Respected Sir, I purchased Micromax Canvas Tab ( P480) from one of your outlet i.e. NAA MOBILE situated at beside Tilak Garden, Tilak Garden Complex, Nizamabad and I purchased on 6-5-2015 vide DC/Invoice No.17436, for an amount of Rs.6700/-. To my utter surprise after the purchase of the said Micromax Canvas Tab (P480) within a week the screen of the Tab became very white and I went to the outlet and placed the problem of the tab before them, one Prashanth, who is employee of the said NAA Mobile Outlet assured me that he will replace the tab with new one within five days and informed me that he will call me and on his assurance I went back. But to my utter surprise till five days I have not received any call from the said Prashanth and then I proceed to the shop and asked the said Prashanth about the tab, again he took time of five days and once again assured me that he will give me the new tab within five days, but he has not done so, and thereafter five days when again i went to the shop then he informed me that he has given the said Tab to Sri Vinayaka Services at Nizamabad and showed me the Job Sheet No.6902 dt:19.05.2015 and informed that they will send the tab to Bangalore and once again assured me that he will give me a new tab within (7) days. But so far he has not done so and my tab is with them only and I am regularly calling the Prashanth on his mobile no.[protected] but he has not receiving the calls nor giving any response. Several times I went to the NAA mobile out let but so far he has neither given my tab or replace the same or neither given any tab. I am vexed up with the attitude of the above employee of NAA mobile, if such response to the customers then no one will purchase such phones, NAA mobile outlet and their employees are blaming the name of the Micromax company, I request you sir kindly to enquire into the matter with immediate effect and direct the authorized person of NAA mobile out let, Nizamabad to give a new tab of Micromax Canvas P480 to me, else I have to approach before the competent court of law for redressal for my grievance.     Micromax canvas A210 handset which I purchased through flipkart in April 2015. Initially I had problem with my display and I took it to the nearby service center. As I stay in Chandannagar, I took t to the Khadina more Micromax Service Center in Chinsurah. Next they resolved my issue but after returning back the problem in the sound of the handset crept up and I again returned there to which they again resolved the issue. but then next the phone was not being able to catch any network. the service center then could not resolve the problem and I took it to Hatibagan's Service Center when they said that the cable wire which is the receptor of the signals have been tampered and has been replaced by that of canvas nitro's cable which s sheering theft of my phone's original parts. I want to lodge an official complaint against the service center and I want a fresh handset in return. the documents are with me.

      I had given my Micromax A350 mobile to M/S S3 COMMUNICATIONS NO 76/11-1, 1ST FLOOR JAYANAGARA 3RD BLOCK, ELEPHANT ROCK ROAD BANGALORE WITH JOBSHEET NO: S[protected]. I am facing the problem with my battery so i had given the mobile to the above service centre on 14/04/2015.Almost 2 months have been passed, but till now i didnt receive any information regarding the phone.Atleast they are not showing the common concern about the customer that they have been invested thousands of rupees for their company to buy that mobile.Since they are giving delayed information like its on head office, part waiting for months.I am not satisfied with the way of service given by the company.They should understand atleast its not possible for the customers to maintain for months without the mobile phone.Please resolve this isssue as soon as possible. Thank you.

        I bought a tab P470 (SERMOB0605) on 21 March 2015 in agra. It's was charging slow and heating up. By mistake the screen got cracked. I submitted the tab to the service center in Agra. Now they are returning us back an other tab with scratches and different IMEI number. Please help.

          I wish to bring to your kind notice the unacceptable behavior of Micromax Service Center in my city AGRA, UP. We purchased FunBook P470 (IMEI no [protected] Serial no V[protected] on 21/03/2015. After 1 month of its use it started having display issues. To get the issue resolved I deposited the same to the service center from where I purchased MOBILE GALAXY with an assurance that it will be soon repaired. But despite of my continuous follow ups with the shop and a long wait of around 2 months the results are highly unsatisfactory. The service center is offering me a very old unit of P470 and they are saying to use the same as the original is beyond repair. If the original is beyond repair then I am liable to get a new unit instead of an old used unit. My unit was just 1 month old and now how can you expect me to use a old unit instead of my new unit. Kindly look into my problem as early as possible and provide me with an immediate solution. Attached is the invoice copy and the job sheet from the service center. I bought the Micromax unit because I have immense faith on the company as I am the user of mobile also of your company but such response has shattered my faith.               i have purchased a micro max ninja A91 phone in 2012 at Vijayawada . after one year the display of the phone started troubling me so i went to micro max authorized showroom in Vijayawada .they told me to go to authorized service center of micro max, so i went to nearest service center in kothagudem.they took 1000/- from me and serviced my phone but the problem was not rectified when i approached second time they were not responding properly.so, i think i did a mistake buying a micro max product?? please take necessary action.

                hi this is govind zha.i took micromax mobile on 19/4/15 and soon after one week mobile phone is not working properly, since the mobile is under warranty i return it to service center.but till now whenever i call up at the service center they are saying that the battery is not available and it will take 20 days to get the problem fixed.about this i lodged the complain in the service center and the complaint no is mmx[protected]. i am really unhappy with the service of micromax company.

