I had purchased a Micromax A 106 (Grey) on 29th Aug. 2014 .Within 3 months of purchase many problems started like touch screen was not working properly and speeker Problem, the phone is under warranty. On contacting the Micromax Service Centre(Akhil Traders ) Indore in on 07th & 15th May 2015 (Job sheet no. N[protected]) & (N[protected]) they told that phone will be repaired within one week. After one week when I called them, then they informed that the device's spare parts are not available to us, so they said that they send Phone to company. Now they said that it will take more than 10 days and now its about to take 30 days and i do not get my handset yet. when ever i call to customer helpline number:[protected], they always said It is under process. I cant believe that a touch display replacement can take more than 30days. I feel that its a wastage of time and felt mentally harassed the kind of response I get from Micromax service centre.. It is most pathetic service that I have ever experienced in my life.

    I Purchased a Micromax Canvas Nitro on 3rd of May thru online and the phone's performance is very disappointing. Problem is "Over heated and Battery fast drain". Observed the problem from day one and got it replaced with thru flipcart on 10th May, the new one also had the same issue. Taken to service center and they said the problem is with Battery and replaced it on 16th May. Still the same issue. Taken again to service center again on 23rd May and this time they said the problem is with mother board. Not showing the ownership to resolve the customer issue.. instead they are asking me to approach flipcart for replacement (Products purchased thru online are not given with enough importance) After a long argument they accepted and taken the unit for repair with the return promise after 40 days. It is very clear it is a design issue, knowing this Micromax is still selling the this model in the market (because it is India). I am still waiting with the hope either replaced with good unit or the refund. Job order no is - S[protected].

      Hi, I'm writing this hoping someone from micromax would help me out... I have purchased Micromax canvas gold A300 thru online abt 5 months back... Since then twice I have my handset for repair for same charging /battery issue... 1st time they took 22 days for replacement... When same complaint occurred again... Given handset for repair on 7th of April... 1st time Got TAT of 7 working days ...since then service center has postponed six times, every time gets postponed for 7 days... Today on May 23rd, service center has postponed for another 7 days...written mail several times to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com..even there its just assurance of early resolution, yet no result. . Complaint number S[protected]...Mobile canvas gold A300.. Given for battery replacement at S3 communication, Jayanagar 3rd block, Bangalore ... Never thought Micromax have such pathetic service...             Bought MMX CANVAS 2.2 a year and a half back with android jelly bean. From then till now, not even a single update received by the MMX. This is ridiculous. I regret buying this phone. I would like to switch from MMX to some other better brand.

              hi, i have purchased a micromax, canvas nitro in september'' 14 in bhubaneshwar, orissa. now i am staying in lucknow, uttar pradesh. from last 10 days, my can vas phone is not able to switched on. since i am a paralysispatient and movement is very restricted so i yesterday isend the phone to your service center in lucknow, prince communication for a proper diagnosis n service but it was a real poor show, as the service center didn't even had a spare battery of canvas nitro to check the efficacy of current battery. it really frusrtates n put a question mark on the reliability on services of micromax company, it seems company doesn't stick to any standard procedures at service centers, which makes the service centers unreliable for valued customers. i am facing lot of issues due to non wotrking of my phone, as i can't access my contacts stored in my phone, please. help me immediately so that i could resume business transactions as usual, otherwise my trust in micromax company will be eroded n nullify. hoping for a revert, thanks n regards, pradip dash, lucknow, up, m-[protected]

                My phone micrmax canvasa A091 was effected by Auto touch problem. i Given my phone to service center they checked and put software on it. 3-4 days work well again starting with same problem. then i submitted my phone to service center again they send my phone to company No. of Days gone estimated 30-40 days and come and given to me. after 2 days mobile has again suffering with same problem due to out of state i submitted my phone again to service center1 month late. again they send my phone to company and come back within 20 days but they damage my camera glasses and said that it will be corrected 10-12 days more. My full warranty period goes on solving the one issue still problem not solved. So please extend my Warranty period. My IMEI no. is [protected] / [protected] 1st docket receipt attached herewith.

                  3 days before I said you the complaint. I never get a positive response from your side. why this? if you take the response like thi, s its very hard to us. I hope you treat fine. my problem is... I have purchased a micromax A290 (IMEI/ESN No:[protected]/[protected])phone on 29/11/2014. 2 months then, the power switch of the phone starts malfunctioning. Then i contacted the nearest micromax service centre at thodupuzha. After 25 days they returnd my phone claving that all the problems where solved.for the 2nd time for the same reason I gave my phone at the service centre on 11/4/2015. This time they said that the problem is in the mother board.and it has to be repaired again. I have been waiting for my phone to be repaired for these days. And iam fedup with this unnecessary delay and irresponsible behaviours of the centre officers. I request u to consider my petition and take necessary action.                     my name is chandrashekhar singh reacently i bought a new micromax nitro a311.and after one month i got some problems in camera like when i use to take pics in day or in a or in a bright space the pic was great and clear as it has a 13mp with flash pic comes great, but the poblem is when i use to take picture in night aur in a dark place, the picture was horrable tottly dark and not clear, flash was working but still the picture was not clear, . i tok my phone to micromax service center which located at {..4. M/S The Mobile Care (delhi) Address: B-36 Guru Nank Pura Opp.v3s Mall, near Maharaja Bequett Hall, laxmi Nagar – 110092 Contact Number :[protected], [protected],[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com} i told them the problem which i am facing with the phone, they told me that "sir their is a problem in the camera so we would change it so, you would be getting back in 7 days, , i told them that it, s a long time you are taking to fix it can, t be litlle bit earlier."then they told me that all right sir it would be 5 days. i came back again after 5 days and asked for the phone bCK.They told me that iam sorry sir the work has not completed yet so you would be getting your phone back after 10 more days. i went back again came back after 10 days they told me that "sir the problem was not fixed so we are just providing u a new phone in few seconds just check it out.when i got the phone it was not looking like a new phone it, s looked like a used phone, but when i tried to switch on the phone it was not goin on, i told them the problem, they told me that there is aproblem again so now you would gettin your phone back in 15 days, when i go back to them after 15 days, they provieded me another date after 10 days... i am pised off by the service which they are providing me, i think i have done a bigesst mistake in my life that i choose micromax, .and it, s not only about me each and every time when i go to that service center, , i always see approx 3 to5 person coming and shouting on them and asking for their phone back, abusing them, , and when iasked them that what, s the problem they told me that they are coming here for 3 months.5months and more than that but they are not getting their phone back.. i think teir somthing frod going inside that service center please help me out to take my phone back from them please help chandrashekhar singh [protected] chandu.singh998.[protected]@gmail.com

