    I had purchased micromax Fire A104 on 07/12/2014. Had problem with the touch malfunctioning within 7 Month of purchase.i have submitted my phone on 21th July, 2015 at authrized Service Center ( The Mobile Care B-36 Guru Nank Pura Opp. V3S Mall Near Maharaja Benquett Hall Laxmi Nagar Delhi - 110092 ) Cont No- [protected] TIN No : -[protected] .They told me to it will take 1 Week for repair.But still we have not received any replay from them. Phone Yet after many Follow up Please help me either to get my phone back in a working condition or a new replacement as am well within the warranty.       Hi this is regarding my handset unite a092. In the month of june i had given my phone for the replacement of mother board in "marks services jamshedpur". I got my phone back after 25 days but after one month again it started heating on the camera side i went to laxmi nagar micromax care in new delhi on 12th august, they again informed me that your phone mother board needs to be replaced. The most shocking thing i heard in one month how come mother board got damaged. Even though they are not helping me to solve this problem. I mailed to micromax they informed the same thing. Everyday more than 60 to 70 people are visiting the care but the company is not bothered at all. In a cheap price they are selling phones but quality is very worst. I would have gone for some other company, i thought its an Indian company so they will provide a good service but my decision was wrong. job sheet no. N[protected].

          Respectfully, I wish to state that my name is riya richard shawel from indore. i purchased mobile micromax A075 on 15 august 2014 by teleshoping .Its in warranty. My IMEI no. [protected]. I am having prob. in my cell from 1 month after purchasing it so i usually go to autharised service center and they updates its software but from last month I am facing to much problem like loss o[censored]ser data and application, display touch screen not working and no charging. So i registered complaint regarding this in homeshop18 . my complaint no. is 85282337. They suggested me to submmit my mobile on autharise service center i.e m/s AKHIL traders G1 yashwant plaza opposite railway indore, madhya pradesh, pin code 452001. I submited my mobile on 21 july 2015. they gave me my jobsheet no. N[protected]. But service center is not entertaining . I mean they still did not provided any solution of this.when i called them after 8 days of submitting my mobile in service center, they dont even pick customer calls many times. then i called them again they said this defect is found your mobile and its sent to company for servicing.on 8 august 2015 i went to check mobile status at that time I found its not even touched its there only with no resolution kept in a corner of shelf. So due to this unfortunately, i have to register complaint in National Consumer Court Forum. As a helping hand they gave me reference no. i.e 615937. So i will be highly obliged if you provide me solution of my problem as soon as possible. Thanking You

            My phone (Micromax's Yu Yureka ) stopped working just after the month of purchase and they don't provide online service. i have been complaining them for 14-15 days from now, they did reply for fews days which was not at all helpful .later they even stopped replying and nowadays without phone brings too much trouble . This was the worst service provider ever .

              Dear Micromax Team, I purchased a mobile phone Micromax Knight 350 bearing IMEI no [protected] from Hisar on Nov 2014.For first three month i felt very happy and i was satisfied as i choose Knight over Samsung Grand but as time passed i came to know that its battery backup reduced to half day and later to a few minutes. After few days its back cover started bulging but when i went to Global communication (Auth. Micromax service partner), executive told me that it is a paid job as battery warranty is of six months only, This bulged battery consequently damaged back cover also (This is not customer fault) so should be covered under warranty And moreover if its battery life is only six months then there is no use of changing battery again and again, it is better to dump this phone. Despite satisfying me Service centre Executives are even unable to provide me right time estimate. For your further reference RO copy, bill and phone snaps is attached. What a mess for the company like Micromax. You are dreaming to become no. 1 but your service center support is not good. I am frustrated of this. Can you please help me on this?                 I have send my micromax A106 20 days before. But still company is not giving me my mobile. On 4 august they told me that you will get canvas gold instead of knight but still nothing is arriving.I am so stressed. I called them almost 10-15 times. Each time they says your mobile will arrive in next 15 days.On a week before they said me your mobile will arrive in 15 days but still no activity or call from company or service center also.They treat us like a beggar who is begging for his own mobile.Just a worst service.                   Dear sir I have purchased a mobile micromax A99 in Jan2015. Now it got some problem in Mic. When I visited micromax care centre in sector-20 chandigarh, they are saying submit your mobile for 15 days. They said they have to make order from gurgaon. I asked them to lodge my complaint and get order, but they refused that only after submitting mobile, then order will be placed. This should not be criteria for providing services to customers. If part is available then mobile can be repaired on the same day and if part is not available then it should be ordered instantly without harassing for such so many days. Otherwise they should provide spare mobile handset, which does not affect the routine work life of people. So it is requested that inventory should be properly maintained and make available at care centres. So that customers get satisfied with Micromax back end services.                     I had deposited a micromax mobile A350 due to some troubles at M/s B.R. Services, C-30, GF, Near SBI Bank, Lajpat Nagar, Part-2, New Delhi on 25/07/2015 vide Jobsheet No. - N[protected]. When I am deposting the mobile, they assured to get it repaired / replaced within 20 to 25 days. But, till now, same is not received. On enquiry, they given for a 10 days more. I am an Govt. Official and proceeding to Kerala from Delhi on posting. Hence, it is great convenient to get same back in today i.e 19/08/2015.

