Please do the needful ASAP.

      As per subject and reference I purchased a mobile Micromax juice 2 model no AQ 5001 but after reaching home I found it was not working properly. On 22-04-15 I inquired from m/s anand electronics but not satisfaction reply was given. I was busy in study. On 29th may I went to your service center morena and handed over the mobile for checking and got back on 1st June with instructions to check for few days Further as it was not working properly, so it was again handed over to service center morena on 12th June, 15. It was returned by the service center on 7th July, 15, but I am facing the problem of heating, hanging and camera etc. contact -[protected]

          I have submitted my handset (Micromax canvas engage a091) to the uluberia service center (M / s friends care, bazarpara, uluberia, near day night nursing home, howrah, west bengal, pin no - 711316, contact no - [protected], tin no - [protected], howrah - 711316, tel[protected] in 24th july, 2015 due to problem of front camera. After 28 days, i have not received my handset from them.
          I have harrassed many times by them.
          What a bad service!
          Everyone knows that mobile phones are very necessary now a days.
          I shall be highly obliged if any action taken by you.

            THE WORST Customer care in the world! the fools dont even pick the calls!! The customer is subjected to torture of listening to a metallic voice dozen times! I have a 50, 000 rs TV lying in my house to be installed by an Micromax engineer (TV purchased from another worst company Snapdeal who washed their hands off after delivery). But to no use!

              I had purchased one micromax convas knight A 350 White & Gold in the month of June venue 2015 end. In the month of july 2015 the hand set developed a technical fault. The power on and off button started malfunctioning . I visited the authorized service station of micromax on 15.07.2015 namely M/s Sun Infosolutions 17 Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata-700013 . They retained my handset for repair and promised me to return within 7 working days. After seven days i had called upon them personally 3 times but all in vain. I have written two complaint to the Micromax Service email viz. [protected]@micromax info.com two times but no solution has been worked out. The complaint reference no. 18621 dated 08.08.2015 & 27515 dated 14.08.2015. They suninfo solution shifted their office from ganesh chandra avenue without informing us . they also do not respond the telephoned since 09.08.2015. My job work sheet No. is E[protected] Dated 15/07/2015 . Their helpline No. of micromax also does not work as if that we are pushing on a dead and a cheat company. The help line no. given on the job work order sheet is[protected] The Local Manger of the service station is Mr. Abhisekh Bhadra [protected]

                  मेरे फोन मे खराबी आने के कारण मैने 21 जुलाई 2015 को micromax सर्विस सेन्टथर पर अपना फोन जमा किया था, कर्मचारियों द्वारा 15 दिन में फोन ठीक करके वापस करने को कहा गया था, परन्तु 01 माह से अधिक समय व्ययतीत हो चुका है परन्तु अभी तक फोन वापस नहीं मिला सर्विस सेन्‍टर जाने पर बताया गया कि फोन अगस्त के अ‍ंतिम अथवा सितम्बरर के प्रथम सप्तािह में मिलेगा जबकि आपकी जाब शीट में फोन ठीक करके वापस देने का अधिकतम समय 30 दिन का दिया गया है क़पया अनुरोध है कि फोन शीघ्र दिलाने का कष्ट करें तथा वर्तमान स्थि‍ति से फोन अथवा ईमेल द्वारा अवगत करायें JOBSHEET NO-N[protected]

                        I had purchased a micromax A350 in the month of november, after few months i noticed problem in the front camera but avoided it thinking it maybe some lighting problem or some settings problem. In the month of july i started facing problem with the touch immediately I went up to the micromax service centre near netaji bhavan metro, kolkata, they took the phone and said it would take a week or so but that week maybe never ended for them, on calling them they said the phone has been repaired and called me to collect the phone, that day itself while i was checking the phone at the service centre the touch was again giving problems, they said the phone has to be sent to the head office, gave me a new jobsheet number and they took another month, finally when the phone arrived i collected it day before yesterday and today again i am facing display problem. I want the phone to be replaced, if any one can please help me file a case against this disgusting company, please contact me on - [protected] or [protected]

