    i want to complaint against micromax company. i gave my mobile 40 days before, at vashi service centre thane. at 4 of june 2015 they said maximum 20 days to be taken. but no confirmation is to be come. so at 25 june i call to servise centre of micromax, tyey said more 15 days will be take. now they said today to meagain more 15 days should be take. now tell me what can i do? accoeding company policy after day, in next 15 days my problem will be solve.

      Micromax A290 model, purchased in the month of March, and i had problem of battery, given for service center on 16/06/2015. Everyday calling to that center and they said its been sent to delhi and its processing, When i ll get my cell phone, or is there any option to replace.

        I am messaging regarding my handset micromax(A-106) unite 2.IMEI/ESN no. [protected]/[protected] . I bought this phone on 30th october, 2014 . two months back my phone had a problem with charging slot and touch pad. i gave my phone to the service centre they gave me 10 days time and don't gave stand by phone and resolved my problem but after two months same problem happened with the set.they again resolved the problem but when i came back home it is hanging and not working. I am extremely dis-satisfied with the product and the services. I am an MBA student and working professional without phone it is not possible to work or study.I request you to please replace my handset or resolve my problem else i will file complaint in consumer court.I have all the proofs to prove my wordings

          I give my handset for repairing in warranty period . there are some problem in battery and charging issue so board change. but they give time 30 days and above but now till they can not repaired my handset ..               Hi, I bought a Micromax mobile last year, after purchase with in 5 months its stopped working i have given it to service center and it took around 3 months after that when i get back my mobile i used it for only 15 days and again its stopped working. I have contact again to service center and they told again we need to sent it to company i have given my mobile to them on 08 May 2015, but till today i didn't received my mobile. whenever i am going to service center they are saying still we didn't receive it from company. I am not sure after i bought this mobile in last year July i have used it for only 5 months rest of the time it was with service center only.                 Hello sir my name is manu, I bought my mobile canvas A99 on 10/05/2015 after few days i saw that at it's display some black lines has been appeared . I submitted my mobile at service centre in bareilly, after 12 or 13 days i recevied my mobile from service centre then a new problem had created because of software problem by the fault of service centre . now service centre said your mobile needs 1 months more for repairing once again but this hardly possible for me . So i requested to you to exchange my old phone instead of new canvas A99 as soon as possible . i will be expecting your reply as fast as possible. if i don't get your reply within 1 week i'm gonna file a case against your service.

                  hello sir, my name is gopal i have purchased micromax A250 on 15th may 2014. i have bought that phone for Rs.16, 200 the phone worked completely fine till 21st may 2015. It worked exactly for 1 year and in june 1st week i was making a call and the phone switched off. i showed in the phone in micromax gallery vasai(w) they are asking for Rs.3500 for repair and according to them my camera isn't working it is to be repaired sir i can't pay Rs.3500 its only 1 year. so sir i ask you to repair my phone as soon as possible and in cheap rate. i will be expecting your reply as fast as possible. if i don't get your reply within 1 week i'm gonna file a case against your service.

                          I have purchased one micromax mobiel set and the set is within warranty period. Your service centre at asansol is harrassingin providing the service on various plea. The staff are loitering and gossiping by sitting idle and cutomer are sitting in customer lounge with their valuable time. On protest of their attitude towards the customer service, they have some how taken the set with document without mentioning date of delivery. They have conveyed to take delivery on next working day at 12pm. But on date and time they conveyed set is not still ready for delivery. Again vervally conveyed set willbe ready within 3pm. But again they conveyed set is still not ready it willbe delivered within three days. When they have been approached to mention the date on the slip, they refused to mention it.                           one sri anuj srivastava ph no [protected] telephoned 9th july 1.18 pm and send message for submission of invoice copy within on that date to resolve the issue. asper your confirmation mail regarding willbe shortly contacted we thought that your representative is doing discussion and advising us. but later on we presume he may be a fraud one and made damages to us. we are astonished to say how the complaint lodged with this forum kwown to him and advising and dicussing with us regarding bank a/c no etc for refund of mobile set value.please enquire the matter and settle at earliest taking up the matter with appropirateauthorityagainst complain id 1101417 against asansol authorised service centre.                             Pathetic Service - Mobile is in service center since 50days Submitted Micromax Canvas Knight Model to service center as am facing touch issues with the phone, it has been almost 50 days and they are always giving the response that it will take 15 more days.It is a serious problem, and asked to forward the call to their senior management and they are always telling that senior management will get back to me by 3PM, but i haven't received that call any time so far.                               I bought Micromax GC222. Within few months I got lots of defects on this product. When I went to the service centre two times with in the warrenty period(CSD Inception, Hatibagan, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, APAC), they kept my mobile for a long days & solved this issue in a worst way. The main problem was solved but the others problems came into my mobile due to bad way of service providing. They have forced fully changed my mobile screen with full of dusts & hand spots inside. Apart from that they have cut the thread of the mobile nuts & as a result of that my mobile became loose between the front & back wrappers. So the water/dust/air are alltime flowing inside the hardware of the mobile. I am damn sure that my mobile should be damaged with in very few days. Also lots of kracks are created into the body because of forcefully pressing the nuts inside the threads during servicing time. I faced a very bad experience with Micromax Mobiles as well as the service center. Even after two times servicing my mobile with in the warrenty period, I am getting further few problems in my mobile. I wish to GOD that the company should be banned in India to save the customers in future. Shame on Micromax mobiles.

                                  I purchased one tablet model P480, IMEI No. [protected] at Supreme Paradise, in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu on 9th May 2015. Unfortunately my device did not work that is did not get switched on. So I went to your authorised service center "XPlus Communication", 392, 1st Floor East, 8th STreet, Tatabad, 100 feet Road, Coimbatore 641 012 on 27th May 2015. They said the delivery would happen in 25 days(???) But when I went to take delivery I was turned down with a reply that they have not confirmed delivery in 25 days and not sure when could be delivered. I was shocked on this reply. Dropped a mail to Micromax Customer Care on Jun 25th and still waitin for a reply. Is there any way I could lodge a complaint on them.                                       I have purchased 2 Nos. of Micromax Doodle 3 Model No. A 102. With in the warranty period itself Battery of both the mobile bulged and i have approached the authorised service centre at Yelahanka, Bangalore vide Job sheet no. S[protected] AND 17342522 DATED 18/06/2015 AND PAID ADVANCE RS. 500 (Rs. 250 each for 2 hand sets. For the last 2 months I am unable to use the mobile due to the absence of Battery. This is happened during the Warranty period only... Til date 4 times I have visited the Service centre...Still they unable to answer me of when they are going deliver the battery

But the service center is not taking the calls and it has shifted somewhere else. It has been 4 months now. Help!
