I gave my phn Unite 2 (A106) to micromax customer care on 13/5/15 for repairing. The customer care told me that i will get my phone in 15 days bt now its 23 days and whenever i go to ask them they told me to wait for a week.The complaint no. is MMX[protected]. The jobsheet is also attached. Please help me to get my phone.

    This shold be not done from the leading manufacturers of mobile phones in India.Money is deducted everyday from my account. A message comes "CONGRATULATION on purchasing micromax handset. Press continue to registeryour phone with us for warranty services, updates and more" and money is deducted. It happens everyday rather two or three times a day. plaese fix this issue otherwise i had to change my phone[bolt a089].

      i purchase micromax canvas knight cameo A290 mobile 12 march 2015 but yesterday 02 june 2015 face battery problem ...i charge the phone but do not charge phone, on screen shows " ERROR ! PLEASE PLUG CHARGER " ..phone switch off ..please repair my phone from your authorised servicr centre or replace my phone bcz not more than 3 months (only 2 months 20 days) from i purchased...please register my complaint.

        It has almost 2 months that my mobile phone micromax unite 2 is in the service centre at palarivattom, Kerala due to failure in it's working.They told me that the phone has been sent to Delhi for repairing and after1.5 months they informed me that as the phone could not be repaired it will be replaced as the complaint occurred during the warranty period. It's almost 2 months and we have no information when the phone will be replaced.Please replace the phone immediately otherwise you will lose many of your valuable customers from Infopark, Kochi.Being an employee of Infopark I can spread the bad service quality of your company.Don't force me to do this.

              On April 4, 2015, I, Rashmi Singh gave my Micromax phone to the customer care centre in Rohini, sector-8, C-9 for repair. It has been two months and the phone has not been returned. I have called them up several time but to no avail. I had bought my phone on 29/8/2014 from a nearby retail outlet. less than a month old, the phone reported a software problem. I first took it to the shop I bought it from, then to the customer care centre. The customer care fixed the software problem but again after month the phone had a software problem. One again I gave it for repair to the customer care. Within the first few months o[censored]sing this phone, it has been mostly non-functional. The phone is still with the customer care people and they neither fixed my phone, nor have they returned it. Not even once they tried to get in touch with me on their own. The set that I bought has had many problems and has caused me a lot of trouble both personally and professionally. I have already spent weeks and months without my phone.The phone is also under the warranty. I expect a proper solution to this issue and immediately. From the phone to your company's customer service has been highly disappointing.                   Sir, I have purchased a micromax A177 in aug 2014 and it is is warranty period. I am facing some problems in my mobile from Software & Hardware both. one memory error message continuously comes in my mobile and for that I have gone to service center of micromax for 6 times but every time they uses nonsense excuses and not even helped me for my problem I am facing. sometimes they say that working time is over now sometimes they say come tomorrow I will download the file for this sometimes they say it will take time and sometimes they say that your phone will go to company for more than a month but never provided me a resolution to my problem. The services of micromax are the worst services which never helps the customers. Thanks

                      I am one of the very happy customer for Micromax A106 cell phone. I baught this cell phone in Aug 2014 in Kundan mobile stores Bangalore. From the time of purchase The phone is went for service 3 times always for same problem, Microphone not working, Cell phone hand, Low space error messgae Second time was very disapoining service by Rajajinagar Micromax service station(Bangalore). They have changed all the parts but cell phone still not working. Now I have given it again in jalahalli cross Micromax service centre(Brangalore, They corrected the phone in 1 hr time but when I went for testing, he sensor in from was not working and asked me to wait. They called be back in 30 min time saying they broke the screen touch and they are ordering new one. who will confimr me that they will put the original screen touch. Who will give the warrently for this. I don’t need this cell phone as your service centres have literally molested it and I am not confident this will wok fine.. I asked them to add this mistake of them in Job sheet but they are hesitant. I am not happy about the issue it is giving for last 10 month. As a loyal customer I have been patience with what your service centres were saying and now it is time for your company to show that same layality to me. I am ok to go for a different phone of your company which is a sucessful model, I am OK paying more for a better phone because this phone which I have give for service is a defective peace

                        From 4-01-15 my micro max mobile A120 colors not working properly some time dual Sim was not working, some time data connection not working etc. 4 times continuously for 3 month from Jan to apil my phone is under the service center at bikaner. now the mobile set also changed (as service center person told), bit problem is occurring same. Now i don't want to submit my phone to service center. my phone is under guaranty period. I request to you to please provide refund of my mobile money and some charge also taken from the company for their very poor performance.

