I miss Darshana kamble I had visited your micromax gallary at parle prime mall couse my mobile had a charging problem. i visited on 5th of may and said above problem to u r executives they took my mobile and said to me come after 15 days. today i visit the gallery of prime mall parle for taking back my mobile. so i found the problem is not resolved i try to charge my mobile over there only but after 15 to 20 min the 2% growth of the battery which is not acceptable for me after 15 days.That means for 15 days what service center did nothing? Even i was shock when i seen my handset couse on my handset upper body is damage. how is it ? IF such kind of service you provide me how i will refer or suggest any 1 to buy micromax Kindly consider my complaint and please resolve my problem as much early as you can

I nidhun Joseph have purchased a micromax A290 (IMEI/ESN No:[protected]/[protected])phone on 29/11/2014. 2 months then, the power switch of the phone starts malfunctioning. Then i contacted the nearest micromax service centre at thodupuzha. After 25 days they returnd my phone claving that all the problems where solved.for the 2nd time for the same reason I gave my phone at the service centre on 11/4/2015. This time they said that the problem is in the mother board.and it has to be repaired again. I have been waiting for my phone to be repaired for these days. And iam fedup with this unnecessary delay and irresponsible behaviours of the centre officers. I request u to consider my petition and take necessary action. plz slove my problm i buyed micromax canvas doodle 3 and the time i bought i m facing many problmz like hanging the phone automatically shuts down even when it is fully charged i could not recive calls even when i go to the shop they have no answer plzz n now when i was charging my phone my pone screen turned white plzz want an permant solution not even 1 year plzz help

i purchased micromax canvas A120 mobile at 5 months back this mobile automatically power off and power on over heating within 10 minutes i already given service point at nellore even problem is not solved 3 days back give service ponit at nellore to send company from this type product i am not satisfied please return my amount or please send me new product of same mobile i am alredy complint is given no reponse me job sheet date is16/05/2015 plese fastly send my mobile urgently if not satisfied that mobile that send me new mobile

I've submitted my Micrmax Canvas - A114 mob for repairs which is under warranty on Dt-01/04/15 at Nashik, Maharashtra ( M/s Samartha Teelecom Shopee).Job No- N[protected] After every follow up I've still not got my Mob. Your mob has been dispatched & u will get it soon is the only answer from the service center. Online complaint is also launched at your customer support toll free no on dt- 07/05/15, the complaint no is- MMX[protected]. Not getting my mob after 1.5 months is really embarrassing & also a failure of Micro max team. Is this is really called Customer care???? Pl look into matter for early solution. Regards Dipak Ahire

