Micromax canvas juice 2 - aq5001 brought on 27.3.2015.
My device has handover for services in micromax authorized service centre at madurai on 15th-may-2015 and that job sheet was closed on 9th-june-2015 without complete repairs, so that the service centre people registered another job sheet on same day i.E. 9th june2015 but still my device's problem is not rectified.

In between these period the service centre has received spars to complete the repair, those spars also wrong part. Your micromax ho team sent wrong sticker for top of mobile instead of bottom sticker.

Now almost 2 months has over from 15th may-2015, still my device problem is not rectified.

And customer cares also not answering properly, even registered many of complaint. It is makes me too much irritating.

Still the complaint is pending, since more than 2 months my device is not repaired.

And their customer care also not responding properly.

    you provide a case covers for the mobiles which had a bad specifications..but you guyz dnt provide a good looking case covers for my phone A190..i dnt knw y..i reuest you guyz to provide a super & smart case covers for the users of micromax A190..bcz we struglng a lot to buy a good looking case cover for our mobile in online..so please provide that for us

        I used micromax a116 mobile which stopped working one day then i took that to service center where they said that rs 4000 will be charged and motherboard will be changed.. But i asked my friend and after testing the phone that its boot ic is not working but service center is not ready to change boot ic they r saying to change mother board.. Cost off boot ic is 200 where as cost of mother boad is 4000 so i want your help.. . To get my phone repaired

          respected sir, I have deposit my set for touch problem dated 26/06/2015 at your service center, M/S A.V.J COMMUNICATION 2, shop no 20, 2nd floor, hudson lane kingsway camp, delhi 110009, but i have not recived my phone till date .my complain no is *N[protected]' I have purchased it 26/12/2014 so my phone is on guarantee, my another phone is also there sinse last 2 years, so i am reqesting you to kindly do the needful,

            respected Sir: From:- Rejoy Rapheal K I am very disappointed by the pathetic service provided by your service center in ambernath . My Micromax A114 canvas was submitted in service center in Ambernath on 2nd off June, mobile is still with them and problem is not resolved. Side Power key was not working rest all was fine with my phone. I was informed by your representatives in Micromax service center in Ambernath that there is delay from company is sending a part which is required " W[protected] " I was always being using Micromax phones right from time they were launched in market. Please don't put me down by giving such a pathetic service. This was my 4th micromax phone i purchased don't make it last.

              I Raj Kumar and my contact number is [protected] from Patiala, Punjab.I brought a micro max canvas knight A350 in January month. I have problem of display touch screen is not working. I submit this phone to your customer care service at M/S GANESH ELECTRICAL SCO-27, first floor, city center, near 22 no phatak, Bhupindra road, Patiala, Punjab on 18-May-2015.My job sheet number is N[protected].They given me 15 days time to repair my phone but after 15 days they replied me same wording. After 15 days they said part is not available, they harass me a lot and not giving satisfying answer. They told me to call on Delhi customer care number [protected].I called on this number on 19-June-2015 and i talk with your executive rohit and he give me a complaint number :- MMX[protected] and he said i forward your complaint and with in a week you get your mobile repaired. If the mobile is not repaired in a week then company will call you for mobile replacement. but in the end same result, my phone is not repaired and not any call from your company. I call again on 29-June-2015 to your Delhi customer care number, the executive guy Gulfaam again satisfy me that in next 15 days i will definitely get my phone back and giving that complaint number MMX[protected] and he will sure that, your complaint forward ahead. Today i will go to the service center at Patiala, they don't entertain me and not giving any satisfy answer. Today 13-July-2015 i again call on customer Delhi number and your executive guy ARCHANA give me that answer that in next 15 days you will get your phone and give me that complaint number MMX[protected]. Today i finish my patience and i am very harass with your customer care service Patiala and Delhi. They always makes me foolish and wasting my time, energy. today 13-June-2015 its almost approx 2 months face this situation spend approx 15000 for this phone to get harass..??????.if my phone is not repaired or replace in next 2 days will do consumer complaint case on your company for getting me harass for such a longtime and i will claim for money as a compensate to harass me and as well as new mobile phone also.

