Respected Sir,

I am being Cheated on the purchase of Micromax A120 mobile phone.

I bought Micromax A120 Mobile Phone on dated:[protected] from Shop No.742, Subhash Market, Opposite Police Station, Defence Colony, New Delhi.

At the time of purchase, shopkeeper told me that Phone Memory is 8GB.

I am using 16GB External SD Card and transferred/moved all the possible data/apps to this external device from Phone Memory.

Last 2-3 days, my Phone is showing me a Message as "Storage space is running out, try to free space by deleting some apps and other media".

And due to this Problem I am not able to Install/Download anything in my Phone.

Today, I went to that shop again regarding this problem and he told me that there is a segregation of Internal Memory and Phone Memory.
Phone Memory (1GB) - For Apps, Games
Internal Memory (Around 6GB) - For Data, Images/Photos, Music, Videos etc.

Sir, main bhi kaafi time se smart phones use kar raha hu but maine kisi bhi Phone me aisa segregation nahi dekha.

**Agar aisa kuch segregation of memory tha is phone me then, shopkeeper ko mujhe pehle hi bata dena chahiye tha ussi waqt...tab shayad main yeh Phone nahi leta, but he didnt tell me anything like this before.

And then he told me that "Aap Micromax Service Centre chale jaao and wahan se Software Update karwa lo becuase iss Phone me Old/Outdated Software hai, isiliye yeh Problem aa rahi hai".

Now you tell me is this a FRAUD with a Customer or Not?????

He should have told me about this kind of segregation.

Now, all my work gets delayed and postponed, since I do all my work via My Phone only.

Aapki Company Customers ko FOOL bana rahi hai...aise Outdated/Old Mobile Phones sell karne ke liye aap kuch bhi kar sakte hain kya?????

I will not recommend anyone to buy Micromax Mobile Phone!!!

    I recently bought micromax canvas knight a350.
    On 26th jun 2015, i submitted my (Customer name _ - laxmi) mobile having charging problem to a - 54 (Ff) , gulab bagh, opp metro pillar - 750, uttam naga, delhi - 110059 on 25 / 06 / 2015. . Job sheet no. Is n[protected].
    I had to take it to service centre as it was not charging anymore. They charged me around rs. 950 and said it will take atmost 1week. Now its been more than 2weeks and they are not returning my handset back and not giving any satisfactory answer. They dont even know how much long will it take now.
    I feel like being ignored and cheated as customer.

      a complaint made regarding service not provided by asansol authorised service center.but a person anuj srivastava made a phone call to [protected] for providing invoice and confirm for return of mobile price for within warranty period and falsely claim bank a/c no and oter details.please confirm whether mr anuj is your staff or not .accordingly action willbe taken.

        I am using Micromax A-177 Canvas purchased from Planet M Janakpuri, new Delhi on 15/09/2014 and when my phone was not starting I went to Authorised service station Rapid communication Tilak Nagar in July 2015 to get it checked. It was a shocking experience to hear from them when they refused to entertain my request on the ground that in their system the warranty got expired. I am having the entire kit and original bill but nobody is helping. Customer care of Micromax says talk to Service centre, service centre says that talk to dealer who sold the mobile. I am running here and there but not getting any results. I must say that Micromax management has no control over their authorised service centres nor on their dealers. I would not recommend anyone to use the product.

          I submitted my(Customer name _- gaurav kansal) mobile having charging problem to sai mobile shopee, om shree swati mandir, a wing 103, n.C.K.K road dadar, west mumbai, maharashtra on 24/06/2015. Job sheet no. Is w[protected]. They given me deadline of reparing it up to 30/06/2015 in written by hand. But they didn't repair it till now and they are not picking their mobile no. [protected] and [protected]. When i visited their office pesonaly many times they didn't give satisfactoey answer. I request you please take suitable action against this.

            My mobile had some fault on 9th june 2015 so I went to micromax care in sangamner 422605 they said maximum 25-30 days required to repair but now after 33 days till i didint get my phone when i go to service centre they says your phone is at delhi when will i definitely get my phone??

            I am ready to pay fees if needed but please take action against it.

