I bought a Micromax Canvas A120 on June 22, 2014 and within only one month the touch stopped working. I gave it for repair and they kept the phone for more than a week. I have given that phone for repair 3-4 times in this one year. I have recently given my phone for one more repair on May 22, 2015 because it suddenly got switched off. As told by the service centre, it will take a month to get the phone back. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to me. It is in warranty period and must be replaced now as it has been more than enough times it has undergone repairs. I look forward to hearing from you earliest possible.

    On 24th may i slept putting my cellphone canvas knight A350 with 50% charged...next morning my cellphone didnt switch on...i thought it might be due to oversweating on the bed...then one day after i went to micromax care center in maninagar ahmedabad...my phone was submitted at noon...on the same day they called me and told that my mobile had water damage and it would require combo change about of 5500 rs...then i got my mobile without repairing nd repaired at local shop in about 1000 without changing scree or camara... If local shops can repair mobile without changing screen and camara then why your care center cant it????? They told me directly the figure 5500 rs. Why they didnt repair my mobile without changing display and camara if it was possible??? My heartly request to company to care their customers...

      dear sir/madam, i am vishal gupta and iam having micromax A092. My mobile was not working properly. it was having trouble in Led and my mobile was heating and after thet it swith off automaticaly (when heated). Today the date is 29/05/2015 and i have given my set to the service centre 1 month before(on 29/04/2015 ii have submitted) and they were saying that this but set will replace and it will take upto 25 days but when i have gone yesterday to the service centre they have not sent my mobile anywhere, it was not replace and also they not given me a standby mobile. before 1 month whenever i call to centre for status of my mobile they say the your mobile has gone to Delhi. Now only 1/2 month warranty has left my mobile and i want my mobile repaired or replace and also a stand by mobile. They dont know to how to talk with customer also telling always lie . my complaint no .-N[protected].         Sir, I have purchased micromax smartphone a102 on dated 20/5/2015 from Shreya mobile jabalpur m.p. On the box the clearly written it have 1gb ram and 8gb rom. I seen this i purchased. When after i am using and saw that the internal showing only 4gb rom. Seeing this i am very depressed. What is this i am not satisfied for these hypocracy from the company doing this things with the customer.           I have Micromax canvas engage A091 which have been i used for nearly 5 months and it stay at the service center for last 3 months for repair but it have been not repaired till now 28/05/2015.my handsets software and the mother board was crashed and i went to near micromax service center Barrackpore ( Optimal Solutions, 32/2, Barasat Road, Nona Chandanpukur, Barrackpore, Kol-700122 ).they service center repaired it's board and software but they also break my phones camera lens glass and side edges of the phone.in picture you can show what they did to this phone.that time i deny to take that phone but they vowed me that they will repair it in 10 days 01/04/2015dated they said me that but still today 28/05/2015 they did not do any work on that and giving excuses that parts are not available so they can't and but they did not replace my phone with new one either.But it's damaged by the company servicing .the Service center is full of corruption and false vows.for that reason we the customers are suffering. therefore it's my earnest request to you take effective steps against this Service center and give me a proper solutions from theirs servicing, because it's too much annoying .

            Sir, i bought a Micromax Bolt S300 handset on April 4th, 2015, having details: EMI-[protected] BATTERY-V0275515G[protected] CHARGER-V[protected] Within 12-days the EARPHONE is damaged. I went to the service centre. They adviced me to come after 10-days. When I reached after 10-days they told me that the earphone is not available at present. They asked my phone number and told me that if it would be available within 10-days and they will inform me. The DRAMA is continued after 20-days……….this time I reached there and inquired them to buy a earphone for me. They told me the EARPHONE is AVAILABLE . but when I asked them to exchange it, they told me that these products are only for selling, not for exchange…… they again waited me for A WEEK…… After a week they told me that the earphone is not available right now and it would be ordered from Delhi. They have taken my damaged earphone and again told me to come after 15-days. This is continue….till now Wow! What a WORST service providing you are…… This great job is done by MARK SERVICES (Micromax Service Centre), Jamshedpur (Jharkhand), phone :[protected] Note: I want justice regarding this and also want to exceed my warrenty peiod.

