Hello, I gave my Micromax mobile (Model No. A106) which is under warranty for repairing in the Jai Ganesh Mobile Point, Ghatkopar (W) Mumbai -400086 on 29th May, 2015. My job sheet number is[protected]. I have been calling the landline number (+[protected] of the service center since last 4 days only to know the status of my phone. However, despite of continuous calls, no one attended my call. Whenever, I call on the landline number, its either ringing or busy on another call. Since there was no response from the service center, I approached the customer care. My complaint number is MMX[protected]. However, there was no proper guidance from the customer care team. Hopefully, today to my luck, the service center executive picked up the phone and asked me to wait for another 7-10 days to get the phone repaired. When I gave my phone for repairing I was told that it would get repaired in 7 days. Now the service center says it will take another 7-10 days which is highly annoying. You are well aware that most of people use their smartphones for office work, how can they make the users wait for so long? Unfortunately, Micromax has got very pathetic customer care service which too unresponsive to respond. I am totally disappointed with its service and response and will never buy any Micromax products in future. Thanks

    Hi, I brough micromax A110Q mobile one and half year back . But suddenly it stopped working not able to switch on . I went to service center in bhubaneswar (orissa), deposite the mobile.They told they will call and tell me what is issue and how much it will be cost in same day . But i didnot got a single call from them, i called them every day and asked them about the issue . After 5 days i called him asked him what is the issue, after that they told me that it can't be repaied just come to shop take your mobile . So my question is, i have brought the mobile giving of 12K, after 1 and half year it is no use . I dont whether the issue with the mobile or the service center that they are not that much capable of to repair it . One more thing this service center does not have responsibilily to take care of their customer . Also i am frusted with is Micromax service and i am planning to not buy any product from Mixcromax in future. Service center details : Micromax Service Centre ?       Micromax A 311 canvas nitro- sometimes does not recognise sd card.My lap top says it does not recognise my phone, when connected...I have windows8.1.I gave sd card as dfault storage...so, some times, when not detected, i can not use sd card or the data from it.

        I have purchased YU - Yureka mobile on 18th Mar'15 from Amazon. Right from the first week I am facing a problem while using this phone like hands free not working while using the phone, proximity sensor issue; etc. When I call YU - Support, they told me to wait for Lollipop upgrade which they will be launching for all Yureka phones in 1st week of May'15. They did the same in May'15 & my phone upgraded to new OS Lollipop. However, the existing problems didn't resolved & new problems created like phone getting hangged frequently, display is not appearing, apps getting hangged while using the phone, etc. I am following up with the YU - Support since last one month (the first call made on 7th May'15) but I am yet to receive any resolution. Every time I call them, they are telling me that their Technical Team will call me within 24 to 48 hrs but they are not. Every week I am calling them for resolution but they are not providing me any resolution.

          The same has happened for me also brother! I had given my phone which was under warranty and it has been almost 2 months... I still haven't got my phone yet... and also they have not even bothered to call me!! and when ever i call to those numbers it says it busy all the time...1 day I went there and shouted towards them ... but they were saying unnecessary reasons!! and last they said sir u have waited for this much time know ...please do wait for 10 more days!! and today is the 11th day after that!! STILL NO REPLY OF THEM!!

            Thanks for keeping my phone with you. I am such a mad to pay 11000 rupees and bought a new phone from your company. I am a fool to give that for service and waiting for more than a month that they will get my phone back with the bugs fixed.I got fed up and now searching how to raise a complaint in consumer court.                 I have a micromax phone. It hangs everyday and I have to restart it again. I have report to this to service center 3 time in last 3 month. They return the phone in 20-25 days. today[protected] it is still at service center due to the same problem. Service center even did not inform me about the issue and my problem is still persistent. I am very disappointed with the server as well as product. Please help me out.

MY COMPLAINT 45 DAY AGO I SUBMITTED MY PHONE DUE TO DISPLAY PROBLEM, THEY TOLD ME I WILL TAKE SOME TIME OF 25 DAYS I SAID OK.AFTER 25 DAY I WENT TO COSTUMER CARE THE SAID THAT UR PH DIDN'T COME FROM THE COMPANY AFTER REARING, SO IT WILL TAKE MORE TIME.AFTER 2 WEEK MY MOBILE PH HANDOVER ME...AFTER 2 DAYS MY SPEAKER N MIC OF MY PH DIDN'T WORK, I WENT TO THE SAME PLACE, THEY SAID WE REQUIRED INVOICE NO.N MOBILE PURCHASE BILL.BUT I DIDN'T BROUGHT THE BILL AT THAT TIME, SO I SAID U MAY CHECK THE WARRANTY PERIOD BY IMEI NO.BUT THEY REFUSE TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT N SAID U FIRST BRING MOBILE PURCHASE BILL.THEY TALKING WITH ME USING BAD WORD AND DIDN'T LISTING MY COMPLAINT.

                              i ordered a mobile phone (micromax spark) from snap deal in a flash sale for 4999. my phone stopped working with in 4 days, but there is no support from micromax or snapdeal, they want to sale the mobile not care about the service and support, for the last 10 days i contacted snapdeal and micromax, both of them not responding well, i am really worried, my order id is Order ID: [protected], i want a new mobile or refunding my money, please help

                                  I had submitted Micromax A117 handset at M/S Space Telecom, Bhubaneswar on 22/05/2015 which is under warranty period. The switches (Menu, back etc) are non functional. The service centre executive told that within 3/4 working days, the handset will be delivered as the sparepart is out of stock. But till today i.e. 03/06/2015, the handset is not delivered to me. It is 13 days now. Yesterday, I had sent one mail to customer care Micromax. But, no one responded to the mail. I had also contacted Micromax toll free no [protected] to lodge a complain. But the call centre executive did not lodge the complain citing reason "Website is under upgradation. So complaint can not be lodged at present. Please resolve the issue.
