I am Hirak Banerjee.My micromax a106 with the IMEI [protected] had a heating problem during a week.My handset is in warrenty period. When i was goes to authorised service centre of asansol durga market on 6th july., they are say to me its a mother board problem and service take upto 32 days.Is it possible a person hold his phone for over 1 month without any backup?really a very bad experience i had with mmx service centre.

I'd purchesed Two of such 10 moths back (my worst bad luck!). first one ststred to show random app faliure like "Unfortunetly the process.com.android.systemui had stopped responding" and sticks to it, you press "ok" 1000 times but is till reappears.
i went to service station at vashi, they told to software update it and it will be fine (at cost). so i did.
After the software update when i inserted the sim card and started the mobile data, Strange, unwanted ads started to fill the notifications area (like "Hot sexy girls", "Beach fun" etc.) or bar. then i knew that unnessesory adware (bloatware) is also been loaded with the phone's firmware. i tried rooting and then deleting the unwanted softwares but some are in android system files and removal was not possible. so im still using this phone with still some ads popping out for no reason.
i think the Micromax is not well paying their programmers so they insert Malware/Adware in their programs or
The system in the service centre may be infected with some sort of virus but they dont care.

And the other one!... it just gets heated within seconds and starts "Battery over temparature" warning and after 1 hour o[censored]sing it drains the whole battery

right now both of the phones are liing in my drawer useless.

The company should lower the expense in advertising and use in product quality for company image betterment

    Dear sir My mobile M_IMEI no. is [protected]/[protected] Micromax Unite 2. I have deposited the same mobile phone in Micromax service centre M/s Garhwal Communication, D-2, Q-3/A, Main Bhajanpura Road, New Delhi dated 27/05/2015 (jobsheet copy attached). Alongwith the mobile phone they asked me to deposit the battery(signed) and back cover(Red). I want to inform you that they have such a poor service. I could not expect that your service centre will provide this kind of poor services. I have given the mobile phone to repair and my phone was under warranty. Morethan a month later they have returned my mobile phone without battery and back cover. When I asked to them about the back cover(red) and battery(signed) they checked on the job sheet it was mentioned there. Then they said to me that they would find out the appropriate battery and back cover of the mobile phone. But I did not get the call from them. Then after three days later I went to the same service centre (M/s Garhwal Communication, D-2, Q-3/A, Main Bhajanpura Road, New Delhi) where I have deposited my mobile phone. On that day dated 03/07/2015 they repeated the same story as I mentioned above. Finally they were agreed to give my mobile phone with different color and second hand mobile back cover(green and dirty) and battery(old and used). On top of that my mobile phone touch screen got the several scratch from service centre (M/s Garhwal Communication, D-2, Q-3/A, Main Bhajanpura Road, New Delhi) carelessness work. When I have complaint it they agreed to replace after 10 days. They do not have touch screen in their ready stock. That battery they have replaced, is not working properly. Mr. Arvind is a senior official there, when I was asking him about the back cover of my mobile phone, battery changed and scratch. He was very angry and he was saying I may complaint anywhere, we are not getting back support from the Micromax office. Is this is the way service centre deal with the customer? If they have changed my mobile phone battery, cover and scratch. They should give me everything in a fresh not the second hand and dirty one. Because this is not my mistake and I have given them my mobile phone because Micromax trust them and authorised them. Now I request you please replace my mobile phone battery, cover and touch screen as soon as possible. This kind of careless and arrogant behaviour suggest me to go to the consumer redressal cell to address my complaint. With regards Gaurang contact No. [protected]

      Service center branch - wz-1, Ganesh nagar, tilak nagar, opp metro pillar no-535 new delhi -110018
      Issue - service not received -not call service received no handset repair service receive - at the counter representative says that call this number ask jobsheet status but does not responding any call whenver pick the call server down issue . Second thing they says that you received a call from us when your handset has been repaired but when call received after the reached service center after taking phone result that handset not repaired same problem still occurs . This is not one time again again three times that thing happen with me After some time one problem is solve then other part problem issue occurs in handset if we go other service branch they say that in handset no warranty seal plz go same branch . Now its two month of purchased my new mobile but unable to use and happiness to buy anything but no happiness to buy this phone, feel guilty to buy micro max handset .manufacturing defect issue touch not working then ear speaker issue then charging jack issue - still not repaired my phone from 60 days of purchased.
      Cheap service branch cheap faculty - when entered the cabin and sit on the chair staff talking gossips jokes with each other
      No body there can listen my voice hope you understand this msg
      And do action against this service branch i m not alone whenever m going to branch like me 8/10 peoples disturbed and do argue with staff per day

        Mobile Model- Micromax A106 I am facing some problem when I try to connect Internet after System update. When I switchon the Data Connection, the internet Symbol "E" is not appeared at the top and the network also is working. It is Dual sim and internet configuration is also correct. Now the Android version is Lollipop5.0. Before that it was Kitkat4.4 So please let me know what will be the issue and give me solutions.

