I have bought micromax A106 online, but after few day I have found that its switched off/on button is not working, so I gave it to near by micromax service center, after 30 day they repair it and gave me back, but after repair I used this only for 2 day and again I found that its on /off button is not working, this happened twice with me and the service is very poor. Still my phone is not working properly.

    Dear sir, I am Ranjeet Kumar had deposited the Micromax Unite 2 A106 phone to (Micromax Mobile Service Center – Sector 27, Noida. Address: Shop No. 1, Ground Floor, Dharampali Palace, Near Vinayak Hospital, Sector 27, Noida, 201301. City: Noida, UP Mobile Number: [protected] Phone Number:[protected] Email: [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com) on 24 April 2015 having job sheet no- N[protected], but still the phone had not been repaired/replaced till yet, after continuously follow up they didn't give satisfactory response. I have been mailing to micromax as well as service centre but there is no response since may 11, 2015. So please let me intimate when my phone will get repaired and handed over to me..       I had a display issue with my phone and had to surrender the phone to a service center close by my place (SANA SERVICE CENTER, MADURAI). It has been almost 15 days and I am yet to receive any response. I contacted the MICROMAX support center in a week's time, from the date when I gave the phone for service and I was told that it would take 30 days. I was unhappy with the response and tried again in another 7 days. The rep told me that it would take another 30 days. THIS IS WHAT I HEAR EVERY TIME! I would like to escalate this issue to the highest level possible so that it gets addressed. I am not the only one with such complaints.         Mobile model No A63..IMIE no [protected]...Initially it was giving several problems like hanging, not responding, net issues etc..It was given to your auth service centre and the same was corrected and returned after 3-4 weeks. Again it started giving the same problem. The complaint was registered on the company complaint satisfaction call. However to my dismay the problem still persists and is causing acute problems in my daily working. Again the service centre (at Shri Ram Towers..prop. Mr Anand Johri, Lucknow) was contacted and the software was formatted and reinstalled. However the problem has increased rather that getting some solution. again on the visit we were told to deposit the set and in turn some service set shall be provided, this committment was again not honoured and problem stil persisits. Request you intervention in solving my long pending agony. Trust i will get some remedy/relief soon.

          my phone facing problem application don't update. my phone getting error insufficient memory. my set no. canvas doodle 3 A 102. so I approached to kalka ji service centre in delhi E-3 kalka ji . Before accepting my phone he told me it will take man-made 25 days, my surprise i am saying keep on changing dates otherwise you aarange any cell phone untill recover my cell phone . he was saying problem has not been resolved by them. one thing is clear micromax service center is very third class quality. i was purchased my phone 17-jun-2014. after 2 month hanging problem started and after few month all application aren't updated . your services provider was saying that we are good services provider .how can we trust you on purchasing high end phones of micromax ?? please as soon as possible recover my phone .

            I bought an Micromax LED TV from Rishikesh and the shop keepr says that the buyer buys Micromax products at his/her own risk and hence no replacement. People know that their products ar of less quality etc etc. I registered my complaint with Micromax costomer care but the routine reply ' ur complaint will be rectified within 24 hours"...Any way to get it replaced without taking recourse to consumer court...

