I purchased Canvas A250 mobile in last year 18 Aug 2015. I was facing some miner issue regarding the side button So I have submitted my phone to "Absolute Care, Micromax service Center, Koaramangala 8th block, Bangalore" .. They took my phone and asked me to come after two weeks.. I got my phone back last week, And Now I am seeing lot other functional issue with my handset 1. Overheating 2. battery is draining in an hour 3. getting hanged at anytime during call. I can't able to trust the micromax products and can't able to recommend same to others.. I am still paying emi's for this phone and planning to buy another one.. Thanks for such worst service and products . I request you, Please don't provide such service if you can't keep trust of customers..

    I purchased a Canvas A-300 from flipkart at very initial high prices in july2014, phone was working good upto may 2015, in June 2015 problem of hanging of phone start arises and phone sometimes even did'nt switch on, i visited the Micromax care at PERFECT SOLUTION KALKA JI, NEW DELHI., after looking the phone they said that the Battery is required to be changed and it is chargeable, i said OK and given them Rs. 2250/- for battery, however the same problem of not switching start on the very next day itself, i again visited the M/S PERFECT SOLUTIONS, this time they said that they will re- installed the software again and the phone will be OK. The phone hardly worked for barely 24 hours and again the same problem of not switching on arises. Once again i visited the PERFECT SOLUTION and they said that the phone is dead and mother board and all other parts are required to be changed and even phone can be replaced by the company and it will take 25-30 days. my question to them was then why they changed the battery and charged me Rs. 2250/- ( though the battery was working fine). I REQUEST TO MICROMAX AUTHORITY TO KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND PLS LET ME KNOW WHETHER I WILL BE ABLE TO GET MY PHONE BACK IN TIME AS I HAVE TO ARRANGED FOR SOME OTHER PHONE IN BETWEEN. AND ALSO THE BATTERY MONEY THEY CHARGED WITHOUT ANY REASONS. PLS TAKE SOME ACTION AND ALLOW US TO HAVE FAITH IN MICROMAX.

      My phone IMEI M_imei1:[protected], which was purchased in Jan, 2015 has been repaired twice by the Micromax Service Centre, MG road twice but the same problem crops up again and again. The issue is that there is a network issue the data network 3G doesnt work, the display and side on power off button do not respond and hang. Also the sms has an issue, the outgoing sms are delivered hours later . Same is the case with incoming sms they are received later. When I checked the issue with Airtel (my service provider) they escalated the issue to the highest level and it was found that this was a phone set issue. The dispaly hangs several times and phone power button hangs always.

        I have the touch problem in my Micromax A120 Canvas black mobile cell. I have given the set to M/S Sqaure Enterprises, Hotel Saya near railway station, Padav, gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, Pin 474001 on 18/06/2015 and firstly didn't received cell since 8 days and whenever I call them for reviews about my product they use to say they are busy and cannot check the status of my cell. Is this the way a customer care should behave? They are not providing transparent service at all. I have problem third time in 7 months and facing them for the third time even though their malicious behavior in unacceptable.

          I purchased a Micromax A250 Turbo on 07/06/2014 from Amazon (IMEI No. [protected]). I purchased this product after comparing it with Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 & I found it better. But during the last year I am facing a lot of problem with the handset. The contacts does not show & I have to repeatedly switch on & switch off the handset. During the warranty period, I visited your servicing centre 2 times in Guwahati & once in Jorhat, Assam. But they simply update the software & the phone runs okay for about a month or 2 & again the problem starts. I visited your Jorhat centre last month & they updated my phone and again the problem is starting now. They are not giving me a permanent remedy. Infact, I told your Jorhat servicing centre executive about my warranty period and to check my phone properly, but they simply updated it and said that it'll be okay. My warranty is over now & I dont know what to do. Please give me a permanent remedy to my problem or else I'll never go for Micromax phones in future. I am presently residing in Jorhat, Assam.