                I have bought the Micromax EG116 model 19/05/2015 at Mumbai. I have used for only 2 days its start to give trouble of screen hanging, so i have to remove the battery all the time then restart. I thought after upgrade the software it will solve but its start to give more troubles. Next 2-3 days its start work automatically. Whenever i switched on the screen its works its own like calling any call. any application on automatic. This is the poor quality products.
                So, i decided to replace the mobile because within a week it's gives me trouble so i send the mobile to service center at Pune i.e.M/s. S4 Telecom so straightway denied about the replacement and they reinstalled the software and handed over to me on same day they said you just try for one more day if not problem solved you have to bring the piece again so they are going to replace the screen and other things. This only job left for me to i made a mistake bought Micromax products. Like product quality poor the same way this service is also poor.
                Then i have left no option again i gave my mobile on15/06/2015 vide job sheet no W[protected] at Pune M/s. S4 Telecom, at that time they told us that next 10-15 days is required to repair the mobiles.
                Here i dont understand when micromax company selling the product and appointed the service center and when they know about the problem they should keep the fault spares in their stock. If not possible to keep the stock in service center being the company responsible to procure / arrange the fault parts on urgent basis and give service to the customer.
                Now today is almost 1 month still i have not received my handset got repaired i have given the complaint in call center they assured me that they call back with the senior team from service its 1 week passed nor i received any call or they repaired my mobile i .e MMX[protected]. Here i dont understand that why they operating call center when they cant respond to the customer complaints. This is all bull . How your team is working on so pathetic ways.

                I HAVE PURCHASED THIS HAND SET FOR SOME USE NOT TO KEEP IN YOUR SERVICE CENTER OR YOUR COMPANY. MY HUMBLE REQUEST IS TO PLEASE REPAIR THIS MOBILE I AM READY TO PAY WHATEVER THE CHARGES IS THERE. I WANT THIS HAND SET TO DONATE TO YOUR V.P OF SERVICE OR YOUR DIRECTOR. WHO ARE MORE INTEREST TO SELL THE SUCH POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AS WELL AS POOR SERVICE.

                REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE GIVE ME THE DONATION CERTIFICATE AND I DONT WANT THIS HANDSET BACK. PL DONATE THE SAME WITHING IN YOUR COMPANY.

                  Myself Sunil Kumar singh .I bought Micromax canvas 2.2 set.no A114.I got a problem of hanging and after it did not begin to switch on.when after charging within one minutes it's battery drInedy to 0%.and now it does not switch on and three times it has gone to company.but while collecting in service center problem is same .and now it has taken duration of 3 no months. Both company and service center not attending calls and not responding. Their answer is same go to company.now what shoulyi have to do.more problems in handset is by earphone you can not talk and it began to heat in Right above corner in back side. Service center is sending for replacement but company is not responding.

                    Dear Sir - I had given my micromax mobile for repair around 20 days back at Marathalli, bangalore service center. The service center says that the handset has been sent to head office for repairs, on checking the status the system says last update is of waiting for parts. On enquiring further the engineeer says he cannot say how long further it would take and also can not communicate with head office. I would like to know how long will this take and what part are you guys waiting for. Job sheet number - S[protected]-17423155. The mobile was under warranty when given for repair. Please let me know what steps can be taken here because the service center and the company seem to be behaving unreasonably and palying with consumer intellect. Thaksk Venkat

                      sir/mam i am sheetal i have submitted my phone to micromax service centre on 19may 2015 with my job seat no.[protected]. they told me to gave my phone after a week but when i went there on 27may then they said that i will take more 15 days because phone is in delhi and it take maximum 15 days after that when a date came (12june) then they again gave a new date that is after a week and again and again they replaces there dates and now its 2month to go...today they gave new date that is after 15 days...this is not a manner to done a bussiness

                        i bought a phone micromax A350 some problem got i am give this phone to service centre of micromax at Ambattur, OT bus stand near on[protected], and said to come after 10 to 15 days so i am Called for days after they said but regret to give me phone back and said that phone will not repaired yet because of Touch pcb problem it will take more time to repair so come again after few days, i said ok and again after few days gone service centre to check its repaired or not but again they start giving me some excuse that the part of your phone come from company two to three days more it take ti fix problem so please come on which day request you to come Please its my humble request to take some action

                          i am Anil chacko from the state kerala liveing in thrissur district . i am a micromax costumer .i has guyed a new phone (micromax nitro A311) on 2015 march .and my mobile starts it complaints after 3 weeks then i has repaired it .after few days another compliant launched then i has repaired it .then also after few days the mobile is complaint then also repaired . now this process is going on .i has replaced the parts for 3 times .once its display is replaced next time touch and few days later its board is replaced . but now its being complaint .and i has submitted to the micromax care in thrissur . so kindly understand my feelings and replace ma hand set . i am feeling pretty bad on ma hand set .and my job sheet number is - (s[protected] and my mobiles imei number is - [protected] i am bugging u please replace ma handset