                  Sir, I bought Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 on[protected] online through Snapdeal. After 16 days my mobile stopped working, so I sent it to Micromax Service Centre(M/s Rapid Communication), Vikas Puri, New Delhi (Ph. no.[protected] vide jobsheet no.N[protected] dated 25th May, 2015 they told me that they will repair my handset within 15 days. During this period I called them several times but they are denying to repair my handset and also telling me that it can take several months, its[protected] and I am yet to receive the handset. Kindly take some serious action in this regard

                    dear sir and madam i am kirit koshti a customer of your company i am purchased your company teb p470.as on month of april after purchsing the product within two or three days its creat lots of problems like touch and bettry diialor pad. i had visited customer care at that time they tell me that their is not problem in the teb today my teb charged within 1 hour 100% and decrease upto 1 and 0.5 hour at 0% if company can not support me and give genuine ans after subting teb to care and any damage to may teb during period of care time i will whole amt of teb and damaged charged from company with the help of court and consumer court. i will take my best action in within due time period may tab's problem will not solved . my whole information is name kirit m. koshti mo no.                       dear sir/madem i am santosh singh baghel liv in seoni m, p, disst seoni pin no 480661 ihav purchase miceomax mobile canvas knight A350 by amazon .in 0n oct 2014 after 5 month my mbl batter getting drain early and nt charging so i sent my mob to service center which is located in chhinwara m.p. on17/04/15 for changing battery because in warranty period aftr 5 days i got call from service centr and said that baatery is nt available in centr so mbl has to sent to company ..and then 23/05/15 date they given me job sheet- N[protected] ANd sent my mob to company bt i did nt get my mobile till 29/05/25 so i call customer care and register a complaint no[protected] then i got call from customer care 0n 3/4/15 and said dat my mbl going to replace because company stop production of dat particular mobile and i wl get with in 3 days new mobile model no a3oo ... but today 13/05.15 and still wainting for mobile plz take my complaint as guanine and solve my problem

                        Sir I have purchased Micromax mobile knight a350 on dated 9-10-15 but after four months o[censored]se it stop charging on dated 2 Feb 15 . I submitted the mobile at service center JIND haryana 126102.on dated 3 Feb 15 with job no N[protected] and they said you can take set after ten days when I went after ten days they said it will be have to sent to company for repair and it will come after 25 days than on 5 march I went to service center but they replied it will not come from Company when it will come we will call you I waited for next week but it will not come than I take your company no 1860 and started calling there after repeated visits to service center two months have passed but my handset did not came my problem not resolved I called near about 15 to 20 times in intervals to 1860 no and register my complain but no action have been taken by company operter always said we can be only register your complain and arrange your call to senior executive many calls come from executives but my problems not resolved after three months and 15 days they handed over me a set Micromax knight a350 that was a used and repaired set but I have accepted because after 100 days they are giving me set during this due to their not give g set I have to bought a new set due to their mistake again I have to spent 15000 rs on a new set the set they handed over to me A used repaired set next day its touch stop working I handed over to them they said your set will come after seven days but same way 125 days have spent they again handed over me a used repaired set of 2 GHz processor and with internal memory of 16 GB that set Micromax had not made any set of a350 model with 16 GB internal memory at counter got heated very muchafter some use I asked them my handset was my set was of 1.7 GHz processor and 32 GB internal memory I will not accept that set and I refused to accept that lower version And configuration even they told " Lena ho to le lo yahi milega nahi to aap consumer court me jaa sakte ho" . Sir I have spent my 18000 rs to buya new set and 125 days near about four months and 15 days have spent even they talk rudely even they not told when I will get my hand set back when I call again 1860 no every time they say in next 30 working days your problem will solve but their next 30 working days will not come until now my 125 days have spent I have spent more minimum 500 rs on calling your company but no one is there who listen problem of customer there . You service center and your company harrased me a lot and if you behave with customers in this way who will buy your mobiles this type of some irrelevant person downing image of such great Indian company .Please resolve my matter and handed over me either my handset or new handset of same configration of white colour Micromax a350.                           I had unfortunately purchased a Micromax phone (A315) during Oct 2014.Many of my friends suggested to go for SAMSUNG, only because of taking part in promoting Indian product, I preferred Micromax product and purchased. Initially there were some hanging issues in the phone and finally it was dead during May 2015.I had given my phone to Service centre Xplus communication, Coimbatore for servicing on 11th May 2015 through my friend Mr.Srinivasan..Today it is 13th June 2015 and till this moment, i have not received my phone. I have enquired many times with Service centre / Customer service (toll free [protected]).It is very sorry to say that your team, since from the day one, telling the same story of 15 days TAT . I had also launched a complaint vide number MMX[protected].even after my complaint, there is no development .Since there is no focus on customer service, as a cost control measure, you may think of closing your customer service team so that considerable money can be saved. We are not asking for any customer delight, it is only customer service. If any customer is approaching your call centre team, they should refer the system and should be in the position to inform the current status, with out giving standard 15 days TAT.                                   My name is rakesh. My A102 (Canvas Doodle 3) mobile stopped responding on 20/05/2015. It is under Warranty. I took the set to M/s gopal telecom (authorized Micro max service in jalandhar) on 21/05/2015. They told that there is hardware problem in set and it will be sent to Delhi office where it will be repaired. They issued me a job-sheet with no. N[protected] and told me that it will be delivered to me within 10-12 days. Now it is nearly 25 days but gopal telecom is saying wait. We will inform you when it is done. Kindly clarify me the position of set asap.

                                        I've deposited my Micromax GC333 handset with the service centre in Durgapur, West Bengal on 24.04.2015. The jobsheet no. is E[protected] dated 24.04.2015. The handset requires a new key button facial. According to the local service centre they have ordered the required facial but is yet to receive them. More than one month has passed & I'm yet to receive my handset as the problem remains unresolved. The delay has created doubts in my mind about the goodwill of the company. I'm not only astonished by the delay it appears so very ridiculous to me.
