Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a micromax canvas gold (IMEI no. [protected]) last year and it is currently on warranty. I have been facing problem with respect to the touch and had given it to the service centre at CST, near New Excelsior theatre, a month back. The personnel at the centre informed me that the mobile will be serviced and I would be getting a message/call in 15 days. However, there was no response and I collected the mobile after 20 days. The mobile worked only for 15 mins and we had to resubmit the same to the centre. A commitment of 4 days was given for rectification, which didn't happen. I got the mobile after 5 days and it is still in the same condition. I would like to know when the product is priced so high and the mobile is under warranty, then why there is no service. The service centre people are lethargic in approach and not at all customer friendly. After spending a month I am left with a mobile that doesn't work. If at all someone takes the clients complaint seriously, would request a revert and resolution of my problem on immediate basis. Kindly treat the matter as urgent and resolve the issue on top priority. Sakina [protected]

    I miss Rima Das one of your customer, I have purchased the micromax canvas tab P480 IMEI/ESN NO-[protected]/[protected] ITEM NAME –WITHOUT ACC.P480 (BLUE) MODEL CODE-[protected]on 25 may 2015. After the 3 days of purchasing I notice that this phone have a sound echo problem so i soon went to the nearby micromax service center and they kept my phone in 2days then they told me that this phone was repair properly but still have a problem. Then 20 day after added a new network problem (do not catch tower) in this phone so I again went to service Centre & then they said that they can’t repair this phone in this service Centre so they send to my phone in Delhi to repairing issue and then also said that repairing time approximate up to 60days.this is my job letter no- E[protected] One question is that why I should wait? This phone was not proper functioning still first date of purchasing. This is my only phone that I have. Now I have no mobile. So I requesting you please repair properly this phone in 7day otherwise send me a new mobile from your company and fulfill my problem. I already spend money approx. 7500/- in this phone purchasing but phone was a totally dispute still first date. So I humbly request you please change my phone as soon as possible. I attach my purchase bill & job letter and my contact no also. I should not waiting 60days so please do some things and reply a suitable result for me. 7500/- is not a small amount in front of me & I don’t use dispute phone ok? Thanks to your cooperation…..       i deposit my mobile on 23 april at micromax service center for a minor problem within warranty period but 16 may they cleverly took away the jobsheet and issue another jobsheet (E[protected] on 16/05/2015 and tell me that they will send the handset to kolkata to fix the problem. it almost 2.5 months..i have posted my issue to their wall, even sent a mail to different mail ids ...but they always replied to me through copy pasted messages... they have the worst service centers and staff...they always told me that they will give my handset next week, but next week never happens...totally mental harassment... email id - biswas.[protected]@gmail.com

        I submitted my phone A-10 micromax to micromax authorized service centre name is M/s SHRI KRISHNA COMM(DELHI) A-10, KABIR NAGAR, OPP GOYAL GADDE WALA, NEAR SHIV MANDIR, SHAHDARA, DELHI for display contrast problem, my job sheet no. N[protected] & N[protected] DATED 26/09/2014 and purchasing date 21/05/2014 they ignored my complaint many times still compalint is pending and the phone still in company and no response.

          I am having a problem with my micromax canvas knight cameo handset.Firstly the phone doesn't charges.I have given my phone in micromax care centre.But after a few days it again started having some problem.Now the phone looses its battery very fast.Before a few days, at night it was 60% but in mornimg it was 0%.I have shown my phone in micromax care centre even tjen its not ok.Please help me.

            I have purchased the micromax canvas fire4 3 months ago. 2 months ago the phone fell down and the battery was lost. so i soon went to the near by micromax service centre. they told that the battery should be replaced and these will not be included in warrenty and they kept the order of battery(i.e. micromax a 107) and its been 2 months every when i call them they are saying that there is no stock. we will get within 1 week and i've done enumerable calls to them they are saying the same lines. so i called up the customer care and they have registered the complaint with no "MMX[protected]" they have said that we have taken it as high priority and it will resolved with in 20 days. now its been 25 days since i've registered the complaint i didnt get any response from them. I didnt see this kind of worst and rediculous service in my life. so i lost the hope and writing this to take to you. i hope you will respond regarding this as soon as possible

