Name- Prashant Menon Phone- [protected] I had given my canvas 4 for service by september 2014 and the only issue was with the power button. phone was working properly till then. I kept enquiring every other weekend but they never gave back the phone. Finally after 3 months i got it back in a un repaired condition on top of that they changed its motherboard. I am really unhappy with this, please do someyhing about this else I will move forward legally. As per your suggestion I gave the fone for repair at the same service centre and the new job sheet number is S[protected]. They were not ready to repair it for free as it is out of warranty right now but last time when I gave it was under warranty. Hence please check with the service centre people and get this repaired in a week else I will be forced to move against micromax legally. I am really not happy with the mother board being replaced. Now I need this fone repaired in less than a week.

    This is with reference to Job Sheet No. N[protected].

    I deposited my Micromax X321 with M/S Shri Laxmi Enterprises Uttam Nagar, New Delhi on 7th November 2013 as it stopped working after a month of purchase.

    The person at the service center told me that I would receive a call from Micromax whenever my product would be repaired. I went to the service center numerous times, but was always told that my device was not repaired and it was 'in process'. After waiting for 2 whole months. I kept visiting the service center once every few weeks to inquire about my device, but I was assured that I would get a new device with 1 year warranty.

    More months passed, and every time, I went to the service center, I was assured by the service center personnel that I would receive a call from the company within 2 days. I never received a call . EVER!

    Eventually, I bought a new phone from a 'Reputed' brand, to cope up with the situation.

    So now, even after nearly 2 years, I'm yet to receive my device.

    I want to ask the people sitting at the Micromax Head Office, What the hell is wrong with you guys? You are taking customer's trust for granted? You are treating your customer as a worthless, no regard, no remorse?

    What is the point of setting up service centers, when you cannot even repair your products? What is the whole point of offering 'warranty against defects'?

    I will make sure that I don't patronize Micromax any more, for what's the point of patronizing an unethical entity? I'm completely disheartened with the response received from the company.

    I'm asking the company to refund the box price of the phone with 18% interest per annum, as I'm done with begging for a 'New Micromax Phone'.

    This my last attempt to contact anyone at Micromax. If the company will not acknowledge their mistakes, and provide me with a fair solution, I will be forced to file a lawsuit. I know it takes a long time here in India, but it doesn’t matter because, I have already waited almost 2 years, can definitely wait for a few more.

    But now, I will not give up on my hard earned money which has been looted by Micromax. I have been wronged, and I will fight for justice till the end of time.

    Just a heads up - I will be filing a lawsuit against the company if I don't get a favorable response within 2 working days.

    It's all up to you now.

      Sir/ Madam, In inviting the subject cited above, my mobile namely Micromax Elanza 2.0 bearing IMEI / ESN No-[protected]/[protected] has already given for servicing in M/s Space Telecom, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar. since one month and a week. The problem of my mobile is only auto restart every time and the servicing centre has returned me the mobile after 26 days and told me that they have changed the mother board. But after I got the mobile checked that they did not take any action and the problem of the mobile is same. The servicing centre has forced me to give another time and wait another month. I am suffering the communication problem, as I have no mobile phone at present. I am working as an Right to Information Executive in the Department of Information & Public Relations, Odisha. Communication is a major issue which could not solve by me in this urgent post. I could not able to know when my mobile set will come to my hand. Kindly take an immediate steps and return my mobile soon to communicate with public. Such type of customer dissatisfaction will impact the negativity of the Company. (Enclosed the 1st and 2nd customer slip given by the Servicing Centre).

