I had submitted my Tab to Service center dombivili on 21st July 2015. Its almost 1 month and I have not received any response from their end. The contact nos displayed on JOB sheet are of no use, They are either switched off or they are not bothered to pick up. My job sheet no is[protected] Micromax has the worst service I have ever come across. Pathetic experience with Micromax

Inform you that I have ACC. A99 (S) Model code SERMoB0594 in warrant period I have submitted the my hand set at micromax Services canter on the dated 15/7/2015 and Complain No is N [protected] Problem reported the 4904 Display Black Lines and the delivery date is 21/7/2015 Still I have not got a single response on Customer care and Services center also . So kindly request to plz dissolve my problem on immediate basis

Dear Sir, I brought Micromax Knight A 350 mobile last year in Diwali Dhamaka. It is under warranty. The phone was working find till 16/08/2015. It is working fine now also but it is not getting charged. Customer Care Centre, I visited ( on 17/08/2015) VI Communication at Branch A-83. Radhey Puri Extn. Opp Karkardooma Court. Delhi-Phone-[protected]. They say, That the card is physically damaged and needs to be replaced at a cost of Rs. 2200/-This will not be covered under warranty. But my question is the phone was not at physically damaged neither external nor internal then how this can be called as physically damaged by us. I had purchased a micromax canvas knight cameo A290 in 19.02.2015 from Mehar Computers & Peripherals, GF2/94, Nehru place, Delhi. After one month o[censored]se, phone started creating several problems and despite solving problems the authorized service centre - B.R. Service, Lajpat Nagar created many new problems in my phone and not solving my issues.

Mene micromax ko mail bhi kiya but mail me mujhe sirf ticket id hi diye aur kuch nhi mujhe solution chahiye ticketid ka me kiya karunga ticket id:-19381, 19380, 1169, 5588. 1 august ko micromax service center gaya to bole next friday ko delhi se niklega aur Saturday ko aap ko milega aur yaha k service center wale hamara call bhi recive nhi karte aur recive karbhi liye to propr answer nhi dete unko isbare me bolne ke baad me chala aya 1/2 ghante baad mujhe call aya k sir aapka handset agaya me lene gaya to mere handset me damage tha Oh mere dene se pehle nhi tha 1 month wait karke handset aya to Oh bhi damage. Me recive nhi kiya aur mera handset wapas delhi gaya. Ab aaplog batao me kiya karu ??? Rs.15500 me phone kharida use karne k liye but me use nhi karpaya aur micromax k aise rply aur service it's very very bad services I want to my money back . Please help me Abhi tak mera phone nhi aya aur mira road M/S AASTHA ENTERPRISE micromax service center me koi follow-up nhi karraha to batao me koya karu ??? Phone blasted inside pocket even it was not charging which caused a severe injury to my leg which is pathetic I was working in office on friday in the evening around 6pm, suddenly smoke started coming from my pocket and the battery blasted inside my pocket phone was having 60-70% battery which was charged in the morning and happened to to the phone untill the incident (didn't fell down, didn't hanged etc) The incident happened with me is life taking incident and i'm very much serious about this issue waiting for the response from the company, soon i'm going on social media with this issue

With respect to the last weeks. query. I went to the one of the authorized service center in Laxmi Nagar which is located opposite of V3S Mall. They are saying the charging Jack of the phone A350 is Damaged and upon asking the price they initially said INR 4060 and later on they are saying it will cost 2100... 2100 for Charging Jack? its highly impossible. On the other hand I went to local repairing shop and they are saying it will cost only 300. 1st point the phone is under warrantee and its not mentioned anywhere in the card that the charging jack is not covered. I have a micro max mobile and i have sent the mobile in the service center for repairing Date 16/06/2015 and i have not received the mobile till now and mobile is under warranty period job sheet no- N[protected] i had not contacted with the brand

I have taken the Micromax mobile on Sep 2014, inspired by Make in India slogan from Honourable Prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi, thinking that we need to support Indian company . after using it for 8 months it started getting switched off & I handed over my mobile to on 4th of July 2015, they told that it has mother board issue & it takes 20 days to get it corrected . I received my mobile after 30 days, it has not even worked for 1/2 an hour . agin I handed over my mobile back to service center, so far no action has been taken, I have written emails to Micromax, there is no response . I called customer care they do not have any status . please help . worst part is every time you call customer care they say complaint has been registered & some senior executive will call you, but till today noboby is bothered. I had purchased micromax Fire A104 on 09/09 2014. Had problem with the touch malfunctioning within few days of purchase.i have submitted my phone on 22th July, 2015 at authrized Service Center. They told me to it will take 20 day for repair.But still we have not received any replay from them. they not replay on mail or Phone Yet after many Follow up Please help me either to get my phone back in a working condition or a new replacement as am well within the warranty. I have purchased Micromax Canvas A311 from Reliance Retail Ltd Amanora Town Center on 24/01/2015, EAN no[protected]. Within few days cell phone use to hang or get disconnected while talking, even while clicking pictures display screen use to hang. In such situation i use to switch off cell and restart it. On 16th Aug2015 night display screen again stopped function (hang), even after restarting it did not function. On 17th Aug15 around 11.15am i went to Micromax service center- - Mega Center (Hadapsar - Pune), service provider opened my cell phone and asked me to spend Rs.4000/ for changing of display screen. I questioned him that if my cell is on warranty why should i pay Rs.4000/- without taking further time he told me that due to water display screen is not working. To this i asked him to give same thing in writing, which he was not ready to do. Moreover he didn't bother to put seal back on my cell after opening my cell, for which i visited him again within 30minutes. In my second visit it was to surprise that he had given same reason to few more customers.

I am mohit bafana from Nashik. I am going to micromax service center for purchasing of battery of a111. They said me on 5-8-15 that battery is not available so give the order I am giving order on 5-8-15. But they are not giving me job sheet they are just write on there book & said me come after 10 days. Today I am going to Service center then today he will just giving me joob sheet no. Not joob sheet but giving job sheet for today when I am said that I am giving complaint. They give all document fake. I was buy canvas4 a210 phone on 13 april, 2015, after 10 days it had a battery problem consuming more and more battery without using .I report to ganesh electricals city centre, 2nd floor patiala they take my phone and give me job sheet for this they give my phone after 20 days then they stolen my front camera they again submitt my phone after 40 days they give my phone but that time they lost my back cover i call them and ask for back cover they said we have original back cover but they gives me destroyed back cover they give me a new jobsheet for back cover only there is no response for it for 30 days and not give me the original new back cover then it has a screen and touch problem then i again submitt my phone but still now no response they give to me. every time i went to them they talk again and again very rudly. i wil request you to change my phone or give me money back.

I purchased micromax juice II in the month of Jun and startedgetting problem within a month and given in service center on 1st aug 2015 and till now there is no update from them, everytime same answer spare parts are not available and it may take 20 more days...what to do...

I have given my Android 1 phone for repairing at micromax care in Ahmedabad. Its been already more than 2 months but I have not received my mobile. I was calling care executive for the update but he given me false dates & now he is not even picking up my call. I have attached receipt of the same. Pls solve my problem immediately.

I have submitted my phone on 16/07/15 To M/S Techtrics service center Vashi. They tell me that my phone will be repaired by 45 Days still its not repaired & is in micromax service center it is still not repaired. the company customer care advisors are just saying continously that it will be repaired within 15 days they are not taking actions kindly help me out please.
