Hello Sir,
I had bought Micromax Elanza A121. The battery of the mobile got bulged in six months. I had contact the sevice centre for battery replacement. the service person told that the battery is out of warranty and I have to purchase a new battery which costs Rs.1050. On 27/05/2015 the service centre asked to deposit Rs.500 as advance. I did the same as asked by the service centre. Now after 20 days when I called them about my battery, they told that the company is not giving the battery and they asked me to come and take my money back after paying the service charge.
First of all I want to know what service charge they are asking for..? They didnt did anything with my phone or battery then what are they charging for..?? Next thing I want to know who is going to pay for all of my harassement caused by the service centre or the company. Finally i want to know that would I get a new battery from the company or not for which I am ready to pay.