              I purchased a Micromax A120 Canvas Colours – Black colour mobile phone from Sangeetha Mobiles, Koramangala, Bangalore for Rs.10, 000/- on 14th June 2014. The phone came with 1 year warranty. A copy of the original invoice is attached for your reference. In the first week of April 2015, while the phone was within warranty period, we faced a problem where the phone would get discharged even when left idle. When I checked with Sangeetha Mobiles, I was asked to take it to any Micromax Service centre. On 20th April, we went to the service centre S3 Communications in Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bangalore. Our token number was I68. The staff there said it must be because the software had to be upgraded and asked me to sign a Job sheet and wait for 15 minutes. However, they didn’t give a copy of the Job sheet to me. They then said the software upgradation was done and the phone would charge properly. On our return, we tried to charge the phone but it failed to charge. In fact, the phone went completely dead from that day itself. Our attempts with different chargers and different power points didn’t succeed in making the phone work. On 5th May, I wrote to [protected]@micromax.com about this and they insisted on the Job sheet number and a scan of the Job sheet, for further investigation, despite saying that I didn’t have the Job sheet number or copy with me. On 6th May, someone called me from Micromax and asked me for the Job sheet number. When I told them I didn’t have the number or the sheet, they asked me to visit the service centre again and register the Job sheet number which I would get. Meanwhile, I contacted S3 Communications in Jayanagar, Bangalore, over phone and got the Job sheet number for my visit on 20th April, S[protected] and provided it to the above email ID. Inspite of that, Micromax insisted that I visit the service centre again for a second time and submit the phone for investigation. So I visited S3 Communications (service centre) again on 9th May morning and got the Job sheet copy for myself. The table 'Condition of other parts/ functions' was left blank so I told them that I wouldn’t accept any changes in the table later on. The lady at the centre mentioned only 'Battery no charging', to which I had added 'Phone dead from 1 month'. They then asked for a time o[censored]pto 10 days for rectifying the problem. A copy of the Job sheet dated 09th May 2015, is attached here for your reference. On 11th May I informed Micromax that I had visited the service centre on 9th May, and also provided the scan of the Job sheet for their reference. Even after 10 days, no one called me about my phone, so on 20th May, I wrote to Micromax ID. The Service centre didn’t respond to my calls first. When they finally answered my call, they asked me to call the Head office saying my phone was with the Head office. I called Head office on [protected] but was told that it would take a month or so for the phone to be rectified. I wrote to Micromax again on the 26th May that I want the refund of the money I paid for the phone, as I was not sure of the quality of service. Also I was managing without a mobile phone, as I could not afford to buy a new mobile phone. On 28th May I got a response from Team Micromax ([protected]@micromaxinfo.com ID) that they had already forwarded my complaint, and someone from your end will get in touch with me at the earliest. On 2nd June, I wrote again to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com, asking for the status of my phone. Thereafter, I have been writing to Micromax both on Micromax FB page and on my FB page also, desperate to get my refund back, but Micromax is not responding. I request for Rs.20000/- from the Company ASAP - Rs.10, 000/- towards the cost of the phone and another Rs.10000/- towards compensation for mental anguish and costs incurred by me for visiting service centre and writing these complaints.

                Myself Sunil Kumar Singh .I bought Micromax canvas A114 set .it began to drain fast after two months. Now it is dead not getting switch on .and now 70% battery drains in one minute.in service center they sent it to company for repairing two times. But both times it didn't get repaired and now it has taken a time duration of 70 days .but not repaired. And now service center also not attending well so what should I have to do now .I think what I have seen up to now it is the worst company I have seein repairing. And serviy center also

                  Date:[protected] Dear Sir, I am a user of micromax mobile Canvas Gold A300 From the very beginning the set was not working properly. Am dissatisfied with your service and product because when I purchased to use it, I found that handset was overheating and Low battery capacity. After few days from date of purchase, I contact the shop where it was purchased, I was instructed to contact service center, immediately I contact service center SAI MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE AT SECUNDERABAD. They said we will send the phone to head office Delhi to get motherboard & battery will replace. After one month back I have received my mobile but, Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved, it has giving some more new problems mobile is fully damaged by the Micromax service centre after giving it to the service center for repairing, so again I contact the service centre again, hand over the phone but still now it has no taken proper solution, now at presently it will taken 16” (sixteen) days time still am waiting for my mobile. You people are don’t understand customer’s money & time value. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE YOU GUYS ARE PROVIDING? I am fed up of this kind of device and customer service. In 6” (six) months of purchase of the phone. Please take the action addressing the problems mentioned below. 1) Every time hang and off automatically, 2) Not good phone and so heated 3) WIFI is unstable, gets disconnect very frequently, very poor wifi reception, When you turn on your wifi, then this phone will take at least one minute to show you connected and continually connected and disconnected even wifi signals are strong, worst wifi ever seen 4) Heating problem even when you are taking picture and talking. 5) Very poor battery life, I need to recharge battery 2 to 3 times in a day after spending few hours on normal call only. 6) Please extended the warranty time also because almost 2” two months mobile with service centre only pl look in to this matters. I am hereby requesting that you please refund, or exchange as soon as. Please contact me within three day the days to confirm that you will honor my request. I have prepared a complaint for submission to the proper way. I will not file the complaint if you resolve the problem within this time period I have indicated.                     I was order through online @ Snapdeal Micromax Canavas Spark Q380. Mobile Received 09/May/2015 Submitted to service center (Display Fault): 09/06/2015 Received from service center : 18/06/2015 Submitted to service center (mother board): 24/06/2015 They are said again 1month need for rectify this fault. Sp - Cell Tech Shop No. 8, Cision Complex, First Floor, Montieth Road Egmore, Chennai - 600008 My Question is, 1. Within 1month all the important parts are damaged 2. Display and mother board is the important parts in mobile, then why did not issue new mobile. 3. This mobile holding long time in service center only. May be after 1 year this mobile going to trash bin.

