I am Sourav Roy From West Bengal (Bandel) I have bought a Micromax BOLT S300 & after 30 days there was problem with Display as there was some unwanted parallel coloured line internaly, they (service centre) called it display blank. Then i gone micromax serampore MS Sagun Infotech, they checked & generate my Jobsheet & told me It will take 7 days or more. we will confirm u after 15 days as i called they said your phone is in delhi & plz call them to know latest update. But Problem is here Since 1st June Delhi Service centre of micromax are saying me :- "I understand your problem sir, your phone will be dispatched within 15days (Max Time), do'nt worry" then i told plz return my handset in present condition & i will repair But they Denied & again told me the same line. JOBSHEET NO :- E[protected] email :- forgetmenot.[protected]@hotmail.com after that, till now when i called them they says me the same line everytime & micromax serampore service centre do'nt pickup my call since 7days. Please solve this sir, because my phone is very new & Customer care reapting same line from 40days. I do'nt know what can i do...? i have attached my jobsheet details here.

    Back ground : We have purchase the mobile and within the week display not working detail as below Model : A255 Date of Purchase : 2/6/2105 IMEI No : [protected] Dealer Name : Mobile café Shop no 208 Shiv Chock Model Town Rewari (HAY ) Ph- [protected] Current Situation : We visited more than 10 time but customer care not ready to attend the problem we have many time waited more than 2 -3 hrs, Only they are attending the customer who is going to pay for service such new case not ready to attend the complaint after many request just update the software and return back We have update three time software but still not resolved, today a person who is knowing the customer care person visited with us than they have submitted the hand set and ask it will take 30days to resolve the problem below is the detail of customer care M/S Expert Communication solutions 282 R Model Town Near Maharana Pratap chock rewari ( HR) Pin : 123401 tin no [protected] Set hand over date : 9/7/2015 Request : Pls. support to get the hand set with in the week, if the lead time of such 30days to resolve the problem, Pls change the hand set new or return the money Why the person can buy the set such cost of 15.5 K and car must be taken care of complain Looking forward your quick response and support

      I had purchased a Micromax Unite Phone on 30th March, 2015 from a dealer in Shastri Nagar. Within 15 days it developed the problem of switching off abrubtly on its own without any reason. I gave it for repair to Service Centre in Vikas Puri. After 20 days they returned it but the problem of switching off remained as it was. On going there again, they said that defect is not repairable and the set will be sent to Company repair centre in Gurgaon. The complaing/ticket no. is[protected] dated 5th June, 2015. On repeated calls on customer care no. i get the reply that it will still take 10-15 days more to repair the Set Due to this callous attitude towards attending a genuine complaint of a mobile phone with a manufacturing defect, instead of providing me a new mobile phone in place of defective handset, the company is not responding positively in the matter.         Sir, i have taken mobile (A 120) on 11/08/14 in poorvika mobiles, sathy road, ganapathy, coimbatore-24 and the details of mobile as follows:- 1. A120 micromax canvas 2. Imei no - [protected] on 11/08/14.I have given mobile to pickup service thro poorvika mobiles as it is "charging only in switch off condition not in on condition" and where it is a minor problem.After giving to service centre(Job card no : s[protected]/dt 06.06.15), they told me it will be rectified by a week. But when ever i make call to service centre they replied that it will take another 10 to 12 days to rectify as they don't have a spare part in company. Like this, almost 33 days completed by today.If the micromax company don't have spares, kindly replace the mobile. It is very shame and not a reliable. It is better to aviod purchase micromax products as well as in poorvika mobile show room in future. Thanking you, yours faithfully, radhakrishnan n [protected]

            My micromax canvas-2 mobile battery is faulty, I approached to the nearest service center in Panvel 410206 called Krishna tele services.According to them the advance is given, but unfortunately even after 10 days the spares are not available to them.Now they are saying what to do the company is not supplying.               I purchased a micromax (A104), 5 months before but now facing issue with touch functioning that's why i submitted it to a service center at Noida Sector-12. But after 20 days still phone not repaired. I called to many times but always, i got a simple answer that work order has been created and sent for touch part replacement but not getting from company i.e. micromax not giving parts to the service center. I think, taken a micromax was a wrong decision. I'll never recommend to anyone for micromax purchasing because of I’m totally fed up only with service issue and customer satisfaction.

                Sir/Madam, I have taken mobile (A 290) on 15/04/15 in LOT show room and the details of mobile as follows:- 1. A290 MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT CAMEO 2. IMEI Nos - [protected] / [protected] Yesterday I have given mobile to service centre as it is not getting fully charged and where it is a minor problem.After giving to service centre, they told told me to give a call at 1830hrs or it will be rectified by today morning(09/07/15). But when I gave call to service centre at 1145hrs today, they replied that it will take 5 to 7 days to rectify as they don't have a spare part of an IC. This Micromax company is one of the best and they don't have a small spare part and they don't have any facility to rectify a minor problem. It is very shame and not a reliable.                     I have given my micromax cg666 handset to the micromax service centre, m/s decode technology, vill- santipur, near sbi bank, p.O.-mecheda, p.S.-kolaghat, dist.- purba medinipur, pin-72113, w.B. On 12 may 2015. The executives at the centre gave me a time limit of 15 days but even after 56 days they are not willing to give me any reply about my handest service. They never update me about the status of my handset, and behave as if they have no contact with the company and no responsibility towards the customer. The executives are completely uncooperative and rude. The customer relation office also never picks up the call. Please help me out. If possible then please get the refund procedure initialized for my handset. Thanking you.

