Dear Sir, I had bought Micromax Mobile, Model: A350 in the month of October 2014 last year. On 29th May 2015 I had submitted my mobile to Micromax Service Center (Address: Manimajra, Chandigarh. Ph. No:[protected] due to Flickering Problem in the display. My Job sheet No is : N[protected]. On 5th June 2015 (8th day) I went to the service center, on enquiring that has the phone been repaired the service Center people (Ms Manpreet & Ms Bittu) informed me that the part has been ordered but it is not available now & I will have to wait indefinitely. To this is raised a complaint on 5th June 2015 at Micromax Customer Care and got a complaint no: MMX[protected]. And was told the repair will be done soon. On 13th June 2015 (16th day) I again went to service center to enquire about my phone, to this the service center person (Ms Manpreet & Ms Bittu) again told me that the phone has still not been repaired and the company does not have spare part for this phone. I again called up Micromax Customer Care on 13th June 2015 and explained them the case. They again gave me got a complaint no: MX[protected]. But on asking the date when I will get my phone, they had no answer. Today 18th June 2015, 21 days have passed, I called up the service center to ask about my phone & date when it will be delivered. They had no answer. Dear Sir, Through this forum I want to submit my complaint against Micromax for the Negligent attitude towards customer & causing harassment. If still I do not get resolution within 48 Hrs of receipt of this mail, I will be taking up this matter with consumer court I shall be thankful if you could help me out in this matter.     Dear sir, I brought a smart phone mode micromax A106, , from the shop mobile king penta menaka kochi -682031 on 13/may/2015, i gifted it to my wudbe as an engagmnt gift on 31may 2015. She opn the cover and use the phone on jun 1st, unfortuntly its not working proprly, not shows mobile coverge prblm reportd as 4203 Cellular access drops calls.. I am buzy with my works at thrissur so i cant submit the mobile within one week so they tell me that they cant replace the product.. Now it is in palarivattam service centr.. See i cant use the phone for even one hour, it is a manufactring fault so pls replace the product.. Product details : IMEI no:[protected]/[protected], Model code:SERMOB0472 f you not respond i will move through ernakulam disrtict cknsumer forum. Because the phone have manufacturing defect i can simply prove it. The last day i collected the phone from palarivatom service centr they told me that they are helpless and it submitted at another cheking centr at ernakulam named as galaxy.. I opned the cover with damaged phone i cant make a single cal from this mobile and not used even 10mints so pls show some responsibility to me pls replace the phone..       I purchased a Micromax mobile online from Flipkart online and the seller is WS Retail but the mobile supplied me a defective one. It heating up battery is draing v.fast. I logded return request 3 times, on 29/05/2015, 31/05/2015 and 7/6/2015 as per the rule regulation of 30 days return policy of said comoany, but regret to inform that initially I got the message that they have proceses return request but later on deny.

      Tried calling customer on "[protected]" and there was no response. So sent e-mail to customer to asking for alternate number and closing the case until he reverts.
      I purchased a Micromax mobile online from Flipkart and the seller is WS Retail but the mobile supplied me a defective one. I lodged my return request very next day when I charged it I come to know that it is heating up and battery is raing very fast moreover sensor is not working.
      I logded return request 3 times, on 29/05/2015, 31/05/2015 and 7/6/2015 as per the rule regulation of 30 days return policy of said comoany, but regret to inform that initially I got the message that they have proceses return request but later on deny.

            Worst company ever. Worst servicing. Purchased phone and it has heat problem and due to that battery got damaged probably but the service center blamed me and took extra 1000rs to repair it while the product was in warranty. In one month itself again getting the same battery problem and service center again asking money. company. Dont buy any products from this company.

              Job Sheet No. N[protected] I bought my phone on 27/11/2014 Last month(May) my phone started having touch behaving issues, it started behaving abnormally I submitted my phone on 21/05/2015 at M/S Aditi Infocom South Patel Nagar, New Delhi i.e. an Authorised Micromax Service Centre They asked me that it my phone will be repaired and handed over to me under 21days but when I called to them to know about my phone after 21days on 12/06/2015 they told me it will take 2-3days more I called them again on 16/06/2015 now they told me that they don't know whether my phone is repaired or not and to wait for 10-15days more I want my phone to be returned within 5days or a same new phone or pay my money back as it is causing a lot of inconvenience to me

                Hi, This is Sakthi from Chennai, my Handset Micromax A350 model was purchased Dec 2015, given for repair on 13th Apr 2015 under warranty, to authorized service center M/s Cell Tech, located Montieth Road, Egmore, Chennai 600008, After a Big Wait (More than One Month), I have collected another Old Handset A300 on 23rd May 2015 instead of A350 model which is not able to repair and spares are not available because of limited edition model as confirmed by Service centre person. On the Handset A300 have not checked properly while delivery by the service center people, when I tried to use handset A300 on the third day 25th May 2015, I'm not able to inset Sim card on the sim 2 place. on the same day immediately I have given complaint and my handset was accepted under warranty after big argument (They have checked whether I have used the same Handset or not). Now another one month wait period I have checked that my handset has been reached to the Chennai service center from the Head Office in Delhi of Micromax. But now here service center person saying that original problem was cleared, but the handset was received under not working condition. They need another Ten days time to Re-Boot the handset. They sent me from there and asked me to check after Ten days period. I have No choice or No Option to collect my Handset now with working condition. And after Ten days also I not sure. Need you immediate action and help.