MY MOBILE HAND SET OF MICROMAX GC 232 HAD BEEN DEPOSITED IN SHIVKRIPA SERVICE CENTER, GWALIOR FOR REPAIRING FOR SOME FAULTON DATED 16.02.15 AG. DOCKET NO.-"N[protected]", MY MOBILE HAND SET IS UNDER WARRATY. BUT MY HANDSET HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED TO ME TILL TODAY, AND I HAVE CONTACT FROM SERVICE CENTER, AND CALL CENTER OF COMPANY MANY TIME. Dear Sir, I hearby wish to raise a complaint against Micromax for not owning up the pathetic service provider by their micromac care unit On 9th of may 2015 i was ordered a micromax mobile from Micromax Unite 2 A 8GB Rom white The same have been received by me on 13th may 2015 only rom is showing 5.27 GB space..My concern is that when i am going to charge this mobile is getting too hot and difficult to hold due to hotness of mobile.repetedly this problem occurs when i put it charge. Sir I submit my phone a94 in customer care in 4-4-2015. Dew to my phone display and touch didn't work properly. My phone on guarantee period. They took me a job sheet no. E[protected]. And said after a month we give u . but they didn't returned my phone . I complain in customer care they give me complaint no [protected]. And said they give it to me in 10 days. Dear Sir, I hearby wish to raise a complaint against Micromax for not owning up the pathetic service provider by their micromac care unit On 9th of may 2015 i was ordered a micromax GC 232 mobile(IMEI- [protected], [protected])from paytm .The same have been received by me on 15th may 2015.My concern is that when i am going to charge this mobile is getting too hot and difficult to hold due to hotness of mobile.repetedly this problem occurs when i put it charge. My second concern is that its battery drain very fast after charging. It takes too many times approximately 12hrs onwards to get full charge. As soon as when i get unplugged from socket its battery start draining and with in 4-5hrs the battery gets empty. I don't know what's the reason behind this problem. One of my friend using same mobile since 2 months and that mobile gives very good battery backup and gives 4-5 days battery backup. On on 17th may 2015 at night around 10 pm suddenly display of mobile blink and its brightness getting very low and content from the display becames invisible. After morning when i checked it. The phone was switched off and did not switched on after pressing power button. Then on 18th may 2015 i reached your authorized service center M/S Space Telecom, Nandigosh arena, 1st floor, plot no-1, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I explained about the total issues to the concerned authority of the service center and i reuest her about the replacement of the mobile as it is just 3 days old. But the concerned person denied me with a very rude voice. they were very ill-mannered and ill-bread.The concern person even went to the extent of telling me to take my phone back and refused to accept my mobile phone for replacement with rude voice and said that we can't replace it. If you want to repire then we will do it.I am still not able to believe how can a brand like Micromax give such a ridicolous solution to the problem. Somehow i partially agreed for repire it but i am not happy to repire it because it is just 3 days old and from starting major problems are arrising with this.they issued me a job sheet containg no EO[protected] and said to me that we will call you after repire.My mobile which is just 3 days old is being going to repire by refusing of replacement.and i am supposed to accept this with a smile and laud. Micromax for its wonderful customer care??? I am extremely harassed by expereincing this type of service provide by the Micromax.Therefore i request to the concern authority to look into the matter and do the needful otherwise people will loose faith on you.and if my issues are not resolved according to my satisfaction, then I will never by any micromax product in future and also give advice to my family, friends and relatives to not to buy any product of micromax.i wait your response regds, Biswajit Jena

sir i have submitted my micromax a114 for a service . there is only one problem in the phone that poer key is not functioning well . I have submitted my phone on 4 of may at the mobile care laxmi nagar service center . my job sheet no is N[protected] . they are continuosuly saying only one thing that we require 10 days more and more today is 18 may, already from last 14 days y phone is with them . i dont know how much more time they require . if i asked that i want to talk to your senior, they said always that senior is on leave . as per them there is no boss of them . team i need my phone as soon as possible .

Is there any way to submit any complain regarding that? is there any way to track the device or block the device? the IMEI No: [protected] I have already called the micromax toll free no : [protected]. i want to kno whow much tim edo u think is genuine to repair a phone or by what time a phone shud be replaced if repairing is not possible.one cant expect some body to wait for a month to get phone repaired right?? i have already lost a month time of wrranty period bcoz of the problem of the incapability to provide serive by your company...its really getting frustrated now...

I have facing the problem from the date I have purchased this micromax A108 canvas l phone I have very fed up with phone having touch problem... First time I have repaired my phone from M/S service zone tele center ghaziabad .. It tooks approx 50 days for give my phone back... After that the same problem repeat I have submitted the phone second time in the service center for approx 45 days.. Total time took by service center to repair my phone : approx 4 months .. Now I am also facing the same touch problem again... I have micromax A106 mobile phone... My phone had a power button problm. so i gave to service center and they returned me my phone after a week saying its all done and i payed 250 rupees for that... the problem resumed again so i again went to service center and now they said your phone has a main cpu problem and its need one month for solving the damn thing... after one month they says they need another 15days to deliver the phone... dont u realy thing resolving the problem for one month and yet micromax is failing... Phone is important device for day to day use... I am not happy with the micromax serivce.

, My mobile of micromax has some problem of sim network, so i have given in service center-Valsad. They are saying that will give you back after a month, so don't you think your service is very slow? I want my phone back very soon or give other mobile to use for a time period you keep my mobile.

sir I gave my mobile for service last week on the complaint of my charging port was not working at madurai micromax care center (west vadampokki street) after one week they solve that problem and return that but after the return new complaint start my mobile switch on button and volume up buttons are not working properly and it hanging frequently. My back panel is also not sealed well.Please take necessary action on this complaint and give my mobile good in working condition and apearance as new.
