sir i have given my mmx canvas 4 A210 for repairon 10/02/2015with job sheet no 16054066..the only problem is power key is not working...after one month(11/3/2015) they have given me the mobile...power key is not working properly ...i asked them and resubmitted for the repair on same day...lastly they have given me my mobile back in dead condition your motherboard problem and due to water damage...i went to other service center they told me that your mobile anteena is missing and there is no water damage...they have not taken my mobile, now what i have to do? in the below service center only i had submitted my mobile MSN Micromax Service Center 164, 27th Cross Road, Yediyur, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560004 Phone:[protected] i hope ill get response from you soom Thanks and Regards laxman s melavanki [protected] [protected] email: [protected]@gmail.com

    I purchased micromax A99 canvas express. On the second day mobile started hanging, i went to costumer care they told that they will provide me with DOA letter and i have to replace it from shopkeeper, i went back to the shop keeper, he told he will keep my existing cellphone and will give new set after 2 months, after a long conversation a paid 300 rs extra to get the cellphone at the same time. On the 3rd day i.e 04/05/2015 mobile didn't displayed anything, i went to costumer care at POOJA ENTERPRISES at Bhopal, M.P., they told its a hardware problem, please submit the set and we will give it to you in 20 days, i visited it several times and got my cellphone on 06/06/2015 after 1 month, they told that company has swapped your phone and you are getting a new set, when i checked the new cellphone its body was damaged from many sides, instead of silver it was blue, i told them they said they cannot help company has sent the damaged phone. I checked the cell phone its speaker was not working, there was heating problem, set was hanging badly, told them they said set will not be replaced, we will repair it and you will have to wait for next 10 days. The head of the office AMIT started speaking foul language and forced me to keep the swapped set. I am sure they replaced the new set with some second hand set .       Dear sir, I am purchase a micromax mobile (Micromax mad A94) on 02/06/2014, after 10 month I am face a problem that touch pad of this mobile was not working properly. First I send my mobile to a micromax service center at jarshuguda, Odisha and they solve the problem. After 7 days same problem occur and they solve it. After three days same problem again. Then I am go to another service center at Uluberia, Howrah (Name- Friends Care). They said that they will solve the problem within two days but till now I am not received my phone.

          Same Problem occur in my phone. As i updated my Phone android version.First of, My all Apps get removed (king Office, hike) main thing is as i want to open PDF file that shows file not supported and Second thing it shows NO SPACE ??? I am not Satisfied with this phone!!

            Sir, I purchased canvas juice model before 6 months with android 4.0.It stopped working suddenly displaying that google stopped his support to android 4.0 version, what is remedy for starting said mobile. Even incomming and outgoing calls are stopped

                My name is Suresh S and my phone number is [protected]. My micro max mobile model A121 had battery charging problem and approached the service center in Thiruvananthapuram named M/s Smart Solutions (KER) at Plamoodu, Pattom, Trivandrum on[protected]. They asked me to hand over the set and they will repair and get it back after a week. I was also handed a job sheet bearing number S[protected]. I waited for two weeks and after inquiry they asked me to come to the office. There they told me that the mobile need to send to the main office located in Delhi for repairing purpose. I agreed and afterwards no reply from them yet. Nowadays they are not providing any genuine reply and once they told me that the service was over and can't say when my product will be returned from Delhi. I request you to solve my problem and return my mobile as early as possible. Thanks. Suresh S

                  I AM USING MICROMAX A106 SINCE NOV.-2014. I GOT MESSAGE ABOUT ANDROID VERSION . SINCE I UPDATED IT MY HANDSET IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. IT SHOWS NO SPACE TO SAVE ANY APPS EVEN THOUGH THERE IS 100 MB FREE SPACE IN DEVICE STORAGE.. MY SD CARD IS ALSO NOT GETTING SUPPORTED AFTER THIS.

                    Complaint no. MMX[protected], Job sheet number "N[protected] (15th April 2015) Model - Micromax Knight A350, I gave my mobile Micromax Knight [A350] for repairing on 15-Apr-2015 with job sheet number “N[protected]” at VI communication – Jagatpuri [Delhi], and on same date they send it to head office, as my discussion with Mr. Rohit Choudhary ([protected]) SM Micromax service center Jagatpuri, Delhi-110051, because they were not able to repair it. I personally visited this service center for more than 5 times & every time they say the repairing is not done in head office & you have to wait for more days. When I call to customer care number after 15 days on 29th April 2015. It was then the customer care executive generate complaint number and told me that it will take 30 days from 29th April 2015. It means no one is taking care of my phone till that date and if I did not call, my phone will be put like junk somewhere in Micromax office. Micromax customer service is worse than worse. Customer care numbers[protected] is not working 3 days in a week and another number +[protected] is never connected to customer care or head office. After 45 days of mental harassment, I call again to customer care to get the information about my mobile (hoping that finally it over and my mobile will be ok now) But Head office person Miss. Monika told me to wait for 7 more days of harassment. And after 7 days when I again call back to customer care number, the person Mr. Vikas told me that my complaint showing 15 more days for repair. Now I know, what cost a person have to pay for believing on an Indian Brand like Micromax. Now last option for me to go to Consumer Court on this matter, I want you people to replace my mobile or give my money back (immediately within two days), and compensate for my time, money and mental harass you people are doing to me.                       I have taken my mobile with broken front glass for which the authorised service fellow said the cost will be 2500 app but while browsing it was found that the cost is much lesser hence kindly resolve the same otherwise I will be forced to go for legal ractification

