    Sir I visited to Ganesh Traders/Micromax Service Centre in Citi Centre at Patiala, Punjab for repairing a Micromax Canvas A110 for due to facing problem in hearing of voice to other mobile receiver on dated: 15.07.2015 and my token number was 27. That time I met to Customer executive of service centre and he said Rs.1000/- to 1200/- and time given for repairing of the mobile is 10 to 15 days. When I request him to met the owner of this service centre for the same he said you can meet him through the backside door of this shop, whenever I want to meet him he misbehave with me and said Itne hi paise lage ge Thik Karwana to Karvayo Nahi Ki or se thik karva lo. I am reputed person and doing govt. job. But He is private agency owner and service provider of the private manfacutred firm and spreading monoply of their service. It is, therefore, requsted to your goodself do something against this type of monoply and Gundaraaj. So any type of customer is not harrashed by any service provider.

Kanpur nagar se kharida tha set kharidne ke baad maine dekha ki uski display par ek coloured line si aati h maine dukandar ko bataya tab usne kaha ke ye line bahaut halki si hai agar bhavisya me jada ho jaye to cervice center me chale jana. Maine apna set cervice center me 1 / 7 / 15 ko dal diya unhone bola ki 7to10 days ke bad milega aur jab maine 10 days ke bad phone kiya to unhone kaha 15 to 20 days bad milega sir mai pareshan ho gaya hu pls meri problem ko solve kare ki jkripa kare (Prabhash Tripathi) Kanpur

        Hi i am sudhir working in telecom filed. I have buy micromax ae90 in date[protected], but after app 6 month its create the problem. I visit nearest authorized services center "m / s hsr communication, raipur chattisgarh pin492001. They said after software update issue will be resolved, but issue was same. As per authorized person mr. Munnaf, handset will be send to delhi service center for solution. I have submitted my handset on[protected]. Now its[protected]. App 1month 6 days. Still i am not getting my handset.

        May be problem in local service center.

        Pl log my complaints and give the feedback from your side. Otherwise today i am going to customer forum with all documents. .

            we buy two micromax phone in january 2015. as we want to gift to ourinlaws. so we buy two same piece. A69(B). both phone r r get spoiled in just two month. one phone is already sumitted in service centre one month back. still we not received back. and now second phone is also with them in service centre. so we use so many phone from your co. but this time we r not satisfied with your product. your call cetre is also very bed service. they keep hold on phone not giving any response

              I was submit my Micromax unite2 to service center at Haridwar(Uttarakhand), they told us it will back to 25-30 days. But After 45 days they telling me wait for 10 days more. I am so irritate of such a service from micromax service center. Please help me for the same. Thanks

                Hi I have bought a Micromax Canvas Knight A350 mobile handset from Micromax about 8-9 months ago. Around 5th -6th June, my mobile suddenly stopped charging. So I went to the micromax service center in MG Road, Gurgaon. Since the phone was within warranty, they accepted the phone (on 11th June) and said that the repair process will take 20-25 days. Around 3 weeks back, a phone call came and said that they are not able to repair the mobile phone, and hence will give a new handset. Since then I have been contacted them 7-10 times, and every time the response has been same: 1-2 more days. It has already been a delay of more than 10 days over and above the 25 days timeframe (which I believe is enough for any kind of job). There customer service agents are also liars ( I asked them one day strictly and said they actually dont have any intimation from the company) Desirable resolution: Same or higher level of handset within 3 days. If the company is unable to provide the same, then I still need a new handset + monetary fines (they spend millions in and campaigns. They must also look into the backhand services). The argument that the company does not have handset does not make sense. They can buy it from Amazon.                 Finally I got a call from them on 16th july asking that the phone has arrived. I went on Friday 17th july. However they said that the phone that arrived was defective, and hence they have ordered a new phone which should arrive by the post in 1.5 hours, and then I can collect it (This conversation happened at 17:30) I called at 19:00, they picked up the phone, said that the phone has arrived but I cannot collect it as the service center has closed. Before I can inquire any further, they rudely hung up. This is the way you guys treat your customers.And, interestingly they said that the delay is due to the fact that the previous piece which arrived was also defective.How can new phones be faulty 2 times. Is it that Micromax as replacement gives out refurbished phones? plus your service center guy is really rude. Your experience is the worst experience and nobody should buy a Micromax Mobile

                  Myself PAVAN, I purchased micromax canvas Knight 2 through paytm. It heat up like anything even when I am calling and using 2g data. moreover the phone is not rooted properly I can't disconnected call sometimes and when I installed root checker app it showed as u r phone not rooted properly. I can't hide apps. I'm facing lot of problem related to software Please help me out

