I purchased Tab 470 through Electronic store on 5-6-2015, right from 1st day it was not working & took it to the micromax service center they loaded the software but the problem was not rectified so I took it to the service center again again the problem was not rectified I took it them 5 times but problem was not rectifed then on 6th time they referred me to other service center V I COMMUNICATIONS Jagatpuri, Delhi, they asked me to submit the set as it needs to send it to The Company & submitted it on[protected], jobsheet no.N[protected], wifi network goes off of its own, since then I am running after them but in vain, I have send complaint mails to the micromax customer care & Electronic store nothing has happened so far, it is now more than 2 months, oo kindly help me to get the refund of money.