              My mobile model is micromax canvas xl2, only 4 months old. I am feeling problem from last 6-7 days. Battery backup is very low. Sudden it go down. And sometimes it doesn't charge over 40 %. I want to change my battery, its in warrenty period. Please reply asap..

                  I have submitted my mobile Doodle 3 in March ending & got it after 45 days bcz its motherboard was fused. After 10 days only it stopped working again & when I took it to the service center they said that the battery got swollen & its out of warranty so you have to purchase it though my mobile is under warranty. I have got such a pathetic service from these people.Previously it was working well & smooth but once it is back from the center it started troubling. What am I supposed to do now? I am using micromax mobile since past 5 yrs & recommended it to my friends as well but from now onwards I am highly disappointed. Even the people sitting there at the service center are extremely rude. Worst customer service staff.

                    I have bought micromax canvas A100 in December 2013. One day it suddenly off due to low battery after that I had put on charging for 6-8 hours but also could not charge for 1%. I visited near by Micromax service center for the same issue they asked me to keep phone for 1 hour, so I hand over to them. Once I came back they said there was no issue with battery and all and had did some boost . They charged me for boosting of Rs.100 and also they have not given any receipt. My mobile start charging and is shows 65% charge . The main problem starts again when I took my mobile from charging and its again got off within 20 mins. Again I gave to sangetha store to check the issue and they said they is a problem with connector and battery(They advised me to change the battery as well as connector). I searched for micromax A100 origanal battery in so many shops and showroom but i couldn't find .. Service center also cheating like anything.Now I am very upset about the company whose is not providing parts as they are selling the worst product in the market.

                      I Purchased the mobile EG111 Micromax on 15 Oct 2014, within 6 months mobile had problem and at last mobile is dead condition, given the mobile in Service center on 13th April 2015, while giving itself they said it will take 30 days, after days they are telling 30 working days, till now they are not confirming any thing, whenever we call the customer care they are telling it will take 30 days 20 days and 10 days, But they are not telling any other status of the mobile, They are not even transferring the call to any senior person or not providing any mail id other than the [protected]@micromaxinfo.com Job Sheet no is N[protected]

                        Hello Support, I had purchased Micromax Mobile A350 on Dated[protected] against Order ID : OD[protected]. Initially for first few months it worked fine but on[protected] it stopped working for which I get it deposited to M/s VI Communications with 2 reported problems being 4101 : Power does not switch on and 4911: Display Touch Screen Not working on[protected] via Job Sheet Number : N[protected]. Till today I have not received any information about the status of me Hand set from the service center infact I am making repeated calls. I have also reported my concern over the call center with request number : MMX[protected]. I did call many times to the service center wherein they have told me that it may take around 6-12 months to get it repaired, After that I get call from the call center that I would be given Micromax Canvas Gold A-300 in replacement of my hand set, but that would be a repaired one. My concern for the same is If the set could not be repaired with in the given period than why didnt I was being told earlier, secondly by giving me a repaired handset does that mean you were able to provide me the quality services because If the new set being purchased didnt work for even 4 months will the repair hand set will work. I am very much disappointed with the kind of after sale service being provided by Micromax as after waiting for almost 30 odd days I am getting a response providing a solution of replacement of my handset with a repaired one.

                          i have your mobile model unite2 A102 some time back. my complaint is whenever i try to download any mobile app, it always show short of storage space and does not download besides having too much internal and external space.                             dear sir, recently I purchased Micromax canvas spark Q380 from snapdeal flash sale..last day my phone slipped from my laptop table and screen got multiple cracks on that...it hardly to be 2 metre distance between floor and table..i heard so much about gorilla glass and than purchase this mobile phone..and now see what happens..the quality of gorilla screen is not what mentioned...pls look into the matter

                              hi i am jatin and my concern is that i had purchased one of your phone on 26 nov. 2014 and and i am suffering with the battery issue . let me elaborate the issue, my battery was not giving even 2 hour of backup and i went to the sevice centre and said fr replacemet when battery was in warranty period . but they said they will not give free replacement and they will charge for this and then i said i will pay ...later on they said they dnt have battery fr the same phone . so what do i do now shall i throw out the phone or go legally waiting for your reply jatin [protected]