              I have a complain against a service center in hyderabad, name veerabadra agencies, kukatpally, were i have given my under warranty tab p470 for repair on the issue of display broken, on 30.05.2015.The customer service team informed that it will take 7 working days with a charge of rs.2300 .Which i have accepted with no option.
              They have told they will cal me once it will be done.But after a month waiting i have nt got any call, i visited again the service center which is about 15 km frm my home on july first, but they have given a silly reason that part is not available but will be repaired in other one week time, now its 40 days is over, and my tab is kept in that authorised service center and i have nt received a single call from them on service condtion.I have called the concerned person two days back, he told he will call back in 30 min but never received call again from him. Its a worst experience i have ever had with any phone, truly worst service, if this way your service center is working than you should stop fooling us on the name of support team.I will take this issue to consumer forum if this issue has not been resolved within a week and my tab is not given in good repaired condition.After keeping it for 40 days, i m nt going to listen that part is nt available .Thanks

                I did factory format as my the mobile hangs repeatedly and and camera was not working. Now, both the issues are solved. But, internet access point cant be set, the error message is "Unfortunately the setting has stop" so i cant use internet. Provide ma a solution
                there is no reply, very bad response. Kust like handset with full of problem.

                      I had given my Micromax Canvas Knight A350 for service in Trivandrum Pattom service centre for service on 13/04/2015. They said it will be ready within 15 days but till I havent received the mobile. When complained to the micromax they said it will be sorted out. Evne then the issue was not rectified so I used social media for complaining. Then I got a response from micromax and was informed that I'll received a new mobile with-in a week. But now there is no reply from them either. Its been 03 months.

                        The people at micromax india had contacted me in response to my complaint about delayed service of my micromax mobile handset. They ensured me to refund my money and in that context they asked my bank details. I provided them with every sufficient infomation. Now they are continuingly delaying the refunding process and are asking me to fulfill unneccesary formalities. I have contacted my bank and they declared these formalities unneccesary and recommended me not to fulfill any of those. I also doubt that the people contacting me are not officials but fake. Please help me out. Thanking you...

                          I bought Micromax canvas spark Q380 through Snapdeal order no.[protected] suborder no.[protected] imei no.[protected] invoice no.S8CFCD/15-16/7715 DT 1/7/15.But I go the defected pc, below portionof touch screen is not working.phone is hanging.Now requested for replacement but they are asking a letter from service center.No service center near 40 km .Pls suggest.                             I had bought a micromax canvas A1 on[protected]. It worked well for a few days after which some terrible malfunctions surfaced.Initially, the problem The sim card wouldn't be read and the camera wouldn't launch. I contacted the certified micromax customer support center whose address is given below; m/s connexion tc[protected], 3rd floor, menathottam chambers, pattom, trivandrum, kerala pin:695004 ph #1:[protected] ph #2: [protected] I have now submitted the phone no less than four times for repairs. After each repair, some new defect crops up. Now, the problem is with the headset jacket. The customer service is also very poor. I have got fed up with the phone and the customer support and demand a complete refund of the mobile cost .                             I received a call on 13th of July and it seemed to be from micromax support.Unfortunately, I could not attend it.What to do?
                            The phone has a number of malfunctions now. The camera just wouldn't open. The SIM card wouldn't read and the head jacket remains unfunctional. Demand an immediate response from the customer service authority

                              I bought a micromax A109 phone on 10th Feb 2015 from a shop of Jorhat, Assam.After four months o[censored]sing, it shows some screen and touch pad problem.I went to the shop from which i bought the phone and the shopkeeper advised me to go to the Micromax care center as my phone still has the warranty period.I went to Micromax care center at Tarajan, jorhat, Assam.They asked me to keep my phone at the center for one week.But after 18 days when i called at the micromax center and asked about my phone they told me that my phone was not recovered.so i decided to take my phone back from there because i need my phone urgently.After receiving it from the center on 10th July 2015, when I switched on my phone at home i found that someone misused it.The social sites like whatsapp, facbookmassenger etc were downloaded in the name of some unknown guy.I also found some images, video, games etc in my phone's gallery.Today on 11th July 2015 i went to the micromax center and asking them the service receipt as they kept the reciept with them after giving me the phone on 10th July.But they didn't give it to me.They did not even apologies also.Therefore though i have not the service receipt proof but i have still not inseterd my sim in my phone, hence the unkonown guy's masseges still here in my phone.

                                My mobile ( canvas knight A350)stop working on 24th June so I visit the authorised service centre i.e Tamanna Infoteck, Andheri east Mimbai-400059. Their I have been told by your counter staff that battery and connector need to be changed. But it will take 10 to 15 days. When I asked why they are taking so much of time for small work. They said they dont have stock . After 14 days I again visited thair service center, this time thr staff said that my mobile has been forwarded to delhi for the same work When I asked, when I will get my handset, they replied "cant say" !!! Please return my nobile with proper working. If i dont get any satisfactory reply then I will go to the consumer court for the justice.