              Hi Micromax Team, My Name is Siddharth Shah from Mumbai, using MICROMAX CANVAS A350 KNIGHT(Black & Gold). EMEI : [protected]. I am your customer since 04th November 2014. I am NOT AT ALL HAPPY with the after sales services of MICROMAX, the services and the RESOLUTIONS ARE PATHETIC and takes TOO LONG PERIOD. Following are the details of my phone since I bought it : 1) Brought on 04th Nov 2014 from Snapdeal. The phone was in good condition, but within 6 months it started running too slow, phone got over heated. 2) On 15th May 2015, Phone was submitted to M/S AASTHA ENTERPRISES, which is MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER at shanti shopping centre, MIRA ROAD (east). MUMBAI. Phone was submitted due to OVER HEATING, phone use to HANG and RESTART, run TOO SLOW. I was promised that my phone will be repaired and returned within 1 month. JOB SHEET NUMBER IS : W[protected] 3) on 10th June 2015, my phone was returned to me, but with the SAME CONDITION. There wasn't any change or improvement in my phone. The same problems occurred and continued from the very next day. 4) Hence, on 11th i visited, and on 17th June 2015, I again submitted my phone notified the same problems. NOW AGAIN I AM BEING INFORMED, THAT I WILL GET MY PHONE REPAIRED IN 30 DAYS MORE. JOB SHEET NUMBER IS : W[protected] Hence, as mentioned above, i am very disappointed and irated by the pathetic experience and after services. Its been almost 2 months i am without a phone and its inconvenient and irritating, MICROMAX should focus not only on sales but also on after sales services.

                    Within six months of purchase of Micromax canvas nitro A311 the earphone is not working and I produced the earphone at velachery customer care chennai. They assured me that they will replace a new earphone within a week but even after several calls to them they have not yet provided me the earphone and not even responded on that

                      I hhave purchased a micromax canvas knight A350 in the month of January. But a week before I got a problem with the battery same was conveyed to micromax service center on 20/06/2015 for which I got the proper receipt. Which is lying with me. They promised me that yothat you will get the new battery within a week. But its now been the 8th day and I didn't get the battery yet. This caused me a huge inconvience and losses because I have no other cell phone. So kindly take an action against the micromax care service center situated at karan nagar srinagar

                        I bought micromax canvas a177 8 months back. 1)After purchasing of 5 months it started giving trouble. 3G connectivity issue. 2)Then to repair it it takes 45 days & twice I had to submit it to service center. 3) Service center behavior is worst than the govt employee. 4)Once the 3G issue resolved another problem started. Screen got damaged at the time of repair & touch pad was not working. Hanging issue & heating problem started. 5)On 06/06/2015 again submit the mobile for repair, as of now not received & the center response is very very poor. Toll free no are useless. I think Micromax should train its staff who are in front line to serve the customer. They dont know basic rule of customer service, their behavior remind us their qualifications level. After buying, I have used it for 5 months only out of 8 months. Sent so many mails but did not work.                             Dear sir/Madam i am Mr. harde pravin R have perches micromax canavs knight A350 on 15 oct 2014 from amazon with invoice number KA-BLR[protected] and it has warranty of one year. it was facing charging problem so i have submitted it in micromax service center at 14/05/2015(job card number-W[protected]). According to them it will take maximum 15 days to repair but it has almost 1 month and 15 days gone and still they are saying it took 15 days and they are always say that when i called them.i have also called there customer care but they also only saying it will took 15 days and after 15 days there reply is same. Then i mailed to company then also no positive reply from them and further they are stop responding to my mail.micromax has very very bad service.please do something and help me to get my mobile back. Hoping favorable response. hoping your response.

                              This has now been second event of extremely poor service by your authorised service centres in Mumbai (V Care Mobitron, Ghatkopar (E)). The estimation time given for repairs is never the actual time required. Earlier the same happened with my Dad's phone which was submitted for 10-12 days but however the same was returned only after 28 days. Now I am just seeing a repeat telecast of the same incident only with an exception that this time its been my phone which has been made to face the wrath. I submitted my phone on 11th June and I got the same reply that it will be fixed and returned in 10-12 days. Now its been 16 days and I am still awaiting my phone back from service. What is more harassing is the fact that both numbers quoted on service job sheet[protected]/88) are never received on calling, which compels me to visit the service centre only to know that the phone is not yet received from the Head Office. Please help resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                i purchased micromax a350 online on flipkart 8 months back. previously a problem raised with charging and backup.i have given in authorised service centre in anu mobiles, warangal, telangana.the mobile was sent to company for 25 days.when i received it back, it worked, but now the touch screen is not working and all the applications are opening and closing by itself and network is not getting detected.even if it detects the network, am not able to receive calls. please help me in getting new mobile from company

                                    I have given my 5 month old mobile to repair in service center there is touch problm They said take ur phone aftr 12 days i asked so long time they replied to come touch from head office it takes time but after 13 days also my phon is not repaired and also i am trying to call customer care from last 13 days but can not connect why it is so bad service of micromax.

                                        i can purchase unite 2 in aug 2014. then works very gud up to april 2015... after that i will go to customer care centre. they update their s/w after 2-days same problem is facing after i will go aagain customer care centre .. bt they say phone screw is missing so u can open this set to open market ... but i cant open this set on open market...so pls resolve my problem ... otherwise i will go consumer court