The executives at the centre gave me a time limit of 15 days but even after 44 days they are not willing to give me any reply about my handest service. They never update me about the status of my handset, and behave as if they have no contact with the company and no responsibility towards the customer.                           Dear Micromax, You know this story (as I have personally told you many times over phone and mails) but I will narrate this to you again on this platform . I took my micromax handset model- Canvas color A120 for repair/replacement for a faulty touch screen to Price Communication, Lalbaug, Lucknow. Initially they said it will take 2 weeks (which was not the case) and after 2 weeks when I again enquired, they said they have sent my handset to the company as they could not repair it . I registered a complaint online with Micromax ( No N[protected]) on 21st May 2015 regarding the delay in service and to know the whereabouts of my handset. But unfortunately there was no proper action from their side on this matter. I was asked to wait for some more time (which I patiently did). After more than a month, on 29th June 2015, I mailed their customer service but again got the same old reply and a new complaint number (MMX[protected] the latest one) but no action . I mailed them back on 7th July 2015 but this time except an auto-confirmation mail, there was no prompt response on the status of my headset. I am having a very bad experience with this company which assures people 'Nothing like anything' experience. While marketing their product they advertise 12- month warranty which in reality translates to keeping their poor quality product with themselves (in the name of repair/replacement) for a year (till warranty ends) or more when a dissatisfied customer comes to them, hoping to get his/her mobile repaired. Stop this non-sense in the name of customer care when you don't care. I kindly request anybody who is listening and understands the mental harrassment a customer goes through, to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thanks Anup

                              My name is Sajid Ali and i purchased micromax yu yuphoria 5010 and it is still in warranty and then after few month i started facing problem like phone was getting heatup everytime when i was using it and one day software also got crash and then start creating problem for me, then i went to the service center that is M/s shiv communication(HARYANA), Ballabhgarh, FBD, 121001 and they suggest me to get a new phone because they were unable to fix it. So i had given my phone for exchange of a new one and that was the only solution at that moment and they told me that i will receive a new one within 10-15 working days and they promise me as well for that and then they created a job sheet and date for that is[protected], today is 31 Feb, 2016 and i tried to get to know from customer service executives and everyone from service center as well and some people says that i will receive it in next 48 hours, some say next week, some are saying in 20-21 days but unfortunatly no one is giving me exact date when my phone will be reaching my place and every one says that it is not dispached from your warehouse. Till now i am waiting for my phone and around more then 45 Days got completed already. My job sheet no. - N[protected].
                              When ever I am asking about exact Date and Time you always assure me but this is not good thing that lots of people are having same problem and you are not helping them, it will be gonna destroy your product selling in the market even if any of my friend will be going to purchase your product how I will be gonna suggest your phone to purchase.

                              Now we are frustrated and Give me the exact time otherwise I will not be hesitate to go for Legal. Take time ask your senior/supervisor/Manager/ any decision maker and give me the Reply in 5 business Days.

                              Sir I bought yu yuphoria from amazon. I don't remember the exact date but it was in starting of august 2015. The problem is that battery gets extremely heated even when its not even used and just kept like that. It even shuts down at 30-40% battery remaining and shows 0% battery remaining. Its battery drains out too quickly. I m fed up of it since past 2 months. Either u replace it or just refund me money because my phone is still in warranty period

                                Ihad purchased Micromax CDMA on 01/05/2015 especially for mts CDMA network. With in one 20 days my OS was corrupted & given for service.                                   Last month on 8th June'15 i had submit my Micromax Canvas knight phone at gurgaon service center, at that time they told me come after 20-22 days and they will provide my phone. After 22 days on 30th June'15 (saturday) when I called, they told me that my phone will not repair and they will provide me new phone. They asked me 2 option Micromax A300 or Canvas knight with 16 gb.I told them ok provide me any phone, they agreed an told me come on tuesday to take the phone. I again called them on tuesday, they said phone status is showing in dispatch come after 2-3 day. On the same day I got the call from micromax that they dont have which phone we want. I told them have already comfirmed about the phone and still told them provide me A300. They agreed again. The same process they are repeating till today and still not providing any comfirmation. I am totally stuck with your service.

I paid rs. 1177 for repair/ change touch screen . when I demanded bill they socked and said wait 10 minute. After that they provide one bill along with rs.100, which is attached for ur information and n.a. Pls confirm whether bill is guniune or not and service center is authorized service centre.                                         I purchased the mobile Micromax product No. A-106 on 9/6/2015 from Mohini Telecom at SHop NO. 273, Amarpuri, Ram Nagar, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi . the moble is duplicate he was not working properly. andI when I asked the dealer for replace the mobile or refund the money.                                         I purchased the mobile Micromax product No. A-106 on 9/6/2015 from
                                        Mohini Telecom at SHop NO. 273, Amarpuri, Ram Nagar, Pahar Ganj, New
                                        Delhi . the moble is duplicate he was not working properly. andI when I
                                        asked the dealer for replace the mobile or refund the money. But he
                                        refused.
