The handset was bought on 9.6.15 from Reliance Digitals Store, Thakurpukur, Kolkata-700063. On 25.6.15 the phone started malfunctioning, when taken to the service centre, it was reported dead and they said I wont get the phone back before 30-35 days. Only 6 days have passed after the Dead on Arrival warranty, and still they were refusing to issue a DOA certificate so that I could get that set replaced. A phone being dead within just 15 days of purchase is so new to me!

    I have purchase the phone last year in August month A106 I m upgrade the lolipop version but the. After downloading was not complete in plya store and nothing any problems in my phone I m find out the service center in ganesh nagar they told me charging jak was broken so this is chargeable work 350rs. OK I say OK but I want my last KitKat version in my phone they says OK they check my phone bill and says you will come after 2 days and take your phone back, before I'm. Gone I call in center but no one pick the phone then after I m. Visit in service center they told me pls. Wait more 4days .I told them 1 St you say customers how many days you taken don't do wrong commitment to customer then after some one person come out to work shop and say faith on me I will do your phone repair in one hour after that they taken payment but done version change and they destroyed my phone display

      I had purchased A 104 on 27/2/15 &Submitted on 5/6/15 at M/S Media Enterprises P P Chambers Dombivli East For Battery Back Up Problem. They inform me that they will convey me on phone but till today I can not receive any Call/ New Battery/ My handset.         Dear sir, I had approached your authorised service centre at Rajarampuri, Kolhapur for procuring new battery for my A74 mobile. After paying advance amount & filling the official form i was promised the delivery within 8 days. Jobsheet no. WO[protected]. After the period i tried calling 1. Service centre 2. Customer care 3, Service head (mob. no.[protected]) & got the standard answer that we will deliver it as soon as it is received from Company. I am really fade up with the nonsense answers & feel that nobody knows anything about prompt service & they don't care also. Help, if you are in a position to !

              Hii, I'm here to inform that your customer services are highly inferior. I'm very aggrieved due to this.even No one pick the customer care number and responsed I have given my A120 cell on 10th June for touch replacement and still not aware about my phone status. No one responding me. Your service center "Vi communication, in Radhey puri, Delhi-53" also not addressing my grievance. Please resolve my problem asap otherwise I'm going to knock consumer forum.                 My micromax phone CDMA-CG410 (W) was getting shutdown at the time of charting. Apart from this it also giving some noise issues. In the month of Feb (i.e. 4th Feb 15), i submitted my phone to service center (in Noida). Job Sheet ID - N[protected]. After one month, they ask me to take another phone, but i denied as it as not CDMA network enabled. After one month, they said, they (Micromax) will refund the phone cost. Also, they ask me to give documents (like my photo id, receipt copy etc), which i forward them in 2-3 days. Till date neithr i got my phone nor got phone cost. They always keep repeating word like, it will take few days or call after sometime.

                  I had purchased a mobile phone IMEI/ESN No. [protected] / [protected], Model Code : SPAMOB 6688, which is in warranty. I had lodged complaint vide Jobsheet dated 17.06.2015 with M/S MAA VAISHNO COMMUNICATION - your service centre at PALWAL. He promised to change the Battery within a week but today he refused on the plea that there is no spare battery. He did not give assurance to change the same in early time. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to change the battery at the earliest.

                        Dear Sir, I have buy the Mobile set Micromax A093 in the month of Nov 2015, That battery got faulty and it is got bulged, I have register complaint in the authorised service centre on complaint Ref no-S[protected] complaint date-08th June 2015 Ordered for Battery for micromax A093 mobile Mobile No-[protected] Customer Name-N.Somashekar It is already 16days completed they have lodged the complaint on line & still they are telling it is not yet received, why? for spare battery it is taking so much of time. Very poor response, Kindly help to get the battery as soon as possible.

                            Hi I Prakash Satpute, registered complaint on 19th May 2015, my complaint number is "W[protected]". Problem is mobile not charge properly. As Per Reported for your end are follow : - 4904 Display Black Lines - 5301 Charging/Battery No Charging Also I am taking follow of this complaint from last 31 days, but no one reply or proper response from your end. On 19th May Swastik Telecom committed to me problem will resolve in 15 days, but I did not get any call from them, so I had call up on 3rd June 2015, that time they inform me to call customer care ( [protected] ), so I had call up on customer care immediately, they also gave me 20 days more time to resolve the complaint Today completed 20 days to complaint, but no response from Swastik Telecom and also Customer care, there fore In between I had call up to customer care 3 times on 10th June, 17th June and 23rd June, but every time they were giving me 20 days times. I really not happy with this pathetic service. I requesting to you help me in this case, and give solution ASAP.

                                Dear Micromax Team Its like very painful things that I got a duplicate product from Micromax service center. History:As my Micromax A120 touched screen has broken so I gave service center at Kangra .He delivered me the serviced product again.But after 2 days mobile Touch has starting broken during Charging. So I gone to another person to show and to change but he told touch screen that I changed through Micromax Center at Kangra is duplicate because It couldn't be product of Micromax.And not one so many person said this thing because they are selling Micromax product. I think I cheated .Its not matter of money.Its matter of trust on you.Please do something on this.Otherwise I dont need your phone, I ll send it to you and I dont need my money back.                                   Hello Service Provider, I am not happy to file a complaint against you. I have received Micromax Canvas Spark White Color phone on 8th May 2015 with the order number [protected]. The phone color was white color but now it converted to muddy color because the golden color of the phone has effected the white color. Now, this phone looks very ugly and i cannot even carry this phone in my hand because of this ugly look. I want to replace the phone with black color; atleast i can carry this; otherwise; I will file a complaint in consumer court.                                     I had purchased the micromax A200 for my sister. It was white color and worked for a few months. Then once it stopped working we got it exchanged at Dadar (E) service centre. Rude staff and completely non-cooperative. No one asnwers phone calls either. It is apparently shut now for a few months. The new phone given under warranty is black color and now after 3 months, stopped working again. I demand a new phone or an exchange of a higher phone upgrade now. My sister was stuck in the rains and there was no way to make contact. Suddenly if the phone stops like this then there is no point endorsing the brand. I mysel[censored]se this brand, but now i am having second thoughts, of going to the newspapers and writing about the service and under warranty phones that you give. I am a law graduate and I won't think twice in pursuing the matter to court. If there any respect for the customer and the unnecessary mental agony and rounds taken to the service centre, only to be greeted by rude staff, that does not give us a copy of the bill because they don't want to make customer's a copy as it costs them, but they expect the customer to go down get a photocopy and give the original to them. I mean this does not say much about the brand that wants to grow in India. This is very low grade and being completely disrespectful to the customer. Hope you get me a better handset or a new replaced one under warranty. Or else I will have make complaints and articles.

                                        Give service center in ernakulam (Exclusive care) on[protected] and they told mother board was complaint, and the phone was in warranty period it collected and give me a copy of job sheet no. S[protected] dt. 21 / 04 / 2015.
                                        Then i contacted over phone or in person then the service center satff always told that the phone is in delhi for servicing.
                                        I bought this phone on 29 / 10 / 2014 from ernakulam for rs. 4600 / -
                                        Only 6 months i use this phone.
                                        If your company is not answering me i will complain consumer forum.
