I have purchased Micromax AQ 5001 22 may 2015 and it starts overheating, getting switched off automatically, phone gets hang while calling .I went to Micromax service centre namely AKS care D-1/CD-1/28 LDA Colony Kanpur road Krishna Nagar they have suggested me to make DO letter i agreed but they said they require some approval from senior authority when i ask how much time it will take they told me that it will be done till monday but now when called them regarding DO letter they told you have wait as approval still not come so we cannot give DO letter. This is totally a harassment to the consumer .I kindly request you to please intervene in this issue and provide me the DO letter.

      I gv my micromax A 106 (Unite 2) for repairing on 13/5/2015. Reason is the mobile does not switch on as when i switch it on the micromax logo comes and at the same time color fades and screen gets off. The micromax( roorkee) people told me that it will take 10 days bt now its more than that and now they are saying that its still pending and will take a week or more. I dont know is it a big issue with the power but its hard for me to live so long without a phone. The barcode number they provide me in jobsheet is N[protected]. Plese do the needful.. Thanks in advance.

            i have purchased micromax nitro on nov 14 and since then it has been creating problem. i hav went to the servive centre 5-6 times and it is been still in service cntr from9 may 15.this itself tells how mch problem it is creating.u ppl dont evn pick up the phone.its still in warranty period and ur service cntr ppl hav committed that this set is creatiing problem.u replace that set and give other phone of that specification AND cost.. i hav used micromax fr d frst time and i will never prefer any1 using micromax.i want ur reply as soon as possible.

              Hi, This is Sangharsh Kamble (Mobile No : [protected]), with reference to job sheet number W[protected], I gave my phone Micromax A120 for repair 5 weeks before dated 18th April to M / S Tech SOLUTION, every week I am following up with service centre on status of my phone repair, service centre not giving correct status of my phone and they told me to call again after 2-3 days. At last On 20th May 2015 I called up Micromax call centre and call centre executive told me that my phone is already repaired and it is with service centre and I can collect from service centre. When I visited service centre on 20th May after my call with call centre, Service centre people made we wait for 1 hour, they searched my phone here and there and later told me that there is replacement and come after 2-3 days, 25th May I called them to check about my phone status, service centre guy told me that call me after 1 hour, I called them after 1 hour, they are are again saying me to come back after 2-3 days, I do not understand if my phone is already repaired then why it is not given back to me.                 dear, i have purchase micromax A63 a year back in which i face some pixel problem during the one year warranty period time so i gave that phone to authorized micromax service center (M/S SAIRAM ELECTRONICS) in bhilai, they reported a problem 4908 display bad pixel, other than this problem all the other function of my phone were working properly when i gave it to the service center, around after 1 month i received a message that my cell has been repaired and i went to collect that cell but when i check it the old problem has been repaired but now the touch pad is not working properly, when i reported this to the service center executive they refuse to solve the problem as now the warranty period has been pass out and ask for the repairing amount of around 900. now the problem is when the defect occur while repairing and how they can get their hand back and ask for money because when i gave My phone it was under warranty period and they took excess time for its repairing.my cell phone is still in the service center from the past 1 and the half month.I have already talk to the micro max help line no and even they are agreed that the warranty period can be extend since my phone is in the service center but still the executive fro service center are not cooperating. this is my polite appeal kindly look into the matter and provide me the required service as soon as possible regard vaibhavshankar soni job sheet no :E[protected] date -17/04/2015

                    Dear Sir, I had purchased Canvas gold A300 in July 2014. In month of April-2015 I started facing problem in touch, hence I went to M/s Trisha Enterprises situated in Mansarover Complex on 6th May 2015. They checked the instrument and told me that "display will be changed and you will get the instrument back within maximum of 15 days". I submitted the instrument and got a job sheet with no.N[protected]. Within 15 days I enquired about the set 2-3 times but every time got the answer "pending with the head office". On 22nd of May I went to the Service Center and asked about my set a lady representative took my job sheet and searched for my phone, after about 15 minutes of searching she took the PC entered my job sheet no. and told me that the set is pending with the head office she also printed a new job sheet dated 13th May 2015 with no. N[protected] stating that the power is not turning on set Dead. After reading 2-3 times with my eyes widened I asked her that I submitted the set with a simple problem of touch malfunction how can my set be dead? The answer I got from her side was really funny she said that problem in the touch was due to problem in motherboard which made my set dead & hence you will get your mobile in maximum of 15 days. I asked her again that when I gave the set in fully working condition how can you give me a new job sheet stating that set is dead. I don't got any answer from there side. I also found that every customer there was facing similar kind of problem of not getting there set back within more than a month. There was a male representative who was talking very rudely with all the customers. Please help in this matter...