                                I have bought a LED TV (Model-40T2810FHD) from Amazon (Cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd. Bhiwandi, Maharastra, ) on 14th March 2015. But recently, there are two vertical lines appear on the screen, accordingly I called customer care, they register with complaint no- AS[protected]. An engineer from local servicing center came to my home and got snap shot of the panel telling that the panel became defective, so I will get full replacement. Against my complaint no- AS[protected] for replacement of my 40" Micromax LED (Model No- 40T2810FHD, MRP-39990/-, Full HD, with Display resolution 1920 X 1080), I got the replacement from the Guwahati Customer Care on[protected]. But I got the LED TV of 39" (Model no-40B200HD, MRP-37990/-, HD Ready, with Display resolution 1366 X 768) which is a lower specification & smaller size than my previous one, it is found after arriving my home when I thoroughly compared, because at the servicing center, they told me that it is also 40" LED, when I was expressing my doubt. It is a customer dispute. The company may replaced my TV with the model no.- 40BFK60FHD, which is almost same specification with my previous LED. So, I requested the company (Micromax) to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Then they told me that they register the complaint with job sheet number- AS[protected] and service center team will contact me in 2 working days and resolve my issue. Service center team has called me and performed a new drama. They asked to handed over them the 39" LED (which was provided as replacement) and they will handed over to me the previous one (40" LED, which was defective and replaced with the new one). They inform me that the company send the 39" LED as replacement and they have handed over to me, there is nothing to do themselves. I clearly told them that I have to get the LED with same specification (40", Full HD, with Display resolution 1920 X 1080), model may be different, but not smaller size and lower specification. But the problem is still not solved.

                                Ultimately Micromax has resolved the problem by a LED Model No.- 40BFK60FHD on[protected]. Thanks to Micromax.

                                  I owned a Micromax Canvas Spark about a Month ago

                                  It crashes after a use of 7 days from the date of purchase

                                  I send it to the Micromax Service center For Repair

                                  They told me that it takes 25 days to get back

                                  Now it's ABOVE 1 and Half Months From I sended the phone

                                  And they are still telling that 10 days would take ...

                                    I recently had my phone submitted to micromax care which was in warranty and was suddenly dead. First of all I received the phone in more than 2 months. Secondly I was given with a replacement phone which was second hand. I am not sure if this is even legal, but is surely unethical for an esteemed organisation like Micromax. On top of that, your customer care executives are hanging up the call every time i ask for an answer.

                                      Dear Sir, I had purchased a mobile phone of Micromax model EG116 from Flipkart on line vide their Tax Invoice number DEL[protected] dated 15-Nov-2014 bearing IMEI Number as [protected]. Since purchase it has so many issues like starting problem, hanging issues & major was Conference Call not performing for which I had purchased the new smart phone. I had initially contacted to Flipkart but they asked me to contact the Manufacturer i.e. Micromax. So I had contacted their authorised service centre in Ghaziabad & Noida. Finally that I had submitted my phone to their service centre (Galore Services, Sec-22, Noida) on 30-May-15 vide their job card no. N[protected] (copy enclosed) and received after so many follow up on 30-Jun-15 but still having same issues. I had again contacted and re-submited my phone to the same centre vide their job card no. N[protected] (copy enclosed) on 24-Jul-15 against an e-mail received from the customer care of Micromax that your phone will be repaired perfectly this time. Now on 12-Aug-15 I have collected the phone but still having the same problem that ‘Conference call’ not performed. Again they are asking to visit the centre and resubmit the phone. Hence I am fed up with the defective phone & pathetic services from Micromax. Kindly look into the matter & help me for replacing this defective phone from Micromax by new one.                                         I have faced problem with mobile lock/unlock button. I went to your micromax care center on date 11/08/2015 i.e. Satgaru communication shop#1, veervati place, bhoja market sec-27, noida.
                                        They checked and told me that you have to be wait 2 to 3 hrs but In evening they told me that your phone is dead during installation of software and we sent to it company.
                                        They told me to wait for 5-7 days. But 7 days has been passed and they again postponing days. I also told them to return my phone but they refused.
                                        I am a Handicapped Person with one leg and I can't visit service center regularly. I also try customer care no but they disconnect my call after 5 min of ringing and no positive response from service center also.
                                        I really don’t know whether they going to repair it or not, please someone help me in getting my phone...
