Had bought nitro 310 and its not been one year, and facing charginf issue, battrey draining very fast and pc connect issue...and i visited one of your service centor and they keep the phone for nnext seven days i got the phone in next 10 days when i demand for checking they said to me its okyou can keep it, they did not even get through with phone check...i checke the phone at home i got the same problem taking so much time to charge and further one more issue they create some screen fault i do not what it is exactly...than again i visited there they did not provide me fully resolution and there behaviour is so much pathetic..i keep the phoone for two or three days than again i got the same issue now they submitted the phone again and said will take next 7 days ...plz help me out with this ..they guys are making me fool and i want take action against them... krishan from karnal haryana

    I have brought Micromax mobile Elanze2 A121 on Dated 14.8.2015 from World Telecom House. D-100 Main Road Vikas Marg Laxmi nagar New Delhi-110092.The complain is that the phone is going hot from the first day like they are going to blast when i start Youtube video. I am not happy because his battery is also going to discharge fast and the net is also slow on this phone. Even the World Telecom Center also cheat me with the price. The actual market price of this mobile is 7233 to 7990 last. But the center sold me this at rs 10000.Now in 2015 they are only 7233.
    I request you to replace your mobile and back my money.Because when the phone is getting problem within one day so that is useless or the money is hard to earn.So back my money.10000+500

        I had purchased Micromax mobile Knight A350 on 6th jan 2015 online from amazon. In july mid it started giving problem with charging so visited the service centre and handed over the piece to M/s Bhagwati Mobile for checking of piece, on inspection it was found that charging connector was in damaged condition. The engineer said we would need to replace the connector and would cost Rs 1550.00 as the part is not covered under warranty, after confirming the same and paying the said amount he told us that the spare is not in stock and shall receive the mobile in couple of days as he needs to order the spare. Its been 23 days today and every time we call he says it will take 7 more days as spares are not available with the company. I feel cheated by Micromax as, it is not interested in giving service after selling phones to the customer. I felt that buying a phone from an Indian company would be better than buying from Multinational but to my horror it turned to my worst nightmare. I had to buy a new cell phone now as they have failed to repair and give me the piece on time and my work commitments were suffering. Everytime we call and inquire about our Mobile they give Absurd answers and talk very rudely. Call to micromax call centre is also of no assistance as we cannot call the number from MTNL lines and mobile numbers of MTNL. On one occasion i called from my friends phone on 12/8/2015 i spoke to Mr Veerandra and he told me the system was down and he was in no position to check or register my complaint. He assured me that i shall receive a call in next 48 hrs from the service team, but till date no call is received.

        Micromax service is very poor and pathetic, when complained they have accepted to refund the amount paid for the phone. Have been trying to do the same but they have come up with a unique way of delaying the refund. They say that they refund the amount only online and that to only 4 banks ie SBI, ICICI bank, PNB Bank, Axis Bank. I arranged a account to get the refund by requesting a family friend to receive the amount on my behalf. Have mailed and tried calling on the number provided but no response. It seems micromax is not interested in resolving issues and trying to fool people and comsumer forums that they are trying hard and putting efforts to resolve issues, but surprisingly they are just delaying the process and then close the complaint saying issue resolved. Adding a photo proof of mails sent with account numbers.

          I’m Srinivas. My Micromax mobile (Model code: A120) is not switched on. So that I’ve given at micromax service center in the following address on 29/07/2015. M/s Veerabadra Agencies, Shop No: 15-21-42/J/S-4, 1st floor: Vikram Towers Kukatpally, Hyderabad-500072. The service engineer verified for 1 week and told that it was not solved in Hyderabad it has to be sent Delhi to rectify the problem. He registered this on 04/08/2015 and sent to Delhi. I think it will be reached there. Work order.No: N[protected] I've sent mails to [protected]@micromax.in.co.com and [protected]@micromax.info.com But no reply from these two e-mail IDs.               Dear Sir/Madam,

              I bought Micromax Unite A106 on 6th Dec 2013 from www.homeshop18.com, in starting all function working good but after a few months have faced problem in touchscreen and same time i was on long travel. Due to this problem i suffer lot. was kept mobile in micromax service center after return back to my home town. Service Center taken 8-10 days to repair this mobile. During this service they changed Touch Scree/Pad and taken Rs.1850/-. Now 3 month passed and again same problem facing with this instrument and service Center advice me to change touch screen/pad with approx cost of INR[protected].

              is this deal genuine??