                      Hello Micromax Care Team My name is Durvesh Thorve, I am your customer from Thane, Maharashtra India. Phone Model - A177 My Job sheet no. is W[protected] Complaint reported on - 12th May 2015 Problem reported - Phone doesnt switch on. I visited Thane service center, Mr. Rakesh informed me that my phone will be replaced, as this is second time my motherboard is damaged and my phone is under warranty. Earlier on 24th Feb 2015, I had reported same issue wherein my phone was not switching on and battery was not charging. So what is the status of my Job sheet number? When can I expect my phone? Why everytime I have to wait 30 days? I purchased this phone on 9th July 2014, out of 11 months that I am using this phone, 45 days it is in service center? Why so much time? Today on 25th May 2015 16:17 PM, I called customer care, the call was answered by Ratna, she said all systems are down, cannot give you status of the Job Sheet no. W[protected]. I asked to transfer call to supervisor, she said cannot transfer the call, as all systems are down and call cannot be transferred. I called back immediately, the call was answered by Jyoti, and she was very helpful. She was able to check my details on the system. She told me, I will have to wait for 30 days again. I am disappointed by this 30 days system. I want someone to action on this immediately. I want my phone delivered in working condition immediately Consider this as an escalation and need immediate replacement of the phone

                        sir mera naam manu hai aur maine 13/6/2014 ko micromax A94 Mad handset liya tha pahle 4 mahine tak koi problem nahi aya lekin uske baad se 1) problem headphone se thik audio clear sunahi nahi dena maine is ke baare me service center me jakar compelnt kiya to unlogone naya headphone order kiya aur diya problem same dusari baar phir yahi problem leke gaya to unhone kaha its your phone problem please restore your phone then you use your phone but problem is same phir ek baar headphone order kiya aur diya bhi lekin problem clear nahi huva 2) touch Screen liquid leakage problem tab mera mobile 15 se 20 din tak service center me pada uske baad muje diya problem clear 3)mera mobile dead huva aur maine service center me 16/4/2015 ko job sheet leke diya unhone 19/5/2015 ko muje mera mobile diya lekin 4naye problem ke saath 1)camera problem 2) network problem 3) Headphone se audio clear nahi sunayi dena mai is mobile se tang Aagaya hoon maine in se pahale bhi kaha tha sir is mai bahut problem hai muje naya mobile dijiye lekin unlogone muje vahi mobile diya ab mai kya karu maine 23/5/2015 ko mobile phir se company bheja hai please sir Ab to muje naya mobile dene ko boliya Agar nahi dete hai to muje dusara rasta batayi ye please ...

                          Sir, I had given my Micromax funbook tab to the Micromax customer service center in Marathahalli, Bangalore on 28 Feb 2015 to fix charging problem with the device. (Job sheet scan copy has been attached ).Please see the address below Mobile seva, no 761, 1st floor, above andhra bank, Marathahalli outer ring road junction, marathahalli bangalore-37, phone[protected] I was told that the issue will be fixed and device will be returned with in 3 days. Till date I have not recieved the device back.I called them so many times and also visited the service center once.They are not giving proper response and always give false commitment that they will resolve the issue within 2-3 days.Now almost 3 months over and I am still waiting for the device to be returned.                           Micromax service centre marathahalli, bangalore (Address: 1st Floor, Sai Ram Building, Above Shanmuka Restaurant, Beside Andhra Bank, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037, Phone:[protected].people who are sitting there not only fraud but, robbers and thieves because I gave my mobile to repair first time in any service centre, there sitting a fat lady in token counter collected my mobile with battery and she dint even mentioned about battery in the invoice letter, and since i was new i had no idea about it, when i went to collect my mobile i did not see the battery in the phone, i got shocked nd claim for the battery, but when i asked for it they behaved in a very rude manner in the delivery counter, i immediately rushed to the token counter to the same fat lady who sits in the centre who had collected my mobile with the battery previous week, she instead of speaking in favour of me, started blaming me that she never took any battery from me and behaved in a very rude manner, and this how my new battery is just lost in there, but i dint gave up, i rushed to the manager and insisted him to check the CTV-camera records of the previous week during which i submitted my mobile to the fat lady in the token counter, but even he did not supported me, he lied me that the computer does not have backup for more than 7 days, and this how I was cheated, robbed and fooled by them...
                          Hi Customers,

                          I am also suffering from the same situation, Micromax service centre committed me to return my phone with in 20 days max but I have not receive my phone even after 2 months(60 days).
                          I have called them many times but I got the same answer "We are trying will deliver your phone within next 2-4 days".