                        Hello sir, Madam My micromax unite 2 A106 was workink on android 4.4.2 kitkat version. 1 year later i got aupdate of lolipop 5.0 new android version. It has totally spoilt my handset i cannot downlod games or movies it only reads internal memory.My external sd card totally got wasted because it does not read in the new update of android lolipop 5.0 version. please Sir, Madam can u fix this problem, i know i cannot get my old android kitkat 4.4.2.But can u please fix it by new android update so i can go on with my micromax handset.Please Sir, Madam fix this issue with this a106 handset.becuse i love this mobile its my first mobile phone.Please fix it. ...

                          I have purchased a micromax selfie A255 mobile phone on 24.03.2015. It starts complaining from the second week onwards. While using it gets off and sometime it takes days to get thru'. I just complained to customer service. They are not interested as per their voice. They wanted to be paid for the service moreover they have no service centre in Udupi, Karnataka. They are not ready to replace this useless set. They are giving false information while selling. The quality is absolutely doubtful after all it is a Chinese make. Should available for[protected] ruppees, whereas I had to pay 17500 for the set. An early attention in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanking youvin anticipation.

                            Hi, I have submited my phone for repair in marathali service center bangalore on 13th may with Job sheet S[protected]. While generating a job sheet number they told to be returned within 10 days. I have already recieved a message saying "please collect your mobile" after going there they postpone it to next week. Its almost being a month still no clues of my phone, now neither they are giving me confirmation date nor transferring my call to supervisor. Never faced any company that takes 1 month to repair 1 phone. Request you to kindly look into the matter and take this priority so that to help my phone as soon as possible

                              FIRST PROBLEM: SCREEN RELATED OCCUR ON DATE: 06-april-2015, Job sheet no.N[protected]. SECOND PROBLEM : BATTERY RELATED OCCUR ON DATE: 16-may-2015, Job sheet no.[protected] THIRD PROBLEM : CHARGING PROBLEM occur on 03-june-2015 and job sheet number not given to me. my set (bolt A082) their is a SREEEN RELATED PROBLEM occured on 06/04/2015 then I can go to Micromax service centre allahabad (Mayur service centre) to meet Mr. Sumit Kohli ( mob no- [protected] ). Then he can submit my phone whose Job sheet number.-N[protected]. After 40 days I can receive my mobile on date 16/05/2015 from Micromax service centre Then I can go to our home and can charge the mobile phone but the phone will not charge and battery will low. Again I can go to the Micromax service centre on date-18/05/2015 then the service centre (Micronet solution allahabad) to meet Mr.Hashmi mob-[protected] employee can say another PROBLEM BATTERY WILL BE DEAD and he can submit my phone whose job sheet number.[protected]. and say come after 20 days. Again after 57 days Mr. KOHLI say another problem occured charging related then he can generate new job shet but not given to me and say come after 20 days. All this process 60 days the service centre employee will lie all the time and promises me to come after one week or 10 days or 15 days or 25 days or 1Month and so on.                                 R/ sir With respect I wish to draw your kind notice that I had purchased the mobile micromax model no. A121, EMEI No [protected]/[protected] dated on 10.10.2015 with one year warranty which had certain charging problem. I had deposited my mobile for the repair of same in your service centre m/s novelty Enterprises c-2/9, first floor, pragati market, ashok vihar, phase-2, new Delhi on 06.05.2015. But the problem has not been resolved so far. I have reported so many time but every time they refused that repair has not been done. Kindly note that if within 10 days of the notice, the problem of mobile is not resolved, I would approach to appropriate consumer forum for legal action and file a suit against the company for mental, physical, financial and other harassment.                                   model no 32b200hd led mene national electronic nohar se parches ki thi jo 01.06.2015 ko kharab ho gayi is bare me mene mmx led par massage kiya tha aap dvra company ka worker repair kanre bheja gaya jo 03.06.2015 ko repair karne ke bad uakt worker (rajesh chimpa) 1800 ruppes charge mang raha hai bina job card/ bill receipt kya yah jayaj hai bina bill ke sir na to worker ne hume yah bataya ki led me kya problem hai na hi yah bataya ki bill/job card kyo nahi de raha hai

Its start given problem within 15 days of purchase & the chandigarh service center said that your handset will be changed & then i give my mobile for the same on 6 may 2015. Till date there is no response from chandigarh service centre. Kindly take some strict action.