      Still the Servicing Centre not assure me when the mobile will returned. It has a big delay of 2 months (One Month no necessary steps taken by the Company and another month also completed with no status till now). No e-mail has been received by the Company till now. No call also, when I called to the Servicing Centre they replied me that the Mobile is at New Delhi. My only problem is auto restart of mobile, but if such type of problem will not solved in 2 months then I should make a consumer case. my [email protected] My Job sheet not is - *E010144-0815-18771801

      Still there is no reply. i am waiting
      Nothing happened through this http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ website. Still I am suffered 2 months and 11 days. No step taken by the Mircomax Authority and Service Centre and Micromax. Such a Faltu type website waste time and play with our emotion. Finally I have to make a Court Case in Consumer Court.
      Sir/madam,
      my micromax mobile is under warranty and the same is with service centre for the second time with the problem of "no charging". First time it took 30 days to get back the same . Now 38 days elapsed . I have a lot of problems without this mobile. My service centre is m/s connexion, pattom, trivandrum, kerala and on enquiry they informs that the spare part is not coming from delhi.

        Dear Mircromax, I have been having lots of problem with my phone right from the day one of purchase, I recently call your customer care explaining all my problems in details and also requested if i could get a replacement of my phone that would be great since your service centre clearly mentioned is a manufacturing defect, the customer support executive with whom i communicated is Mr. Nitin Kumar and be booked a complaint and the complaint number is "MMX[protected]". It was informed to us that replacement team will call me in 48 hours time, but none called. NOTE: The mobile still in your service center and i am fed up to talk with the representatives. The following files i am attaching for your reference and speedy action; 1. My recent Repair Slip of your Phone service center, bearing file name "Repair Slip.PDF" 2. My Mobile Purchase Bill dated 13/09/2014 bearning file name "Mobile Purchase Bill.PDF" Also i would like to bring to your notice, that i have given the mobile to your service center on 13/07/2015 and till now they could not replace/repair and also they use very abusive language when called. The only statement they give is "We have placed for part" and "You have to wait, until we receive the part and repair". It might come this evening or next year too, you have to wait. Is this the "CUSTOMER CARE" by spending the money on your product we loose peace of MIND.           My mobile Micromax A104 (M-IMEI1:[protected] ) mic was not working so it was repaired by authorised service center shivkrupa services gubbara phatak lashkar gwalior M.P (474001) and it worked for only two days and after that it doesn't work and my mobile sensor back button, home button & option button also started not to work and a 1 inch screen from the below also not working when i show it to another authorised service center ahuja mobile jayendraganj Gwalior, They said that my mobile consist of local mic and refused to repair at their service center which i complaint to costumer care number [protected] through mobile No. [protected] and when i again visited to authorised service center shivkrupa services gubbara phatak lashkar gwalior M.P (474001) they opened it and refused that the work done in it is not done by them and said "it must be done by another authorised service center ahuja mobile jayendraganj Gwalior " and clicked photos of the Handset .             Phone not getting switched on

            My yureka mobile is not getting charged at all and now it is not even getting switched on . Every time I press the start button, a sign of low battery appears . I tried to contact all the micromax customer care numbers but could not come to the conclusion. They recieved the phone, listened to the issue, kept the phone on hold for sometime and then hanged up . It is getting too frustrating now....

            Had bought nitro 310 and its not been one year, and facing charginf issue, battrey draining very fast and pc connect issue...and i visited one of your service centor and this is the first job sheet numberN[protected].. they kept the phone in next 10 days when i demand for checking they said to me its ok you can keep it, they did not even get through with phone check...i check the phone at home i got the same problem taking so much time to charge and further one more issue they create some screen fault i do not what it is exactly...than again i visited there they did not provide me fully resolution and there behaviour is so much pathetic..i keep the phoone for two or three days than again i got the same issue now they submitted the phone again and said will take next 7 days and new job sheet number is .. N[protected]...plz help me out with this ..they guys are making me fool and i want take action against them...

              Hello, I am Mehvish and I bought Micromax canvas Knight cameo A290 on 15th September 2014 but after 11 months I faced the problem on speaker. I had contacted with service center. But after service I am facing the problem of network catching. I am facing this problem after service otherwise my network were very good... It's is very disappointing.