                      i used micromax turbo mini a200 which is suddenly strucked... screen cant run anyway or switch off ... after half day it may switch on main problem is battery cannot remove from mobile is there any other option to switch on mobile

                        I am Ravi Sharma i purchased micromax A069 in Aug 2014 .but I got issue with touch i submitted my mobile on 9 june 2015 to M/S J.D Mobile Phone Technology Rewari haryana .Even service center staff is not helping out in such condition i tried many times to contact them but they give no response .my job card no is NO[protected].so i need solution for this kind of service .otherwise refund my money or replace my mobile .Please help in this matter .

                          i am a buyer of micromax mobile AE-90 which is within warranty period and due to some technical bugs i submitted my mobile on 25th may 2015 to shree laxmi enterprises micromax service center whose address is given below A-54 First floor Gulab bagh opp metro pillar no -750, uttam nagar, New Delhi . now it has been more then 1 month and as promised by company my mobile will be replaced and it come with such a disappointment that uptill now there is no information regarding my mobile.                           I got a call from Micromax service centre and they promised that they will return me money of my mobile or will get my phone replaced within 2 days but now 4 days have been passed they are not even responding to my call .

                          i have the same problem mam. i gave my phone on 3.4.15 but till date i can't take any satisfied answers from them.

                            Hi, I had purchased a mobile(Micromax canvas knight A350) on 12th NOV 14. Unfortunately its Touch has been damaged on april 15. I submitted the phone on 4th June in Jabil global service India Gurgaon, he keeped my phone after one month he told me that we will swap your phone with A300 gold, i agree for the same. But this is also damage. and in this time CC told me that we will take 7 days. I am realy feed up for this service.

                              I bought a Micromax A120 two colours with Kitkat android version in November 2014...after having problems with the phone memory now I a having serious problems with the keypad...I cannot type even one word correctly. If I press 'a' I get 'p' or 'w'. It also auto suggests words even though I changed the settings.

                                  I have given my Micromax A111 model handset for repaires three times but still not repaired properly. Again given to service station at Nagpur. They told me you will get new handset. Job sheet No. W[protected] Dt. 25th May 2015. - First time on 6th April 2015, then on 27th April 2015 & again on 25th May 2015. It is under warranty period. Going to launch complaint in Consumer Court next week. My cell no. is [protected] Sunil Palkar.

                                      Dear Micromax Team, This is to bring into your notice that one again i faced serious issues with your smart phone with 6 months of purchase and this is the 4th time i visited your service centre. Would you be able to provide me a concrete solution. I am fed of this and your handset too. What you sell and what i got is completely different and contradictory. Either you replace the handset with one more stable one else refund my money back. What i have experienced is not at all worthy. Find below the list of issues/problems and complete details of the handset and its work order. 1.Network signals always fluctuates and goes off completely in every 2 mins irrespective of having full network of the Service provider (Vodafone & Tata Docomo)there for both the SIM cards. 2. 3G & 2G internet is not working for both the SIM cards in both the SIM slots, sometimes its working and sometimes goes off for a long time whereas i am able to use internet on the same SIM cards on other smartphones smoothly.If i use 3G internet in one slot then next time onwards that particular SIM slot is not detected by the phone even though SIM card is inserted. 3.While calling display goes off, screen becomes blank hence unable to see anything, even not able to disconnect the call, depends on the receiver for that if not then balance goes off. 4. While charging display remains ON throughout and on setting display time also not goes off in normal condition. Have to OFF it through side switch only. 5. Battery is getting discharged very quickly within a day evenafter not using the phone for calling/receiving or any other phone application. 6.                                         dear sir, maine ek year pehle mobile bhiali se 9may 2014 ko A67mobile set kharida tha. Uske ek mahine bad wo bigad gya jisse maine usse bhilai service center me diya tha aur uske baad se kabhi mobile properly work nhi kiya. Atleast eo saal ho gya hai mobile mere pas kam service center aur company me zyada rehta hai.jb maine march me A67 set ko Raipur me Pandri me service center me diya to mujhe Lagbhag 2mahine bad A69 mobile set diye par wo bhi sahi se work ni kar rha tha maine usse unko wapas diya phir kuch din chek karne k bad unhone usko company bheja aur mujhe 1june2015 ki jobsheet di hai.avi tak mobile nahi mila hai.esliye ya to aap mujhe sahi set dilwaiye ya phir mobile k paise wapas kijiye.