                            Dear Sir/Madam, Being a customer of your mobile set x 971 under warranty, its is shameful over quality of services through your local franchise service center no. is[protected] & [protected] . date of set purchasing is 14-07-15 which i have given on 9 July 14 for repair, but they are denying set warranty and saying your set is out of warranty. your center is not committed to provide service on time rather rudely response to us. My job sheet no is 17818905. Please pursue and and ensure quality of services. Now they asking for 1 week to wait. This is wondring to share this morning i got official sms by your side with message, with reference of above job sheet no.[protected], my mobile phone has been repaired and can collect from service center today, but local person are denying this type of sms. Before deposit set, they were ensuring to deliver set with in two days (11 Julty 15) after repair . They are blaiming over poor service arrangements and your company too.                               my canvas knight a350 model in repairs for about 17 days for just the replacement of damaged charging socket. work sheet no W[protected] dated 27/06/2015. The job consists of less than half an hour as i have myself seen it being done at the service center thane, when another customer got aggressive and abusive and was about to be violent and break the counter glass. is this the way the things are to be got done from micromax? please do the needful in my case at your end at the earliest. arbaz farzani

                                I had taken Mobile Phone Protection Plan from M/s Smart Mobile Total Solution at the time of purchase of Micromax A111 mobile from Mircromax showroom, Kamla Nagar, Delhi-7 by paying Rs.970/- extra for Liquid and Physical damages for two years. Now my mobile is not working properly. Keys are functioning automatically. camera opens and click automatically. when i type a message in the message box, keys automatically starts typing the alphabets. Now, I am trying to contact at both the customers care numbers of M/s Smart Mobile Total Solution provided on the shield customer copy but both the numbers are showing switched off.                                   Please release the official firmware updates for my Micromax Canvas A190 HD PLUS. Its been almost an year since this update was launched for almost all other companies' phones and other micromax devices but no update has been launched for Canvas A190 HD PLUS Please roll the LOLLIPOP 5.1 and further updates as soon as possible aince now android M is being released and we a re stuck on Kitkat. Thank You😪😓😓

                                      Dear Sir, MMX[protected] : This is my Fifth reminder : Referred phone is surrender on 10/06/2015 to M/s Arihant Enterprises, Jaipur (Rajasthan) with the assurance that the same will be got repaired within 2-3 days but after the passing the period of more than one month the same is not repaired. Further, Neeraj Jain employee of M/s Arihant Enterprises misbehaved with me and replied as under : ‘Tumara phone mein theek bhi nahi hone doonga aur zaldi vapis bhi nahi aane doonga, Tumare ko zo karna hai kar lo’. Referred phone is kept with Arihant Enterprises for 15 days and despatched to Delhi office on 26/06/2015. Request to pl check and arrange to repair the instrument and return to me.

                                        Sir/Ma'am I am a user of your esteemed smartphone company since last October. I buyed this product of yours Micromax Canvas Knight A350. It worked flawlessly for me. But from last week when I was trying to connect to my PC I wasn't able to make it after couple of days the mobile wasn't charging also. So I went to your service center situated in Vikas puri, New Delhi . First of allQuality of the customer representative doesn't even know how to type an email and moreover he wasn't able to type the correct spelling of my name in the job sheet. That was so low grade. SecondlyThe technical people there are so arrogant and they don't even listen to the customers point. So this service center named as Rapid communication is not at all eligible for micromax service center. In my case, as I told that I wasn't able to charge the battery of my mobile. They brought me this opened handset telling that its a physical damage by showing the that the jack was dislocated or ejected from the PCB motherboard. If the jackpin would be broken I would have understood that's its a physical damage but I can't enter the phone and dislocated the jack so it is surely a manufacturing defect. I buyed my phone last diwali i.e. October 2014 and is having a warranty of 4 months left so my phone should be repaired with no costBut your customer service representative was not even to listen any single word. He was just like pay 1200/- rs or just leave this door. I waited 1:30 hrs for my chance for such an annoying reply. I just asked him not to repair because I decided to tell you guys the whole scenario. So he wrote RWR on my job sheet. If the jack is automatically dislocated from the PCB board it is a manufacturing defect. Moreover in my wait time what I noticed that almost out of 10 cases 7 customers was marked RWR in their job sheet. I want you to service my phone without any additional fees because my point is valid and take a proper step against the particular service center. I am attaching the needful documents and proof of what I told you. Suggest me with the service center where I can go and repair my Micromax Canvas Knight A350 Regards Mayank Mohnani
