Dear Sir / Madam,
I provided the micromax A114 mobile for service due to display issue on 28-Apr-2014 to M/S Mobi Vision Old No: 61, New No: 149, Kodambakkam Hgh Road, T Nagar, Chennai[protected]. They checked and confirmed that it will be covered in warranty and will get the mobile back in 15 days. No information or call after that even after 15 days. No response received when i called the contact number they gave. Then i received call that the mobile has some issues and they are sending to manufacturing center and will get the mobile in another 15 days (so totally 30 days). I am calling the contact number given continuously for the past 10 days, no proper response. Now it is more than 40 + days. Can you please make this as priority and get the mobile serviced soon?

Would like to have information on the above complaint.
I received a call from a mobile number stating that the representative talking from micromax. He conveyed sorry for the issue and informed that i will get a refund. Moreover he asked for the debit card number to refund the money. May i have the confirmation from you whether shall i give the debit card number, is it safe to give? If so, please arrange for a call again to settle this issue.

I yet to hear from Micromax on my replacement of mobile.
Please act quickly and it is almost two months i gave my mobile to service. It is really frustrating to have such delay.
