Sir, I purchased Micromax Nitro - A310 on 03.06.2015 from OXYGEN, Kottayam. Nearly after one of week o[censored]sage I came to notice that its speaker phone mode is not working ie; the person on the receiver end could not hear my voice when i put the mobile on speaker phone mode. I contacted OXYGEN Kottayam on 09.06.2015 and they inform me that you got a service warranty and not a replacement warranty. They suggested me to visit Micromax authorised servicing centre in Alleppey - Getronis. The technician in Getronis said that the problem is with the board of the mobile(manufacturing defect). You have to wait for 25 days to get it serviced and in no way replacement is allowed. Sir, I dont think that a company like Micromax will treat their customers like this. I think if it is clear that the mobile has some manufacturing defect then on what ground the Company is forcing me to get the phone serviced instead of giving me replacement. I think I am eligible to get replacement. One month before I bought Micromax Juice 2 for my wife which is working significantly. On that ground I purchased Micromax Nitro. I like Micromax very much and used to recommend the brand to all my relative and friends. But this incident disappointed me alot. In the above backdrop I request you to consider my letter favorably and give instruction to the concerned people to replace my phone with a new one.     Respected sir I have purchased my Micromax a350 mobile on dated 9 Oct. 15 and it stop charging On 2feb 15 and I deposit it in service center JIND haryana on 3-2-15 and till than 135 days have passed no one given my handset back I have called service center and complaint no 1860... Many time since last four months but no one listen me now after four months they are giving me a used repair handset of Micromax a350 handset with configration of 2ghz processor 2Gb ram and 12 GB internal memory and I asked them my handset configration is 1.7Ghz 2GbRam and 32 GB internal memory service center said "Hamare pass or set nahi hai Lena ho to le lo or nahi milega". Sir I had invested my hard earnings of 18000 rs on my Mmx a350 set and how can I accept such lower configration handset .please resolve my problem I have spent 600rs just calling to 1860...no and service center JIND but no one in Micromax mobile cares for customer and this is the worst about future of Micromax mobile by rules my problems must be solved in 30 days but after periodical calls and visits my problem not solved in 4 months 15 days think about your service centers customer service what harassment they are giving to customer .pls take interest in my problem and resolve it..       I brought my Micromax LED tv 49 inches through Amazon. After several days of try I got response from the so called customer care number ([protected]) of Micromax. An engineer came to install and wall mount my tv. On the first day itself we noticed 2 white spots on the screen, the engineer who came told to wait for 2 weeks and see if the spot disappears. If not he gave me a number of Micromax office in tambaram, chennai. I called the after 2 weeks as the white spots were still there. They told that they will send their engineer in 2 days. I called them again after 2 days, they told they will send in another 2 days. 2 weeks are gone and no one has visited yet. Then I started calling the Micromax customer care again, I couldn't get any response. It is only telling that please hold the line our customer care executive will talk to you. Even after waiting for a long time no on is attending the call. It is not a toll free number too, I have to pay my bills for simply waiting for them to pick the calls. This is like cheating and playing with the customers. I want the Micromax to get the problems in my TV corrected as soon as possible and also answer for the stress and tensions we have undergone. Middle class people are buying products to enjoy not to be afraid and get stressed out because of the product. I hope I could get the response soon and get my problems solved. It is 49 inch tv I cant carry it to places to get it repaired. I want the micromax company people do the necessary changes and install the tv again in my house.

          Absolutely disgusting service Absolutely disgusting service / people and cheap product..bought led tv and only after 7 months it stopped working..after more than 22 days there is no response from the company's side..they have outsourced most of their service centre to unreliable and cheap people who are least interested in any customers grievances..customer care no is never reachable..worst ever experience.                 sir, my job sheet number - mmx [protected] I got this mobile in july 22 2014 and within 3 omnths issues started coming. within six month it battery got buldged and when I went for repair(underwarranty) they solve that issue but another problum started my phons signal was lost, they told it will take 2-4 weeks Now it is more than 3 months . Every time I call they say 2 weeks more it will take. I have put several complaints but with no results till now .

                    I Bought Micromax Canvas Elanza A121 Phone from Snap deal supplied by Electronics Arena-Jaipur as on 04.12.2014.after some time it started problem due to software issue. I went Aditi Infocom, South Patel Nagar Service Centre and they re installed Andoid same version on 21.05.2015.then after one day i realized that Proximity Sensor is not working after re installation of Android. it goes black after dialing a Phone no. and hangs . I visit the same service centre and they suggest installation of android once again and said for sending the Handset to Co. vide JOB SHEET NO.N[protected] dt.23.05.2015 and said withing 10-15 days maximum it will be repaired . but today i.e.15.06.2015 Customer Care says that it will take more time. I Want to know that Company can't solve a Sensor problem.how much time they want to repair a phone within warranty of 12 months. how may months they want to take. According to their service we have to buy one more phone for getting repair of one we have to wait for 1 month or more.I totally frustrate . Very Very Poor Service.                       Bought new Micromax Canvas Juice model on 25-04-15 within 10 days i am facing Signal problem in my cell so submitted my device for service in M/s Cell Tech which is in Egmore, TN-600008 on 13-05-15 but still now i didn't received my handset. Very poor Service is done by Micromax Company i want the problem to be rectified or Replace me new mobile..

                          sir i bought A-96 mobile on october 2014 and still i serviced for 6 times. every time the service centre keeping the mobile atleast for 15 days and delivering with updating the software. the software runs only for a month only. i m totally disturbed on using this mobile. almost one month is passed on my last deposit, still i was not informed what was going there. even i tried to call service centre. they are ignoring my call. i dono what to do now. i m located too far from the service centre and it is impossible to go often the service centre. so please refund my money or replace my mobile. i shall be ever gratitude for ur kind act.