                          So now I understand the monopoly of these private companies. This problem is not only with you guys, many people suffering from this problem. And this not only with miromax there are many companies in india which don't care about our money, time and self respect.
                          In india law procedure is very slow, but we have a simple method to realize them their mistake and strength of common man.

                          Just go to their shopping websites like flipkart, amazon etc and write your reviews that phone or device is worst quality and service is frustrating.

                          Please don't ignore it's not only about you it's about our people.

                            I have complaint about Micromax Mobile Canvas Model. while I am using Micromax canvas.Mobile is shut down automatically.when I was going to lodge complaint about it.there employees said.it will be repair or exchanged to get New one.and he said it taking almost one month long.i agreed there and given my mobile to him for exchange or repair... Now one month is over and I still didn't get any response when will I get my mobile from them. My home is 25 Km away from Micromax mobile service centre Jaunpur.When I call him to ask status for mobile.first of all no body Picking the Phone ( I try to many times to call ) when i go there asking about why you didn't pick call.they just pretending. its very serious issue because of summer.many more person also facing such of problem.                               sir, I bought a new micromax canvas A102 phone after 2-3 months battery, touch, vibrator problems start arising.Then I gave my phone to authorized Service center in Pathankot, punjab. Firstly, they told that they will give mobile after 7days. But after 7 days they told that mobile phone has gone Delhi so come after 1 month. Then I went yesterday for taking my phone, then they told come after 15 days. After 15 days i got my phone but still there are so many problems like Overheating.Again i gave it to him and he kept the phone and gave after 7 days.He changed the battery and replaced it with a refurbished battery.It is full of scratches.Once again i gave my phone but he said come after 15 days. Always get repair or something else.recently i have problem occured with my phone and he said come after 1 month.My Internet Pack Also Wasted.Sir I want a new phone .Please do something Here are the details of the service centre.                                 Dear sir I bought a new micromax elenza 2 on 15sep. 2014 . after 6months battery and touch problem start arising. Then I gave my phone to authorized Service center in indore(yeshwant plaza). Firstly, they told that they will give mobile after 5 days. But after 5days they told that mobile phone has gone Delhi so come after 1 month. Then I went yesterday for taking my phone, then they told come after 15 days. They are just delating and nothing else.

                                  i bought new Micromax Unite 2 A106 Pristine White via snapdeal.com. now this mobile had many problem. i have warranty card, invoice of product.two month before i gave that mobile in micromax authorized service center in coimbatore. but till date those people not responding my complaint. Here with i attached my mobile invoice and service center people gave one temporary job sheet.

                                    More than 7 days complete i given a handset at your service center Ambala Cantt Problem only charging jack not working representative given a time of 7 days but its not delivered on time while on center they have no timeline to close the delivery services even no stand by handset was available at your service center kindly provide my handset back to me with in working condition on monday till evening . othe wise i will door step at consumer court not to delivered the services on provide timing.                                       I have purchase a micromax MT500 on 26/07/14.It had many complications that it already wen for service 3 times.After last time service they took around Rs.3800/- for repair as the screen had broken and that was not covered under warranty. But after servicing also, it again stopped working after 2 week o[censored]se.The service center executive told this time that it can't be repair without price as some ear phone link is broken in the main mother board. and they ask me that it will take around 6000/- cost to repair. I bought 1 year extended warranty on the time of purchase the handset.But in the 1 year of warranty period also they are not repairing the mother board or whatever without cost.My question is if the handset was defected, then why they took around 3800/- for repairing and give me a difected one which i need to repair again with around 6000/- rupees.

                                      I have mailed the micromax customer care also, and they asked me to again go to the service center and call customer care for proper resolution.But as my house is very far from the service center and I have been already rejected by them, I asked the customer care to assure me about getting the service.But after that they don't even answer my question.

                                      Request you to look into the issue and asked them to solve this or refund me for their fake service.

                                        I buy mmx unite 2a106 before 3 month and it hang after using 1/2hour and then it restarts and reboot itself the service centre of sultanpur up smriti traders send it 2times in compny and also prepare himself for so many types but it will not worked properly so plz give me my new phone when the compny of mmx are not make my phone after receiving two times in compny for 2 months my sddress is sultanpur UP
