sir i had submite my smart phone EG111 at micromax service centre "M/S Perfect Solutions" Kalkaji, New Delhi to repaire above problem on dated 17/04/2015. After 20 days, they told me that phone can not be repaireble and we will give you new phone as replacement of old phone. Even after one and half month i do not get saticfacory answer from service centre regarding replacement. i am so disoppinted from micromax. Kindly look after my complained and confirm me your action.     Dear Sir, I Ashish Bhatnagar is a resident of ghaziabad. I am working as Marketing Manager in automobile company in Delhi. Mobile is an integral part og my Job. I bought a Micromax Canvas W121 windows phone for Rs 9000 on 29th Sep'14 which i noticed on 20th May'15 (after 8 months only) that it's not getting charged. I got it repaired at Micromax authorised service center only. They took it for repairing on 26th May'15 and returned the handset to me on 5th Jun'15 after repairing. Now again hardly after a week the same problem is being repeated. Prior to this all episode, battery of the handset got swollen. When contacted, customer care told that battery has a warranty of 6 months only. As though 6 months were passed, i asked for a new battery which also was not available with them in NCR. Neither they gave me a backup handset nor battery so that i could do makeshift arrangements. Now i dont want to use Micromax phone and want to register case in consumer forum. Pls help me.       I had an issue of water ingress in my Micromax Canvas mobile. When I went to the authorised service centre in Gurgaon, the display unit was changed and the mobile was declared healthy (ref: Invoice no. 1502 dt 8-Jun-2015 from Shree Sai Telecom Gurgaon). However, immediately thereafter issues were encountered as follows: AA) The display has lost it sensitivity to touch. No touch-function is working properly. It comes ON and OFF every now and then. Email written to the authorised service centre on 9-Jun-2015 went unanswered. BB) The mobile is suddenly getting switched off. And on restart the touch phone functions become dysfunctional.             I have purchased micromax P 470 tablet on 23 march 2015. Its charging was too slow and takes lots of time to charge. Also it used to heat up very soon. Hence I submitted it to micromax cutomer care situated at sigra, varanasi on 4 may 2015. On 9 june I got the call from service centre to recieve my tablet. On reaching there, service centre was trying to return me a tablet with lots of wear and tear. It had lots of scratches both on the screen and on the backside. Also both the IMEI numbers were changed. On complaining about it, service centre didnot cooperated. Job sheet number for the repair was N[protected].Please help me to ressolve the issue.

              myself pushkar and 34 days ago I gave the phone to the right in your customer care.and yesterday i was found a message from Micromax that your phone repaired and receive your service center, and after some time i got a call from service centre and they told me that your phone is not repaired and you will wait more 15 days. so my question is that which type service you provide us...I have no word for explain this service, and I requested please provide my phone.

                Dear, I want to bring your kind attention on that your service center has poor service. i have submitted my Micromax tablet whose screen was accidentally broken having model P666 on 9th April, 2015 on your authorized service center at Gurgaon. Below are the details of service center. BEST TECH SERVICES SCO-32, 1stFLOOR, JAIL LAND HUDA COMPLEX, OPP-PURANI JAIL, NEAR SHONA CHOWK, GURGAON Its already almost 2 months has passed but still not received my tablet. Requesting you to intervene in it on Priority.

                  I have given my phone for repair at M/s Telelogic communication no.7, Ist floor SLN building, ayyappa temple road, jalahalli circle T Dasarhalli, Bangalore Karnataka 560057 on 26 May 15, but delvery has not given till now as 15 days passed. As they are saying that part is not available and not attending the call.15 days are more than sufficient for a part delivering a item in any where in India. Services provided by your care are wrost standard. Please issue necessary instructions.

                    Hi, I am Arjun Kumar Ojha (Moble number [protected]), have purchased Micromax yuphoria 5010 on 29-May thourgh online shop (Amazon) and since then I have been facing problem. If someone calls me on my number after getting connected, am able to see respective person name, number on display after 8-9 second.When I make call to there customer care executives, have been told that reset your handset and have reset my handset twice but unable to find its resolution. Kindly tell me have I purchased micromax handset to do the reset continuously. Resolve my query ASAP.

                      I have purchase a one Micromax A 290 Canvas knight on dated[protected] my phone in not a charged a battery and not start i visit a your Micromax care centre at Ferozepur who told to visit my Chandigarh Care centre and Chandigarh Care center staff told YOUR mobile phone is send to Gurgaon office what is this how open the care centre at at other station Kiya maine Galti kar li Micro max Mobile le kar ki koi meri bat nahi sun raha agar mera mobile TWo or Three day mai nahi O.K hua to mai Court me file suit kar dunga Consumer court or Civil Court me or Sabi news papaer and news Channel walo ko news de dunga with proof bhi micro max ka phone koi na lo yeh micromax wale bat nahi sunte Mere mobile ka IMEI No Hai [protected] and mera mobile number hai [protected]

                        i m using micromax canvas nitro A310 model, i m not getting 3g network in 3g coverage area in any sim and also when i going to install internet configuration setting its asking INPUT PIN, i dont know what is input pin exact and friends also getting same problem in their different models in micromax, so u have to give the solutions for that or we going to change ur smartphones. thanking you Ramesh

                          i had given my phone for repair about one month ago, but still i haven't get it. is this types of service is given by micromax to customer? if this is micromax servicing, micromax will never be at top... really feeling shame, that why i brought micromax phone.

                            I had purchased Canvas GSM+CDMA DUET II with IMEI No [protected] on 12/01/2015 and used with Reliance CDMA network, with in one month OS was corrupted twice. and I had handed over my mobile to Rajahmundry service center on 09/04/2015 with a complaint " no network with reliance CDMA".                                 I am facing problem in phone storage. I have to go to file maneger and delete the thumbnail folder again and again. Which is not leting me to download photos or videos from whatsapp and hike etc. Want a solution for this problem. Even though the phone storage is less the memory is shown full.

                                  I had brought a new Micromax Canvas 2 Colours A120 Grey on March 19 2015... It suddenly showed a problem of some dust in the front camera.. I went to the authorized micromax service center in Tinsukia Assam on 06/06/2015 and handed over the set to them in completely new condition without any scratch or spots and not any other issue either with the software or the hardware to solve the issue only with the dust intrusion.. Later on the same day they returned the phone to me stating that the problem is resolved, when i then tried to switch on the phone it suddenly showed blank display.. I again reported the issue to them then they told me that the display was not working i again handed over the set to them and they asked me to receive the set on 8th June.. I then went to the service center on 8th June and again received the set from them after switching on the phone i found the display was working but the sound buttons not working, i then again reported the issue to them, they asked me to adjust the problem by my self when i forced them to solve it they told me to come after 10-12 days then they will see the issue.. The set was given to them in a complete brand new condition but was returned to me full with scratches and spots.. Is this kind of customer care i should expect from your company?? I request you either to replace my set or to clear every issue completely with no new issue rise again after switching on the phone with all the scratches and spots gone as i gave the set on the service center on first time and also i request to change all the staff and technician on that particular service center as they don't know how to behave with a customer and they are eligible to handle and work with mobile phones...                                     I am using canvas turbro from last few months it's about one and half year, still i am waiting for a software updation. And the device getting hanging problems and sometimes the touch does not works at the time i should restart the device for further use.

Serial no is 00002BB4048591F Please replace my remote control as soon as possible. I have already registered complaint by calling toll free no. but no action taken yet.
