    sir/ madam this is very important to me so please give genuine response i was purchased micromax canvas tab p 470. as on march month 2015. form online wabe site infebeam. com but within two days after purchasing it suddnly work very bad at that time i communicate with micromax care thay are not given to me DOB. make me full today bettry is suddnly getting very low. so my question is if company sale this type of wastage to cosumer then why make advertise s proffesstional way sell only like worst company.if this time company says that this is menufecturing fault than i want only refund or new tab from company as soon as possible.so give me response as soon as possible. my contact no.       Dear Sir / Madam, I provided the micromax A114 mobile for service due to display issue on 28-Apr-2014 to M/S Mobi Vision Old No: 61, New No: 149, Kodambakkam Hgh Road, T Nagar, Chennai[protected]. They checked and confirmed that it will be covered in warranty and will get the mobile back in 15 days. No information or call after that even after 15 days. No response received when i called the contact number they gave. Then i received call that the mobile has some issues and they are sending to manufacturing center and will get the mobile in another 15 days (so totally 30 days). I am calling the contact number given continuously for the past 10 days, no proper response. Now it is more than 40 + days. Can you please make this as priority and get the mobile serviced soon?       Hi,

      Would like to have information on the above complaint.

      I received a call from a mobile number stating that the representative talking from micromax. He conveyed sorry for the issue and informed that i will get a refund. Moreover he asked for the debit card number to refund the money. May i have the confirmation from you whether shall i give the debit card number, is it safe to give? If so, please arrange for a call again to settle this issue.

      I yet to hear from Micromax on my replacement of mobile.

      Please act quickly and it is almost two months i gave my mobile to service. It is really frustrating to have such delay.

          I have purcahse a new mobile before 5 ms ago vide model no micromax unit 2 106 a, but now lots of problem showing but your service center guys not take my calls after 20 times calling how i can belive your service is good and if new mobile lots of problem showing so i want a change my mobile and provide a new mobile . due to your problem why i can suffer ???? Your positive response is higly appricable.

            I am Krishna Bhatt My mo no is [protected]/ [protected] today i have visited micromax care center Azzure Enterprice 168 Chinubhai Tower Near H K College Ashram Road E-Mail Address : [protected]@gmail.com and Mo No :[protected], [protected], [protected] i have compliened for my cell phone as if since last more than 10 days i was facing charging problem so today i have got the time from my busy shedule so i have visited them for the problem and my cell phone is in warrenty period they have told me that there is problem inside charging pin and it will cost 750+ tax as if this problem i have already faced 4 time in the 6th month period of phone purchased and they were not ready to except problem and they used to tell me that you have to pay charges as i have told him my phone is in warrenty period and u r liable for do it the same and for this problem i have already come 3 times before but this people cannot understand 1 st time only when it was 1st month of my phone this happend i have told him that replace my cell phone and give me a phone otherwise give me my money back they have told me ok if possible we will replace your phone and give to you than to they have not replaced my phone and they have told me that we have repair your phone come and collect from us now onwards you will not face any problem regarding charging and than too after a month this happend again and i have visited the same service center they have told me that there is some thing fault in it we cannot catch the problem you have to keep the phone with us we will inform u within 24 hours so after 24 hours they have told me that there is some parts problem you will get your phone repair within 7-10 days and for the 2nd time i have told him it's ok but see that next time this such problem does not arise than too 3rd time the same problem i have face within 45-50 days i have again visited the service center they have told me that they think that there is problem in your charger Usb cable as if i have my family member 3 phone with same charger socket and other phone used to charge properly and this phone of mine only not charge properly than too as if they have told i have replaced my charger Usb cable than for again 30days it had work properly than the same problem of charging i have faced again so i was little bit busy wid my work so i m not able to go there for neary 10-12 days so before 7 days ago i have also call service center for same problem they have told me that visit our service center as if i was busy after 10 days today i have visited care for problem and my phone is in warrenty period so than too they are cheating me and many more uneducated customer i have seen from my eyes that customer phone is in warrenty than too they are charging him now i request you sir to solve my problem as soon as possible please give me proper guidence for it and i want to replace my phone their customer service is pathetic just do me a favour and kindly take strict action to it as if so many illiterate people are being charged so they dont know anything and they bear their hard earned money charged levied by them... so kindly do needfull as soon as possible hoping for your reply soon. your's thankful, Krishna Bhatt [protected]/ [protected]

