I am Jyotirmaya Prusty residing at Rourkela, Odisha.I bought a Micromax Canvas Nitro 310 at Rs.12500/- from retail outlet on Dt.18.10.2014.But unfortunately after 15 days o[censored]sing this device I had faced a lot of problems on that particular device.Then I was searching for service center on my Bhubaneswar.Then I was going through a well service by Micromax service center and my previous problem had been resolved.But after 10das I faced again that particular problem (AUTO DISPLAY SWITCH OFF, KEYS NOT WORKING, AUTO BATTERY DRAINING).Then I was again going to service center at Rourkela and my motherboard had been changed but again I faced same specific problem and I am harrased and again I went to same care center at Rourkela and they told me to go to higher authority and then only I will get my device swapped or replaced.So that I request you to look into this matter and forward ur suitable review about my problem to the concerned authority of Micromax.Because I have tried so much of attempts to reach to the higher authority of micromax but failed thats why I am helpless now and tried my best to inform you regarding this and also I am attaching all the required details of jobsheet below.Please I sincerely request you to be good and kind enough to grant my request and send me a valuable feedback.I am waiting for your valuable reply. 1.Dt.13.06.2015 M/S M CARE(ORI), ROURKELA E[protected] 2.Dt.14.07.2015 M/S M CARE(ORI), ROURKELA E[protected] Jyotirmaya Prusty Mob NO -[protected]

    As i m facing much trouble with my micromax A106 mobile due to the side unlock key its nit working at all i m not able to unlock my phone for a very long.Last month i visited the service centre near pimpri, pune they kept my phone for almost a month to repair it.but even after taking so much time i m facing the same problem within a month.i m fed up of such stupid stuffs what did ull do with my cell keeping with u for so long and my issue is not yet resolved.i need a revert on immediate basis before i take u to the consumer court...

        This is anil kumar rai from kareli (Mp) i have bought a handset model no micromax d-320, i have put many time its wifi mac address in my wifi modem property but it changed automatically, i have also restored my mobile but problem not solved. Pls do the needful at ur earliest.

          sir, I have bought my micromax canvas 2 colors a120 one year ago.After 6 months there is problem of hangs in the handset .After 2 months the andoid version vanished from my mobile ie process, android, com stopped. and mobile couldn't be switched on.I took it to the service center the repaired it but after one month same problem started again i went to the service center "K S MOBILE PURANA BUS ADDA GHAZIABAD" and they repaired it .now after one month its again not switching onn and same problems are happening .What should I do?             Sir, i am user of micromax unite A106 handset from last 11 months. i have little problem with my camera lense for last one month. i have consult in ur service centre at pali (Raj) under Mr. sharukh, they told me to change to camera lense of my phone without under warranty which i have not object. they have take my call and apply Miwarranty such icon in my phone. they assure me to change the camera lense and proper service. but after 15 days have passed and nothing is in process. they are not taking any interest and any response. i like micromax handset very much but this type of lazy service and wrong response from your service incharge irritating me a lot. kindly give your little attention otherwise i have to consult to CONSUMER COURT. waiting for your positive reply. ravindra taylor [protected]

              dear sir/madam. i am using micromax unite2 .On 04/07/2015 LCD display got some error.all the apps on the screen disappered all of a sudden.i contacted to the service center M/S NEW GLOBAL MEDIA GORAKHPUR U.P..they said that the LCD was to be changed.I agreed, they chnaged the LCD.I got my hand set back on 14/07/2015.they charged 1500 rs.for the service.today on 15/07/2015.i found that the problem remained same and the screen of the set is getting blank again and again.what should i do?

                  I have sent many mails to company personally but did not get reply that is why i am putting my problem here. i have given my handset to service center before 1 week and dint get it back till. i am without phone now and i want it back its very urgent to me. i am not getting what is the problem with the set i asked it many times. its very new and after very few day it showed some problem with the display that is why i gave it to service center. it is in warranty period but i have no updation regarding my set and i want to know all about that. the set model is micromax canvas spark. hope you will understand the problem. kindly provide it back to me as soon as possible(without any issue). i have submitted the jobsheet and related information on the mail. thank you.

                    I bought Canvas W121 Model before 10 months. I have warranty for the product. Mobile went for service due to motherboard problem and returned with missing battery. It happened two months before and still waiting for the new battery that was promised by the service center in Mobi Tech Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600045. Again service was bad and charger pin had a problem. Service iterated and got mobile back with same problem. Again iteration went on and now charger is working properly. Now in one day of service delivery my mobile speaker is not working. I am not able to hear anything . I bought new battery and still they didnt returned lost battery. I dont know where to complaint about it. Micromax service center is worst and waiting for speaker service which i have to raise on tomorrow. Please direct me a solution.

                    Micromax Service center(Mobi Tech Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600045.) is the worst service center I had ever seen. I had a SIM not detected problem on my device Micromax E313. They checked my mobile and asked me wait for a day so that they wanted to check for the software issue. The board itself had a problem and it was identified the second day. My mobile is not at all working now. According to their service policy, they wont give DOA(with which you can claim device replacement) after 7 days.
                    They asked me to wait for 30 days to fix the problem.