                    • Invoice No. S6F08B/14-15/36172 dated 09-February-2015 : Purchased mobile • April 11 2015 : Phone went dead • 1) Work Order No. 89 dated 11/04/2015 2) Job sheet no. W[protected] dated 15th April 2015 3) Job sheet No. W[protected] dated 6th May 2015 Authorised Service Centre (ASC, for repair) : Motherboard defunct and hence has to send to the Company. The Phone came back on 6th May 2015 without any repair and has been sent back to the Company to replace the motherboard as it was irreparable. I came to know when I went on 9th but I was not informed on the day when I went to ASC on 6th May. • May 9, 2015 vide ref. no. MMX[protected] : Raised a complaint (Customer Service Centre) but I have not received any calls from the centre till date (almost 2 months) • May 26, 2015 : Received mobile I received the mobile with exterior parts damaged and ASC assured me that they would replace with a new case but as I was going to native place I told them that I will come back and replace the cover. Even the voice quality has significantly reduced. When I received the mobile, the back side of the mobile was in a very bad condition (worn out). I brought this to the notice but they paid no heed to this. • June 6, 2015 : Handed over to ASC for changing the exterior parts and correct the voice quality. • June 8, 2015 : Received the mobile but still the voice was faltering. As the mobile was with the ASC / Company for 2 months, I asked them for warranty extension. • June 16, 2015 : As desired by them for warranty extension (mail by June 12) I mailed the copy of the job sheets to their customer care but till date they have not yet replied. Even after I have visited the ASC for the voice quality, the speaker was faltering but till I am not satisfied with the service quality. I have repaired for at least 6-7 times in the time period of 5 months. 1. Motherboard replacement (took 2 months) 2. Voice problem I have taken 5 times 3. Once for the sim slot I have visited Authorised Service Centre (ASC) a dozen times. I am tired of taking my mobile every now and then. I am afraid the mobile that I have received is off sub-standard quality. It’s more than 2 months I have written more than 5-6 mails to them apart from numerous visits to the ASC. Apart from the automated reply I have not recd any call from customer service. Is this the way customer complaint is resolved. I am unable to understand that they are not talking to the customer directly. Please call look into the matter and sort once and for all

                      I have given my Micromax canvas Knight A350 (White-Gold) (Purchased on 09 December 2014) for touch pad repairing to Thane service centre from last one month. But regret to inform that I could not get it repaired due to unkown reason. I want my phone repaired or replaced as early as possible. Mobile number for tracing the complaint is [protected].                         Dear Sir, On October 2014 we bought 50c TV and during June month 1st week we faced the problem in picture tube and today only we have replaced another product but please we need the change of warranty period extension for this new product

                        I have been facing the same issue with the micro max service team. I have loged my compliant to Naveen on dated 12 march 2016 . he resolved my issue that time and assured me if in future issue would not close than he will replace my LED, Now from last 2 month i m facing automatic shut down and color screen problem. First time he was agree for replacement now he is saying product is out of warranty which he can not replace.In march month he had given me 3 month extra warranty slip .now he is only agree for repair related work which i dont want.

                        Almost 2 months has been gone, Till today no one had contacted and attended the issue. I had called multiple times to the customer service ….multiple email communication…. they are keep saying the same story that service person would contact me. Till today I didn’t receive any call from those guys…such a pathetic service micromax has. From my experience I strongly recommend never ever purchase any micromax product.Their after sales support is too poor.

                        pl. resolve my issue.

                              Respected sir I take new Mobile micromax Nitro 2 E311 but it have one problem data cable support in my mobile but In laptop, computer phone space/phone data is not show. When I went micromax care in etawah(U. P west)n no one solve my problem. In Etawah micromax care have very poor condition. All of take more time without any solution. Please solve my problem.

                                I have purchase micromax AQ5000 W&G from Shreejee Fones Pvt. Lt. on 27/03/2015 worth rs. 10400.00. On 10/06/2015 the touch screen of this phone stoped working suddenly. Immediately I took the phone to Mahaveer Electronics shop no. 22, 2nd floor ecostacy business park, Mulund west Mumbai authorised service station of Micromax. The made a job-sheet stating the problem and and told me that the phone will be replaced by company within one month. I have contacted them several time after one month but they always giving me reason that the issue is pending at company end. I ask them that I have use this phone not more than 2 months and gave it to you for service and still after 1 & half month you are saying me that issue is still pending which is embarrassing. I hate your company and there service policy and will not brought any product from macromax brand. Vinay Deshpande

                                  I bought a new phone Micromax Unite A092 for my Dad which I gave him as a gift for his birthday, He was also very happy but at the initial stage itself there was lack in clarity of camera which was raised as a complaint and requested to replace the mobile but request was rejected and later on there was a battery problem and approached nearest service center in which they had taken the complaint(complaint No: S[protected]) on 15/06/2015 and said that it may take a week to a new battery since there was no stock but till now I dint received any call from them about the battery.

                                    I bought a new micro max night in the month of June, just after a week it stopped switching on, I then submitted the handset with Rudra agency at Basheerbagh Hyderabad as an authorised service centre . And today after one month they again say that the problem will take a month more, why the hell they don't replace my handset and even the person at the centre are all very rude at this.                                       Hi, I have Purchase Micromax Q380 and got Capsule Head Phone(EPQ380) but regret to inform you that the QUALITY of sound is very very POOR, I think you are unable to supply Good Quality Material (Specially Capsule Head Phones). Problems Found: 1) After Linsting of 2/3 Sound every one fills like High Headack. 2) Not getting Bass 3) My Ears are Penning I have check the Phones with some Other company Capsule Head Phones (Like Sony) it gives me very Excellent Quality with My Same Phones.