              Dear Sir, I'm sorry to say that there is no proper responce in Service Centre of Micromax in Salem, Tamilnadu.There is no need in opening a new service centre here.I gave my mobile on 26/05/2015 for the problem of changing charging socket, and they forwarded it to Bangalore head office, till now I Don't know the status of the Phone.There is no proper responce even.Even I had the same problem in My Samsung mobile and I gave it to the Service centre at 10.00AM and I got back at 5.00PM.Really I feel very bad regarding your Service.                 Dear sir, its very sorry to say that that after sale service of micromax is worst . my handset canvas a350, model no ; SERMOB0431, (copy of Job Sheet is Attached) was deposited 1st time in service centre for repairing on around 03/04/2015 and that i get on 22/04/2015 and after 1 month in repaire factory the phone was not repaired and finally on 24/04/2015 again i submit the phone and now the period of 30 days is also over but still phone is not repaired its total around 3 month to go in service centre, but till date there is is no clear information about my phone .                   Hello I have sent my Micromax android one phone for servicing (as it was unable to boot) at Janakpuri west (Delhi) service station. after two weeks i have received the phone today (8th June 2015) but when i opened the phone to insert micro SD card i found out that the lock of that slot is missing/broken, which was intact at the time i submit the phone for servicing. It seems that it has been removed by some professional technician as it has been neatly done. This is happened due to the negligence or mishandling of the product by micromax service center. This kind o[censored]nprofessionalism was not expected by Micromax.                     I am ashish from rewa MP, my contact no. is [protected], I had purchased a handset micromax canvas fun A 76 for rupees 7600.00 on[protected] on[protected] when set was under warranty period it had got a problem, i gave handset to service centre but they could not solved out the problem. three times i gave my handset but no result found. they had said earlier that if problem would not be solved out they would give another hand set but now they are not giving. three months have been passed, i want another handset of same price as soon as possible.

                        My Handset(Micromax A58) is getting switched off while operating. I have given this mobile in Micromax service center, Nellore. It is been sent to Service 4 times till now and every time it is coming with the same complaint(getting switched off while operating). It's been happening since 20 th March 2015. Neither they are servicing not replacing my handset.

                        I have bought new Battery unnecessarily when my existing battery is working fine as per the service center (M/s SRINIVASA ELECTRONICS, NELLORE, A.P.) resolution given to my problem. Its useless and wrong resolution the service center guys given, Waste of my money and time for purchasing new Battery unnecessarily. These kind of service engineers working for Micromax

                          Respected Sir, My jobsheet no. N[protected] and my complaint number is MMX[protected]. i am facing some problems in my phone canvas A177 from december. Then i went to authorized service center they took 32 days and then they called me that my problem is resolved and i can collect my phone. when i took my phone after 1 day i again faced same problem. i again went to service center, they again submitted my phone and said that there is some shorting in phn so they will send it to company and i will be delievered by post on my address after 25 to 30 days. i waited for 30 days then i got my phone, after 3or 4 days same problem occured. then i again went to center and they again submitted my phone for 15 days and put a stamp of REPEAT CASE on my jobsheet.After 15 days i got my phone and hardly 1 day went i again faced same problem.Now my phone is submitted and today is the 19 th day and i doesnt have my phone. I had faced this problem 4th time, If my phone is not in condition of getting repaired then you can replace/swap it.                             My complaint is regarding the service centre located at central market near bus stand ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) My micromax A106 is getting heating up, as my phone is still under warranty, i went to the service centre to get it checked, till here my handset is running all in good condition like speaker, ringer headset etc and the same is also given in the there job sheet which has made by them. My handset is checked and it has has been found that there is problem with the Power IC, heating, hang and i have been told that the charge will be levived on it Of Rs1500, I told the engineer to pack the set and return it to me. I came back home and switch on the handset and found that its speaker is not working, I went back to the service centre and complaint that its speaker is not working there engineer then said that it will not work due to faulty part . I request you to kindly take accurate measure regarding the issue I have attached the scanned copy of handset bill which will proove that my handest is still under warranty and also I have attached the Job sheet made by the micromax service centre cental market old bus stand ghaziabad(Uttar Pradesh)

                              i have your mobile product name is micromax canvas knight a350 purchase from shah market agra at date 1 january 2015 . when i am using mobile in starting over heating problem face then i submit my mobile in micromax service center in agra sanjay place, after 25 days i get return mobile back last month. But their is one big problem again i face when using my mobile its automatically switch off and when i pin up for charging the charging is not show and the mobile is not open...Now, i am very upset using this mobile. so, i requested to you replace my set as soon as. and inform me soon to replacing center address in lucknow. and inform me soon to replacing center address in lucknow. . moble detail show below, MOBILE NAME- Micromax canvas knight a350 I.M.E.I.                                   I recently updated my unite 2 phone to lollipop version and now m unable to download any app because of an error of insufficient space on the device while in the file manager it shows available space to be 4.12 gb..this is causing so much of inconvenience..please help as soon as possible..

                                      respected sir, i have a hand set micromax color2 a120.due to some problem on touch panel i send my hand set bankura(W.B.) service centre on 14/5/2015.my JOB SHEET NO IS-E[protected] for repair.BANKURA SERVICE CENTRE send this product to kolkata head office for their requirement.after 6 days i know that my handset exchange with other person.bcoz that person contact with me over telephone.then i told bankura service centre to take necessary step.but long time over there is no positive result.plz tell me the delivery date and where is MY handset.

                                        I bought led tv of micromax it got defuncted just after completion of one year. After lodging complain via email giving detail of issue. No one is confactimg to repair it. We should avoid using this company. Buying small dimond is better than buying big duplicate dimond. Now I understood.
