I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased from micromax I purchase Micromax canvas knight a350 mobile on September 2014 for the price of 19200/-. However upon a few month o[censored]sing it problem started to appear. I found mobile got overheating + mobile got hang every time + battery problem, because of this issue now mobile display completely blackout. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model. I show this problem to micromax service center dadar, they haven’t response me well they told me this problem happen because of water issue, but in actual my mobile never down in water. Now they refusing to resolve my problem and they demand charges for resolve issue. My mobile is in warranty period and I don’t want to pay this charges. Please take an action on those fellows at Service centers and please sortout my problem.

    dear sir/madam, i am ricky kumar from ludhiana (punjab) . i was gave tab P470 model of micromax at mobile service center on 14 may 2015 due to auto shut down and after start the battery is very low . the mobile care service center suited at janta nagar . gill road ludhiana .contact no :[protected] . i was call first week then they said you tablet in Chandigarh for repairing then again i called after 2 week then they said your mobile is in Delhi. and its will be come in next 15 day later . today s 31 may next 15 days they have not sure the tablet will repaired or not repaired . they provide wrong massage . its too much time taking . tablet have only 12 month warranty and they take 1 month or more days.

      Sir, I have bought a micromax LED TV 10 days ago online.The model no. is 32T7260HD.I registered my purchase by telephone at the company's customer care office on 24/5/2015. My call registration no. is GUJ[protected]. I also spoke with the micromax reprasentative in junagadh, one Mr. Dhawal twice by telephone. He assured me that he shall come and do the wall fitting of my instrument within 3 working days.However one week has passed and he has not turned up.Moreover he even refuses to receive my phone calls. Now i plan to get my TV fitted through a private technician. In case of any malfunction I shall hold the company responsible.In addition I expect the company to honour the terms of gaurantee Regards, Mr Monishi Sheth

        Dears, I am Harikumar From Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu, India.I handed over my Micromax A092 To Micromax service center under warranty for Not accessing the network on 1/05/2015 My jobsheet number is *S[protected]*They assure me the mobile will be handed over me on next 25 day but now the date is 31/05/2015 . I ringed a call to my service center they are not responding to me. The service center details is JP COMMUNICATION 1 ST FLOOR, NEAR PILLAIYAR KOVIL, KUMBAKONAM-612001 TAMILNADU INDIA

          I have purchased a AQ5001 juice-2 phone from E-ZONE at VIP road, KOlkata-700059 on 13th of MAY, 2015. The phone is getting hanged once or twice in every day although i have not served internet with this phone yet.On this hanging issue i have removed the battery of the phone many times but on last occasion battery was damaged in my hands. When i went to service centre to purchase the battery withe phone's bill they said the phones IMIE no. is not in their data base so they cannot do anything. Is this my fault that the IMIE no. has not been updated in your data base? So, please update the IMIE no.-[protected] so that i can purchase the battery to run run the phone & please do some thing about the hanging issue.             My phone has a problem of touch at particular line on the screen.It was in warranty piece.So I gave it to service centre of micromax in bhimavaram with a job sheet number s[protected].They said that they will return my phone in a week but it has been three weeks from the date I gave the phone .Till now they didnt send me any feedback about the phone.This was so disgusting about micromax care centres.So please I need my phone back.

              Complaint No. MMX[protected], Job sheet number "N[protected] Model - Micromax Knight A350, I gave my mobile Micromax Knight [A350] for repairing on 15-Apr-2015 with job sheet number “N[protected]” at VI communication – Jagatpuri [Delhi], but they were not able to repair it so they sent it to head office on same day, as my discussion with Mr. Rohit Choudhary ([protected]) SM Micromax service center Jagatpuri, Delhi-110051. I personally visited this service center for more than 5 times & every time they say the repairing is not done you have to wait for more days. When I call to service center after 15 days on 29th April 2015, they provide me customer care number to check my phone status. It was then the customer care executive generates complaint number and told me that it will take 30 days from 29th April 2015. And after 45 days of mental harassment, I call again to customer care to get the information about my mobile (hoping that finally it over and my mobile will be ok now), But customer care person told me to wait for 15 more days of harassment. Now I know, what cost a person has to pay for believing on an Indian Brand like yours, If it takes that much time, why not they provide new one!!! Bhanu Singh [protected]

                  I purchased a micromax mobile A350 in October 2014. 3 months back mobile battery got buldge.it was under warrant and hence I have given mobile to there service center "mobile seva" marathalli, bangalore on 11/04/2015 and from that time onwards till date made many call to micromax customer care . every time they say it will take 2 weeks more.. Neither service center nor micromax are giving the mobile back and when I ask for refund they are saying they can''t do it as it is out of policy. I am suffering from this mental torture from last approximately 3 months. Please take this matter and help me out of this micromax mess Thanks, Dheeraj

                    We have bought a micromax Mobile model no. XL2-A109, IMEI [protected] from THE MOBILE STORE, Pathanamthitta under bill no. 122366 on 17th Feb. 2015, but regret to note that WI.Fi is not working still now. Regarding this complaint we have give our phone to MICROMAX SEVICE CARE PATHANAMTHITTA on March and return the same stating that the complaint is resolve. Again we have give the this phone regarding the same complaint and they told they wants to send the same to the company H.O for repairs under the receipt no S[protected]. Till this date we have not yet received the same back. We request you to kindly make immediate arrangements to replace the same or we will be forced to take necessary legal action.                         I have purchased Micromax canvas Hue AQ 5000 by snapdeal on 30 April 2015 after 2 days it create the problem like hanging, automatic restart, heatup I reached to service center (gopal telecom, Jalandhar) they told me there is OS problem so they reinstall the software. After 1 day same problem was faced and again I reached to service station, again they change the software(by hit and trial method), after 2 days again same problem was face and again I go to service center, then he told to me we have to send this to Delhi office . After 22 days I received my handset and service center person told me motherboard has changed. Next days when I open facebook or any game apps again the same problem was encountered. Again I rush to service center they told me leave your phone for 2 -3 days we inspect and they find the solution by higher authority.I told him kindly replace my set, they disagree with this. I am totally fedup with Micromax mobile and its services.

                          sir i am Sachin sitawat i have purchase a mobile micromax knight A350 but after some time create a problem regarding touch.Than i submitted my mobile in micromax care(m/s Dev Enterprise ) in Ahmedabad on[protected] but sir no return my mobile already spend 30 days or above. customer care not proper response for me.when i go care that care member misbehaviour with me. My mobile was not working properly. it was having trouble in Led and my mobile was not recharging properly . Today the date is 29/05/2015 and i have given my set to the service center last 16 days before(on 13/05/2015 ii have submitted and they were saying that this but set will it will take upto 15 days but when i have gone today in Latur Micromax Service center name of OK Mobile, shop no.-11, Gandhi Marker, Near Ambika Mandir, Behind ST.Bus Stand Latur 413531 cont.no.[protected] to the service centre they have not sent my mobile anywhere, it was not repair and also they not solve my problems .i have call to this no [protected] there was not given correct information about my mobiles sir i have decide i am given to you last 2 days for my handset given to me, other wise i am going to consumer court this is my full & final Notice & Such same excuses i mean how you hire people on your service, this is so disappointing for me & i will tell everyone to never ever buy your company, i made a biggest mistake in my life that i purchased micromax any atom, do something or you also give me such lame excuses, please give me replay this mail i am waiting, please do the needful,