                  Dear Sir, I have given my phone canvas knight A350 on 9th june after 2 months My phone is came to service centre in sangamner 422605 but touch is not working of my phone thats why they recollect without giving me my phone and send to service centre without asking me and without my permission and now they are saying more 30 days required and it will charged 2400rs after my phone is in warranty when I had given mobile to service centre but now warrany has ended they are saying it is damaged case. But when I had given my phone at that time my mobile is in warranty & in well condition not damaged. They also give me new jobsheet dated 13 aug but i had not sumbitted my old jobsheet when my mobile is in warranty and on that date is 9th june 2015.                     Sir, I purchased micromax x254 handset on 29/01/2014. In the month of Nov 14 there was a problem occured in mic, speaker & screen. So I gave my phone to service center located at siwan (bihar). I visited the shop many time but I don't get my phone repaired. In between I lost my original purchaging slip. When I went the service center again with duplicate purchaging slip, they replied me that both IMEI no is required to trace you mobile and not returning my handset.                             I bought a mob.of micromax but in 2 months its keypad stopped working and the customer care is very rude. They are not giving any answer properly and now 3 months have bewn passwd but i am waiting my mob.to be repaired. The customer service centre at govind nagar, Kanpur is very rude. Please help.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you to inform about the poor customer service experience I had with micromax. I had purchased a micromax datcard model no: SERMOB0446 and I was assured of timely after sale customer services. But to my utter dismay, my experience was the very opposite. This is the third time within warranty period I had sent the data card to Micromax service station for repairing. The guy at the service station checked the data card and told me there is some problem with it and it will either be replaced or repaired within 15 days. I submitted my data card in Micromax service station(Job sheet no :- N[protected]) M/S Shri Laxmi enterprises. A-54(FF), Gulab bagh, Opp Metro pillar No.-750, Uttam Nagar, Delhi-110059, Mobile no: - [protected] / [protected] on[protected] & till date they have not repaired my data card it’s been more than 3 months I just can’t understand what sort of a service is this. I had visited the service centre various times but they always tell me to come after 15 days I also registered a complaint with micromax service centre(Complaint No:-MMX[protected] even these guys are no less every time I call them they reply saying it will take 15 more days. Out of the 1 year warranty my data card has been in the service centre for more than four months (1 month previous time). Unsatisfied with the services of Micromax I am writing this complaint.                                     I submit my mobile (A - 290) canvas cameo knight in micromax service centre ashok vihar on 17. 07. 15 then they said it will go to head office for repair till then they have no information about repair & replace. They said it would take 30 days to get the replacement and we waited for 1month. Then when we called and checked they said it would take another 10 days. Since it has a problem with blank screen and over heating. But more than one month had passed & they are unable to bring my phone back, stating that the gurgaon (Main service head quarter) office is not sending the cell phone which is required to resolve the issue. . .                                       I have given my micramax canvas A091 mobile on 20/07/2015 @ my nearset micromax service center (M/S Pearl System, Madhyamgram branch Kolkata) & they had communicated to me as it will be delivered to you with in 7-10 day After servicing the Phone ;Since it has a problem with Touch & PDA. But More than one month had passed & they are unable to bring my phone back, stating that the Gurgaon (main service head quarter) office is not sending the parts which is required to resolve the issue. Also I am suggesting that if this parts are unavailable then kindly replace my phone because each & every day I am loosing the warranty period time line. The docket # against my complain is 18045313 Now in this extremely dissatisfying situation I am urge to get my phone back with the resolution. Please treat this is an escalation (P1) which I would like to bring in front of Micromax. Also let me know if I need to reach out to consumer against this abnormal delay from Micromax services since there are no other way around. You can reach out to me @ [protected].                                       This is an extreme Fraud behaviour from Micromax
                                      They should be punished for Misleading the customer
                                      yes they should replace the phone or bring the money back since it is only 5 months passed in warranty