                  Job sheet No.[protected] Micromax Service Center, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore - 560064 I had given my phone Model no, A6 in Micromax service center on 29th Mat 2015 to change the screen as it was damaged. They confirmed that it will take about 8 days to do this job, it was surprising to me as other service centers take only a day max. for this job, howver I agreed. I started following up after 8 days and every day i use to get a reply "we dont know" or "please wait for 2 more days"... Today its almost 20 days and I really do not know how much more time it will take. To add to this, employees in this service center in Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore are extremely rude and even they misbehave with customers... !!!

                    As my phone screen cracked on my handset A99 CANVAS XPRESS and i handover to the micromax service centre in sector 20 on 5th june ., they give me the estimate of 2400 as it is mechanical damage which i agree to pay inspite it is in warranty as i buy that set a month ago, they give me the estimated time of 4-5 days .. for repair, in repeatedly visit the centre and calls to the centre but they are misguiding me at various levels, i have no other phone and it is very to difficult to manage now, i am going to fire complaint against them in consumer cell after 2 days . i am waiting for reply

                      My cell phone has some motherboard parts proplem. So i had send my cellphone to service senter (M / s perfect solutions) 2nd time. I had submitted my phone on 23 may 2015. But till now the phone has not been repaired.


                      There i am requesting you to, please repair my cellphone in one weak other wise i will go to consumer forum.

                        I bot canvas knight in the beginning of November of 2014, after using it for 20 days the phone switched off abruptly and didnt switch on.I contacted service center, they told that they will replace a new mobile within 30 days. after 30 days i got nothing .. only on feb 2 of 2015 i was given a mobile which they claimed it to be new. but that phone also was not proper that it switched off on the same day i recieved, then i again went to service center and they told its battery issue and they gave me back after boosting battery and that fixed nothing i still had that issue that is my phone switches of for no reason and never wakes up, almost everyday i use to go service center but that is of no use. they i forced them and they took my phone and said they will replace a new one within 30 days ... and it took 90 days for them to give me a new mobile canvas gold. and this phone s also not working properly esp wifi ... seriously micromax if you can build quality products dont make them and cheat ppl. u may be rich not us v cant afford to change phones if one doesnt work well

                          MOBILE MODEL- A210 CANVAS 4 (in warranty) VERY BAD customer care service in PUNE-411038(MAHARASHTRA, INDIA) customer service centers take very long time to repair mobile and still no guarantee to get repaired mobile. it is 9th day i didnt get my mobile repaired back in metro city like pune also...

                            We are Abheda Foundation (www.abhedafoundation.org) working in the field of digital education. We purchase tablets in bulk through internet, and hence is given one single bill for many tablets. But showing that to customer care we find that Micromax is not allowing service citing vague reasons. It is not fault of ours, as this is how we get bills of that nature only. We buy tablets from other companies. They do not create such issue. Need immediate resolution to serve better our customers, who are from underprivileged section of the society

From last 1 week I am facing issue in mobile which is restarting most of the time when I am in call. Suddenly call will get disconnect and mobile restarts.                               I got response from micromax with the no :- [protected] and he asked me to send scanned copy of Invoice to micromax.[protected]@india.com id

                              As per our conversation I have attested the scan copy of the invoice,
                              meanwhile he agreed to refund the amount if in case of new handset is not available, but I don’t like to get repaired handset as a replacement.
                              If you are sending the handset it should be brand new, as my phone is not a month old(brought on 28/05/15) and I am facing serious problem mobile is getting restarted while on call, and its really a disgusting for me.
                              guys will post the latest update on this regards

                                I am rituraj chaubey, I have purchased a phone micromax canvas A120 on dated 08/06/2015 . After some time i got some problem in phones touch screen and i submitted it at micromax service center for repairing and they repaired it . But i got same problem again and again and now i have submitted my phone 5th time in micromax service center for same problem. I have submitted my phone 4th time on 1st May 2016 and i received it on 23rd May 2016 with same problem because of it i have re submitted it on same day ie 23rd May 2016 for 5th time and i have not received any confirmation for my phone till now. I have requested to micromax for issue me new phone instead of my phone because of they are unable to repair it for 5 times so there is no guarantee that they can repair it in future. And i have already faced much problem because of this phone so i have purchased a other phone for my temporary use. Kindly suggest me what should i do.

                                  Sir printed mrp of canvas xl 2 is 11999/- which was released last year in august n now the online prices of the same phone have fallen to 6600/- .so at which price can I buy it from the retail shopkeeper he's on argument with me for paying the higher amount.                                     respected sir i had ordered a mobile battery for my micromax mobile on thirteenth may and yet it is not delivered by the above mentioned company. representives at company authorised outlets ask to wait for about a week on every enquiry. it has been over a month im not using my mobile because of the mismanagement of company. there are no other parallel sources to obtain the same. it has been an annoying experience altogethet for me. sir plz draw your kind attention in this matter. thanking you

I made this purchase at flipcart online (18/03/2014) Unfortunately, your product has not performed well and your the service was inadequate because o[censored]nobservable for 7 months . To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your state the specific action you have to take. Enclosed are copies of my records [receipts, guarantees, warranties, cancelled checks, contracts, model and serial numbers, and any other documents] concerning this repair.                                         My phone is under warranty.It was stopped during a normal phone call . I have given my phone to the customer care centre branch - ramesh nagar new delhi .The engineers have properly examined my phone and have kept it with them . after few hours they called me at my phone no. saying that the phone's motherboard is also not working and it will charge mre amount . the complaint stands at the moment. earlier they have well examined the phone and after few hours they are calling me up saying that your phone's more parts are also affected. this is not justified . my jobsheet no. is -NO[protected] ON 16/6/15.

                                        The executive of this customer care are calling me up and are saying that your phone is ready and take it from the service centre . But when i personally called them the demanded for Rs. 4500 for its repair . My phone is under warranty period . This is showing poor service performed by the micromax service centre ramesh nagar new Delhi .
