      sir i bought a micromax Unite 2 A106 mobile on 18 mar 2015 .After 1 and 2 month the mobile has some problem regarding network.when i took it to the nearest care on 18 th may they told me to submit my phone to them they will send it to delhi and it will take 25 days .and now it is 45 days .only i have received a mail that micromax has replaced my phone on 22 nd june but yet i haven't been able to get back my phone.the care as well as the micromax is not been able to give me satisfactory answer.job sheet no.-E[protected]

        sir i buy micromax Canvas Tab P480 before 1 month. it is in better condition but it doesn't open display setting in the setting menu. when i clicked on display setting then it show script and write on the script is "display settings is unfortunately stopped" . sir please tell me for best solution and early.

          Dear Sir micromax company is not providing service 5 time submit mob but he is not provide service and 2 month warranty not extern mobile mother board is dead 2 month warrenty period 28 sep 2015 pls see the last i will send the mail to micromax ... Dear Micromax, i all ready compints the on your service centre viman nagar, pune i 4 time submit the mobile service centre but i not got the proper response and service center from your company and five time same problem same address submit, then i sending the mail on your company...             I recently bought a new TV and it stopped working within a week. I registered a complaint ([protected] mobile #) around 2-3 weeks back . First of all the quality of staff and service centre is very poor. I have to tell my full details everytime I ask. After logging my complaint one technician visited my place and told that the problem will be solved within 2-3 days. Now the Excel Service Centre has stopped responding to me. I will not recommend anyone to buy any Micromax product in future !

              Hi I purchased my handset on1/1/2015.but after 1month it get defected.then i give to the service centre.they said it will take maximum 1months to repair it.but till date i not received my moblie handset.I call number of time but they give only answer 1 wait for another 10working days.its 6months but still I not received my phone. Please it need ful on urgent basis.

                HI Team, This is mallikarjun rao, recently pruchased Micromax 50K2330UHD 124 cm (49) LED TV from flipcart. i work in qatar. i am not happy about the tv, especially camera . no camera is working for video call.                   I have got a complaint on my Micromax canvas knight A350 was not charging. Their Ernakulam Service Centre (GCDA Complex Marine Drive, Ernakulam, Kerala) told me "its charging slot defective and it has repaired by only our Delhi service centre". I agreed that, and they had take my phone and give estimated repairing days 8-10. I was trying many times to contact them trough phone but they were not responding. After 11 days i have got a call from Ernakulam Service Centre and they told me "they have not send my phone to Delhi so please cooperate us for some more days for repairing". I am very very dissatisfied for their responsibility and service. So I am take it back from their. I am also regret to purchase Micromax Mobile such a higher amount Rs. 19649/- Mobile age is just 11 months only.

                  As their request I had resubmit my phone in Authorized Micromax Service Center at Alappuzha on 17/07/2015. But yet now it has not repaired. Second time I am facing the same problem from Micromax Team. I am very disappointed from theirservice/responsibility and treating a customer. I want to repair/replace my phone at earliest otherwise please give my money back. Its warranty period.
                  After my first complaint I have a call from Micromaxand they suggested for claim my local service bill to micromax.[protected]@india.com and I had mailed my service bill, also no reply from their side.

                    I bought my new AQ5001 (Micromax Juice 2) Mobile 3 days before and it is hanging all the time and a burn smell is coming from it. Also sound is not at all good. I want to make a DOA of it as it is a defective piece. Kindly help me out of it and make this DOA process happen. I will go to service center today and let's see what happen. The best action is required. I am attaching the original bill copy.

                      Issue with Service Centre in Lucknow. My Phone model is Micromax Unite2 has display problem... Currently phone is in warranty period, But Service Centre Guys are asking me the repairing cost as Rs. 3200/- for motherboard replacement.whether my handset not physically damaged nor liquid damage. It has only display problem rest handset was ok... This is a very bad experience for me with micromax.. Pls help me out..

                        I brought Micromax Canvas Knight device. After 2 months it's touch stopped working, it was replaced by service center and then again after 2 months it's battery malfunctioned, I submitted the device to the service center for replacement of battery under warrantee on 3rd june, It's a complete and still no action has been taken and my device is submitted with service center. I also filed complaints regarding the same but hadn't received any satisfactory answers from them and now also I am not getting any satisfactory answer. I want my money now as this is high time. I brought and it's taken by service center and it's of no user for me.                           sir meine micromax canvs sprk 6-may-2015 ki liya tha. 15 days bad hi displap kharab ho gyi phone ki. mene 21-may-2015 ko phone service center m de diya pr abhi tk phone waps nhi mila h. servic center pr call krte h to wo log kahte h next wek tk ayega or customer care wale bhi 15 days k time dete h har bar. plz koi rply kijiye m bahut pareshan hu phone na hone ki wajha se.

                            I am owning a handset of Micromax A290. I have handedover the set for repair at your service centre UNI TECH, #2686, 1st floor, G.T. Road, Bathinda Pb., on 01.03.2015. Service centre assured me to tell me the delivery time on the next day, but they did not done so eaven the phone no[protected] given by them was out of reach or switched off. On the next day i had to go me personally and reply was that they will be able to tell the delivery time after three days, very unsatisfactory and frustrating for the customer who is suffering from a lot of losses due to the unavailability of handset. Pl. resolve it as early as possible.

                              Sir, I purchased Tab 470 through Electronic store on 5-6-2015, right from 1st day it was not working & took it to the micromax service center they loaded the software but the problem was not rectified so I took it to the service center again again the problem was not rectified I took it them 5 times but problem was not rectifed then on 6th time they referred me to other service center V I COMMUNICATIONS Jagatpuri, Delhi, they asked me to submit the set as it needs to send it to The Company & submitted it on[protected], jobsheet no.N[protected], wifi network goes off of its own, since then I am running after them but in vain, I have send complaint mails to the micromax customer care & Electronic store nothing has happened so far, it is now more than 2 months, oo kindly help me to get the refund of money.                                 please note that i have given my micro max to ahmedabad based authorized service center Ms Dev Enterprise, shope no 4&5, sunrise mall, mansi circle, ahmedabad - 380015 job sheet no : W[protected], dated 3/4/2015 even after contacting personally 4 times and 15 times telephonic request. they are not giving satisfactory answer and avoiding.

                                  My set bought as on 2 / 2 / 2015. My set will complaint on two weeks before. I given my set in service. By an authorized micro max service center. 2 days my set still there. One week after repairing my set will damaged. And. My set do not open. And restarted. They will answered me that. Board will replaced under warranty and hand set will send on mumbai. And they told me that could not replace it. My set will damaged on two times. Sir please take action and help me.

                                    I had purchased A290 Phone around 6 months back and it a Screen problem. So i gave it to your service centre in bangalore around one month back and they said me that it has gone to delhi for rectification works.After it has come from delhi also they are telling that still there is problem. I[censored] take months together to service one phone, how shall the customer manage withput any phone??????.                                         I had submitted my handset Canvas HD A116i in one of your service centre in Udupi karnataka M/S Vishwa Services on 15/05/2015 for dispaly touch pad Problem, Initially he was told me that he will give in two days, there after again he ask more time for repair, that time my hand set was in warranty period, There after only he raised job sheet on 27/05/2015 number S[protected], after regular visit he told me that now he was sending handset to Delhi it will take 30 days more time, But as of now 45 days left not any response from service center or MICROMAX, i also request you to extend my warranty period because of your poor service it ruins my almost 2 months warranty period, kindly help me out, & solve the issue