                        I have purchased micromax knight cameo A290 on 14/10/14, from last 15 days its not getting charged, today when i visited micromax service center (in Secunderabad, paradise) they say that the charging slot pin is misplaced and its not covered under warranty and service cost will be 1820 approx whereas phone cost is hardly10000. Its a new phone and somhhow they cook some stories to charged their customers. Its not even more than 6 month and phone is down, I have read several reviews and many people has faced this issue, still company is least bothered and service people dnt even know manners and are most difficult to talk to. In short, this shows micromax standard. Please help in getting my phone repaired.

                          Hello, Job Sheet Number W[protected] I have bought Micromax A300 Gold phone on 12/12/2014 My earphone is in warranty period my earphone was not working i visited the service center based on borivali, initially they were providing different earphone i said this is not for my model then later they were providing black earphone which is not packed i said i bought white mobile why should i take the black piece which is not packed. i asked provide me the company pack white earphone but they were not answering. i send the email to micromax after sending couple of email one of the person call me and said you have to take black earphone only, i said if you don't have it give me the cash i will buy from outside but he cut my phone.

                                i had a micromax canvas 102 (black) which started giving me problems around two months ago so i decided to take it to a service centre where they performed a factory reset and said it was working fine. i got the same problem the very same day and had to go to the service centre again and this time they said it was the display and that itd take a month to fix it. after over a month, i got a call from the centre saying my phone was repaired and i was given a replacement phone which was 1. white and 2. without a flip cover (id given mine with one). and now, around a month later this replacement phone is giving me problems too which persist after a factory reset.

NOTHNG LIKE THAT HAPPENED. each and every time(12) i called the customer support they ask for the IMEI NO for updating my complaint. still no sign of any tracking no or any person who would come and take my phone. NO one would expect such harassment from such a reputed company...well in this way it won't remain reputed.

                                    This is second reminder to you i hope you will not ignore this like earlier one. I had given my mobile A117 to m/s sai Mobile shop your agency in Dadar Mumbai for changing touch screen as it was not working. This was submitted on 02 may 15 and after 21 days still there is no response from your side. Warranty of this phone is getting over on 07 june. this is second time you are replacing its touch screen within year. earlier it was kept for 10 days in December and now more than 20 days. In this situation you are bound to extend warranty of this mobile by one more year. I hope that alongwith repaired mobile you will send me one year extended warranty card as a courtesy. I hope you wwill reply to this message and send my mobile as earliest as possible. I am highly annoyed as my complaint still not resolved... i had submitted my handest on 2may 15 for rectification but it was handed over to me after one month on 4 th June without rectification so i again gave it back to M/s Sai mobile shop agency on 6th June... but till date i dont know the status of the same... 3 - 4 days back they had called me to inform that we are sending it back to head office as it is not possible to rectify here... now it is almost two months and i still dont have handset.. Sir, I would highly grateful if you refund my money at the earliest otherwise i dont have any other option but to approach consumer court with the complaints...

                                        Dear Micromax Team, I am writing this complain against the pathetic service provided to me at one of your authorized service center named M/S D.R. Telecom, shop no. 5/6/7, Ground floor, Radheshyam Complex, Duttapada Rd, Opp SV rd west, Borivali west Mumbai Maharashtra. I have submitted my Micromax A121 handphone on 18/4/2015 to said service center claiming to exchange since one side of its is not working. I have been asked to come after 10 days to recollect the exchange. When I went after 10 days they have me a lesser quality headphone ( not the same I gave them) which was also not compatible with my phone. I was again asked to come after 10 days to get new one. In fact this time they were very rude in talk and said the same quality you will get next time. Keeping the fact I said that I would like to have my same product ( I gave) back if you could not provide me same quality product. Ms. Rasmi Pawar the Center In charge has then taken responsibility to call & inform me once they get the product ( which she didn't perform). When I went again to center after 20 days I have been presented with same quality product which they gave earlier and of very low grade quality. I was totally frustrated this time and asked to lodge a police complain against this which Ms. Rasmi replied that we don't care abt it and have seen many of like me. I was truly shocked with this kind of customer behavior. Micromax is now got largest market share in handset market and such kind of mental harrasment to their customer. This is really alarming and wake up call for u to strenghthen this important line of business ( Customer Service). I would request to explain customer fault in this case.                                         Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I was happy when I got immediate call from company representative after logging this complain and was assured after hearing the issue on phone that it will get resolved soon. But till now nothing has been done.