                            I would like to inform you that due to some technical problem i.e the mobile was switch on/off, heating problem, hang, etc. In this regards it is informed that I handed over my mobile to service centre on[protected] i.e M/s THE MOBILE CARE (DELHI), B-36, Gurunanakpura, Opp. V3S Mall, Near Maharaj Benquets Hall, Hallaxmi Nagar, Delhi and they given me assurance to return it back aster solving all faults within 15 days. But till the time they won't return my mobile. I had also complaint to your customer care and they given me complaint no MMX[protected] on[protected] but still result is nothing. I am requesting you to please do needful in the matter or I will go to Consumer Court for this as it's taking too long period.

                                  I got my laptab today 14 June 2015 from amazon. The speakers are not working. I had heard that the speaker volume was low but this is extreme. I can only hear mumbles from them when I keep my ear next to it. At a hand's distance, one can hear nothing even at full sound!!! Should I return the product? Or is there a way you can fix this?

                                    Dear Sir, I have purchased a micromax cell phone A75 with M_IMEI [protected] and S_ IMEI [protected] in 2012 september 21. Which give me a lot of problem after 2 – 3 months of its buying while at that time it is Under Warranty. And after giving it many times for repairing in micromax care named (M/S Mobile House (Haldwani) Church Compound, Near Oriental Bank, Nainital Road, Haldwani - 263139 Mobile No. :[protected] Phone No. :[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com whose owner is Mr. Vijay Bhatt in one year warranty period.They take it from me at the end of warranty period (october 2013) and said that its charging point lost and pay 350 rs for it (as now its one year warranty period ends) after paying 350 rupee for charging point they took it from me, they also tell me that because they can't replace the chaging point in Haldwani so they send it to Dehradun, a bigger service center of Micromax than Haldwani.But after three or four months they said to me that my phone cant be repaired and they will swap it with a new same model phone. But after ten months of time period they return me an old, used and other model (not mine model). And when I objected for receiving it they tell me that it is batter than mine and if there occurs any problem on it they will replace all parts of it in next one- two weaks by newer one (As it is said by THE MICROMAX COMPNEY but when i said him for show me the documents they did"nt show me). But after that I asked many times for it they didnt take any interest in it. Now after 8 months they are telling me that your this set also will go to company again and you will get your model's hand set. For this they take this set also three months ago (on the months of february). And now they will not giving me a satisfactory reply also they, Mr Vijay Bhatt ([protected]) and their senior Mr Safeeque ([protected]) and Mr Vinay Pandey ( [protected]) didn't take my calls and also telling me that they have a new model Micromax Bolt A47 and it is my choice to take it or not and they don't give my original one. My newest job sheet no is N[protected] which they gave me on 27/02/2015 and their contact no is[protected]. Now this is more than three months time, this time also they didn't solve my problem. So far no information could be had from their end. And Mr Vijay Bhatt told me that what I can do against him, do in what ever way. He doesn't matter.                                       I have given my Micromax A290 mobile hardly used for 2 weeks( as fresh piece) for serive in Palarivattom, cochin, Kerala, India .for service for issue rebooting in complaint number S[protected] (IMEI /ESN No. : [protected] / [protected]) on 30th MAY 2015 .There phone numbers given seems fake / un answered .I visited then more than 10 times frequently says silly excuses . Now it became 75 days and Still I didn’t get any solution from company side . I need my problem resolved soon (repair or replaced) or I have go with some alternative solution legally to court of justice.

NOW THE PROBLEM IS THEY CANT REGISTER MY ORIGINAL HAND SET PROBLEM PROPERLY EVEN I TOLD THEM THROUGHLY AND NOTICED THE BILL COPY THAT THEY CANT BE REGISTER PROPERLY.BUT THE ASSURE ME ITS OK THEY WILL BE MANAGE ON IT REMARKS AND SECOND THING THEY DO NOT ATTACHED ME ANT DOCKET NUMBER AND DATE.THEY JUST TOLD ME THAT MY HAND SET WILL BE OK AFTER 07 TO 10 DAYS, THOUGH I TOLD THEY THAT MY HAND SET IS VERRY URGENCY TO MY WORK AND EVEN ON MY WARRENTY PERIOD IS NOT COMPLETED.SO THE SERVICE FACILITIES EXPERIENCE VERRY POOR FOR ME, AND EVEN THEY DID NOT PROPER REGISTER MY PROBLEMS. THE PROBLEMS ARE BELOW- 1. MANUAL BACK, HOME, BESIDE ONE BOTTON DONT WORK PROPERLY.WHEN I REBOOT PHONE THEN IT WILL WORK FOR SOME TIME THEN AGAIN PROBLEM AS ON PROCESS GOES. 2.INTERNAL STORAGE SPACE NOT BE FULL FILLED BUT ANY DOWNLOAD FROM PLAY STORE OR ANY SITE, EVEN ON ANY APPLICATION UPDATE DID NOT WORK DUE TO LOW STORAGE SPACE MESSAGE.BUT WHEN ANY APPLICATION RECEIVED BY WIFI OR XENDER OR BLUE TOOTH THEN IT WILL BE INSTALLED AND NO SHORTAGE OF SPACE MESSAGE BE SHOWN.EVEN I TRY BOTH REPLACE STORAGE AREA SD CARD TO PHONE MEMORY AND PHONE MEMORY TO SD CARD BUT THE PROBLEM SAME AS ON. 3.MY BATTERY NUMBER-BTY 1207393 NAD IT IS 1900MAH.