                I have purchased a new mobile phone named micromax yu-yureka model number-A05510 three months ago exclusively from AMAZON.IN ... But unfortunately the display and touch screen of the aforesaid mobile phone got damaged and completely broken. However as routine procedure and formality, i made several visits to the authorized service centre in my own respective city to purchase and replace the display respectively.. but i subsequently failed in all my attempts because of non-availability of the spare parts of this specific model...then i contacted customer care center and registered a formal complaint of the same and gave all the required details of the damaged mobile... but to my disappointment, no action has been taken till date to resolve my issue...then even i posted online queries and complaints regarding the same but there too i was neglected as a regular and esteemed customer... Further i made a request by calling on this number[protected], that too 3-4 times, as i was forced to do the same because of no action taken on ur part...i even tried to contact the customer care helplines viz. {1) [protected], 2) [protected] 3) [protected] } through my mobile number but the numbers are not working and consequently i was unable to establish a contact with the appropriate authorities, due to which i am suffering badly for last 2-3 months and subsequently lacking in my communication circle & efforts which is also affecting my professional life too!! So, it is strongly requested to ur good self to kindly resolve my issue at an earliest and arrange a call with me by the representative o[censored]r appropriate authority to discuss the issue in detail and subsequently send the the required spare(touch/display) of the aforesaid mobile phone, immediately... for this purpose, i am sharing my details once again Sd/- R.K.                   Sir, With due respect, I Balaram Meher At-Ghodaghat Para, Po/Ps-Sonepur, Dist-Subarnapur State-Odisha, Pin-767017. I purchase a Micromax canvas-2 A120 Colors in Amazon market place on date-02.07.2014 after use few months my device are getting problem. I go to our nearest Service center and submit my device they are solved my problem and after one month this mobile are shown same problem. I go our nearest service center many time last month my device are getting dead and not switch on then finally i submit my mobile on date-23.03.2015 at Balangir Service center they are send my mobile Delhi Service center. After 10days i call Micromax Service support and known my status of my mobile they are answer me whether not repairing possible and time bound 30days we are provide a new device but they are not give to me a new device and i received my mobile on Dt. 08.05.2015. After a new problem are found on my device this device display liquid are damage and look faded. Then i submit my mobile our service center. Even they are say we are send your device Delhi Service center. In this context, i request to you kindly my handset are remain one month warranty and the problem Re-Solution are not proper and many months are taken Delhi service center and many time are found different problem. So, I request replace my device.

                      1 week ago my phone got Bluetooth connectivity problem canvas a315, so I approached to Niagara mansion micromax service centre guwahati.. Before accepting dey told me it will take man-made 7 days, n to my surprise dey kip on changing d dates whenever I used to call dem for my phone.. Today I received my phone from dem, n they told me dat my phone is Allright nw, but nw d problem has not been resolved by them.. Now my question is when u guarantee for d best service for d micromax phones, is this d best service u r providing??? I tuk my phone in January thus year n within six months laggings started to show now how can we trust u on purchasing high end phones of micromax??

                        On 21/05/15 at around 12 noon, I approached 'Samarth Telecom Shopee' (Authorised service center of micromax), with my phone, model no. A110Q, for repair/replacement of speaker, since it was not working properly. Prior to submitting my phone for repairing/replacement, i'd checked the speaker in front of the employee, Mr. Akash Thakeray, & confirmed that the speaker was not working up to the mark. I was told to wait, no job sheet was issued for this work. After 10 to 15 min, my phone was handed over to me. To my surprise, on switching on the phone there was no display on the screen. When I enquired about the display, their reply was that they have changed the speaker & the display was not damaged by them. I was disturbed & did not leave their office & called my father who arrived there around 01:30 pm. The person sitting at the delivery desk was rude, & said that he was the owner of Samarth Telecom Shopee & was not responsible for display not working & did not allow us to leave without payment of Rs.200 towards replacement of speaker for which they had made their tax invoice No. 567 dated 21/05/15. Feeling helpless we left their office paying them Rs 200.00 and tacking back a damaged phone. The same day afternoon we approached the Devlali Camp Police Station for complaint. The officer incharge at the police station advised us to lodge our complaint at Sakharwada police station at Nasik. However, we refrained to lodge the complaint because of tireness and since we had to leave for out of town the next day morning. The next three days i.e., 22/05/15 to 24/05/15, I was out of town. On 25th, my father spoke to Satish Jadhav, the owner of Samarth Telecom Shopee, who advised my father to submit the phone & he will do the best possible to put right the phone. Accordingly, my father visited their office & got the job sheet made for display problem. Now, their reply is awaited. I fail to understand that, when I had handed over the phone in working condition with diplay getting on, to which their employee, 'Akash Thakeray', is a witness & the CCTV camera footage, if availaible could be seen as a proof of working display, how come the diplay gets damaged when the phone is still in their custody & they deny accepting that the display has been damaged by them. In view of the above I feel that I am entitled to get my phone back in working condition at no cost since the fault had occured when the phone was in their custody. Please help me in this case.                             i bought canvas Android one from amazon.in on 9th oct 2014 iMEI/ESN no.[protected]/[protected]. 1. with in 3 months battery back up was reduced to 30 mins after full charging . battery was replaced after 10 days. 2. after battery replacement a new problem arrived no net work connection. the PCBboard was replaced after 30 days i got it on 30th april 2015. 3. then after 7 days the phone started hanging up with no display on screen i again went to service center with new job sheet no.[protected]-16834494 dated 25.05.2015 with another 15 to 20 days of time period. kindly change the handset or i have to go to consumer court ASHISH DHINGRA [protected] [protected]@rediffmail.com

