i purchase micromax canvas knight cameo A290 mobile 12 march 2015 but yesterday 02 june 2015 face battery problem ...i charge the phone but do not charge phone, on screen shows " ERROR ! PLEASE PLUG CHARGER " ..phone switch off ..please repair my phone from your authorised servicr centre or replace my phone bcz not more than 3 months (only 2 months 20 days) from i purchased...please register my complaint....

It has almost 2 months that my mobile phone micromax unite 2 is in the service centre at palarivattom, Kerala due to failure in it's working.They told me that the phone has been sent to Delhi for repairing and after1.5 months they informed me that as the phone could not be repaired it will be replaced as the complaint occurred during the warranty period.
