone in 21 days and phone work only 3 days and again same problem i face. I give my phone 2nd time to customer care 2nd time on dated 08/08/2015.and i have no received my phone till date. In four month my phone goes to customer care for 2 month. They give no response ... So please solve this problem... Thanks

Sir, i m very much disappointed with the services of MICROMAX MOBILE I have registered a lot of complaint but no action has been taken so far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem. I have faced many times of problems in last Months about my Micromax Canvas Knight A350 set like touch screen or touch Keypad, and second problem with that phone is AUTOMATICALLY RESTART PHONE MULTIPLE TIME AGAIN AND AGAIN.third problem with mobile handset is WHEN CELL PHONE IN RUNNING CONDITION SUDDENLY START MULTI PAL PROCESS AUTOMATICALLY AS WELL AS SOME TIME MOBILE START HANGING AUTOMATICALLY.this problem repeated multiple times in a day.when i reach to CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER ON THAT PARTICULAR INSTANCE OF TIME MY MOBILE SHOW ALL THE PROBLEM AND BUT THEY NOT DO THE WORK CAREFULLY AS PER EXPECTATION AS WELL AS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and Sound and Battery backup etc.customer service center employee say that mobile will be send to company it will be take at least 25 to 45 day(approx 1 and half month).so i think that this is very long duration for any people and most difficult for low budget person. As well as it means company is lying to the customer and not fulfill promise of good and quality based survive Sound and Battery backup etc. I bought Micromax Canvas Knight A350. set on 12th January 2015, during the period, I faced many problems of worse touch screen as well as pad service, a very little battry back up and 3rd class sound quality, i m very disappointed by the quality of your product.                   I gave my mobile which stopped working after falling on the floor while it was raining on july 21st. The ppl @ at the center told me that my lcd was damaged and that the have to change the hole Housing+LCD+touch. It took around one n 1/2 month to get it repaired and that too when I continuously kept calling the @ center again n again. when i finally went to collect it i saw that the housing was still the same as one of the sides of the earlier housing was tampered and i recognized that. and after watching carefully i realized they had not changed anything. Still in doubt i inserted my battery and the same thing happened which happened before repair. then i finally realized that the problem was just with my battery and not with my lcd or touch. they charged Rs. 4100. they despite of knowing that and initially making a bill of the housing which they didn't change and i caught it ( which they accepted later and made another bill deducting the cost) however they were knee on the lcd and said they changed it. I am sure that they haven't changed anything though(as the problem was just with my battery and when i inserted another battery it started working). it's not about the money it's about the fraud they are doing with ppl.

                    I am Rohith sai I had purchased Micromax A 102 white mobile from starting onwards it has wifi and camera complaints but I given this mobile service center in eluru at baba cell point but my problem was not rectified and in the service center the staff also not giving good service and feeling responsible and not giving correct information of the device and I am not satisfied for that type of service in eluru at baba cell point

                            I purchase micromax canvas knight a 350 mobile, Due to display problem, I had submit my handset before 50 days (16-july 2015) at Micromax service center, At that day of today(02-sep.2015) they Micromax customer care told me that mobile will repaired in 20 days.so wait more 20 days from today, or i[censored] want to talk senior level excutive wait for 24 hr and this commitment give me 5 times but can't get call back from senior level excutive i had suffers with this problem from 50 days .each time they give me wrong promise date again and again.Plz give me solution regarding this problem my job sheet no. is W[protected] and i also suggest other people to don't buy micromax company mobile

                              17.5.2015 Purchased the Micromax q 324 from Mobile space shop Opp Mc –donald JM Rd D G Pune Cash memo No 1135. There phone No[protected] for confirmation. 25.6.2015 There was problems in the battery 1.7.2015 The battery changed by the shop” Mobile space” 14.8.2015 The battery unit get discharged within one or two hours. Approached to Service centre at Hadapsar . they indicated that thre is softsare problems. refer ELC Report 17.8.2015 The battery get discharge with same problems. Once the battery get discharged never recharge by provided charger. Battery get charged fromOUTSIDE source.Then THEY SAID THAT THE mobile unit IS beyond repair of local unit. They send that mobile to other place being Major defect.The defects /Problems reported as 1. 4103npower switch off 2. 4106 Power Boot failure 3 4107 Power phone restarts/reboots 28.8.2015 The mobile unit get heated when put for charging and remain hot till battery get discharged fully beyond the limit and dead. 1.9.2015 Finally your official declared that this mobile is of worst quality and can not be repaired and advised to mail the complaints to the given address.THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPLACE THE UNIT OR TO GIVE ME NEW UNITS/MOBILE. It is to note that for above complaints /problems, your Unit have given the typed written/hand written acknowledgements. These statements/report is based on the report of your units which will be produced as and when required. During this period I lost the business of Rs about Rs2-2.5 lakhs with lot of mental torture, physical harassments. I hope you will look into this matter VERY SERIOUSLY and make the arrangements to replace the with better/higher quality MOBILE UNIT at ealiest, SO AS TO AVOID EMBRASSING SITUATION

