Hi There, My name is Anand on 20th June'15 I've handed over my mobile handset to service center in Hyderabad and the personnel said that the handset need to be sent to company (it would b replaced or serviced the same) but they would communicate in short and now its nearly 20 days I dint got any call or when I tried to connect thru toll free #[protected] which never get connected. Model Code : SPAMOB2166 Job Sheet No : E[protected]-3279 Problem : Power doesn't switch on. I have handed over the set to Micromax repair center on 06 Dec 2014. After that they repaired it on 28 Jan and informed us to take the set. When we sent their service center on 31st Jan, they informed that the battery had to come from Delhi. They would inform us when it would come. After that they had not come out. We followed up thrice. No result.

i have placed order for micromax A90S superphone pixel on 25/02/2015 my order number is No[protected] in Micromax Service Centre Nashik viz. Samarth Telecom Shopee. pror to that i have placed order in October 2014. but in spite of regular follow-up I could not get th the Battery for my phone A90S, this amounts to deficiency in services & is not expected from the reputed Company like Micromax. I have faced so many problems as Battery is not working properly.

I have purchased a A310 model( from Guwahati) Micromax phone handset on 27th Oct.2014. Now it has not served properly. I came to the nearest micromex service centre but it was closed permanently. Then l went to another micromex service centre. i.c.SP-mobile solutions.H.B.road, fancy bazar, ghy-1.cell-[protected].Day after they informed me that It will take 15 days. I am a correspondent of news paper. How can I run my daily routine without that mobile phone.Because I have purchased the mobile only for these emergency work.

i bought my micromax canvas nitro a311 mobile in may and in june 22 it stop working so at[protected] i gave it at service centre they told me that thgeir is a motherboard problem they have to send it to their company it will take 15days after 15 days i went their now the girl is telling me to come after 15 days again.

my job sheet no is w[protected]. i have registered the complaints on 25/06/2015 at ahmedabad service centre naranpura...till today (10/07/2015).there is no resolution at all. Now they are saying that parts are not available. Is there any responsible person in micromax can resolve it? If not resolved immediately then i will go for consumer forum..

I had submitted my Micromax 310 to M/s Surajits Mobile care, H.G.B Road, Agartala, Melarmath, Tripura (Authorised service centre at Agartala) due to Touchpad problem under the jobsheet no. E[protected], they said the handset will be sent to company(i think Gurgaon) for replacement of the touchpad. After 1 MONTH on 6.7.15, when I myself enquired about the status of mobile, the service centre informed me that they have received it through courier from the company but the touchpad as replaced by the company was again FAULTY??? So the local service centre will AGAIN replace the touchpad & they issued a new jobsheet no. E[protected] arrordingly.They committed to repair it within 2/3 days. On 9.7.15 when I called the local service centre, they told that the repair will agin take 10-15 days more. They again said, they can do nothing about the delay, if I want I can repair the handset from outside after returning the jobsheet!!! I do''t understand is it a kind of service a consumer should get from a repurted company?

Dear sir/madam, in your system there is loop that you didn't providing customer IMEI trackig facility with your phone but this facility provided by Samsug mobiles also thats why my get stolen & didn't get back to me mobile is not important but inside data is most important for any body

Dear sir I have given my phone for repairing on 2nd june 2015 to micromax service center but till date i have not received it and even not getting any proper reply now its more than one month need the explaination for the delay and when my problem will be resolve i cannot wait further my complain no is w[protected]

I have given my Micromax A104 mobile, Model code SERMOB518in the service center at guwahati on dt.30.05.15 for Touch screen problem at Mobile Solutions Mohib Tower, sahida Market Laktokia . They have returned the mobile on 15.06.15 but the problem was not solved . Again i have given my mobile on dt.16.06.15 but till date i have not received my mobile .Today they are saying that they will send it to their H.O for changing the Touch Screen. My father Umesh Kumar has given mobile for repair on 2/05/2015 with specifications as follows:- Brand: Micromax Mad Model code: SERMOB0381 Complaint Number: *N[protected]* which was changed to *N[protected]* one month back ( unknowing reasons) Today is 10/7/15 and the service is not yet done. First of all you they have given us defected phone and than taking time beyond 20 days. We tried every method email, call, going to service center, facebook they promise that it will come next but now its 68 days. Many time they don't reply i have proofs of email and facebook chat. The complaint no. they register after giving a warning to file a case is MMX[protected] that too 34 days ( more than a month back ). Since than no reply to mail is there.

I had a micro max phone, gave for repairing, that issue resolved but they broke the panel from side. when I reported they said it was already broken. and also they loudspeaker was not working for me. I swear, if I will get Micro max in free too, I wont touch, and I wont let any of my family member to touch... The service center is located near pune station... I am Akash Ahuja from Ahmedabad. I submitted my micromax a106 (unite 2) on 12/06/2015 with Azzure enterprise they said it has to be sent to delhi for repair and gave me an estimatet time of 20 days and now after 20 days when i asked them for my phone they say it will take more 10 to 15 days and when called the main office they said we can only complain to head office and can`t do Anything else please help getting a lot of trouble without my phone ym docket id is w[protected] (12/06/2015)

dear sir, I have purchased two fire 2 micromax model phone .both have plm in touch . I have complained many time in costumer care but nobody is giving me response . both phones r in under warranty.pls reactify the plm .my phone no is [protected]

My Micromax model A106, was had a complaint of getting automatically switched off and one day it is completely dead. I have contacted the Calicut service center (Micromax Care) on 22/06/2015. i am attaching the job complaint proof for your reference. They told at the time of registration it will take 15 days time to resolve the issue. It will be sent to Delhi office and has to come back from there. I have been regularly follow up the same by directly contacting the service center because the number in which they mentioned, will never pick up the call. Even in the late night also the number will be in the engaged mode. Today (09/07/2015) morning also I went to the service center but now they are telling that it will take another twenty five days to resolve the issue. It is really pathetic after waiting for 18 days again I have to Waite for another 25 days to get my phone. It is really very upsetting that because of there rude behavior many of the micromax customer are suffering at Calicut for not solving there complaints. My family members are regular micromax mobile users but due to this bad customer service now we are planning to shift from micromax to other good brand. Due to poor customer service Micromax is loosing there brand and customer. I humbly request you to please look into the matter and to the needful at the earliest.
