I have micromax canvas Knight (A350) having totaly inbuilt. Giving problem in battery backup. Because it is inbuilt, i don't touch it, see it & also don't known what happen to it. It gives me just 2 hours. I request your micromax care survice to fix this problem. But they ignoring & saying that i am damage it so they cannot take battery's responsibility. I use company models charger daily .then tell me how can i fix this battery problem

    I Have given my Nitro A310 phone (under warranty) for touch not working complaint to micromax Ambarnath. Dist Thane, Maharashtra service center. My Job SHEET number is : W[protected]. The date of deposit of phone was 1st June 2015. Today is 12th June 2015, I have still not received my phone. Complaint center is giving me vague replies. I have requested them to return my phone without repairing but they are refusing. Pls help me out from this harassment . I have still not received any help from there side

      I bought Micromax A310, a really good configuration phone but disappointed as within 6 months its starts showing his behavior of frequently getting hanged, no touch response, battery draining fast, heating etc so many issues. Submitted to service center, pathetic response from them as a dumb technicians for every problem only one suggestion is "Software update karna padega". .. fools... Fine done that and post that immediately next day phone hung up, stops responding... again submitted to service center (Ambarnath, dist Thane, Maharashtra). Now in return i just got Jobsheet card and since then i am just following up them. no response and in fact such a rude behavior. Got pathetic response like "Jab bhi part aa jayega tumhara phone banayenge". shame on you Micromax service center guys. just shame on you. I think if you still not improving. then there is no longer that this Micromax (Indian) brand company will shut down.

        Purchased Micromax Androis phone A 200. When Internal Memory was almost full, I purchased and installed SD card of 32 GB. The problem is that when I have selected External SD card, I am not able to download games etc, I get note that no memory available, whereas my External SD card shows full memory is unused. The Manual is useless as it has no information about use of External SD card.

          I have buy one mobile phone micromax knight cameo, mobile having issue of charging, SIM not detecting, memory-card not detecting, submit BR services for repairing after 4 weeks we received with unattended then again submit for two weeks, charging and network resolved but slot not working yet yesterday again submitted. IMEI NO [protected]. pl resolve we are unable to use my mobile since march 2015. This is third time i have submitted then BR services Lajpath nagar said do not know how more many days will take.             Job sheet mo-s020220 On 24/05/2015 bought a mobile MICROMAX Q324 and on the same day my mobile network was disconnected, I had confirmed with my network provider and they also confirmed problem with phone only. So its clearly establishing that there is a problem with your Micro Max phone. I have visited your worst service center X-Plus Communication located at Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. But they are simply rejected the service stating the reason “Shop where I bought a mobile not in their list” and further they are forcing to contact the shop for the network problem. Service provider instead of proving a replacement of phone and arresting the customer to approach the shop. .This is a way to treat the customer? Think from the customer point of view, example you are consumer buying a mobile from shop like poorvika, Univercell, Ahad mobiles how will customer comes to know whether this shop in your list or not ? I don’t what is relationship between your service provider and shop seller. I had visited the shop to solve my problem. The shop manager called your service center and thereafter they accepted my complaint and taken my phone on 26 May 2015. But still not given the DOA to replace my mobile. Hope you will involve solve the problem. If I will not get any positive reply from your end and no other way to knock the door of consumer forum. Ph - [protected]

              Dear Sir, We are sorry to inform you that your service center service are very poor and not giving the proper response to the customer. Micro max is reputed Co's but some you respective service center is not provide the better service for customer. I was purchased the Micromax mobile (Canvas Turbo-A250) for authorized center. After 11 mth. mobile touch is not working properly. I was inform to the authorized shop and he is inform to me your set is sending for service center for repairing and then i was send my mobile set to service center but more then 15-20 days’ time has been passed and after many time follow-up with the concerned shop and service center i was got my mobile without solve the my touch problem. I was again request to the service center (Ajmer Contact No.-[protected]) to resolve the my mobile problem he asked me to he was unable to solve my problem because mobile touch is not available with us. Today again more than 20 days’ time has been passed I was talked with the service center (Ajmer Contact No.-[protected]) and he is refused to solve the my touch problem. Micromax Co's is very big company but most of the customers are not getting proper response.                   Hello respective sir, , , am sorry to disturbing you again and again sir my IMEI no is ( IMEI/ESN no-[protected]/[protected]), My Complain number is MMX[protected].. sir my mobile was creating some problems bcoz of which i had submitted the same at ballabgarh service center on 20th may, 2015, and they give me the 15 days duration of 15 days but today i made a call at 11am and when i asked for the status of the phone, , they again told me for further 15 days, , sir i am seriously fed with your services, , , means every time i enquired for the status of mobile, , the same reply i received "Sir it will take 15 days"...sir means what is this, , even reputed Companies give there customers mobile just in 15 days... sir please i humbly request you please give my mobile after properly repaired or replaced... i am suffering a lot seriously, , , hope so you can understand my situation hanks a lot sir...