                                  I have micromax A101 d00dle 3 display was damaged on 14/5/2015 and i will gave my mmobile on 15 may on micromax service centre m/s girukripa computer and mobiles 44 TIT road near poonam chand bhawan ratlam (m.p)..457001. I m not satisfied with micromax service because service canter workers told me they give me return my mobile on 25/5/2015. But they didn't gave me they make excuses and told me after 10 days many time i was go there and worker response about customer not good maner so i want u just follow about this..                                     Hi, I have purchase a Micromax Canvas A1 AQ4501 mobile in October 2014, After 4 months of purchasing Its Power Button stop working. As it does't show screen on pressing power button then I have to plug in charger to use it. I registered this complaint to Micromax Service Center Rampur(U.P.) they asked me that it will take 20 days as it a motherboard problem. After 25 days they handover my phone to me but I found that the issue does't resolve it still have power button problem. I again take this issue to them they said the phone has sent to the company. It took 30 days but the issue does't resolve and they handover me an other used same phone when I asked them to give me a new phone as they does't solve the problem. They told me to take the used phone or take your unrepaired handset back. I want you to take action as its company policy to give a new handset or repair the handset when the handset is in warranty period.                                       Sir, I have purchased a Micromax(A102/Doodle3) Mobile from Mobile India, kakat Chak, kendrapara on 30.11.2014.The earphone supplied with the mobile became damaged within the warranty period.I contacted the M/S P.N Service, Nayabajar, Bhadrak(Micromax Service center) on 25.05.2015 and they assured me to change the earphone by 26.05.2015 positively but no care was taken and misbehaved me.And returned the earphone with out any service. Prior to this I had contacted the same service center to repair the touch screen of the above mobile which was the within the warranty period but instead of free service they charged Rs.200/- and same was paid by me(Copy Enclosed) Early action in the matter is Requested.                                         On 7th may, my phone display has damaged suddenly, then i thought there is no battery, i kept my phone on charging.there is no improvement.after all this i send my phone to the shop from where i have purchased.they have said my display and mother board has damaged. I want online service for this...almost 20 days have passed... so give me online service for this... there is no proper service center in my city... i want to repair my phone as soon as possible... my phone model no is A300 (micro max canvas gold)

                                        i have also canvas gold but after one onth and ten days it got damage its mother board. micromax service centre told me its mother board cost is 7000.
                                        I have also micromax canvas gold A300, after using 1 year its display goes black, i give it to shop & found that display has to be changed for Rs.1500/- I said ok but when recd. back my phone after repair, i found that still some problem with display and it's black again sometime and network is coming for 2-3 minutes and then no network show & errors show that sim card unplugged, i give it back to repair shop he again keep phone for 20-25 days and return without solve network problem stating that he is unable to repair the network i don't know what is the problem & deduct Rs. 100/- & return 1400 he recd. for display repair. If he changed display why he return money with working display & if not change display & repair only display IC than why he earlier charged me 1500/- for display change. Now my 15000/- cost mobile is useless without network. Any way most of mobile repairing person is chor & micromax is worst company & it has very poor service center network. Avoid Micromax.
                                        Even I have the same A 300 Gold...few days back its display get blank and now its motherboard is not working...I don`t know how company like Micromax develop 20k phone ..who gave them permission until they are not fine enough to provide better service once there phone is old and they are not working.

                                        I have also purchased Micromax Gold for 20k. Few days back its display get blank and was getting hanged it is not working properly...I took to service center they said battery issue I changed my battery for Rs.3000 again after few days again it got stop working. Today I took it to center they said mother board problem which will cost Rs.7000/- is it really worth. Within Six months 2 problems arises without using phone. It is just useless phone I don't know how company like Micromax develop 20k phone ..who gave them permission until they are not fine enough to provide better service once there phone is old and they are not working.

                                        Just closed your company and go back...

                                        same with me, getting issue with network, i.e no network. no charging . escalated to micromax too. but no solution. Agreed with Mr. Suraj, avoid and not not to buy MMX phone any more.