Add. is SP-AKS TELECOM SCO 109 1ST FLOOR SECTOR 20 D CHANDIGARH MY IMEI NO./ESN IS [protected]/[protected] ITEM NAME :A350 (B& GOLD) MODEL CODE: SERMOB0431 AS I GIVE MY MOBILE FOR REPAIR AS ON 07.05.2015 AND THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 10TO 15 DAYS TO COME FROM COMPANY... BUT TODAY I CALLED TO THE S. CENTER AND ASK FOR MOBILE THEY SAID IT WILL COME AFTER ONE WEEK MORE. AND ITS VERY VERY REAR THEY PICK THE CALL. SOME TIME THEY WERE BUSY SOME TIME THEY ARE TAKING LUNCH...SOME TIME THEY ATTEND THE CALL THEY SAID USUALLY INTERNET IS SLOW WE WILL CAL YOU... AND THEY DIDNOT CALL. THIS IS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MICROMAX.AS ON TODAY(01.06.2015) THE SERVICE CENTER NOT TAKE ANY KIND OF RESPONSIBILITY. THEY STILL SAYS IT WILL TAKE 15 DAYS MORE PLEASE HELP ME WHAT CAN I DO NOW.                             I purchased Micromax Nitro on 05 Apr 15, and from the day one i am facing issues with this handset like overheating (48-50 degree), Internet problem and battery backup problem. I escalated the issues with Micromax as well as Flipkart, both did nothing fuitfull to get rid from any of the problem. I am not able to download an image from whatsapp not even open Facebook through Broswer. Kindly help me to get out of this problem.

                              I have submitted My TAB P 365 (Micromax) on 06th May, 2015 to M.R. Electronics, Karur. I have received a message from Micromax customer Care that my Tab have been repaired on 20th May, 2015. Immediately, I went to the Service Provider M.R. Electronics, Karur but, the service personnal told me to come after two days and I did so but, I did'nt receive my Tab from the Service center till now. " I thought when I bought this tab It is like very good product but now, my experience with the service is very poor". Really Micromax is "nothing like anything"

                                Greetings, My name is Arjun singh (contact# [protected]) I was facing issues with my micro max model A40, as it was under warranty so on 11 may 2015 I submit it to authorized service center of MicroMax named M/S Perfect solutions E-3 lower ground floor Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019 Further below are the details of job sheet provided by them. Complaint# N[protected] DATE 11 MAY 2015 Problem reported : bluetooth connection & Wlan Connectivity problem. SLA - 15-20 days. When I went to collect my handset they gave me another jobsheet with SLA of 20 days more. Below is the details for second job sheet. Complaint# N[protected] DATE 1 JUNE 2015 Problem reported : Power does not switch on. SLA - 20 days. When I ask the reason why this was not recognized at the first level so that my time can be saved. People from the M/s Perfect Solutions misbehave with me. Further they argue with me and told me that it will take 20 more days. My question is does it make sense to waste 40 days approx. to get my phone repaired. And if this is the customer service we can expect from the service center of Micromax. Hope their is someone who will look into the matter and take the strict action against the customer service people of M/s. Pefect Solutions (kalkaji, delhi). regards Arjun Singh Mb : [protected]

                                  Hi, Complaint no. MMX[protected], Jobsheet number N[protected], Model - Micromax Knight A350, I gave my mobile Micromax Knight [A350] for repairing on 02-May-2015 with jobsheet number “N[protected]” at M/S B.R. Services – C-30 Lajpat Nagar, and on next day they send it to head office, as per my discussion with the representative SM Micromax service center Jagatpuri, Delhi-110051, because they were not able to repair it. I personally visited this service centre for more than 5 times & every time they say the repairing is not done in head office & you have to wait for more days. When I call to customer care number after 15 days on 15th May 2015. It was then the customer care executive generate complaint number and told me that it will take 30 days from 02 May 2015. It means no one is taking care of my phone till that date and if I did not call, my phone will be put like junk somewhere in Micromax office. Micromax customer service is worse than worse. 30 days of mental harassment, I call again to customer care to get the information about my mobile (hoping that finally it over and my mobile will be ok now), But customer care person told me to wait for 15 more days of harassment. If they not able to repair my mobile why not they provide me new one!!! Now I know, what cost a person have to pay for believing on an Indian Brand like Micromax. Please send my mobile back to the service centre before Friday as I have to leave for a business trip for more then a month. If my handset is not return before Friday then I will file a complain to the consumer court for harassment. Regards Sitangshu [protected]

                                    My Self Is Tejinder Singh With mobile no. [protected] I am having a Handset of Micromax Canvas Fire 2 A104 With IMEA No. [protected] & [protected] bill dt. 12.10.2014 which is in warrenty. My Handset Suddenly Stop Working and was completly Shut off. When i had sent the hand set to MicroMax Service center for examine at Kalkaji Main Road Service Center, after examine the set they said it will cost Rs. 1650.00 for repair so i take the set back from them but when next day i visit the service center again they said now it will cost Rs. 3570.00 becase there is mositure in mother board. How it can be possible that on second visit the repair cost increase and just doubled.

                                      I have micromax unite 2. the touch screen of that phone not working so I give that at the nearest service centre at jadavpur on 9th may. today 1st June still I wont take it back from the service centre. some kind of nonsense happened over there.they call me once and when I was there last week they told me another reason and harash me. I want my phone back immediately or else I complaint on consumer Forum.

                                        I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased from micromax. I purchased Micromax Canvas A114 mobile in December 2014. Within 3 months i.e. on 25th March, the handset was dead. The dead handset is given for repairs since 25th March at the following service center. Sai Mobile Shoppe, Om Shree Swami Manor, N.C. Kelkar road, Dadar (W), Mumbai. Till this date i.e 31st May, I have not recieved the handset back post repairs. The service center gave all sorts of stories like the handset has been sent to Delhi for repairs, or it had come from Delhi after repairs but is sent back as it was not repaired properly. It has been more than 2 months that I am without the handset and there is no proper assurance if I am going to get it back either from the company or service center.