                          As for the much possible information you demanded in this very comment box, I shall do so even though I have no idea or hope if my will can be done or not. As for the complain, I have bought A300 Canvas Gold which from the very night I purchased the sim slot-1 could not detect any sim card I inserted, for the record it did worked two times, but after changing my sim, it couldn't work any longer. Secondly, before six months my battery got half dead, if I browse my phone connected to Internet for 1-hour tops, the phone gets switched off.! If I use 3g, it don't last 20 minutes. Thirdly, I asked the care centre in Dimapur, Nagaland, to repair my phone as it is still under warranty, but they said they would need atleast 2 months, and as I do require my phone where ever I go or what ever I do, I couldn't hand them my phone for such that long period. Moreover I went to Guwahati Micromax centre for a quick repair but they also said they would need at least 1 month, and for another record, keeping me wait beside closed door, they cracked opened my phone and handed it over to me saying "nothing can be done here, we have to send it to Delhi for the required repair". And lastly, I asked the Guwahati as well as Dimapur micromax care centre if they could just parcel me the parts I require (battery and sim slot parts) but they said that's not possible. And thus, in the finale countdown, the loverall calculations means: 1) Micromax isn't ready for any quick service. 2) it's customer centres are all fraud. 3) people are losing their hopes in their own motherland's products. 4) it's all about promises which means nothing. 5) they don't understand as well they don't mind the trouble their customers go through. 6) they provide customer service centres all over but it's just for business profit and illusionary gain-able Trust. 7) the customer service centres isn't capable of doing any work besides sitting and chatting.                             Job sheet no.N[protected] dated 8 May, 2015 mobile IMEI NO.[protected] We have purchased Micromax Mobile A350 ( B& Gold) in December 2014 but in 4 months its Touch screen stopped functioning.So we dropped the same at Bahadurgarh service center on 8 may, 2015 i.e almost three and a half month ago.But after that we have not receive our repaired mobile back . we have also complaint on their toll free customer care number many time but no response. Their service center person is not giving proper answer any time.They are simply saying that they don"t know anything about repair time. In July they said "This is in reference to your email, we would like to inform you that kindly wait to one week for replacement" but till now i haven't got any replacement also. On call they were saying to give A300 as a replacement. Every time they are saying wait for one week since last 2 months. there is a long mail trail with them as a proof. We purchased this phone under the influence of "Made in India, Make in India" campaign by our honorable PM . But now after facing such problem I am saying don't buy Micromax (INDIAN COMPANY) products as they are just here for looting us. Foreign company products are far far better then this INDIAN COMPANY. They are intentionally spoiling the reputation of INDIA in this telecom sector. Please after a huge frustration I am writing this note. This is worst worst worst company of INDIA. Don't buy any product from Micromax. Please carry this note to concerned person and try to fetch me my phone back. I will be grateful to you.

                            Hey, Even i have got the same problem.I own a Micromax A350 and I am from Kolkata.The touch screen stopped working in the first week of July after I used it for 5 months.The mobile was submitted in the service centre over a month ago, 14th July.I was supposed to receive my handset after 2-3 weeks, and its over a month now.Couple of days back they called me up from the service center and told me that it's going to take about 30 days more till I receive my handset completely repaired.Even i am sorry to own a Micromax handset.

Such a shiitty & pathetic service is really intolerable.You guys don't know how to rectify the issues in your phone.It's been three months from now I haven't put my hands on the phone. Your service centre guys always give silly excuses & persuade me to wait for 1 month or more each time & when they hand me the phone each time it's gone nuts!!!Same old issue persists.They don't know how to repair or whatever or should I say they don't want it to repair?They are playing with me or fooling me by lingering on. I'm pissed off with this issue after such miserable treatment by MICROMAX.I'll never ever purchase MMX handset in future nor will I recommend it to anybody.You guys are such unprofessional people beyond my words & imagination. WARNING!!! It's one hell of a last time, I've already approached Consumer Forum & will sue your company & make sure you guys taught a lesson of your life.                                       i purchased an micromax canvas mobile online 2 months back...i noted that it had some flikering problem..i went to the kankanady micromax care for service...they said that its some software problm and to have a backup of pics and contacts...2 days later i went there and gave ma phone..they said i can collect it in eve...i went in eve they said there is some complaint with motherboard..they will replace that and i must come after 3 days...after 3 days i collected ma cel and i got IEMI problem..again i took it to them...they cleared it...but then after 2 days i saw that still i have flikering problem...i am very sad seeing the response they give...is this the way?? my cell is under warranty...they dint even have patience to listen to the problem when i went 3rd time...i am really frustrated and dissapointed to see the way they react...i still couldint get my things alryt and got additional problems...

I visited service centre on 11.8.2015 and today I have been told that display unit is not available for repair. Since I have not used the phone even for a week, I request that my mobile should be replaced with new one.