          I purchased a Micromax Unite 2 A106 with 8 GB ROM on 16th of Aug 2014. which is not at all 8 GB ROM now, after it came from service center. It was a frustrating experience with Mmax, first it's touch stopped working, submitted to Service center a month back, when they handeld me the phone it was approx after one month from the submittion date. in the while the made many excuses to delay the delivery. Now there is another pboblem again, it's not charging properly. visited again to SC and they said battery is faulty, and u have to replace it. It cost 800 bucks, but i'll arrenge you in 600 only, WTF. why he said that. I am sure battery is in good condition, but they want to make money. They lie to customer and try to fool them, to make money. Hello brother I think I am already fool enough after buying a Micromax Phone. And the behaviour of these Service center guys, is ultimate. I can't dare to talk to them again as they treat the customer like their SLAVE. And also they think they are god for those customers.

            Hai Sir, I newly bought A069 model android set from your company before 6 months back. But the hand set starting itself making so much uncomfortable. Main issue is Sound incoming and outgoing both the sounds are not clear. And the storage also troubling me a lot always need to reset or reformat my mobile.                 Very pathetic service from micromax. I gave my micromax mobile on 29 may 2015. today is july 6, 2015. nearly 39 days. service center assured me 25 days. no communication from service center nor customer care. I tried to call micromax helpline, but your lines are busy. when you people can not provide service for customer, why you guys are running the business. you will pay for these 39 days for which i am not able to use the mobile. i need compensation. please call me asap. i am very much frustrated with micromax brand. i paid you 6000 rupees, still you keep the handset for nearly 40 days. i will be filing a case in consumer court. i need appolize in writted document from your company for your pathetic and worst service.                   Hello, I baught A117 ( micromax canvas magnus ) which is supposed to have 12MP back cam.I had to submit my phone once at Micromax Lajpat Nagar center for camera quality and hence they got the camera replaced. That time I didnt notice but offlate I realised that back camera is only 5 MP... When I approached service center they asked me "full charge to change the camera to 12MP " as its out of warrenty now... Job sheet number:N[protected]

                        Dear team, I have purchased Canvas netro A311 from ebay.in worth Rs. 9000 on 21May15. The Handset delivered to me is defective and the defect is that sim slot 1 is not working. Called the ebay to replace the defective one but they denied as they also received this from micromax so they will not be able to replace only i have to get it repaired from Micomax Service centre. I have sent hand set on 30 May for repair and they told me it will take 15 days. Till today i have not received my handset back. It is almost more than 1 months i dont have my mobile with me. Whenever we call them for the mobile phone they are saying more 15 days. What sort of company is yours, customer is your first priority and you are making us wait. Worst experience i have with you guys. with this sort of service i will never recommend any one to purchase micromax mobile I need my Mobile phone repaired within this week

                          I own a Micromax Unite 2 A106 handset (IMEI No.: [protected]; [protected]). I bought it from Flipkart on 02.02.2015. Suddenly I started having serious issues with my phone. My phone is getting switched off intermittently and then it becomes a mammoth task every time to switch it on. I took it to the Micromax service center at M/S Amarnath Jee Enterprises Haridwar. The response received from the officials was very dubious and discouraging. For the first time, they called me back in a day saying that the issues have been resolved. I took the phone back. But the problems still persisted. After two days I returned the phone to the same Service Center citing same unresolved issues. They created a job sheet (Job No.: E[protected] dated 22.06.2015) and asked me to contact them after 15 days. Their response today regarding my complaint is still indecisive and very confusing. The people at service center were at first reluctant to respond and after immense coercion from my side they told me that the phone has been sent to some “Company” (I don’t know what it means) and please contact us after more 15 days. I even registered a complaint with Micromax Customer Care on 22.06.2015 (Complaint No.:[protected]. They also ensured me that I will get my phone back, fully repaired within 15 days. But till now I don’t have any intimation regarding the status of my complaint and the actual condition of my phone. As everyone knows the importance of a mobile phone in today’s daily life routine, I ask you to please expedite the process of resolving this complaint so that I can get my phone back fully repaired, as soon as possible.

                            Purchased micromax canvas tab 9470 via amazon and used three months. Restart problems and submitted in service center karbala jn kollam kerala and get info that mother board has been complaint and sending to company for service. Submitted tab on date 24 / 04 / 2015. Two months have been completed. Service center gives wrong info about my tab.[protected] .
                            Waited for long and thinking about filing a case in consumer court.
                            Needa new tab or money back. Imei no [protected] / [protected].

                                      Hello sir, I bought a Canvas doodle 3 A102 handset from Snapdeal.But after some time i found some problems of outgoing audio system.So i contact your service center in kanpur.They repaired my handset.But after one day I met again with same problem.