                I had bought Micromax Canvas Knight A350 (Black-Gold) on 10Dec 2014 from Amazon.in The Mobile is at M/s V care Mobitron Ghatkopar (E) Service centre from 12th Aug 2015 under Job sheet *W[protected]* Every time i communicate via mail i get different person replying to my mails with same Copy Paste Dialogs "The issue is forwarded to and will resolution soon" After 14 days also nor the service centre nor the Customer care is giving me response and satisfactory reply that when will my Handset get repaired or Replaced if cant be repaired as its under warranty. Need Help urgently.

                    I purchased the micromax mobile on 31 / 08 / 2014. Mobile model number is a290.
                    On 10 - aug - 2015 i was visited your service center s4 telecom – patil plaza, swargate, pune for my mobile unable to start issue.
                    My job sheet no. W[protected].
                    After 11 days on 21 - aug - 2015, i got the sms from micromax that, mobile has been repaired.
                    When i visted in service center on 22 - aug - 2015 for collecting my mobile but issue not resolved by micromax. Micromax closed the job sheet ithout repairing w[protected]. Complaint number is mmx[protected]

                      I have a micromax canvas juice mobile. after 3 month its geting hot when charging. and now it getting hang everytime. i am fade up with this product. the other mobile company is better then micromax. i think micromax is a irritating company in india. i have two product of micromax and both have same problem. not rootable phone. disgusting. samsung nokia lava motorola is better. if every time i have to open the battery before useing even cant turn of the mobile when system getting hang, have to switch off then i can use. if i know before that this type of product are supply to the customer i did not buy micromax product.

                            very bad sevice by micromax never to buy any product of micromax
                            puchased a micromax canvas selfie A255 online it was defective from the beginning went to service centre Giridih, Jharkhand, Bhuwan Communication they take the mobile for repairing after 14 days gave back the mobile saying it is repaired butthe problem was same complained a lot lastly given again to the service centre now it will take 25 working days means almost 2 months without mobile the company making fraud and service centre is all not servicing i have that my friends and relatives will support me by not buying any product of Micromax in future.

                              Hi, I had buy a Micromax tab P690 on 24 /07 /15, after using 2 day the touch screen was broken, I had given Tab service center on 27 /07/15 . Now it become 25 days they are not repaired the tab and, I called to service center and customer care since from 5 days they are not giving proper answer and saying it will take 15 more days to repair the tab, my job no is: E[protected], so please advice what to do.                                 Sir i purchased a micromax p666 tab on 4 july 2015. the battery back up of the tab was very low. when i approached the service centre they told me that the tab has been used for four months already i.e from march 2015. they further told me that the tab has been already opened and is now out of warranty.

                                  I had purchased a micromax A200 in the month of November, after few months i noticed problem in power on.I went up to the micromax service centre M/S DURGA INFOTEL, 212/1 RBC ROAD, NAIHATI, N 24 PGS, WEST BENGAL, PIN-743165 at 26TH June 2015 (Jobsheet No :E[protected]) they took the phone but hand set returned after one month without any repairing the problem. it was handed over to service center again and new Jobsheet No is E:[protected]. but till today they have any response, I've several times spoke to service centre.
                                  What to do without phone up-to 2 months...
                                  I have harassed many times by them.
                                  What a bad service!
                                  Everyone knows that mobile phones are very necessary now a days.
                                  I shall be highly obliged if any action...

                                    I have a mobile phone micromax eg 111. I bought it about 10 months ago. the handset bearing dual sim gsm and cdma slot. from the day of bought i m facing lots of problem. I showed it many times in local service centre, but there was no satisfactory solution. finally on 06 July it was hanged with many problem such as hanging, unusual sound coming from mobile phone during use of cdma sin net. duringthat sound the device becomes hot and becomes auto shut down, and if i am listening any song, the sound of song becomes off. if somebody want to call from any number, ring is going to my number, but there is no any significant sign of incoming call on my handset. Finally the local service centre send the device to further noida cervice centre. they told that motherboard was changed. But, when i got it again in my hand after one month there was no any special changes in the handset.Againi went to the service center and they send it noida cervice centre on 10 of August. please, i want yourkind attention for redressal of the case. tahnking you so much...

                                        I have given ma phone to raipur pandri Micromax service center, on[protected].Job sheet is made in the name of Abhishek Mashi ji, docket no. E[protected]. I, m working in a bank so i dont get time to this all sorts of work, It has a power off issue phone doesn't switch on .they intimated that it has some major issue so it needs to be send to Delhi service center . While I visit there after a month they convey me the status of replacement and a new phone has been dispatched from Delhi on 14 th Aug, and will be getting ma phone within 2 days . But still I have not got my phone, its rediculous totally disappointment, never expect of this kind of service from Micromax, I 'm leaving raipur next week going to Bangalore for couple of months, and I want my phone before I leave