Maine apna mobile kuch problem ki wajah se indore micromax service centre pr diya tha to unhone kaha ki iska motherboard change hoga ise company bhejna hoga ek se dedh mahine ka time lagega halaki itne time me cell chhodna nhi chahta tha bt mere paas koi option nhi tha after one month maine apna cell le liya jo problem thi wo eha pr check kr li thi aur solve ho chuki thi lekin jb main ghar aaya to night me maine dekha ki mere mobile ki volume key break thi aur next day sunday tha to off tha main monday service centre pahucha to wha k head ne kaha ki repite me hai to company to ab krke nhi degi isme kuch 750 rs ka kharch hoga wo company nhi degi aur main apse bhi koi charge nhi le rha hoon isme meri pocket se paisa lgna h phir bhi main apko krwa dunga aur phir bola ki 7-8 din baad le lijiye, usne phir se 8 din tk cell rakha jb main lene gaya aur mujhe mere hath me mobile diya gaya to main jat se pehchan gaya tha ki yeh cell mera hai hi nhi kyuki kafi light weight aur naya sa lg rha tha meri baat wo manne k liye taiyyar hi nhi the aur mere paas bhi aisa koi proof nhi tha ki main ye show kr saku isliye main wha se ek job sheet ki koi lekar aaya jisme mobile ka IMEI no tha aur mere mobile purchasing bill pr bhi IMEI no hai jb mobile maine unko diya to unki job sheet ka IMEI no aur mere bill ka IMEI no same hai maine socha agr yeh IMEI no mobile ka mere is cell pr display ho jayega it means yeh hi mera mobile hai iske liye maine net se IMEI no nikalne ka number nikala aur us number ko dial kiya to jo IMEI no aaya wo mere bill se aur jobsheet ki copy se alag tha. Isse pahle bhi main sure tha ki ye cell mera nhi hai but ab confirm ho chuka hai is tarah se unhone frod kiya aur phir yeh jata rhe h ki- "ek to humne apni pocket se paisa lga kr apka mobile thik kiya aur aap hume hi blame kr rhe ho." Pls do something. IMEI/ESN NO= [protected]/[protected] MODEL CODE=SERMOB0318 I have given my mobile to M/S sai mobile shoppe, OM shree Swati Manor, A WING 103, N.C.K.K ROAD DADAR WEST MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA, PIN-400028, TEL=[protected] for repairing because my mobile was not power on. so they had taken my mobile & gave me a jobsheet and told me they will contact later about how much repairing cost will take. Then they called me after two hour and told that your mobile motherboard is damaged so you have to replace it with new one and the cost is Rs.2250. Actually I had bought my mobile on 12th jan 2014, then in that year july month my mobile was defected, but mistakely i had shown my mobile to private shop outside, they also cheated me then finally I came to your customer care and your person told me that motherboard damaged. So i replaced the motherboard with new one & they charged me rs 2800 because the mobile seal was broken. so again time how motherboard was damaged. So kindly look into the matter and help me.my cell no is [protected]

In the period of six month the mobile has been sent for repairing three times in your service center with same problem i.e. display touch screen not working. It is very bad experience with me to use your company mobile. You are requested to replace my mobile or replace all parts of mobile as early as possible. Because I have no time to visit your service center again and again. The last complaint no is N[protected] dated 27.04.2015.otherwise I would be left with no option but to file complaint against you in consumer court. Today is 26/05/2015 still the issue has not been resolved and not getting proper update.I have bought this mobile just 5 Month back.This is really a frustation.                                         canvas nitro a311 is a device with maximum hadware facilities that costs aroun 12000 .a device that has very much batter hardware functionlaty than other phones within same range. but why android lollipop udgarde is not officially rolled out for this phone till now. how ever cheap mobile sets of canvas are getting the update.
