I had purchased a micromax phone - canvas knight A350. the camera of my handset was producing blurred images, so i gave my phone to authorised micromax service centre for repair. my phone is under warranty. it has been 2 months now, and my phone has not been repaired. please return my repaired hanset as soon as possible or provide me with a seal packed new handset. MY JOBSHEET NUMBER IS N[protected]

      Sir I have purchased a micromax phone after few month there was a problem in touch screen .we went to service center that is located in m/s Support media B.T.ROAD KOLKATA and they given a recipet (no E[protected]) Dated on 12th June'15 and now when i am callling to know abt the status still now they are not picking up the phone, if somebody picked up the call and said it will take time ..please help up to solve the problem...

        Me service centre me gaya kyoki mere moblie canvas nitro A311 me kafi problm aa raha he jisko liye hue sirf 5 Mahine hua he. Kabi kabi notification show hota he process system not responding aur mobile ki screen black ho jati he phir kuch kam nai hota mobile ko formate marne pe thik chalta he phir kuch din bad dubara yahi problem. Kabi mobile chalte chalte screen black ho jati he fir me usko service centre leke gay seevice centre wala bolta he ki mobile ka software problem he ap 4 din bad aana hum Software dal dunga me bola thk he ap mere phon ka battery chnage kar diyijiye, to bolta he ki ap battery deke jayiye minimum 7 din lagenge battery stock me nai he. Me bola ki ap mera complant note kar lijiye jab battery aayega tab mujhe phon kar dena me aa ke le jaunga to bolta he ki aisa nai hoga. Apko battery jama karni hi padegi. Bolte he yahi hamari policy he. kya he ye.fir mene kolkta ke baki servicentre pe phone kiya sabi yahi bolte he. Ki apko battery jama karni hi padegi. Ye 1 dam faltu mobile service provider he.               i had submiteded my phone on 1st June 2015 at Vashi service centre at thane for my CAnvas A120 display gone with in warrenty period, but till date they are not yet delivering my phone . every time i call to them they give me same reply that parts has been not came from delhi. initially they told me that they will deliver my phone on 1 week but its already 15 days gone but no action has been taken yet.my work oder no is WO[protected]

                Hi Micromax Team, I am Jyoti Prakash Pattanayak, one of your customer from kolkata. JOB SHEET: E[protected] Date: 30/05/2015 I have brought a device(phone) GC222 nearly a 10 month back. I had faced many problem in this device like 1. network two times. (still facing in irregular intervals) 2. Message incoming and outgoing problem two times. (still facing in irregular intervals) 3. Missing network problem. (still facing in irregular intervals) 4. Speaker problem two times. 5. microphone. The phone had been repaired for 5 time means # I spend nearly 500rs to 600rs in the transport for this 2300rs phone. # Phone was not with me for nearly 3 month as it is with the service centre. # Due its a CDMA phone I have to maintain another phone for that as it was not working for many times. Its a kind request that please replace the phone with a basic one which will work for me. And if you can't then extend my warranty period as its a faulty one.                   my job sheet no (n[protected]) dated[protected] & expiry date[protected], my issue is last one year 3/4 times my mobile go to patiala service centre.they repair it & gave me after 15days/one month .now again my phone is dead & i am not sure what time/days they will take so pl help me

                    Since the time I have purchased my handset (micromax MT500 ) in Oct/2014, I have been facing problem in its usage. I have received the faulty handset for which I have complained to its service center within 1st week. It took them 1 month to repair. Further again i started facing problem with its usage due to fault and it was now clear that the cell phone has some manufacturing defect. The latest complaint is about the customer relationship as I have again submitted my cell phone due to default on 13/05/2015 and till date I have not received my cell phone. Its been more than 1 month of which I was assured that I will get my cell repaired within 15days. I am not getting proper response from the micromax services since the time I bought it. M/S Swastik Telecom, My docket no.- W[protected] Service center - MALAD west, Mumbai -400064 Dated-13/05/2015 Telephone-[protected] TIN-[protected] Please find solution to it so that I don't feel aggrieved by the micromax company for which I might go to the court.                       Hello Sir, I had bought Micromax Elanza A121. The battery of the mobile got bulged in six months. I had contact the sevice centre for battery replacement. the service person told that the battery is out of warranty and I have to purchase a new battery which costs Rs.1050. On 27/05/2015 the service centre asked to deposit Rs.500 as advance. I did the same as asked by the service centre. Now after 20 days when I called them about my battery, they told that the company is not giving the battery and they asked me to come and take my money back after paying the service charge. First of all I want to know what service charge they are asking for..? They didnt did anything with my phone or battery then what are they charging for..?? Next thing I want to know who is going to pay for all of my harassement caused by the service centre or the company. Finally i want to know that would I get a new battery from the company or not for which I am ready to pay.                         Sir i had purchased the mobile model No.GC-232 and IMENo-[protected] ESN No-[protected] from RAJA SELECTION shop no. 60-B station area kota junction.on 20/02/2015 the mobile was giving trouble and no display is coming . it was sent to service centre kota vide customer id[protected] dated 25/05/2015. they have assured that that it will replaced/repaired within 20 days time. but sorry to say that 22 days has been passed and now they are saying that it will take another 20 days. this shows that performance of the the company in the case of warranty repair is very poor. pl look in the matter and get the problems solved urgently or replace the mobile with new one keeping all my contacts intact. early action in this regard is apprecited.                             Dear Sir, I do not get ringtone to receive calls and though I receive calls I cannot hear the other persons voice over my phone.There seems to be a problem with the software of my phone.The "Micromax care" service center failed to repair my phone in spite of repeated complaints. And they keep returning my phone in the same condition. I have repeatedly gone to the service center with the same problem.                               Self bought Micromax W121 phone (IMEI No. [protected] & [protected] ) and found that it is not booting/starting. Given to Micromax service centre at Ghatkoper (Mumbai) Jai Ganesh Mobile Point. Called service centre for collection of phone as they assured it will be ready in 15 days but no response no body picks phone. While submitting handset self provided with only one contact number and refused to provide other number. There was no other option then to visit service centre but at service centre there found no response from staff. Spoke to proprietor and requested to provide date when set will be ready found very rude and inappropriate behaviour for the mistake self had done by buying Micromax product.

                                  Its hardly been four months since I bought a Micromax elanza 2 A121 mobile phone and the touch started misbehaving. I gave it in the nearest service centre and its almost been a month now and the staff at the service centre tell the phone is not yet come and the status shown regarding the phone is "pending". Its very very disappointing to tell that the service of Micromax is very very poor and bad. Its almost a month now and I still did not get my phone. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    I have purchased mobile handset A108 on 12.08.2014. It touch screen stop functioning and given for repair on 01.10.2014 at micromax service center. After repair received the handset on 13.01.2015. same defect repeated again on 14.05.2014 and it has given again at micromax service center. the handset has not yet received. The case is at consumer forum since very beginning and i requested to replace or reimburse the amount. But still i have not got any response from micromax mobiles.I need your help to resolve the issue as soon as possible please.

                                        I purchased Micromax A310 nitro phone. From the beginning i observed battery discharged quickly. So, i raised my complaint to customer care and gave my phone to Tambaram service centre. Finally service centre said battery is the problem so we replaced battery. After 2 weeks again i faced the same issue. My phone suddenly drop to 0% even 70%.
