I have bought Micromax EG116 19th May with a week its start giving me trouble about hang of mobile always i have to take out the battery then restart mobile. 13th day from the purchase my mobile i have to face many problem my mobile working automatically it will start calling any number its open any application, internet so i have send this mobile to service center at Pune M/s. S4 Telecom on 10/06/2015 they format the mobile and send it back but problem is not solved. Again i have send the mobile 15/06/2015 they told me now they have to replace the touch screen till today i have not received my mobile back. Today i called them they told me they wont keep the spares in there stock they have to order from company and they take at least 13 to 15 days to deliver the material. I cant understand if service center keep mobile for 15 days why should we buy the mobile its for some use not for fun. When i give a car costing 10 to 15 lacs even they have a better service and give us back withing 3-4 days if any major warranty breakdown. They maintain a stock of necessary parts and they have a immediate procurement system with them. Why this service center doenst have a control of manufacture. If we received this kind of service in a modern days like baba adam ka jamane ka why should we buy such service mobile company.       My Micromax Juice AQ5001 face many problems. I have purchased this phone two month ago. Now my phone swithoff automatically and get hanged . Applications are very slow and very difficult to open. Please replace my phone with new one ore resolve this problem.

        i hav bought micromax canvas unite 2(8gb) from shopclues.com throgh online shopping the defect in the mobile is it is can't turned on now the mobile is switched off only. when i fst opened the mobile afterwards i didn't made it off bt yesterday to insert memory card i made it off but now it is not turned on. i tried and trid but no use till now. i want to replace it. what to do i don't know. there is no sort of response from Shopclues.com in replacing the mobile as they told me of 30 days replacement guarantee.my mobile is 28 days old only plz help me

            I have purchased P480 tab on 4 Jun 15 in Pune and since it face following problem. 1. Very poor battery performance that to write this much text it took about 9% of bty drain. 2. Over heating for simple applications as reading or charging. 3. Hanging and slowing for simple games like clash of clans and reading 2 mb docu on kindle.

              Dear sir, This is S. AVINASH from pune. I purchased new micromax p580i tab in 31st March 2015. After one month I Got problem in the tablet regarding battery problem and charging port problem. Then I approached to micromax service center in pune. They asked 15 days time for repair I said ok. After that they called up me and said it is not going to repair here we need to send to micromax office in Delhi I said ok and informed them I need a perfect tab without any problem. For this process they taken 35 days time. Again they are telling the model p580i which u have given was banned so we got another model tab in place of your tab from company. Now they are telling that new tab also having display problem. nOk they are telling we need 1 more month for new tab. That also they are not giving same model what I purchased(p580i fun book ultra hd). They are giving some other model that to after one month. I don't know what the he'll they are doing from last 40days. I didn't used my tab atleast two months. I think they are not doing any thing they doing some time pass and drama. That's why I'm dropping my complaint here. Hope I got reply for this. Regards Avinash [protected]

                    I purchased Micromax A120 Smartphone in Fab 2015. I worked properly till Feb 2015 but since early June 2015 it started giving problem of Mobile Opening Problem. I submitted to phone to the Service center( SP. MOBILE SERVICE POINT 26/79 KARACHI KHANA KANPUR) and they service it and returned it after 30 days. It worked well for 2 hours and again same problem started. Again I submitted to service center and after service the returned phone after 15 days. But again after 2 hours same problem started. When I asked service center abou this then they said we cant do any thing you have to come every time, we can not guarantee that your phone will work properly. What a mess for the company like Micromax. You are dreaming to become no. 1 but your service center support is not good. I am frustrated of this. Can you please help me on this. My warranty will expire in June 2016 .