                    sir i brought mmx440w wifi router from snapdeal at 6/april/2015 but now my device is not working then i went to the micromax service center and told them my problem but they refuse to repaire my device and give me reason that they have zero knowledge about this device then i call to the customer care number and told them probem they suggest me that visit agian to the service center and make a call from there to [protected] and owner of service center also talk to the customer care but result same he gave same answer that they can not accept my device becoze lack of knowledge then i send mail to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com.and told them my problem that my device is not working give me a solution but they also suggest me same that visit again to service center then i went thierd time to the service center and saw them your comapy reply on mail but unfortunatly they abusing me and told me that they never repaire my device. now i am totaly fadup from your service. i think i stucked after buy your product i paid 1250rupees to buy this product but device stop working after 2 months.i also mail to the snapdeal but they say they only sell items but the waranty provided by the company not from snapdeal.please sir its my humbel request to you solve my problem as soon as posibel name-sanjeevan mobile no-[protected] email id- [protected]@gmail.com product micromax mmx440w wifi router product buy date-6/april/2015

                      I had given micromax A120 which had "display touch screen not working" on 16th May 2015 to S3 communications Jayanagar, Bangalore . This phone is under warranty. Docket Number is : S[protected], IMEI is [protected] They told me to come after a weeks time to collect my phone. When I called them on 23rd they said it is still under repair and I will get it back on 30th May. When I again called them on 30th May they said they need to send the phone to Delhi for Display replacement and I will get the phone on june 9th. When I again called them, they still say the same answer "the phone is in Delhi and I will get it on June 25th". I was very much depressed and told the same to one of my friend who is expert in resolving these issues. When my friend called them they gave the same answer that the phone is in Delhi, and my friend answered that he contacted Delhi office and they say that the phone has not reached Delhi and it might be available in Bangalore.When we started raising our voice, the officials of S3 communications told that it is available in Rajajinagar office Bangalore and not in Delhi. What a messy behaviour? I didn't expect this from S3 communications. We asked him to give the phone back, but even now he is pushing the days by saying you will get the phone by tomorrow. I request micromax to look into this issue and sue S3 communications.

                        I bought a micromax gold A300 on 29.11.14 through flipkart. I have been experiencing battery issue from the month of february. It took almost 20 days for service at authorized micromax service centre in thrissur, kerala. In mid of march the headset port malfunctioned. It took another 15 days to get it fixed. 3 days after the touchpad wasnt working which took anothr 20 days. Even after all this now I am experiencing a lot of problems regarding phone range, gps and wifi, over heating, battery issue, charger not working properly, loudspeaker. I am fed up with the after sales service and the product quality.

                              Micromax mobile I have purchase 3 months prior which is under warranty period.Within 3 months it got malfunctioned twice. First time they took 15 days to repair. Second time micromax authorized service centre told me it is a major issue we need to send it to delhi service office. You will get your mobile with in a month time. It has been one and half month still I have not received my micromax canvas knight cameo a290. They are extending time limit.

                                My micromax androide one mobile damaged by your maninagar service center.


                                Please note my mobile is fully running condition only camera image not saved & general factory data reset require.


                                On 20th april 2015 i called your toll free no. for factory data restore 4digit code.


                                He ask me general pin no. is 1111 or 1234. i tried but pin no not worked. so as per your customer repres. advise i go to your service center same day at 5.30 pm..

                                I had given my mobile to your service person for only factory data reset.


                                they damaged my phone & my phone fully dead & ask to deposit your phone tomorrow (21.4.15) for repairing.

                                today i call your service center & they told me my phone is gone to company.

I bought the phone from the Hathras city (Uttar Pradesh) in the month of September 2014. But immediately after buying. i faced many problems related to touch screen and hanging of the applications and phone. I got the phone repaired from the micromax service center two times in the spam of 6 months. But again i am facing the same problem. I am literally fed up of this phone. I would request you to refund my money or replace the phone with the new one. I will not send the phone again to the repair center. I would be happy i[censored] will refund my money or just replace it with the new one.                                     I had given my Micromax a116i for repair on 5.3.2015 to your Uttam Nagar Customer Care centre opposite metro pillar 750. The person on the desk also took advance of Rs. 1500/- from me in cash and wrote the same amount on the job sheet number N[protected]. I was told that my phone will be repaired by 26/3/2015 but till today your company persons are making lame excuses. Some very popular and every time used are like: we have placed the order but ... our old order was cancelled... sir we will tell you by evening ... sir please give us one week time more ... etc. the story does not end here. Now it seems that they have sold my phone to some else and at the same time have exhorted money in the name of repair also from me. In case you can help me in this regard for my getting my phone repaired then you are welcome. otherwise you too are a part of these schemes and I have to lodge FIR against you people.