                    Anyone who reads this comment...I personally prefer not to prefer this service center at all

                      I had some problem with my mobile "Canvas Doodle" ([protected]/[protected]) under warranty period.I deposited my mobile with your service center at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.I was assured to get back my mobile within 15-25 days on 17.06.2015, the date of depositing my handset at Vashi Servise Center. But even after 27 days from 17.06.2015, despite my repeated request to give a tentative date of delivery, I am not being heard . This is with profound agony I am constrained to say that such a response from an esteemed company like that of yours is not appreciable.The xerox copy of "A satisfied customer is the best advertisement".So, please don't loose a indirect marketing agent of your company in me.                         I had registered my complain on 5 july against the company.I have outgoing audio problem in my Canvas Doodle 3 set.In this regard company has contacted me and offerd to change my phone or cash back because my phone is in gurantee period but after this they have not made any contact with me.                         Firstly i went to the nearest customer care center but they did not resolved my problem.After registering complain on this site they contacted me but did not give so much attention.
                        The company offered to change the handset or cash back.But now many days passed they have not contacted with me.

                            hello, recently I have bought micromax canvas gold A300 mobile suddenly one day it got touch problem and I gave mobile in service centers its been 15 days up to today and they are saying we are waiting for spare parts. First of all the phone costed me around 18K. even after investing this much amount on micromax mobiles You were unable to deliver quality products and top of it worst service centers.

                                Dear Concern, As we purchased a brand new phone of your company (Micromax A315) on 01.04.2015, but after some time i faced many problems about the phone, but having Patience i submit my phone to your authorized work shop. and finally we got the same after 1 week. but few problem was resolved but restarting / reboot problem was not rectified. after one day i again submit my phone to your same authorized work shop. but after 28 days we are not getting any positive response from your authorized work shop, they are saying that they already send my phone to some other city, and status are showing in their system is pending. so i request you to please update the same and kindly provide my phone either provide me the my amount. Please do the needful and update the same.

                                  My complaint no is [protected] is pending since 7th June but no resolution has been provided yet. Vijay Juneja - [protected] who is the responsible person for this had came to check the TV and after try the Motherboard replacement he said that TV will be replaced and it will be changed by micromax but since last 15 days there is no proper response coming from him. Now, he saying to speak with escalation in Micromax as he is not able to do anything. Is it Micromax Service to its customer? I even spoken with customer care and with every contact given by Call Center but no one is doing anything and worst part is, they don't have any further knowledge what to do. They still have the same status that TV's motherboard will be replaced but motherboard replacement has already attempted but that couldn't resolved the issue they are not aware of this update and have no knowledge what to do on this.

                                    I purchased P480 tablet on 12th June, 2015, its display was damaged after a week. I went to B.R. Services in Lajpat Nagar. They took my device and told to contact after 10 days at[protected]. I repeatedly called this no. for 3 days but this number remains busy. I personally visited and asked them to show where they have kept the telephone instrument which is showing busy but they do not show where they have kept and in front of them i called and this was showing busy. They told me to come after more 10 days since Monday (13.7.15) morning i am calling this number but this number is always busy. First of all when you manufacture a product, you should make available parts thereof so that if a customer buys new model and in case of problem, that part can be replaced. Due to non availablity of display this product has become useless and today i have taken it back. Secondly, you should give proper services and at least if a number is given, then that number should be contactable. If i could have contacted and they could have informed me that the product has not been repaired, i would have waited but since i have visited thrice personally (all in vain), therefore, due to frustration i have taken back my product and i would suggest everyone not to purchase any new model product of micromax when they cannot provide any part thereof. and the services of B.R. Services is most poor service and they should close their service centre with immediate effect.

                                      This is in reference to the Keypad Problem for which my handset Canvas Knight A350 was deposited at your service partner M/s VI COMMUNICATION. 6th June 2015 - On this day the handset was deposited at M/s VI COMMUNICATION for repairing the volume and start key of the phone as same were not functioning properly. SR no for 6/6/2015 was 17097360. 26th June 2015 - Exactly 20 days later I got my phone back stating the problem has now been rectified and phone is now working properly but the functionality of new / repaired keys didn't last even a day. 27th June 2015 - Exactly a day from receiving my handset after 20 long days of repair, I was jostling with the same problem and instrument was deposited again with SR No. 17569981 at the same service center. ... - Today even after 38 days of wait and despair, I am keeping my fingers crossed in the hope that sooner or later I will get my handset fine tuned. I know I am at the mercy of technicians of THE Micromax. But this just not seems right and digestive that a company which is trying to be the India's biggest Mobile Handset Maker is not able to resolve the smallest problem of the handset of replacing a mere keypad...Hoping for my handset asap as in today's lifetime mobiles are the lifeline on any individual. regards, Vipul Kalra