                                    I bought a Micromax Q335 phone in July. Within 3 days of minimal use, it shut down by itself. Due to personal reasons, it took me another 10 days to go to the Customer care/ Service center @ Palarivattom to register my complaint (On 29 Jul 2015). I was informed that since it has been more than a week after my purchase, I am not eligible for a replacement and was asked to leave the phone at the service center for repair and check back in 10 days. After 2 weeks (on 13 August), I went to the service center only to be told that the parts have not yet arrived due to which it will take another week for the repair work to be completed. Today (25 August 2015), I again contacted the center only to be given the same reply!!! Since I would be out of town and will not be back for a week and require the usage of my cell phone, I requested the agent to provide me with a temporary replacement while they carry out the work (for god knows how much more time). My request was declined. I then asked for an email address of Regional manager or a higher authority so that I could document my complaint. (At that time, I did not have access to internet to go online and find the emails ids on this 'to' list). The agent would only give me a cell number for his boss and was not ready to provide an email address!!! I tried reaching at the number provided and even after multiple attempts failed to get anyone to pick up the call. I then called back at the service center number only to be told "please keep retrying". I had to threaten legal action before the agent was ready to provide me with the this email id (supposedly this is the email id of the Regional manager of the grievance cell). Do you honestly mean to say that you have a service center where the employees do not have access to such basic information that any Product company or service center is expected to have ? Apparently the delay is due to the fact that replacement parts for this model has not yet been provided to them from Micromax!!! Since I was leaving town for a week, I requested that the phone be returned to me after repair by close of business on 27 August 2015. or refund my money. I have already waited for a month and only reponse received was a mail asking for IMEI numbers which I gave. eversince then, all emails to their customer service id are bouncing for lack of space!!! They havent even given me a job sheet number, only a piece of paper containing my contact number and the phone's model and IMIE numbers !!!

                                      I had purchased Canvas A1 and used it only 14 days, then there is a problem of restarting phone continuously. I submitted it to nearest service centre, i got my after 20 days...then i took it and use it only 2 days and then again i submitted it to nearest service centre and this time problem is Slow charging ...both time phone sent to Delhi service centre form Varanasi service centre. still i didn't receive my phone. From the date of purchase to till the date I use it only 16 days. Please If it is possible provide me money because i didn't trust on this handset and this company, after repairing whether the phone work properly or not. I facing so much problem due to this phone. So please do needful. Thank you.

                                        I have surrendered my defected phone micromax a350 (in warranty with purchase date 05/02/15) at Sonu mobile shop, jind, Haryana. I have purchased your phone A350(BLCK&GOLD) with emei number [protected] few months back. But it got a problem of over heating and stopped touch phenomenon due to which your phone became useless. On 15/06/2015 I went to your authorized service center SONU MOBILE SHOP JIND (HARYANA), PHONE NO.[protected] for the repairing in warranty. They asked me to surrender the phone for some days for necessary repairing. The registered it as job sheet number N[protected]. In replacement no temporary phone been provided by your service center . but I thought micromax is a reputed company so I will get my phone in a week . but till now my phone haven't been repaired. The service center simply uses the sentence- company is not responding. I got frustrated due to such replies so I called your customer care firstly on 15/7/15 to register complaint against them . my complaint is registered under complaint no. MMX[protected]. I thought now I will get my phone back but your company never responded to the complaint. Then again I called the customer care to know the status of my complaint but I got surprised to hear that my earlier complaint have been closed without providing the solution. They again registered my complaint number with new number MMX[protected] . BUT solution is still not been provided. I want to know whether the phone is going to be returned or not.if yes then how many more days are you going to take for that as it is 3 months till now. Such type of response is not expected from such a big company. I have to do urgent work in my android phone so kindly repair it soon or replace it otherwise I have to go to the court because your customer care is also making fool only.