But in May 2015 it occurs some problem. then I go to your Check Point in Etawah. Then the Check Point send my set to Company for Repairing. But after passing a Month the company is not back set till today to me.                           Dear Sir/Madam, As per my continuous follow up regarding my Selfie A255 mobile phone i have not received that cell phone till date, every day i call to customer care they have said we raised the complaint to concerned department and mean time i follow up to Trupti cellular (your Authorized service centre, Pune ). Where i had given my cell phone, giving excused for my cell phone, as per there standard reply they said we have not received your cell till now from Noida (Micro max official repairing centre). Few day back i got conformation from customer care centre during my conversation to them they said, your cell phone already despatch to Trupti cellular’s Pune on 01/May/2015, but Pune service centre have no details for receiving cell phone. Kindly let us know where is my cell phone and when i will get it back otherwise kindly order to provide me new cell phone immediately within 24-hrs . Note : As per your official communication on job sheet due date to repairing cell phone is 30 days . Now 30 days has been passed but i have not received such cell phone this is last and final reminder to you take immediate action from your side. Note : Selfie A255 cell phone Submitted on (21-April-2015) .

                              Respected Sir/Madam, I purchased Micromax Canvas Fire 2 A104(W&S) on 31st October, 2014 from Santosh Fancy Store Shop no. 11, Jawahar Market Bistupur, Jamshedpur-831001. As my cell phone is in warranty period but i felt some problem in my cell phone on 9th June 2015. So i thought to make it solved from your Authorized service center Mark Services- Naina Neha Palace Sakchi, I visited there on 10th June 2015 i waited there for hour's for my no. to come then at last i got my chance to go inside and discuss my cell phone problems with your service representative. My Cellphone Back Touch Key is Not Working. They told me that might be problem of Software is there and it will get fixed by Software Update. They Provided me Job sheet on 3:27 pm and told me to wait for 2-3 hours for doing Software Update in my Cell phone. I waited for hours there after that i got my phone. But Problem Didn't get solved again. Next Day 11th june 2015 in Morning i visited Service Center Again and told my same problem to your Service representative this time they told me it's a problem of Display so it will get changed free of cost because my cell phone is in warranty period. I told them to change it and they ensured me it will get changed by 7-10 Working Days And Again I got a Fresh Job Sheet with This Complain No. * E[protected]* and it Dated on 11th of June 2015 on 11:37 A.M. I waited long for my cell phone But Yesterday on 17th June 2015 i visited again to your service center and inquired about my cell phone they told me that it will take more 12-15 working Days to solve my problem and Yesterday 17th June 2015 again i got a New Job Sheet With a New Complain No. * E[protected]* And they told me it will take 12-15 Days More. This is the Detailed Summary of my Cell phone and of Your Service problem. Now Please Tell me What services you n your company Micromax is providing to customers. I already waited this long and i have to wait for more 12-15 days more for just a small problem of changing Display. It takes few hours but your service center making it worse and more complicated work or task. Sir/Madam I Just Wanted to Know 1 small thing from you n your Service Representative for what purpose you opened service center of Micromax. Just to annoy your customers and provide new Job sheets every time when they visit to inquire about their phone. Sir/Madam I request you to please provide me your Head Email id So that i just Tell them About your Product Service Failures.

                                  Hi, My phone, Micromax A120, build number: ALPS.KK1.MP1.V2.10, was a month ago, from Balaji mobile, pimpri, pune, maharashtra. The mentioned handset, shows its configuration as internal storage memory-8gb and external sd card-32gb expandable. But, in memory status, there is another slot named, phone storage, which restricts to only 1gb and because of which whenever certain apps is downloaded, it gets stored in the 1 gb slot which is not movable. There is no such option to move from phone storage to external sd card or internal storage. So, what is the use and significance of 8gb and 32gb space.                                     Dear Sir, I purchased Micromax A114 mobile on 21 June 2014 from Baba telecom, Shahdara Delhi. IMEI number [protected]. The set developed charging problem recently. Since it's still in 1 year warranty period, I took it to the service center. The Micromax service center at Baba telecom are very rude. They said that the problem is in charging jack but that they will change the motherboard for that and that it'll cost INR 2500!! They also charged me INR 50 for just checking the phone. In the past also the micromax people didn't repair my earlier phone, gave me a phone that didn't work and then blamed me for breaking it. This has become trend of cheating the customer. My warranty expires on 20th. Please help me urgently to get my mobile repaired. thank you Hitesh Rastogi
